治咽喉肿痛，单双乳蛾。
冰片二分 硼砂五分 朱砂三分 儿茶一钱 赤石脂七分 寒水石二钱 珍珠三分
龙骨一钱 枯矾三分
共为末。入瓷器收贮，将竹管吹少许于痛处，一日二次即愈。
男左女右，大指甲缝中用针刺，血出以解乳蛾之毒。以两手从臂上紧抹至大拇指间，四、
五十下，以绳扎住，刺破出恶血即愈。
又方
将头顶心发上用姜搽红即愈。
胆矾二钱
共为末，入青鱼胆内阴干，研极细，加山豆根一钱，瓷器收贮，吹患处，流涎即愈。
其症先一、二日脑膈气紧，呼吸短促，忽然咽喉肿毒，手足俱冷，气闭不通，急用巴豆
七粒，三生四熟，生者去壳研，熟者去壳炒，去油存性。明雄黄研末，郁金一个研，每用半
茶匙，清茶调下。如口噤咽塞，用小竹筒吹药入喉中，须臾吐利即愈。
又方
用威灵仙洗净，捣汁口噙之，少刻愈。
山豆根噙在口中，咽津自愈。
又方
用盐酸梅肉一两，硼砂一两，和捣为丸，如龙眼大。口中噙之，化自愈。

以上药物共同研磨成粉末。放入瓷器中密封保存，用竹管取少量药粉吹入疼痛部位，每日两次即可痊愈。
男性刺左手，女性刺右手的大指甲缝中，用针刺破出血以解除乳蛾的毒邪。用双手从手臂上用力向下抹至大拇指根部，四五十下，然后用绳子扎紧，刺破放出恶血即可痊愈。
又一方
将头顶心的头发用生姜擦拭至发红，即可痊愈。
胆矾二钱
共同研磨成粉末，放入青鱼胆内阴干，研磨至极细，加入山豆根一钱，存入瓷器中，吹敷患处，流涎后即可痊愈。
这种症状先在一两天内出现脑部和胸膈气机紧迫，呼吸短促，忽然咽喉肿毒，手足全部发冷，气机闭塞不通，紧急使用巴豆七粒，三粒生用四粒炒熟，生者去壳研磨，熟者去壳炒制，去油保留药性。明雄黄研成粉末，郁金一个研磨，每次取半茶匙量，用清茶调服。如果牙关紧闭、咽喉堵塞，用小竹筒将药粉吹入喉中，片刻后呕吐腹泻即可痊愈。

使用威灵仙洗净，捣烂取汁含在口中，片刻后痊愈。
又一方
使用盐酸梅肉一两，硼砂一两，混合捣碎制成丸药，大小如龙眼核。含在口中，待其融化后自愈。
大蒜一瓣，切去大头部分，左侧喉咙卡梗则塞右鼻孔，右侧喉咙卡梗则塞左鼻孔，异物即下行排出。
Treats sore throat and swelling, as well as unilateral or bilateral tonsillitis (Ru E).
Bingpian (Borneol) 2 fen, Pengsha (Borax) 5 fen, Zhusha (Cinnabar) 3 fen, Ercha (Cameliae Folia Extract) 1 qian, Chishizhi (Halloysitum Rubrum) 7 fen, Hanshuishi (Aqua Calcis) 2 qian, Zhenzhu (Pearl) 3 fen, Longgu (Fossilized Mammal Bones) 1 qian, Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum) 3 fen.
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder together. Store in a porcelain vessel. Use a bamboo tube to blow a small amount of the powder onto the painful area, twice a day until cured.
Use Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus) ground into powder, mixed with vinegar, and applied to the sole of the foot until cured.
For males, prick the nail bed of the left thumb; for females, the right thumb, with a needle to bleed out and resolve the toxicity of tonsillitis. Firmly stroke from the arm down to the base of the thumb forty to fifty times, then tie tightly with a string. Prick to release foul blood until cured.
Another prescription:
Rub the hair on the vertex of the head with fresh ginger until redness appears, then it will be cured.
Bingpian (Borneol) 2 fen, Sheng Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 2 fen, Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) 1 fen.
Grind into powder and insufflate into the affected area.
Treats tonsillitis and all heat-toxic conditions within the throat.
Danfan (Chalcanthite) 2 qian.
Grind into powder, place inside a blue carp gallbladder, and dry in the shade. Grind extremely finely, add Shandougen (Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix) 1 qian, store in a porcelain vessel, and insufflate onto the lesion. Salivation indicates cure.
The symptoms begin with tightness in the brain and chest region and shortness of breathing one or two days prior, suddenly followed by swollen and toxic throat, cold hands and feet, and blocked qi flow. Urgently use Badou (Crotonis Fructus), seven grains: three raw and four cooked. Remove the shell from the raw ones and grind; remove the shell from the cooked ones and stir-fry, removing the oil but retaining the medicinal nature. Grind Ming Xionghuang (Realgar) into powder, and grind Yujin (Curcumae Radix) one piece. Take half a tea spoon each time, mixed with clear tea water. If there is trismus and throat blockage, use a small bamboo tube to insufflate the medicine into the throat. Vomiting and diarrhea after a short while indicate cure.
Another prescription:
Wash Weilingxian (Saposhnikoviae Radix), crush to extract juice, and hold in the mouth until cured shortly.
Hold Shandougen (Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix) in the mouth and swallow saliva to heal spontaneously.
Another prescription:
Take Suan Yan Mei Rou (Prunus mume flesh) 1 liang and Pengsha (Borax) 1 liang, mix and pound into pills the size of a longan seed. Hold in the mouth until dissolved for spontaneous healing.
One clove of garlic, cut off the large end. If the obstruction is on the right, plug the left nostril; if on the left, plug the right nostril. The obstruction will descend immediately.
Another prescription:
Take raw Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), peel it, chew thoroughly, and swallow the paste completely into the mouth until cured.
