生地黄汁 清酒（各一升）
上相和，煎一沸，分为二服。
疗产后七日内，宿血不散，时时冲心迷闷。
荷叶（六分） 延胡索（八分） 地黄汁（二合）
上水二升，煮二味，取八合，下延胡索，空心三服。忌肉食一日。
疗产后余血攻心，或下血不止，心闷面青，冷气欲绝。
羊血一盏顿服。如不定，更服立效。
疗产后气虚，冷搏于血，血气结滞，上冲心腹胀满。
当归 桂心 川芎 吴茱萸 橘皮 生姜（各二两） 芍药（三两）
上 咀，以水三升，煮取一升，去滓，空心服。
治产后余血奔心。
上用陈白梅捶碎，浓煎汤吃。
治产后恶血冲心，时发躁，金黄散。（出《博济》）
延胡索（一两） 蒲黄（半两） 桂心（一分）
上为细末，乌梅煎汤，冷调下一钱。
治产后心胸烦躁，恶血不快。没药丸。（出《博济》）
没药（研） 蛮姜 延胡索 干漆（炒） 当归 桂心 牛膝 牡丹皮 干姜（等分）
上为细末，醋煮面糊丸如梧桐子大。煎曲汤下十丸至十五丸。
治产后胸中烦热，逆气方。
薤白 半夏 甘草 人参（各二两） 栝蒌根（三两） 麦门冬（半升）
上六味 咀，以水一斗三升，煮取四升，去滓，分五服，日三夜二。热甚，即加知母一
两。
治疗产后血气烦闷的方剂。（《千金方》中也有记载）

将上述药物研为细末，用醋煮面糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。煎曲汤送服十丸至十五丸。

Formulas for treating postpartum blood and qi vexation. (Also recorded in *Qianjin Fang*)
*Shengdihuang Zhi* (Fresh Juice of *Radix Rehmanniae Preparata*), Qingjiu (Clear Wine) (each 1 sheng).
Mix the above, boil once, divide into two doses.
For postpartum condition within seven days, where residual blood remains stagnant, frequently rushing to the heart causing fainting and oppression.
Heye (Lotus Leaf), Yanhusuo (*Rhizoma Corydalis*), Dihuang Zhi (Juice of *Radix Rehmanniae*).
Add water 2 sheng, decoct two ingredients, obtain 8 he, add Yanhusuo, take on an empty stomach in three doses. Avoid meat for one day.
For postpartum residual blood attacking the heart, or continuous bleeding below, with chest oppression, cyanotic face, and sensation of cold qi about to extinguish life.
Yangxue (Sheep Blood) 1 zhen, taken in a single dose. If symptoms persist, take again for immediate effect.
For postpartum qi deficiency, where cold qi combats blood, causing blood and qi stagnation, rushing upward leading to abdominal distension and fullness.
Danggui (*Radix Angelicae Sinensis*), Guixin (*Cortex Cinnamomi*), Chuanxiong (*Rhizoma Chuanxiong*), Wuzhuyu (*Fructus Evodiae*, Wu Zhu Yu), Jupi (*Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae*, Chen Pi), Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger) (each 2 liang), Shaoyao (*Radix Paeoniae Alba*, Bai Shao) (3 liang).
Cut the herbs, add water 3 sheng, decoct to obtain 1 sheng, remove dregs, take on an empty stomach.
Treating postpartum residual blood rushing to the heart.
Use aged white plum (*Prunus mume*), crush it, decoct strongly and drink the soup.
Treating postpartum evil blood rushing to the heart, frequent onset of restlessness, Jinhuang San (Golden Powder). (From *Boji Fang*)
Yanhusuo (*Rhizoma Corydalis*) (1 liang), Puhuang (*Pollen Typhae*) (0.5 liang), Guixin (*Cortex Cinnamomi*) (1 fen).
Grind into fine powder, use sour plum (*Prunus mume*) decoction, mix when cool and take 1 qian.
Treating postpartum chest and heart vexation, slow discharge of evil blood. Moyao Wan (Myrrh Pill). (From *Boji Fang*)
Moyao (*Resina Myrrhae*, ground), Manjiang (Ginger), Yanhusuo (*Rhizoma Corydalis*), Ganqi (Dry Lacquer, stir-fried), Danggui (*Radix Angelicae Sinensis*), Guixin (*Cortex Cinnamomi*), Niuxi (*Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae*), Mudanpi (*Cortex Moutan*), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger) (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder, use vinegar and wheat paste to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Decoct Qu Tang (Fermented Grain Soup) and take 10-15 pills.
Formula for treating postpartum chest heat and vexation, with rebellious qi.
Xiebai (*Bulbus Allii Macrostemonis*), Banxia (*Rhizoma Pinelliae*), Gancao (*Radix Glycyrrhizae*), Renshen (*Radix Ginseng*) (each 2 liang), Gualougen (*Radix Trichosanthis*), Maimendong (*Radix Ophiopogonis*) (0.5 sheng).
Cut the six ingredients, add water 1 dou 3 sheng, decoct to obtain 4 sheng, remove dregs, divide into five doses, take three times during the day and twice at night. If heat is severe, add Zhimu (*Rhizoma Anemarrhenae*) 1 liang.
