泽兰叶 人参（各一分） 荆芥（一两） 川芎（半两）
上为末，用温酒、热汤各半盏，调一钱急灌之，下咽即开眼，气定即醒。一方有甘草二
钱。
若去血过多而晕者，当服芎 汤（方见第二卷通用门）∶当归芍药汤。（方见十二卷第十
二论）
治产后血晕，心闷不识人，神言鬼语，气急欲绝。
芍药 甘草（各一两） 丹参（四分，并 咀） 生地黄汁（一升） 生姜汁 白蜜（各
一合）
上水二升，先煎前三味，取八合；下地黄、生姜汁、蜜，分为两服。
又方∶荷叶（二枚，炙） 真蒲黄（一两） 甘草（二两） 生地黄汁（半升） 白蜜
（一匙）
上切细，以水三升，煮取一升，去滓，入蒲黄、蜜、地黄汁，暖服立愈。
疗产后血晕心闷。
蒲黄（四分） 紫葛 芍药（八分） 红花（十二分）
上 咀，以水二升，煎至七合，入生地黄汁二合，更煎三、五沸，每服三合。
产后血晕，心闷乱，恍惚如见鬼。
生益母草汁（三合，根亦可） 生地黄汁（二合） 童子小便（一合） 鸡子清（三枚）
上煎三、四沸后，入鸡子清搅停，作一服。
产后血晕，狂语不识人，狂乱。
童子小便（五合） 生地黄汁（一合） 赤马通（七枚） 红雪（八分）
上以前二味浸赤马通，绞去滓，下红雪，温为两服。
泽兰叶、人参（各一分），荆芥（一两），川芎（半两）。
将上述药材研为细末，用温酒和热汤各半盏，调和一钱药末，迅速灌服，药液咽下后患者即能睁眼，气息平稳后即可苏醒。另一配方中加有甘草二钱。
如果是因失血过多而导致晕厥的，应当服用芎䓖汤（方剂见第二卷通用门）：当归芍药汤（方剂见第十二卷第十二论）。
治疗产后血晕，心中烦闷不省人事，胡言乱语，气息急促近乎断绝。
芍药、甘草（各一两），丹参（四分，切碎），生地黄汁（一升），生姜汁、白蜜（各一合）。
用水二升，先煎煮前三味药材，取药液八合；再加入地黄汁、生姜汁、蜂蜜，分两次服用。
另一个方子：荷叶（两枚，炙烤），真蒲黄（一两），甘草（二两），生地黄汁（半升），白蜜（一匙）。
将药材切碎，用水三升，煮取一升药液，滤去药渣，加入蒲黄、蜂蜜、地黄汁，温热服用，立即可愈。
治疗产后血晕伴有心胸烦闷。
蒲黄（四分），紫葛，芍药（八分），红花（十二分）。
将药材切碎，用水二升，煎至七合，加入生地黄汁二合，再煮沸三到五次，每次服用三合。
产后血晕，心胸烦乱，神志恍惚如同见到鬼怪。
新鲜益母草汁（三合，根部亦可使用），生地黄汁（二合），童子尿（一合），鸡蛋清（三个）。
先煎煮三到四次沸腾后，加入鸡蛋清搅拌均匀，作为一次服用。
产后血晕，胡言乱语不认得人，狂躁混乱。
童子尿（五合），生地黄汁（一合），赤马通（七枚，指马粪中的红色部分），红雪（八分）。
以上述两种液体浸泡赤马通，绞取汁液去渣，加入红雪，温热后分两次服用。
Zelan Ye (Lycopus lucidus Herba), Renshen (Panax Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 fen), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba) (1 liang), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma) (0.5 liang).
Grind the above herbs into powder. Mix one qian of the powder with half a zhan of warm wine and half a zhan of hot water, then administer rapidly by force-feeding. Upon swallowing, the patient will open their eyes; once the breathing stabilizes, they will regain consciousness. Another prescription includes Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 2 qian.
If fainting is caused by excessive blood loss, one should take Xiongtang (Angelicae Sinensis Decoction) (see Formula in Volume 2, General Section): Danggui Shaoyao Tang (Danggui and Peony Decoction) (see Discussion in Volume 12, Discussion 12).
Treats postpartum blood syncope with chest oppression, unconsciousness, delirious speech, and rapid breathing nearing cessation.
Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (each 1 liang), Danshen (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (4 fen, cut into pieces), Shengdihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmanniae Radix Juice) (1 sheng), Shengjiang Zhi (Fresh Zingiberis Rhizoma Juice), Baimi (White Honey) (each 1 he).
Add 2 sheng of water, first decoct the first three herbs to obtain 8 he of liquid; then add Dihuang juice, Shengjiang Zhi, and honey. Divide into two doses for administration.
Another formula: Heye (Lotus Leaf) (2 leaves, roasted), Zhen Puhuang (Authentic Typhae Pollen), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (2 liang), Shengdihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmanniae Radix Juice) (0.5 sheng), Baimi (White Honey) (1 spoonful).
Cut the herbs finely, boil in 3 sheng of water until reduced to 1 sheng, filter out the dregs, then add Puhuang, honey, and Shengdihuang Zhi. Take warm, and recovery will be immediate.
Treats postpartum blood syncope with chest oppression.
Puhuang (Typhae Pollen) (4 fen), Zi Ge (Buddlejae Ramulus), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix) (8 fen), Honghua (Carthami Flos) (12 fen).
Cut the herbs into pieces, decoct in 2 sheng of water until reduced to 7 he, add 2 he of Shengdihuang Zhi, boil again for three to five boils. Each dose is 3 he.
Postpartum blood syncope with chest agitation, mental confusion as if seeing ghosts.
Sheng Yimucao Zhi (Fresh Leonuri Herba Juice) (3 he, roots may also be used), Shengdihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmanniae Radix Juice) (2 he), Tongzi Xiaobian (Child's Urine) (1 he), Jiziqing (Egg White) (3 units).
Boil for three or four boils, then add Jiziqing and stir well. Administer as a single dose.
Postpartum blood syncope, delirious speech, inability to recognize people, mania and chaos.
Tongzi Xiaobian (Child's Urine) (5 he), Shengdihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmanniae Radix Juice) (1 he), Chi Matong (Red Horse Dung) (7 units), Hongxue (Red Snow - a traditional cooling medicine) (8 fen).
Soak Chi Matong in the aforementioned two liquids, squeeze out the juice and remove dregs, then add Hongxue. Take warm, divided into two doses.
