治产后血晕，血入心经，语言颠倒，健忘失志及产后百病。

上细研为末，才产下，便用童子小便与细酒各半盏，煎一、二沸，调下二钱，良久再服
。其恶血自循下行，更不冲上，免生百疾。《专治妇人方》只用白汤调。
五羊洪运使（上天下锡）子舍孺人，产后语言颠倒，谵语不已，如有神灵，服诸药无效。
召余诊之，六脉和平，仆以此药两服而愈。
疗产后因惊，败血冲心，昏闷发狂，如有鬼祟，宜用《局方》大圣泽兰散（除是自合者
，方有效）加好辰砂，研令极细，每服加一字许，煎酸枣仁汤调下，一服可安。

用大辰砂一、二钱重，研令极细，用饮儿乳汁三、四茶脚许调。仍掘紫项活地龙一条入
药，候地龙滚三滚，取出地龙不用，不令带药出，但欲得地龙身上涎耳。却入无灰酒，与
前乳汁相合七、八分盏，重汤温。遇疾作，分三、二服。
余家荆布，方产一日，忽见鬼物，言语颠倒。遂取自合苏合香丸一钱重，以童子小便调
服即醒，神思如故。
夫产后言语颠倒，或狂言谵语如见鬼神者，其源不一，须仔细辨证、用药。治疗产后惊
风，言语乱道，如见鬼神、精神不定者，研好朱砂酒调，下龙虎丹，（见《局方》）三丸
作一服，兼琥珀地黄丸服之。
一则因产后心虚，败血停积，上干于心而狂言独语者，当在第十九卷第一论求之。
二则产后脏虚，心中惊悸，志意不定，言语错乱、不自觉知，神思不安者，当在十九卷
第二论求之。
三则宿有风毒，因产心虚气弱，腰背强直，或歌哭嗔笑，言语乱道，当作风痉治疗，当
在十九卷第三论求之。
四则产后心虚中风，心神恍惚，言语错乱，当在十九卷第四论求之。
五则产后多因败血迷乱心经而颠狂，言语错乱无常，或晕闷者，当于本卷第五、六论求
之。
六则因产后感冒风寒，恶露斩然不行，憎寒发热如疟，昼日明了，暮则谵语，如见鬼状
，当作热入血室治之。宜琥珀地黄丸及四物汤，只用生干地黄加北柴胡等分煎服。如不退者
，以小柴胡汤加生干地黄如黄芩分两，煎服愈。虽然以上诸证，大抵胎前、产后之疾，自有
专门一定之法，毫发不同。如产后首当逐败生新，然后仔细详辨疾证，不可妄立名色，自立
新意，妄自加减方药。大宜对证，根据古法施治，未有不安者也。
琥珀地黄丸、（方见十九卷第二论）四物汤、（方见二卷第五通用方）小柴胡汤、（方见
六卷第五论）治产后败血冲心，发热，狂言奔走，脉虚大者。（男六德续添）
干荷叶 生地黄（干） 牡丹皮（等分，不以多少）
上三味浓煎汤，调生蒲黄二钱匕，一服即安。
治疗产后血晕，因恶血进入心经，导致语言错乱颠倒、健忘失志以及产后多种疾病。

将上述药材细细研磨成粉末。在胎儿刚娩出时，立即取童便（男孩的小便）与细酒各半盏，煎煮一至二沸，调服二钱药末。过一段时间后再次服用。这样恶血自然向下运行，不再上冲，从而避免产生各种疾病。《专治妇人方》仅用白开水调服。
五羊洪运使（官职名）之子舍孺人（命妇封号），产后语言错乱颠倒，胡言乱语不止，好像有神灵附体，服用其他药物无效。
请我诊治，六脉平和，我用此药让她服用两次而痊愈。
治疗产后因受惊，败血冲心，导致昏闷发狂，好像有鬼怪作祟，适宜使用《局方》大圣泽兰散（除非是自然分娩者，否则此方才有效），加入优质的辰砂，研磨至极细，每次服用增加约“一字”的量，煎煮酸枣仁汤送服，服用一次即可安定。
治疗产后因败血及邪气入心，如见到鬼怪之物而颠狂的方子。
用大辰砂一两至二钱的重量，研磨至极细，用喂婴儿的乳汁三到四茶脚的量来调和。另外挖掘一条紫项活地龙（蚯蚓）放入药中，等待地龙在药中翻滚三圈后，取出地龙不再使用，不要让它带出药物，只需要它身上的涎液即可。然后加入无灰酒，与前文所述的乳汁混合至七、八分满，隔水加热温服。遇到发病时，分两到三次服用。
我家中的妻子，刚生产一天，忽然看见鬼物，言语错乱颠倒。于是取出自合苏合香丸一钱重，用童便调服后立即苏醒，神思恢复如常。
产后言语错乱颠倒，或胡言乱语谵妄如见鬼神者，其病因不一，必须仔细辨证、用药。治疗产后惊风，言语混乱，如见鬼神、精神不定者，研磨好朱砂用酒调服，下龙虎丹（见《局方》），三丸作为一次服用，同时兼服琥珀地黄丸。
一是因为产后心虚，败血停积，上扰于心而导致狂言独语者，应当在第十九卷第一论中寻求治疗方法。
二是产后脏腑虚弱，心中惊悸，意志不定，言语错乱、自己不能察觉，神思不安者，应当在第十九卷第二论中寻求治疗方法。
三是宿有风毒，因生产导致心虚气弱，腰背强直，或歌哭嗔笑，言语混乱，应当作风痉治疗，应当在第十九卷第三论中寻求治疗方法。
四是产后心虚中风，心神恍惚，言语错乱，应当在第十九卷第四论中寻求治疗方法。
五是产后多因败血迷乱心经而颠狂，言语错乱无常，或晕闷者，应当在本卷第五、六论中寻求治疗方法。
六是产后因感受风寒，恶露突然停止不行，憎寒发热如疟疾状，白天清醒，晚上则谵语，如见鬼状，当作热入血室治疗。适宜使用琥珀地黄丸及四物汤，只用生干地黄与北柴胡等量煎服。如果症状不退，用小柴胡汤加生干地黄，剂量同黄芩，煎服可愈。虽然以上诸证，大致胎前、产后的疾病，自有专门固定的方法，毫厘不同。如产后首先应当逐除败血、生养新血，然后仔细详辨疾证，不可妄立名目，自立新意，妄自加减方药。大宜对证，根据古法施治，没有不平安的。
琥珀地黄丸（方剂见第十九卷第二论）、四物汤（方剂见第二卷第五通用方）、小柴胡汤（方剂见第六卷第五论），治疗产后败血冲心，发热，狂言奔走，脉象虚大者。（由男六德续添）
干荷叶、生地黄（干品）、牡丹皮（等量，不限多少）
将上述三味药浓煎成汤，调服生蒲黄二钱匕，服用一次即安。
To treat postpartum blood syncope (postpartum fainting due to blood stasis), where evil blood enters the Heart channel, causing inverted speech, memory loss, and loss of will, as well as various diseases after childbirth.
Moyao (Myrrha) and Xuexie (Dragon's Blood) in equal parts.
Grind the above into fine powder. Immediately after delivery, take half a cup of Tongzi Xiaobian (urine of a young boy) and half a cup of refined wine, boil for one or two boils, mix with two qian of the powder, and take orally. After a while, take again. The evil blood will naturally flow downwards and not rush upwards, preventing various diseases. *Zhuanzhi Furen Fang* uses only white boiled water for mixing.
Hong Yunshi (an official title) from Wuyang, whose wife Shu Ruren (a title for noblewomen), suffered from inverted speech after childbirth, incessant delirious speech, as if possessed by spirits, and other medicines were ineffective.
I was summoned to diagnose her; the six pulses were harmonious. I used this medicine, and she recovered after two doses.
To treat postpartum mania caused by fright, where败血 (defective blood) rushes to the Heart, causing dizziness, coma, and madness, as if haunted by ghosts, it is appropriate to use Dasheng Zelan San (Great Sage Marshwort Powder) from *Ju Fang*, unless it is a natural birth (in which case the formula is effective). Add high-quality Chensha (Cinnabar), grind extremely fine, add approximately one zi (a small unit of weight) per dose, decoct Suanzaoren Tang (Sour Jujube Seed Decoction) to administer, and one dose can stabilize the condition.
A prescription for postpartum madness due to defective blood and pathogenic qi entering the Heart, resembling seeing ghostly objects.
Use 1-2 qian of large Chensha (Cinnabar), ground extremely fine. Mix with 3-4 tea-spoonfuls of milk fed to infants. Additionally, dig out one live Dilong (Earthworm, *Pheretima*) with a purple neck, put it into the medicine, wait for the earthworm to roll three times, then remove the earthworm without using it, ensuring it does not carry out the medicine, but only its saliva is desired. Then add Wuhui Jiu (wine without ash impurities), mix with the aforementioned milk to about 70-80% of a cup, warm in a double boiler. When the illness strikes, divide into two or three doses.
My wife, just one day after giving birth, suddenly saw ghostly objects and spoke confusedly. I took one qian of Zihe Suhe Xiang Wan (Self-made Amber and Storax Pill), mixed with Tongzi Xiaobian (urine of a young boy), and she woke up immediately, with her spirit restored to normal.
Postpartum inverted speech or delirious speech as if seeing ghosts and gods has diverse origins; careful differentiation and medication are required. For treating postpartum convulsions with chaotic speech, seeing ghosts, and unsettled spirit, grind good Zhusha (Cinnabar), mix with wine, and administer Longhu Dan (Dragon and Tiger Pill) (see *Ju Fang*), three pills as one dose, combined with Hupo Dihuang Wan (Amber and Rehmannia Pill).
First, if it is due to postpartum Heart deficiency, with defective blood stagnating and disturbing the Heart, causing manic speech and talking to oneself, seek treatment in Volume 19, Treatise 1.
Second, if postpartum organ deficiency causes Heart palpitations, unstable will, chaotic speech, lack of self-awareness, and unsettled spirit, seek treatment in Volume 19, Treatise 2.
Third, if there is pre-existing wind-toxin, and postpartum Heart deficiency and weak qi cause stiffness in the waist and back, or singing, crying, anger, and laughing, with chaotic speech, treat as Feng Jing (Wind Spasm), seeking treatment in Volume 19, Treatise 3.
Fourth, if postpartum Heart deficiency leads to Wind Stroke, with vague Spirit and chaotic speech, seek treatment in Volume 19, Treatise 4.
Fifth, if postpartum madness is mostly due to defective blood confusing the Heart channel, causing erratic speech or dizziness, seek treatment in Treatises 5 and 6 of this volume.
Sixth, if postpartum contraction of wind-cold causes sudden cessation of lochia, aversion to cold and fever like malaria, clarity during the day, and delirium at night as if seeing ghosts, treat as Re Ru Xue Shi (Heat Entering the Blood Chamber). It is suitable to use Hupo Dihuang Wan (Amber and Rehmannia Pill) and Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction), using only Sheng Gan Dihuang (Raw Dried Rehmannia Root) and Beichaihu (Northern Bupleurum Root) in equal parts for decoction. If symptoms do not subside, use Xiaochaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction) adding Sheng Gan Dihuang (Raw Dried Rehmannia Root) in the same dosage as Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), decoct and take to cure. Although these syndromes vary, generally, diseases before and after pregnancy have specific fixed methods, differing by no hair's breadth. Postpartum treatment should first expel defective blood and generate new blood, then carefully differentiate the disease. Do not arbitrarily create names, innovate ideas, or modify prescriptions. It is highly advisable to match the syndrome and follow ancient methods for treatment; there will be no instability.
Hupo Dihuang Wan (Amber and Rehmannia Pill) (Formula seen in Vol 19, Treatise 2), Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) (Formula seen in Vol 2, Treatise 5 General Formulas), Xiaochaihu Tang (Minor Bupleurum Decoction) (Formula seen in Vol 6, Treatise 5), treat postpartum defective blood rushing to the Heart, fever, manic speech and running around, with a deficient and large pulse. Gan Heye (Dried Lotus Leaf), Sheng Dihuang (Raw Rehmannia Root, dried), Mudanpi (Tree Peony Bark) in equal parts, any amount.
Decoct the above three ingredients strongly into a soup, mix with 2 qianbi of Sheng Puhuang (Raw Pollen Typhae), and one dose brings peace.
