人、小儿因痢脱肛。鳖头骨烧灰，研取粉扑之（《日华子》云∶头骨烧灰疗脱肛）。《图经》
同。《药性论》云∶鳖头血涂脱肛。
孙真人疗脱肛∶肠头若挺出，一片虾蟆皮，瓶中烧烟熏，功效觉玄微。
夫妇人阴肿者，是虚损受风邪所为，胞络虚而有风邪客之。风气乘于阴，与血气相搏，
令气否涩，腠理壅闭，不得泄越，故令肿也。
治妇人月水涩滞，阴间肿痛。
菖蒲 当归（各一两，炒） 秦艽（三分） 吴茱萸（半两，制）
上为粗末，每服三钱。水一盏，葱白五寸，煎至六分，去滓，空心温服。
《经心录》治妇人阴中肿痛不可忍。
艾叶（五两） 防风（三两） 大戟（二两）
上锉细。以水一斗，煮取五升，热洗，日三。切宜避风冷。
《古今录验》治妇人阴肿或疮烂者。麻黄汤洗方。

治疗脱肛，多年不愈。用生铁三斤，水一斗，煮取五升，去掉铁，用汁液清洗，每日两次。姚和众治疗大人、小儿因痢疾导致的脱肛。将鳖头骨烧成灰，研成粉末扑撒患处（《日华子》记载：头骨烧成灰可治疗脱肛）。《图经》观点相同。《药性论》记载：用鳖头血涂抹脱肛处。

妇女阴部肿胀，是虚损受风邪所致，胞络空虚而有风邪客居其中。风气侵袭阴部，与血气相搏，导致气机否涩，腠理壅闭，不能宣泄，所以导致肿胀。
治疗妇女月经涩滞，阴间肿痛。

The anus is the external manifestation of the Large Intestine. When the Large Intestine is deficient and cold, its Qi rushes downward, causing the anus to evert. There are also cases where excessive straining during childbirth causes Qi to rush upward, similarly leading to anal eversion.
To treat chronic accumulation of deficiency-cold in the Large Intestine, where the anus prolapses with each bowel movement and cannot be retracted. (From *Shenghui Fang*)
*Helix aspersa* (Snail) (1 liang, shell removed, ground raw)
Mix with lard and apply externally; the anus will immediately retract. (*Yaoxing Lun* states: Snails have slight toxicity and can treat Large Intestine prolapse. *Fan Wang Fang* states: This snail resembles the common snail completely, is yellow and small; those that feed on fresh green mulberry leaves after rain are best. Sun Simiao agrees.)
Yao Hezhong treats deficiency-cold of the Large Intestine in men, women, and children, resulting in anal eversion. Applying iron powder externally yields good results. (*Shenghui Fang* also treats vaginal prolapse and vulvar swelling.)
To treat prolapsed rectum that has persisted for years without healing. Take 3 jin of raw iron and 1 dou of water, boil until reduced to 5 sheng, remove the iron, and wash with the liquid twice daily. Yao Hezhong treats adults and children with prolapsed rectum due to dysentery. Burn the turtle head bone to ash, grind into powder, and dust it on the affected area. (*Rimazishi* states: Ash from the head bone treats prolapse. *Tujing* concurs. *Yaoxing Lun* states: Apply blood from the turtle head to the prolapse.)
Sun Simiao treats prolapsed rectum: If the intestinal segment protrudes, take one piece of toad skin, burn it in a bottle to generate smoke, and fumigate the area; the efficacy is subtle and profound.
Vulvar swelling in women is caused by deficiency damage combined with wind-pathogen invasion. The Bao Luo (uterine collaterals) are deficient, allowing wind-pathogens to lodge within. Wind-Qi invades the yin region, combats with Blood and Qi, causing Qi stagnation and obstruction, blocking the Cou Li (pores/skin texture), preventing dispersion, thus resulting in swelling.
To treat stagnant menstruation in women accompanied by swelling and pain in the genital region.
*Changpu* (Acorus Tatarinowii Rhizome) *Danggui* (Angelica Sinensis Radix) (each 1 liang, stir-fried) *Qinjiao* (Gentiana Macrophylla Radix) (3 fen) *Wuzhuyu* (Evodiae Fructus) (0.5 liang, processed)
Grind the above into coarse powder. For each dose, take 3 qian. Add 1 zhan of water and 5 cun of white part of scallion, decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take warm on an empty stomach.
*Jingxin Lu* treats unbearable swelling and pain in the vagina.
*Mugwort Leaf* (Ai Ye) (5 liang) *Fangfeng* (Saposhnikovia Divaricata Root) (3 liang) *Daji* (Euphorbia Lathyris Root) (2 liang)
Cut finely. Add 1 dou of water, boil until reduced to 5 sheng, wash with the hot liquid three times daily. Strictly avoid wind and cold.
*Gujin Luyan* treats vulvar swelling or ulceration in women. Use Mahuang Tang (Ephedra Decoction) for washing.
