论曰∶欲断产者，不易之事。虽曰天地大德曰生，然亦有临产艰难；或生育不已；或不
正之属，为尼为娼，不欲受孕而欲断之者。故录验方以备所用。然其方颇众，然多有用水银
、虻虫、水蛭之类，孕不复怀，难免受病。此方平和而有异验，列具于后。
疗妇人断产验方。（《千金翼》、《外台秘要》同）
故蚕纸，方圆一尺，烧为末，酒饮调服，终身不复怀孕也。
疗妊娠欲去之，并断产方。
栝蒌 桂心（各二两） 豉（一升）
上三味切，以水四升，煮取一升半，分服之。
又方∶附子二枚为末，以淳苦酒和涂右足，去之大良。
断产方。
油煎水银，一日方息。空心服，如枣大一丸，永断不损人。
落胎方。
栝蒌根（四两） 肉桂（五两） 牛膝（三两） 瞿麦（一两）
上切，以水七升，煎二升三合，去滓，温分三服。服后如人行五里，又进一服。无忌。
疗羸人欲去胎方。
粉草 干姜 人参 川芎 生姜 肉桂 蟹爪 黄芩
上八味，等分细切，以水七升，煮取二升，分三服。忌海藻、菘菜、生葱。
欲去胎方。
大曲（五升）清酒一斗。煮二沸，去滓，分五服。隔宿勿食，旦再服。其子如糜，令
母肥盛，无疾苦。（千金不传）
夫肺感于寒，寒伤于肺，则成咳嗽也。所以然者，肺主气而外合皮毛，毛窍不密，则寒
邪乘虚而入，故肺受之也。五脏六腑俱受气于肺，以其时感于寒而为嗽也。秋则肺受之，冬
则肾受之，春则肝受之，夏则心受之。其诸脏嗽不已，则传于腑。妊娠病久不已者，则伤胎
也。
论述说：想要断绝生育，并不是一件容易的事。虽然常说天地最大的德行是“生”，但确实也有分娩艰难的情况；或者连续生育不停止；或者有不正当关系（如为尼姑、娼妓等），不希望受孕而想要断绝生育的人。因此记录验证有效的方剂以备使用。然而这类方剂很多，大多含有水银、虻虫、水蛭之类的药物，虽然能让孕妇不再怀孕，但难免会遭受病痛伤害。这个方剂平和且效果奇特，列举如下。
治疗妇女断绝生育的验方。（与《千金翼方》、《外台秘要》相同）
用旧蚕纸，大小一平方尺，烧成粉末，用酒调服，终身不再怀孕。
治疗妊娠想终止胎儿，以及断绝生育的方剂。
栝蒌、桂心（各二两）、豆豉（一升）
以上三味药切碎，用水四升，煮取一升半，分次服用。
又一方：附子二枚研成粉末，用纯正的苦醋调和涂抹在右脚上，去除胎儿效果很好。
断产方。
将水银用油煎制，一天后停止。空腹服用，如枣大一丸，永久断绝生育且不损伤人体。
落胎方。
栝蒌根（四两）、肉桂（五两）、牛膝（三两）、瞿麦（一两）
以上药材切碎，用水七升，煎煮至二升三合，滤去药渣，温服，分三次服用。服药后如人行走五里路的时间，再进服一次。饮食无禁忌。
治疗身体虚弱者想终止胎儿的方剂。
甘草、干姜、人参、川芎、生姜、肉桂、蟹爪、黄芩
以上八味药，等量细切，用水七升，煮取二升，分三次服用。忌食海藻、菘菜（白菜类）、生葱。
想终止胎儿的方剂。
大曲（五升）、清酒一斗。煮沸两次，滤去药渣，分五次服用。前一晚不要进食，早晨再服用。胎儿会化为糜状，使母亲身体肥盛，没有疾病痛苦。（此方《千金方》不传）
肺脏感受寒邪，寒气伤及肺脏，就会形成咳嗽。之所以这样，是因为肺主气且外合皮毛，毛孔不致密，寒邪便乘虚而入，所以肺受病。五脏六腑的气都来源于肺，因为随着季节变化感受寒邪而引发咳嗽。秋季则肺受之，冬季则肾受之，春季则肝受之，夏季则心受之。如果各个脏腑的咳嗽久治不愈，则会传变到腑。妊娠期间患病久治不愈，则会伤害胎儿。
It is stated: To permanently prevent conception is not an easy matter. Although it is said that the greatest virtue of Heaven and Earth is "generation," there are indeed cases of difficult childbirth; or continuous reproduction without cessation; or situations involving improper conduct (such as becoming a nun or a prostitute), where one does not wish to conceive and desires to terminate fertility. Therefore, verified prescriptions are recorded for potential use. However, there are many such prescriptions, most of which contain substances like mercury, horseflies, and leeches. While they may prevent pregnancy, they inevitably cause harm and illness. This prescription is mild yet effective, and is listed below.
Verified prescription for women to permanently prevent conception. (Same as in *Qianjin Yi* and *Waitai Miyao*)
Old silkworm paper, one square chi in area, burned to ash, mixed with wine and taken orally, will prevent pregnancy for life.
Prescription for terminating pregnancy and preventing conception.
Trichosanthis Radix (Gualou), Cinnamomi Cortex (Guixin) (each 2 liang), Fermented Soybean (Chi) (1 sheng)
Cut the above three herbs, add 4 sheng of water, decoct to obtain 1.5 sheng, and take in divided doses.
Another prescription:
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi), 2 pieces, ground into powder, mixed with pure sour vinegar, applied to the right foot. Effective for expelling the fetus.
Prescription for preventing conception.
Mercurius (Shuiyin) fried in oil until the process stops after one day. Take on an empty stomach, one pill the size of a jujube. It permanently prevents conception without harming the body.
Prescription for aborting the fetus.
Trichosanthis Radix (Gualougen), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Rougui), Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Dianthi Herba (Qumai)
Cut the above herbs, add 7 sheng of water, decoct to 2.3 sheng, filter the dregs, and take warm in three divided doses. After taking, wait for the time it takes a person to walk five li, then take another dose. No dietary restrictions.
Prescription for thin/weak individuals to terminate pregnancy.
Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Fencao), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Ganjiang), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Rougui), Carapax et Plasma Testudinis (Xiezha), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin)
The above eight herbs, cut finely in equal parts, add 7 sheng of water, decoct to 2 sheng, and take in three divided doses. Avoid eating Sargassum (Haizao), Brassica rapa var. pekinensis (Songcai), and raw scallions (Shengcong).
Prescription to terminate pregnancy.
Koji (Daqu), 5 sheng; Clear wine (Qingjiu), 1 dou. Boil twice, filter the dregs, and take in five divided doses. Do not eat the night before, and take again in the morning. The fetus will turn into mush, allowing the mother to become robust and free from disease. (Not transmitted in *Qianjin Fang*)
When the Lung is affected by cold, and cold damages the Lung, cough results. The reason is that the Lung governs Qi and connects externally with the skin and hair. If the pores are not tight, cold pathogenic factors enter due to deficiency, thus affecting the Lung. The Qi of the Five Zang and Six Fu organs originates from the Lung. Cough occurs because of cold invasion according to the season. In autumn, the Lung is affected; in winter, the Kidney; in spring, the Liver; in summer, the Heart. If cough from various Zang organs persists, it transmits to the Fu organs. If illness during pregnancy persists for a long time, it damages the fetus.
