疗产后恶露不尽，腹痛往来兼胸满少气。
泽兰（熬） 生干地黄 当归（各三分） 芍药 生姜（各十分） 甘草（六分） 大
枣（十四个）
上细切，以水九升，煮取三升，分为三服。欲死，涂身得瘥。
疗恶露不尽，腹胀痛。
取乱发如鸡子大，灰汁洗尽，净烧为末，酒调服二钱。
又疗产后血不尽，血痛闷方。
取荷叶烧作灰，暖水和服。煮取汁亦良。
又方∶以铁秤锤一枚，烧赤，投酒五升中，用此酒煮当归三两，取二升，去滓，分温再
服。《千金》同。（一方无当归）
疗产后下血不尽，腹内坚痛不可忍。
当归 芍药 桂心（各三两） 桃仁（一百二十枚，制）
上细切，以水六升，煮取二升，分温二服。如未瘥，加大黄三两。
疗产后血结、下不尽，腹中绞痛不止。
大黄（别浸） 生干地黄 当归（各十分） 川芎 芍药 桂心（各八分） 甘草 黄
芩（各六分） 桃仁（四十九粒，制）
上细切，以水七升，煮取二升半，下大黄，更煎三沸，分温三服。
疗产后血下不尽，腹中痛无计。
青木香 当归 牛膝 川芎 黄 芍药（各八分） 大黄（十三分，浸） 芒硝（十
二分）
上细切，以水七升，煮取二升，入大黄更煎三沸，分三服。
疗产后恶露不尽，结聚，小腹疼痛。
当归（三分） 香附子（一两） 琥珀 没药 青皮 赤芍药 木香 桂心（各半两）
上为细末，以豆淋酒调下一钱。
治疗产后恶露排出不净，腹痛阵发且伴有胸闷、气短。
泽兰（炒制）、生干地黄、当归（各三分）、芍药、生姜（各十分）、甘草（六分）、大枣（十四个）。
以上药材切碎，用水九升，煎煮至剩余三升，分三次服用。若病情危重濒死，将药渣涂抹全身可痊愈。
治疗恶露排出不净，腹部胀满疼痛。
取乱发如鸡蛋大小，用草木灰水洗净，彻底烧成灰烬，用酒调服二钱。
又方：治疗产后血排不净，因血痛导致闷绝的方子。
取荷叶烧成灰烬，用温水调和服用。煮取汁液服用也良好。
又一方：取铁秤锤一个，烧红后投入五升酒中，用此酒煎煮三两当归，取二升药液，去渣，分两次温服。（《千金方》与此相同。（另一版本无当归）
治疗产后下血排不净，腹内坚硬疼痛难以忍受。
当归、芍药、桂心（各三两）、桃仁（一百二十枚，炮制过）。
以上药材切碎，用水六升，煎煮至剩余二升，分两次温服。如果未痊愈，加大黄三两。
治疗产后血结、排不净，腹中绞痛不止。
大黄（另浸泡）、生干地黄、当归（各十分）、川芎、芍药、桂心（各八分）、甘草、黄芩（各六分）、桃仁（四十九粒，炮制过）。

青木香、当归、牛膝、川芎、黄芪、芍药（各八分）、大黄（十三分，浸泡）、芒硝（十二分）。
以上药材切碎，用水七升，煎煮至剩余二升，加入大黄再煎煮三沸，分三次服用。
治疗产后恶露排出不净，凝结聚积，小腹疼痛。
当归（三分）、香附子（一两）、琥珀、没药、青皮、赤芍药、木香、桂心（各半两）。
以上研为细末，用豆淋酒调服一钱。
Treats postpartum lochia不尽 (incomplete discharge of lochia), alternating abdominal pain accompanied by chest fullness and shortness of breath.
Zelan (Folium Agrimoniae, 泽兰) [stir-fried], Shenggan Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 生干地黄), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 当归) (each 3 fen), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba/Rubra, 芍药), Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, 生姜) (each 10 fen), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, 甘草) (6 fen), Dazao (Fructus Jujubae, 大枣) (14 pieces).
Finely chop the above ingredients, add nine sheng of water, decoct until three sheng remain, divide into three doses. If in critical condition approaching death, apply the residue to the body for recovery.
Treats incomplete discharge of lochia with abdominal distension and pain.
Take a quantity of tangled hair the size of a chicken egg, wash thoroughly with ash lye, burn completely to ash, mix with wine and take two qian.
Another prescription: Treats postpartum blood retention causing pain and faintness.
Burn lotus leaves to ash, mix with warm water and ingest. Decoction of the juice is also effective.
Another formula: Take one iron steelyard weight, heat until red-hot, immerse in five sheng of wine. Use this wine to decoct three liang of Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 当归), obtain two sheng of liquid, remove dregs, take warm in two doses. (Same as Qianjin Fang. Another version has no Danggui.)
Treats postpartum bleeding that does not clear, with hard and unbearable abdominal pain.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 当归), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba/Rubra, 芍药), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi, 桂心) (each 3 liang), Taoren (Semen Persicae, 桃仁) (120 seeds, processed).
Finely chop the above ingredients, add six sheng of water, decoct until two sheng remain, take warm in two doses. If not cured, add Sanliang of Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, 大黄).
Treats postpartum blood stasis and incomplete discharge, with unceasing colicky abdominal pain.
Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, 大黄) [soaked separately], Shenggan Dihuang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 生干地黄), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 当归) (each 10 fen), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 川芎), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba/Rubra, 芍药), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi, 桂心) (each 8 fen), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, 甘草), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae, 黄芩) (each 6 fen), Taoren (Semen Persicae, 桃仁) (49 seeds, processed).
Finely chop the above ingredients, add seven sheng of water, decoct until two and a half sheng remain, add Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, 大黄), boil for three more boils, take warm in three doses.
Treats postpartum blood retention with unbearable abdominal pain.
Qingmuxiang (Radix Aucklandiae, 青木香), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 当归), Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, 牛膝), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 川芎), Huangqi (Radix Astragali, 黄芪), Shaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba/Rubra, 芍药) (each 8 fen), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, 大黄) (13 fen, soaked), Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 芒硝) (12 fen).
Finely chop the above ingredients, add seven sheng of water, decoct until two sheng remain, add Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, 大黄) and boil for three more boils, divide into three doses.
Treats postpartum lochia不尽 (incomplete discharge of lochia) with condensation and lower abdominal pain.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, 当归) (3 fen), Xiangfuzi (Fructus Cyperi Rotundi, 香附子) (1 liang), Hupo (Electrum, 琥珀), Moyao (Resina Myrrhae, 没药), Qingpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride, 青皮), Chishaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 赤芍药), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae, 木香), Guixin (Cortex Cinnamomi, 桂心) (each 0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder, take one qian mixed with Doulinjiu (Wine soaked with beans, 豆淋酒).
