上为粗末，每服二钱。水一盏，煎至七分，去滓温服。

猪肚一全具
根据法用葱五味，煮熟食；食如不尽，更食，以尽为度。不得与别人食，无效。
安胎宽气进食，瘦胎易产。设或居处失宜，偶然顿仆，胎动胎痛，漏胎下血。
兼服佛手散（见通用方）、神寝丸、枳壳散（见前），此三药入月内大宜常服。

将车前子研成粉末，用酒调服一方寸匕的量。不能饮酒的人，用水调服。
《诗经》中说：“苜蓿能让妇人乐于拥有子女。”陆机的注释说：治疗妇人难产。我仔细考察孔子为《诗经》作的序言，其中说：“快乐而生育，容易生产。”后人将其误解为“喜欢”，这是错误的。

将上述药物研成细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。空腹时，用温酒送服三十丸，每日一次。怀孕九个月以后方可服用。陆氏的方剂名为寤生丸，其中乳香只用一分，用酒糊制作丸剂。
治疗妊娠期间滑胎、易于生产。

将上述药物研成粗末，每次服用二钱。加水一盏，煎煮至七分，去渣后温服。
另一版本没有榆白皮，称为葵子散。

按照方法，用五味葱煮熟食用；如果吃不完，继续吃，直到吃完为止。不得给别人吃，否则无效。

The medicinal properties of these herbs are slippery and promote diuresis.
Semen Plantaginis (Cheqianzi, 车前子)
Grind into powder, take one cunbi (a square-inch measure) mixed with wine. For those who cannot drink alcohol, mix with water.
The *Book of Songs* states: "Medicago sativa enables women to joyfully bear children." Lu Ji's annotation says: "Treats difficult labor in women." I have carefully examined Confucius' preface to the *Book of Songs*, which states: "Joyful childbirth, easy delivery." Later generations misunderstood this as "liking," which is incorrect.
Shenqin Wan for Treating Difficult Labor
This formula makes the fetus slender and the birth canal slippery, facilitating easy delivery. It should be taken during the last month before delivery, yielding miraculous effects. This prescription comes from Vice-Intendant Shi of Qizhou, transmitted by Grand Surgeon Xu of Qizhou.
Tongming Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) (half tael, ground separately), Aurantium Fructus Immaturus (Zhike, 枳壳) (one tael)
Grind into fine powder, make pills with refined honey the size of a Chinese quince seed. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach with warm wine, once daily. May only be taken after the ninth month of pregnancy. In Lu's formula, named Wusheng Wan, Frankincense is used in the amount of one fen, made into pills with wine paste.
For treating slippery fetus and easy delivery during pregnancy.
Cortex Ulmi (Yubai pi, 榆白皮), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao, 甘草) (two taels each), Semen Malvae (Kuizi, 葵子) (one tael)
Grind into coarse powder. Take two qian per dose. Add one zhan of water, decoct until reduced to seven-tenths, remove dregs, and take warm.
Another version without Cortex Ulmi is called Kuizi San.
Prescription for Pig Stomach to regulate the body at nine months of pregnancy, approaching delivery.

Cook thoroughly with five stalks of scallion according to method and eat; if not finished, continue eating until consumed. Do not give to others, or it will be ineffective.
To calm the fetus, soothe qi, improve appetite, slim the fetus, and facilitate easy delivery. If improper living conditions cause accidental falls, leading to fetal movement, fetal pain, or threatened miscarriage with bleeding:
Concurrently take Foshou San (see General Formulas), Shenqin Wan, and Zhike San (see above). These three formulas are highly suitable for regular use within the last month of pregnancy.
Rhizoma Cyperi (Xiangfu, 香附子) (four taels), Rhizoma Dioscoreae (Shanyao, 山药) (two taels), Fructus Amomi Rotundus (Suosharen, 缩砂仁) (one tael), Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum (Muxiang, 木香) (four qian), Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Fengcao, 粉草) (one tael and one fen), Semen Alpiniae Oxyphyllae (Yizhiren, 益智仁), Folium Perillae (Zisuye, 紫苏叶) (half tael each)
Grind into fine powder, take two qian mixed with boiling water.
