疗产后狂语，志意不定，精神昏乱，心气虚，风邪所致。茯苓散。
茯苓（一方用茯神） 生地黄（十二分） 远志 白薇 龙齿（各十分） 防风 人参 独
活（各八分，同为末）
上以银一大斤、水一斗五升，煎取七升，下诸药；煎取三升，温分三服，忌如前。一方
治产后风邪所干，心神恍惚，志意不定，加荆芥八分，甘草五分。
疗产后心虚，忪悸不定，乱语错误，精神恍惚不主，当由心虚所致。
人参 甘草 芍药 当归 生姜（各八分） 远志 茯苓（各十分） 桂心（六分） 麦
门冬 大枣（各十二分）
上为散，以水八升，煮取三升，去滓，温分三服。
夫产后中风恍惚者，由心主血，血气通于荣卫、脏腑，遍循经络。产则血气俱伤，脏腑
皆虚，心不能统于诸脏，荣卫不足，即为风邪所乘，则令心神恍惚不定也。
疗产后暴苦，心悸不定，言语错乱，恍惚，皆因心虚所致。

上为散，水三升，煎取一升，去滓，分作两服，食后。
疗产后心虚忪悸，志意不定，烦躁恍惚。

上为粗末，水二升，煮取七合，去滓温服。
治疗产后胡言乱语，意志不坚定，精神昏乱，由心气虚弱、风邪侵袭所致。茯苓散。

以上述银一大斤、水一斗五升，煎煮取七升药液，加入诸药；再煎煮取三升，温服，分三次服用，禁忌事项如前所述。另一方治疗产后风邪干扰，心神恍惚，意志不定，加荆芥八分，甘草五分。
治疗产后心气虚弱，惊悸不安，言语错乱错误，精神恍惚不能自主，这应当是由心虚所致。

以上药材研为散剂，用水八升，煎煮取三升，滤去药渣，温服，分三次服用。
大凡产后中风导致神情恍惚的，是因为心主血脉，血气通达于营卫和脏腑，遍行于经络。分娩时气血俱伤，脏腑皆虚，心不能统摄诸脏，营卫不足，因而被风邪乘虚而入，导致心神恍惚不定。
治疗产后突然痛苦，心悸不安，言语错乱，神情恍惚，这都是因心虚所致。
茯苓（三两） 芍药（二两） 甘草 桂心 当归（各一两） 生姜（六分） 麦门冬（一升） 大枣（三十枚）
以上药材研为散剂，用水三升，煎煮取一升，滤去药渣，分两次服用，饭后服用。
治疗产后心气虚弱导致的惊悸，意志不定，烦躁恍惚。

以上药材切碎成粗末，用水二升，煎煮取七合，滤去药渣，温服。
Treats postpartum incoherent speech, unstable will and intention, and mental confusion caused by deficiency of Heart Qi and invasion of Wind pathogen. Fu Ling San (Poria Powder).
Fu Ling (Poria) [一方 uses Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood)]; Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Recens) (12 fen); Yuan Zhi (Polygalae Radix); Bai Wei (Cynanchi Atrati Radix); Long Chi (Dentis Draconis et Ossis Mastodi) (each 10 fen); Fang Feng (Saposhnikoviae Radix); Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix); Du Huo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) (each 8 fen, all ground into powder).
Take one jin (500g) of silver and fifteen sheng (approx. 4.5L) of water, decoct to obtain seven sheng; add the various herbs; decoct again to obtain three sheng. Take warm, divided into three doses. Observe dietary restrictions as mentioned previously. Another prescription treats postpartum disturbance by Wind pathogen, with vague spirit and unstable will; add Jing Jie (Schizonepetae Spica) 8 fen, Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) 5 fen.
Treats postpartum Heart deficiency, palpitations and restlessness, incoherent and erroneous speech, and vague spirit unable to maintain control. This is due to Heart deficiency.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix); Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma); Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba); Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix); Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (each 8 fen); Yuan Zhi (Polygalae Radix); Fu Ling (Poria) (each 10 fen); Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Ramulus Cortex); Mai Men Dong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) (each 12 fen); Da Zao (Jujubae Fructus).
Grind the above into a powder. Use eight sheng (approx. 2.4L) of water, decoct to obtain three sheng. Strain the dregs. Take warm, divided into three doses.
Generally, postpartum Wind-stroke leading to mental vagueness occurs because the Heart governs blood, and Blood-Qi connects to Ying-Wei (Nutritive and Defensive Qi) and Zang-Fu organs, circulating through the meridians. Childbirth injures both Blood and Qi, causing deficiency in all Zang-Fu organs. The Heart fails to command the other organs; Ying-Wei becomes insufficient, allowing Wind pathogen to invade, resulting in an unsettled and vague Heart Spirit.
Treats sudden suffering after childbirth, restless palpitations, disordered speech, and mental vagueness, all caused by Heart deficiency.
Fu Ling (Poria) (3 liang); Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (2 liang); Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma); Gui Xin (Cinnamomi Ramulus Cortex); Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (each 1 liang); Sheng Jiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (6 fen); Mai Men Dong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) (1 sheng); Da Zao (Jujubae Fructus) (30 pieces).
Grind the above into a powder. Use three sheng (approx. 0.9L) of water, decoct to obtain one sheng. Strain the dregs. Divide into two doses, take after meals.
Treats postpartum Heart deficiency causing palpitations, unstable will and intention, irritability, and mental vagueness.
Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood); Dang Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix); Huang Qin (Scutellariae Radix); Mai Men Dong (Ophiopogonis Tuber) (remove heart); Gan Cao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma); Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix); Shao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba); Suan Zao Ren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen); Bai Xian Pi (Dictamni Cortex); Da Zao (Jujubae Fructus) (each 3 liang; 7 pieces).
Grind the above into coarse particles. Use two sheng (approx. 0.6L) of water, decoct to obtain seven he (approx. 140ml). Strain the dregs and take warm.
