专治妇人诸疾。产前产后风虚痼冷，手足僵痹，豆淋酒化下。血风头痛，产后中风，荆
芥酒化下。产前、产后痰涎咳嗽，桑白皮汤下。经脉不调，或前或后，或多或少，血气攻刺，
腰胁重痛，温酒化下。经脉不通，产后血喘，苏木、人参煎汤化下。血崩不止，赤白带下，
侧柏烧灰调酒下。妊娠将理失宜，或因惊动，痛极妨闷，漏胎下血，胶艾煎汤化下。临产艰
难，乳香研，酒化下。子死腹中，胎衣不下，用朴硝三钱重研细，童便和酒化下。产后劳倦，
伤败血气，如疟寒热，遍身疼痛，喘嗽盗汗，地黄、乌梅煎汤化下。产后败血，浮肿，姜汁
少许和酒半盏化下。产前服之则安胎；临产亦易产；产后则逐出恶血，不生诸疾；用童便和
酒化下。常服活血驻颜，大暖血海，升降阴阳，滋养荣卫。或子宫久冷，多病少子，能久服
之，见效立致。忌生冷、油腻鱼腥、猪母、白猪，一切毒物。

锉） 熟地黄（各四两） 秦艽 贝母（去心） 羌活 桂心 粉草 干姜（炮） 北细辛 牡
丹皮 大豆卷（炒） 茴香（炒） 枳壳（去穣，麸炒） 延胡索 白芷（各一两） 人参 木
香石膏（ ） 沉香 黄芩（各半两） 川椒（三分） 交加（修制，八两）

专门治疗妇女的各种疾病。产前或产后因风邪虚损、久寒内盛所致的手足僵硬麻木，用豆淋酒送服化下。血虚生风引起的头痛，以及产后中风，用荆芥酒送服化下。产前或产后痰涎咳嗽，用桑白皮汤送服化下。月经周期不调，或提前或推后，经量或多或少，气血攻冲刺痛，腰胁部沉重疼痛，用温酒送服化下。经脉不通畅，产后血气上逆喘息，用苏木、人参煎汤送服化下。血崩不止，赤白带下，用侧柏叶烧成灰后用酒调服。妊娠期间调理失当，或因受惊动胎，疼痛剧烈导致胸闷不适，胎漏下血，用胶艾汤送服化下。临产困难，用乳香研末，用酒送服化下。胎儿死于腹中，胎盘不下，用朴硝三钱重研细，用童便和酒送服化下。产后劳累倦怠，败血损伤气血，出现如疟疾般的寒热往来，全身疼痛，气喘咳嗽，盗汗，用地黄、乌梅煎汤送服化下。产后败血停滞引起浮肿，用少许姜汁和半盏酒送服化下。产前服用此药可安胎；临产时服用则易于分娩；产后服用则可排出恶露，不生各种疾病；用童便和酒送服化下。长期服用可活血驻颜，大暖血海，调节阴阳升降，滋养营卫。如果子宫长久寒冷，多病且少子，能长期服用此药，见效迅速。忌食生冷、油腻、鱼腥、猪肉及白猪，以及一切有毒之物。
药材包括：当归、白芍药、川芎、石斛（酒炒）、香附子（炒）、糯米（各二两，炒）、降真香（细锉）、熟地黄（各四两）、秦艽、贝母（去心）、羌活、桂心、粉草、干姜（炮制）、北细辛、牡丹皮、大豆卷（炒）、茴香（炒）、枳壳（去瓤，麸炒）、延胡索、白芷（各一两）、人参、木香石膏、沉香、黄芩（各半两）、川椒（三分）、交加（修制，八两）。
将上述药材研为细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂。每两药粉做成七丸。根据前述方法服用，常服，用温酒送服化下。（檀峰晓公方）
Specifically treats various diseases in women. For wind deficiency and chronic cold causing stiffness and numbness of the hands and feet during pregnancy or postpartum, take with Doulin Jiu (Soybean Dripping Wine). For blood-wind headache and postpartum wind-stroke, take with Jingjie Jiu (Schizonepeta Wine). For phlegm-saliva cough during pregnancy or postpartum, take with Sangbaipi Tang (Morus Bark Decoction). For irregular menstruation, occurring early or late, with varying amounts, qi-blood attacking stabbing pain, and heavy pain in the waist and hypochondrium, take with warm wine. For blocked meridians and postpartum blood-induced panting, take with Sumu & Renshen Decoction (Sappanwood & Ginseng Decoction). For unstoppable metrorrhagia and red/white leukorrhea, take Cebaiye Ash (Cacumen Platycladi Ash) mixed with wine. For improper management during pregnancy, or due to fright disturbing the fetus, causing extreme pain, chest oppression, threatened miscarriage with bleeding, take Jiao'ai Tang (Colla Corii Asini & Artemisia Argyi Decoction). For difficult labor, take Xiangru Powder (Boswellia Fructus) dissolved in wine. For a dead fetus in the womb and retained placenta, take Xiaoshao San (Mirabilite) three qian, finely ground, dissolved in Tongbian (Child's Urine) and wine. For postpartum fatigue and exhaustion, where damaged blood and qi cause malaria-like chills and fever, generalized body pain, panting, cough, and night sweats, take Dihuang & Wumei Decoction (Rehmannia Root & Mume Fruit Decoction). For postpartum stagnant blood causing edema, take a small amount of Jiangzhi (Ginger Juice) mixed with half a cup of wine. Taken before delivery, it calms the fetus; taken at delivery, it facilitates birth; taken after delivery, it expels lochia and prevents various diseases; take with Tongbian (Child's Urine) and wine. Regular use invigorates blood, preserves youthfulness, greatly warms the Blood Sea (Chong and Ren vessels), regulates the ascending and descending of Yin and Yang, and nourishes Ying (Nutritive Qi) and Wei (Defensive Qi). If the uterus is chronically cold, leading to frequent illness and infertility, long-term use will yield immediate results. Avoid raw/cold foods, greasy foods, fishy odors, pork, white pigs, and all toxic substances.
Herbs: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shihu (Dendrobii Caulis, stir-fried with wine), Xiangfuzi (Cyperi Rhizoma, stir-fried), Nuomi (Oryza Sativa Glutinosa Semen, two liang each, stir-fried), Jiangzhenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, finely sliced), Shudihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, four liang each), Qinjiao (Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix), Beimu (Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus, heart removed), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex), Fencacao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatus, processed), Beixixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex), Dadoujuan (Sojae Semen Praeparatum, stir-fried), Huixiang (Foeniculi Fructus, stir-fried), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, pith removed, stir-fried with bran), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, one liang each), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, half liang each), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium, three fen), Jiaojiao (Prepared, eight liang).
Grind the above into fine powder, make pills with refined honey. Each liang of powder makes seven pills. Take according to the aforementioned methods, for regular use, dissolve in warm wine. (Tanfeng Xiaogong Formula)
