温中坐药
阴冷风寒客子脏，桂附地黄丸最宜，远志干姜蛇床子，吴萸为末裹纳之。
【注】妇人阴冷，皆由风寒乘虚客于子脏，久之血凝气滞，多变他证，且艰于受孕。宜
多服桂附地黄丸，外以远志、干姜、蛇床子、吴茱萸研细，绵裹纳阴中，日二易。
桂附地黄丸（方见首卷）
膏发煎
胃气下泄阴吹喧，金匮方用膏发煎，猪膏乱发同煎服，导从溺去法通元；气虚下陷大补治，升提下陷升柴添。
【注】妇人阴吹者，阴中时时气出有声，如谷道转矢气状，《金匮》谓由谷气实，胃气
下泄。用膏发煎，即猪膏煎乱发服也。导病从小便而出，其法甚奥。若气血大虚，中气
下陷者，宜十全大补汤加升麻、柴胡，以升提之。
十全大补汤（方见首卷）
加味归脾汤 桂心釜墨散
交接出血伤心脾，伏龙肝末入归脾，《千金》桂心釜底墨，酒服方寸匕相宜。
【注】妇人每交接辄出血者，由伤损心、脾二经也。宜用归脾汤加伏龙肝煎服，或用
《千金方》中桂心、釜底墨二味为末，酒冲服方寸匕，自愈。
龙胆泻肝汤
生地（二钱） 木通 车前子（各一钱五分） 泽泻 黄芩（各二钱） 当归（二钱） 黑栀仁 龙胆草
（各一钱） 生甘草（五分）
上灯草一团，水煎服。
洗方
防风（三钱） 蕲艾（一团） 大戟（一钱）
上熬汤熏洗
腾方
枳实 广皮（各等分）
上为末，炒热腾之。
敷方
四物汤（一料） 乳香（一钱）
上捣饼，纳户中，其痛即定。
桃仁雄黄膏
桃仁（研膏，五钱） 雄黄（末三钱）
上二味研匀，用鸡肫肝切片，蘸药纳户中，其虫即钻入肝，而痒自止。
阴挺洗法
蛇床子（五钱） 乌梅（九枚）
上二味，熬汤乘热熏洗。
敷方
藜芦（为末）
上用猪脂油调敷自收。
阴痔熏法
乌头
上用酽醋熬熏自消。
温中坐药方
远志 干姜 吴茱萸 蛇床子（各等分）
上为末，绵裹纳户内，一日二次换。
膏发煎
妇人乱发（一团）
上用猪膏熬化服这，小便利则愈。
桂心釜墨散
桂心 釜底墨（各等分）
上二味为末，酒服方寸匕。
温中坐药方
阴冷证是由于风寒之邪侵袭子宫，治疗首选桂附地黄丸。将远志、干姜、蛇床子、吴茱萸研成细末，包裹后纳入阴道内。
【注】妇人阴冷证，皆因风寒乘虚侵入子宫，日久导致血凝气滞，容易变生其他病证，且难以受孕。适宜多服用桂附地黄丸，外用远志、干姜、蛇床子、吴茱萸研细，用棉布包裹纳入阴道内，每日更换两次。
桂附地黄丸（方剂见首卷）
膏发煎
胃气下泄导致阴吹（阴道排气有声），《金匮要略》方剂使用膏发煎。猪脂与乱发同煎服用，引导病邪从小便排出，此法深奥。若属气虚下陷，需用大补之法治疗，加入升麻、柴胡以升提下陷之气。
【注】妇人阴吹证，指阴道不时有气体排出并伴有声响，状如肛门排气，《金匮要略》认为这是由于谷气实盛，胃气下泄所致。使用膏发煎，即用猪脂煎煮乱发服用。引导病邪从小便而出，其方法非常奥妙。若气血大虚，中气下陷者，宜用十全大补汤加升麻、柴胡，以升提阳气。
十全大补汤（方剂见首卷）
加味归脾汤 桂心釜墨散
性交出血损伤心脾，在归脾汤中加入伏龙肝；《千金方》中的桂心、釜底墨，用酒冲服方寸匕为宜。
【注】妇人每次性交即出血者，是由损伤心、脾两经所致。适宜使用归脾汤加伏龙肝煎服，或者使用《千金方》中的桂心、釜底墨两味药研成细末，用酒冲服方寸匕，即可自愈。
龙胆泻肝汤
生地（二钱） 木通 车前子（各一钱五分） 泽泻 黄芩（各二钱） 当归（二钱） 黑栀仁 龙胆草（各一钱） 生甘草（五分）
以上药物加灯草一团，水煎服。
洗方
防风（三钱） 蕲艾（一团） 大戟（一钱）
以上药物熬汤熏洗。
腾方（熏蒸方）
枳实 广皮（各等分）
以上药物研成细末，炒热后熏蒸。
敷方
四物汤（一料） 乳香（一钱）
以上药物捣成饼状，纳入阴道内，疼痛即可停止。
桃仁雄黄膏
桃仁（研成膏，五钱） 雄黄（研末，三钱）
以上两味药研匀，用鸡肫肝切片，蘸取药粉纳入阴道内，寄生虫即钻入肝中，瘙痒自然停止。
阴挺脱出洗法
蛇床子（五钱） 乌梅（九枚）
以上两味药熬汤，趁热熏洗。
敷方
藜芦（研成细末）
以上药物用猪油调匀后外敷，可自行收回。

Warming the Middle Sitting Medication
Yin cold syndrome occurs when wind-cold pathogens invade the uterus; Guizhi Dihuang Wan (Cinnamon Twig and Rehmannia Pill) is most suitable. Farzhi (Polygala Root), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit), and Wuyu (Evodia Fruit) are ground into powder, wrapped, and inserted into the vagina.
[Note] Female yin cold is caused by wind-cold invading the uterus due to deficiency. Over time, this leads to blood stasis and qi stagnation, potentially transforming into other syndromes and making conception difficult. It is advisable to take Guizhi Dihuang Wan (Cinnamon Twig and Rehmannia Pill) frequently. Externally, Farzhi (Polygala Root), Ganjiang (Dried Ginger), Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit), and Wuyu (Evodia Fruit) are ground fine, wrapped in cotton, and inserted into the vagina, changing twice daily.
Guizhi Dihuang Wan (Cinnamon Twig and Rehmannia Pill) (Formula seen in Volume One)
Gao Fa Jian (Fat and Hair Decoction)
Stomach qi descending causing yin blowing (noisy vaginal flatulence); the *Jingui Yaolue* formula uses Gao Fa Jian (Fat and Hair Decoction). Zhu Gao (Pig Fat) and Luanfa (Human Hair) are decocted together for oral administration, guiding the pathogen out through urination; this method is profound. If qi deficiency causes sinking, major tonification is required; Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome) and Chaihu (Bupleurum Root) are added to lift the sinking qi.
[Note] Female yin blowing refers to intermittent noisy gas emission from the vagina, resembling anal flatus. The *Jingui Yaolue* attributes this to excess grain qi and descending stomach qi. Gao Fa Jian (Fat and Hair Decoction) involves decocting human hair in pig fat for oral consumption. Guiding the disease out via urination is a very subtle method. If there is severe qi and blood deficiency with middle qi sinking, Shiquan Dabu Tang (Comprehensive Great Tonifying Decoction) plus Shengma (Cimicifuga Rhizome) and Chaihu (Bupleurum Root) should be used to lift the sinking qi.
Shiquan Dabu Tang (Comprehensive Great Tonifying Decoction) (Formula seen in Volume One)
Jiawei Guipi Tang (Modified Guipi Decoction) & Guixin Fudi Mo San (Cinnamon Heart and Cauldron Bottom Soot Powder)
Bleeding during intercourse damages the Heart and Spleen; add Fulonggan (Dragon's House Earth) to Guipi Tang. In the *Qianjin Fang*, Guixin (Cinnamon Heart) and Fudi Mo (Cauldron Bottom Soot) are taken as powder, administered orally with wine using a cunfangbi measure.
[Note] Bleeding immediately after intercourse in women is caused by damage to the Heart and Spleen meridians. It is appropriate to use Guipi Tang (Restore the Spleen Decoction) with Fulonggan (Dragon's House Earth) decocted and taken orally, or to use Guixin (Cinnamon Heart) and Fudi Mo (Cauldron Bottom Soot) from the *Qianjin Fang*, ground into powder and taken orally with wine using a cunfangbi measure, leading to spontaneous recovery.
Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction)
Shengdi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) (2 qian), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis) & Cheqianzi (Plantaginis Semen) (each 1.5 qian), Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) (each 2 qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (2 qian), Heizhiren (Gardeniae Fructus Charred), Longdancao (Gentianae Radix) (each 1 qian), Sheng Gancao (Raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (0.5 qian).
Add a bunch of Dengcao (Junci Medullae) and decoct in water for oral administration.
Washing Formula
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (3 qian), Qi Ai (Artemisiae Argyi Folium) (one bundle), Daji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix) (1 qian).
Decoct in water for fumigation and washing.
Fumigation Formula
Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange) & Guangpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium) (equal parts).
Grind into powder, stir-fry until hot, and fumigate.
Application Formula
Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) (one dose), Ruxiang (Olibanum).
Pound into a cake, insert into the vagina, and pain will subside.
Taoren Xionghuang Gao (Persica Seed and Realgar Ointment)
Taoren (Persicae Semen) (ground into paste, 5 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar) (powder, 3 qian).
Grind these two ingredients evenly. Slice chicken gizzard liver, dip in the medicine, and insert into the vagina. Parasites will burrow into the liver, and itching will cease.
Yinting Prolapse Washing Method
Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) (5 qian), Wumei (Mume Fructus) (9 pieces).
Decoct these two ingredients in water, fumigate and wash while hot.
Application Formula
Lilu (Veratrum Nigrum) (powder).
Mix with pig lard oil and apply externally; prolapse will retract spontaneously.
Yinzhi (Anal/Vaginal Hemorrhoid) Fumigation Method
Wutou (Aconiti Radix).
Decoct with strong vinegar and fumigate; it will resolve spontaneously.

Farzhi (Polygalae Radix), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Wuyu (Evodiae Fructus), Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus) (equal parts).
Grind into powder, wrap in cotton, and insert into the vagina, changing twice daily.
Gao Fa Jian (Fat and Hair Decoction)
Female Luanfa (Human Hair) (one bundle).
Melt with pig fat and administer orally; recovery occurs when urination becomes smooth.
Guixin Fudi Mo San (Cinnamon Heart and Cauldron Bottom Soot Powder)
Guixin (Cinnamomi Cortex Ramulus) & Fudi Mo (Cauldron Bottom Soot) (equal parts).
Grind these two ingredients into powder, administer orally with wine using a cunfangbi measure.
