龙胆泻肝汤 熏洗法 腾熨法
妇人 两拗痛，玉门肿胀坠而疼，湿热龙胆泻肝治，导赤车前泽泻芩，当归栀
子龙胆草，气虚下陷补中升，艾防大戟熬汤洗，枳实陈皮炒热腾。
【注】妇人子户肿胀坠痛，及两拗疼痛者，谓之 。乃肝、心二经火盛，湿热下
流所致。宜服龙胆泻肝汤，其方即导赤散（生地、木通、甘草）再加车前子、泽泻、黄
芩、当归、黑栀子、龙胆草也。若因中气素虚，下陷重坠者，用补中益气汤以升举之；外
用蕲艾、防风、大戟熬汤熏洗，更以枳实、陈皮二叶为末，炒热腾之，其肿自消而痛自定
也。
加味逍遥散 乳香四物敷法
阴中痛名小户嫁，痛极手足不能舒，内服加味逍遥散，四物乳香捣饼敷。
【注】妇人阴中作痛，名小户嫁痛，痛极往往手足不能伸舒。由郁热伤损肝脾，湿热
下注所致。宜内服逍遥散加丹皮、栀子；外以四物汤料合乳香捣饼，纳阴中，其痛即定。
逍遥散 四物汤（俱见首卷）
桃仁雄黄膏
湿热生虫阴户痒，内服逍遥龙胆方；桃仁膏合雄黄末，鸡肝切片纳中央。
【注】妇人阴痒，多因湿热生虫。甚则肢体倦怠，小便淋漓。宜服逍遥散、龙胆泻肝
汤。外以桃仁研膏，合雄黄末，鸡肝切片，醮药纳户中。其虫一闻肝腥，皆钻肝内吮食，将
肝提出，其病即愈。

龙胆泻肝汤熏洗法、腾熨法
妇人两拗（大阴唇）疼痛，玉门（阴道口）肿胀下坠且疼痛，属湿热证者用龙胆泻肝汤治疗。该方由导赤散（生地、木通、甘草）加车前子、泽泻、黄芩、当归、栀子、龙胆草组成；若因气虚下陷所致，则用补中益气汤升举阳气。外用艾叶、防风、大戟熬汤熏洗，再用枳实、陈皮炒热后熨烫。
【注】妇人子宫肿胀下坠疼痛，以及两拗疼痛者，称为“阴肿”。这是由肝、心二经火盛，湿热下流所致。适宜服用龙胆泻肝汤，此方即导赤散（生地、木通、甘草）再加车前子、泽泻、黄芩、当归、黑栀子、龙胆草。如果因为中气素来虚弱，下陷重坠者，使用补中益气汤以升举之；外用蕲艾、防风、大戟熬汤熏洗，再将枳实、陈皮二味药研为末，炒热后熨烫，其肿胀自然消退，疼痛自然停止。
加味逍遥散、乳香四物敷法
阴中疼痛名为“小户嫁痛”，疼痛剧烈时手足不能舒展。内服加味逍遥散，外用四物汤合乳香捣成饼状外敷。
【注】妇人阴中作痛，名为“小户嫁痛”，疼痛剧烈往往导致手足不能伸展。这是由于郁热损伤肝脾，湿热下注所致。适宜内服逍遥散加丹皮、栀子；外用四物汤药材配合乳香捣成饼状，纳入阴道内，疼痛即可停止。逍遥散、四物汤（均见首卷）
桃仁雄黄膏
湿热生虫导致阴户瘙痒，内服逍遥散或龙胆泻肝汤；外用桃仁膏混合雄黄末，将鸡肝切片置于中央纳药。
【注】妇人阴痒，多因湿热生虫引起。严重时肢体倦怠，小便淋漓不尽。适宜服用逍遥散、龙胆泻肝汤。外用桃仁研成膏，混合雄黄末，取鸡肝切片，蘸取药物纳入阴道中。虫子一闻到肝脏的腥味，都会钻进肝内吮食，此时将肝提出，疾病即可痊愈。逍遥散（方见首卷）、龙胆泻肝汤（方见前阴肿条）
Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver) for Fumigation and Washing, Tengyi Method (Hot Compress)
In women, pain in the labia majora (two "ao"), swelling, prolapse, and pain at the Yumen (vaginal opening) are treated with Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver) if caused by damp-heat. The formula consists of Daochi San (Cattail Seed Decoction: Shengdi Huang, Tong Cao, Gancao) plus Cheqianzi, Zexie, Huangqin, Danggui, Zhizi, and Longdancao. If caused by Qi deficiency with sinking, Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Decoction to Supplement the Middle and Augment the Qi) is used to raise the Yang. Externally, Aiye, Fangfeng, and Daji are boiled for fumigation and washing; then Zhishi and Chenpi are stir-fried hot for compress application.
[Note] Swelling, prolapse, and pain of the uterus (Zihu), along with pain in the labia majora, is termed "Yinzhong" (Genital Swelling). This is caused by excessive fire in the Liver and Heart meridians, with damp-heat flowing downward. It is suitable to take Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver); this formula is Daochi San (Shengdi Huang, Tong Cao, Gancao) plus Cheqianzi, Zexie, Huangqin, Danggui, Hei Zhizi, and Longdancao. If due to inherent deficiency of Middle Qi causing heavy sinking, Buzhong Yiqi Tang (Decoction to Supplement the Middle and Augment the Qi) is used to lift it. Externally, Qiai, Fangfeng, and Daji are boiled for fumigation and washing; Zhishi and Chenpi are powdered, stir-fried hot, and applied as a compress, after which the swelling will naturally subside and pain will cease.
Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Xiaoyao Powder) and Ruxiang Siwu Fu (Ruxiang-infused Siwu Paste Application)
Pain inside the vagina is named "Xiaohu Jiatong" (Little House Marriage Pain); when pain is extreme, the limbs cannot extend. Internally, Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Xiaoyao Powder) is taken; externally, Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) combined with Ruxiang is pounded into a cake for application.
[Note] Pain inside the vagina in women is named "Xiaohu Jiatong" (Little House Marriage Pain); extreme pain often causes the limbs to be unable to stretch. This is caused by stagnant heat damaging the Liver and Spleen, with damp-heat pouring downward. It is suitable to internally take Xiaoyao San (Xiaoyao Powder) added with Danpi and Zhizi; externally, Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) ingredients combined with Ruxiang are pounded into a cake and inserted into the vagina, after which the pain will immediately settle. Xiaoyao San (Xiaoyao Powder) and Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) (both seen in Volume 1).
Taoren Xionghuang Gao (Peach Kernel and Realgar Ointment)
Damp-heat generating parasites causes itching of the vaginal orifice; internally take Xiaoyao San (Xiaoyao Powder) or Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver); externally apply Taoren Gao (Peach Kernel Paste) mixed with Xionghuang powder, placing chicken liver slices in the center for insertion.
[Note] Vaginal itching in women is mostly caused by damp-heat generating parasites. In severe cases, the limbs feel fatigued, and urination is dribbling. It is suitable to take Xiaoyao San (Xiaoyao Powder) and Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentiana Decoction to Drain the Liver). Externally, Taoren (Peach Kernels) are ground into paste, mixed with Xionghuang (Realgar) powder, and chicken liver slices are dipped in the medicine and inserted into the vagina. When the parasites smell the fishy scent of the liver, they all burrow into the liver to suck and eat; when the liver is then removed, the disease is cured.
