汤氏方治脱肛、大肠自粪门出，宜用葱汤熏洗，令软，款款送上，此因泻利得之者，亦可服泻利之药，然后用槐花
等药。又有用一味五倍子煎汤，入朴消熏洗而缩者，又有用真蒲黄碾极细，以猪胆拌匀敷肛门上而入者，全婴方用涩肠
散。兼有痔症肿痛者，用黄丹滑石等分，井水调涂即消，并用铅白霜半钱，片脑半字，好酒调敷肿处甚佳，黄连解毒汤
亦可服，用苦参汤洗亦效，亦有密陀僧、白矾、片脑末敷上，再用荆芥、防风等项洗之，用生栝蒌根者效。
涩肠散 治小儿久痢，大肠头脱出不收。
诃子（炮） 赤石脂 龙骨（各等分）
上为末，腊茶少许，和药掺肠头上，绢帛揉入。又治痢，米汤调。又方治脱肛，五倍子焙为末，入茶根据前方用。
丹石散 治外痔如神。
黄丹 滑石（各等分）
上为细末，新汲水调涂，日三五次上。
胜雪膏 治随肠番花鼠奶等痔，热痛不可忍，或已成疮者，并皆治之。
片脑 铅白霜
上件各半字，用好酒少许，研成膏子涂之，随手则愈。
黄连解毒汤 见第七十问。
苦参汤 治脱肛并痔。
枳壳 黄连 大黄 甘草 荆芥 苦参 赤芍药 黄芩（各等分）
上锉散，每用五钱，以车前子、茅草，同煎熏洗。
又方 用生栝蒌根研粉，猪油温暖 入。又用萆麻子贴头顶上，肠即入，便去萆麻子。
汤氏的方子治疗脱肛，即大肠从肛门脱出，适宜用葱水熏洗，待其变软后，轻轻推回。这种情况多因腹泻痢疾引起，也可以服用治疗泻利的药物，然后再使用槐花等药。又有用单味五倍子煎汤，加入朴消（芒硝）熏洗而使直肠缩回的；又有用真蒲黄碾成极细粉末，与猪胆汁拌匀敷在肛门上使其回纳的；《全婴方》中使用涩肠散。如果兼有痔疮肿痛的症状，可用黄丹和滑石各等分，用井水调匀涂抹即可消退；同时用铅白霜半钱、片脑（冰片）半字，用好酒调匀敷在肿胀处效果很好；黄连解毒汤也可以服用；用苦参汤清洗也有效；也有用密陀僧、白矾、片脑研末敷上的，再用荆芥、防风等药材煎水洗之，使用生栝蒌根的效果显著。
涩肠散：治疗小儿久痢，大肠头脱出无法收回。
诃子（炮制）、赤石脂、龙骨（各等分）。
以上药物研为细末，取少许腊茶，将药粉掺在脱出的肠头上，用绢帛揉入体内。另外治疗痢疾时，用米汤调服。另一个治疗脱肛的方子，将五倍子焙干研为细末，加入茶叶，依据上述前方方法使用。
丹石散：治疗外痔效果神奇。
黄丹、滑石（各等分）。
以上药物研为细末，用新汲取的冷水调匀涂抹，每天三到五次。
胜雪膏：治疗随肠脱出的“番花”、“鼠奶”等痔疮，热痛难忍，或者已经形成疮疡的，都能治疗。
片脑（冰片）、铅白霜。
以上两种药物各取半字，用好酒少许，研磨成膏状涂抹，随手即可痊愈。
黄连解毒汤：见第七十问。
苦参汤：治疗脱肛并伴有痔疮。

以上药物切碎，每次取五钱，用车前子、茅草同煎，用于熏洗。
Tang's formula treats prolapse of the rectum, where the large intestine protrudes from the anus. It is appropriate to fumigate and wash with scallion decoction until soft, then gently push it back. This condition often arises from diarrhea and dysentery; one may also take medicine for treating diarrhea and dysentery first, followed by herbs such as Sophora flower (Huaihua). Another method uses a single herb, Chinese gall (Wubeizi), decocted in water, with mirabilite (Puxiao) added for fumigation and washing to cause retraction. Yet another method uses genuine cinnabar powder (Puhuang) ground extremely fine, mixed with pig bile, and applied to the anus to facilitate reduction. The *Quan Ying Fang* utilizes the Intestine-Astringing Powder (Sichang San). If accompanied by hemorrhoid swelling and pain, equal parts of lead tetroxide (Huangdan) and talc (Huashi) are mixed well water and applied topically to resolve the swelling. Additionally, half a qian of lead white frost (Qianbaishuang) and half a zi of borneol (Pian Nao) are mixed with good wine and applied to the swollen area for excellent results. Huanglian Jiedu Tang can also be taken. Washing with Kushen Decoction is also effective. Some use ledonite (Miduoseng), alum (Baifan), and borneol powder applied topically, followed by washing with Schizonepeta (Jingjie) and Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng). Using fresh Trichosanthes root (Gualougen) is effective.
Intestine-Astringing Powder (Sichang San): Treats pediatric chronic dysentery with prolapse of the rectal mucosa that cannot be reduced.
Prepared Fructus Chebulae (Hezi), Red Kaolin (Chishizhi), Dragon Bone (Longgu) (equal parts).
Grind into powder. Take a small amount of aged tea (Lacha), sprinkle the powder on the prolapsed rectal head, and use silk fabric to rub it back inside. For treating dysentery separately, mix with rice soup. Another prescription for rectal prolapse: roast Chinese gall (Wubeizi) until dry, grind into powder, add tea leaves, and use according to the aforementioned method.
Dan Shi San: Miraculous for treating external hemorrhoids.
Lead Tetroxide (Huangdan), Talc (Huashi) (equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Mix with freshly drawn cold water and apply topically, three to five times daily.
Shengxue Gao: Treats various types of hemorrhoids such as "Fan Hua" and "Shu Nai" associated with rectal prolapse, characterized by unbearable heat and pain, or those that have already formed ulcers. All are treated effectively.
Borneol (Pian Nao), Lead White Frost (Qianbaishuang).
Take half a zi of each ingredient. Grind into a paste using a small amount of good wine and apply topically; healing occurs promptly.
Huanglian Jiedu Tang: See Question 70.
Kushen Decoction: Treats rectal prolapse and hemorrhoids.
Fructus Aurantii (Zhiqiao), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Radix Glycyrrhizae (Gancao), Herba Schizonepetae (Jingjie), Cortex Sophorae Flavescentis (Kushen), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishaoyao), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangqin) (equal parts).
Cut into pieces. Use 5 qian per dose. Decoct together with Semen Plantaginis (Cheqianzi) and Imperata cylindrica rhizome (Maocao) for fumigation and washing.
Another prescription: Grind fresh Trichosanthes root (Gualougen) into powder, warm pig oil, and insert into the anus. Alternatively, place castor bean (Bimazi) on the vertex of the head; the rectum will retract immediately, after which the castor bean should be removed.
