一方。用不蛀皂角安瓦上。烧着。置马桶内。坐上熏其粪门。自通。
又方。二便闭结甚难医。急炒盐来塞满脐。蒜片覆盐推艾熨。利便良方少人知。
一论葱豉饼。专治老人大小便不通。
生姜（半两） 葱白（根叶一大茎） 盐（一捻） 豆豉（三十粒）
上捣烂须烘热安脐中。以帛扎定。良久气透。即通。或再换一饼。又方。用蜂蜜一钟。
入皮硝二钱。滚汤一茶钟化下。
一治大小便不通。明矾末一匙。安脐中。冷水滴之。冷透腹中。自然通。如是曾灸无脐
孔。即
于灸盘上。用纸作圈子。笼灸盘。着矾末在内。仍以水滴之。若仓卒无矾。以盐烧过入脐内

一论关格胀满。大小便不通。独蒜烧熟。去皮。绵裹纳下部。气立通。冷则易。腹满不

铁脚丸
皂角去皮子。炙不拘多少。为细末。酒打面糊为丸。如梧子大。每服三十丸。酒送下。

蜗牛膏
用蜗牛三枚。去壳。捣如泥。加麝香少许。纳脐中。以手揉按之。立通。或用田螺亦可

颠倒散

一治大小便不通。百方不效。肚腹胀满疼痛。咽喉饱塞。或痰壅盛气喘。伤寒结胸。卧

床。水米不下。死在须臾。此幽门气闭不通。用甘遂五分。面裹。火煨熟。取出为末。入麝
香
三厘。饭捣为丸。淡姜汤下。立通。或小便不通。或大便不通。或大小便俱不通者。皆效。
论述大小便不通。关格（指小便不通为关，大便不通为格，或上下阻隔之证）不利。将皂角烧后细研成粉，用米粥汤送服三钱，立刻通畅。
一方。取不蛀坏的皂角放在瓦片上，烧着后，放置在马桶内，坐在上面熏蒸肛门，自然通畅。
又一方。二便闭结非常难治，急忙炒热盐填满肚脐，放上蒜片覆盖在盐上，再用艾条熨烫，这是利便的良方却少有人知晓。

以上药物捣烂，必须烘热后敷在肚脐中，用布帛扎紧固定。过一会儿气机透达，即可通畅。或者再换一张药饼。又一方。用蜂蜜一钟，加入皮硝二钱，用滚开的茶水一杯化开服用。
一方治疗大小便不通。明矾末一匙，放入肚脐中，滴入冷水，感到冷透腹中，自然通畅。如果曾经灸过导致没有脐孔，就在灸过的瘢痕盘上，用纸卷作圈套住灸盘，将明矾末放在圈内，仍然用水滴入。如果仓促间没有明矾，就用烧过的盐放入脐内，放上蒜片进行艾灸。
论述关格胀满，大小便不通。独头蒜烧熟，去皮，用绵布包裹纳入下部（肛门），气机立刻通畅，冷了则更换。腹部胀满不能服药者使用此法。
论述大小便不通者，这是气机闭塞所致。
铁脚丸
皂角去皮去子，炙烤不拘多少，研为细末，用酒调和面糊制成丸剂，如梧桐子大。每次服用三十丸，用酒送下。
论述大小便不通，此方治疗，效果显著。
蜗牛膏
用蜗牛三枚，去掉壳，捣成泥状，加入少许麝香，纳入肚脐中，用手揉按，立刻通畅。或者用田螺也可以。
一方治疗大小便不通。

小便不通，将葱汁吹入尿道口，有效。
六七月间，寻找牛粪中的大蜣螂（屎壳郎），不拘多少，用线穿起，阴干收存备用。用时取一枚，要完整的，放在干净的砖上，四面用炭火烘干，用刀从腰部切断。如果是大便闭结，用上半截；小便闭结，用下半截，分别研为细末，用新汲水调服。二便都闭结的，全用。
一人大小便不通，十余日，腹胀欲死，众医使用芒硝、大黄、牵牛子、巴豆等无效，我给予冬葵子一剂，水煎服，立刻通畅。

苏危散
苦瓜蒂（五钱） 川乌（炒） 草乌（炒） 香白芷 牙皂（炒） 细辛（各三钱） 胡椒（一钱） 麝香（少许）
以上研为细末，用小竹筒，将少量药粉吹入肛内，即通，神效迅速。
论述脏腑实热，或小便不通，或大便不通，或大小便不通。
颠倒散
大黄（六钱） 滑石（三钱） 皂角（五钱）
以上研为细末，温酒送下。如果大便不通，按照前面的分量。如果小便不通，大黄三份，滑石六份，皂角分量如前。如果大小便都不通，大黄和滑石均分，皂角分量如前。
一方治疗大小便不通，百方无效，肚腹胀满疼痛，咽喉饱塞，或者痰壅盛气喘，伤寒结胸，卧床不起，水米不进，死在顷刻。这是幽门气机闭塞不通，用甘遂五分，用面粉包裹，火煨熟，取出研为细末，加入麝香三厘，用米饭捣为丸剂，淡姜汤送下，立刻通畅。或者小便不通，或大便不通，或大小便俱不通者，都有效。
Discussion on the obstruction of both urination and defecation. Guan-ge (a syndrome characterized by the blockage of urine as 'Guan' and feces as 'Ge', or general obstruction between upper and lower parts) with difficulty in discharge. Burn soap bean (Gleditsiae Fructus), grind it into fine powder, and take three qian with rice gruel; it will immediately unblock.
Another prescription. Place non-moth-eaten soap bean on a tile, burn it, place it inside a chamber pot, sit on it to fumigate the anus, and it will naturally unblock.
Yet another prescription. Obstruction of both urination and defecation is very difficult to treat. Quickly stir-fry salt until hot, fill the umbilicus with it, cover the salt with slices of garlic, and moxibustion ironing with mugwort. This is an effective formula for promoting urination and defecation, yet few know of it.
Discussion on Scallion and Fermented Soybean Paste. Specifically treats elderly people suffering from obstruction of both urination and defecation.
Fresh ginger (half liang) Scallion white part (one large stalk with roots and leaves) Salt (a pinch) Fermented soybean (Douchi, thirty grains)
Mash the above ingredients thoroughly, ensure they are heated, apply to the umbilicus, and tie firmly with cloth. After a while, when qi penetrates, it will unblock. Or replace with another paste. Another prescription. Take one zhong of honey, add two qian of mirabilite (Natrii Sulfas), dissolve in one tea cup of boiling water, and drink.
One prescription for obstruction of both urination and defecation. One spoonful of alum powder, place in the umbilicus, drip cold water into it. When the abdomen feels thoroughly cold, it will naturally unblock. If there is no umbilical hole due to previous moxibustion, make a paper ring on the moxibustion scar plate, place the alum powder inside, and still drip water into it. If alum is unavailable in haste, use salt that has been burned, place it in the umbilicus, put garlic slices on top, and perform moxibustion.
Discussion on Guan-ge with distension and fullness, and obstruction of both urination and defecation. Roast a single-clove garlic until cooked, peel it, wrap it in cotton, and insert it into the lower orifice (anus). Qi will immediately unblock; change if it becomes cold. Use this for those with abdominal fullness who cannot take oral medication.

Tiejiao Wan (Iron Foot Pill)
Soap bean (Gleditsiae Fructus), remove skin and seeds, roast as needed, grind into fine powder. Make pills using wine and wheat flour paste, size of wu zi (Chinese parasol tree seeds). Take thirty pills each time, delivered with wine.
Discussion on obstruction of both urination and defecation. This prescription treats it with remarkable effect.
Wo Niu Gao (Snail Ointment)
Use three snails, remove shells, mash into mud, add a small amount of musk, insert into the umbilicus, and massage with hands. It will immediately unblock. Field snails can also be used.

Powder of pig's tooth soap bean, mixed with pig bile, blown into the anus using a bamboo tube.
For obstruction of urination, blow scallion juice into the urethral meatus. Effective.
Between the sixth and seventh lunar months, find large dung beetles (Scarabaeidae) in cow dung, any quantity. String them up, dry in shade, and store. When needed, take one complete beetle, place it on a clean brick, dry it thoroughly with charcoal fire on all four sides, cut it in half across the waist. For obstruction of defecation, use the upper half; for obstruction of urination, use the lower half. Grind each into fine powder separately, mix with fresh well water, and take orally. For obstruction of both, use the whole beetle.
A person suffered from obstruction of both urination and defecation for over ten days, abdominal distension was fatal. Physicians used mirabilite, rhubarb, pharbitis seed, and croton seed without effect. I prescribed one dose of okra seeds (Abelmoschi Semen), decocted in water and taken orally; it immediately unblocked.

Suwei San (Rescue Critical Powder)
Bitter melon peduncle (five qian) Aconitum carmichaelii root (Chuanwu, fried) Aconitum kusnezoffii root (Caowu, fried) Angelica dahurica (Xiangbaizhi) Soap bean (Yazao, fried) Asarum (Xixin, three qian each) Pepper (one qian) Musk (a small amount)
Grind the above into fine powder. Use a small bamboo tube to blow a small amount of medicine into the anus. It unblocks immediately, with divine speed.
Discussion on excess heat in zang-fu organs, or obstruction of urination, or obstruction of defecation, or obstruction of both.
Diandao San (Inverted Powder)
Rhubarb (Dahuang, six qian) Talcum (Huashi, three qian) Soap bean (Wuzao, five qian)
Grind the above into fine powder, deliver with warm wine. If defecation is obstructed, follow the proportions above. If urination is obstructed, use three parts rhubarb, six parts talcum, and soap bean as before. If both are obstructed, divide rhubarb and talcum equally, and keep soap bean as before.
One prescription for obstruction of both urination and defecation, where hundreds of prescriptions have failed. Abdominal distension, fullness, pain, throat congestion, or excessive phlegm causing asthma, shanghan chest binding, unable to lie flat, unable to eat or drink, death imminent. This is due to qi closure at the pylorus. Use five fen of Kansui root (Gansui), wrap in flour, bake in fire until cooked, take out and grind into powder. Add three li of musk, mash with rice to form pills, deliver with light ginger soup. It immediately unblocks. Effective for obstruction of urination, obstruction of defecation, or obstruction of both.
