威灵仙（生者七钱干者一两） 绿豆粉（一钱） 芝麻（一钱）
上将威灵仙研烂。同下二味。入凉水二碗。搅匀。先服一碗。次将鸡毛。如服白信。用
红公鸡尾毛。如服红信。用白鸡毛一根。入喉中即吐。次又服前药。又探又吐。三日愈。

百草霜（一钱） 硫黄（五分） 白矾（煮过巴豆三粒烧成灰三味研末） 鸡清（三个） 黄土

上水研化。滤去渣。将药入内调下。
一方。用绿豆粉、白矾、甘草。各等分为细末。每三钱。香葱汤下。
一中 砂毒。研绿豆汁以解之。
一治牛肉伤。成胀满。用干稻草浓煎汤。服之立效。
一中箭毒。以盐贴疮上。灸盐三十壮瘥。
一中鳝鱼毒。可食蟹即解。
一中食牛马肉毒。甘草四两。研酒服。尽量饮之。须臾即吐或泻。如渴。切不可饮水。
饮之即死。
一治一切骨鲠。或竹木箭刺喉中不下。
胜金方
于腊月中取鳜鱼胆。悬北檐下令干。每有鱼鲠。即取一皂子许。以酒煎化。温温呷下。
若得
逆便吐。骨即随顽痰出。若未吐。更吃温酒。但以吐出为妙。酒即随性量力也。若更未出。
即煎一块子。无不出者。此药应是鲠在脏腑中。日久疼痛。面黄甚者。服之皆出。若卒求
鳜鱼不得。蠡鱼鲫鱼 鱼俱可。腊月收之。蠡鱼即黑大头。
一治鸡鱼等骨所鲠。用金樱子根。将竹签取出。捶烂水煎。用罐嘴插入喉内灌下。勿犯
牙。
一治诸骨鲠喉。用玉簪花为末。无花用根取汁。用好醋调汁灌服。不可犯牙。犯之即落。
一治鸡鱼骨鲠。用霜梅捶成指大丸子。再将棉裹。用线穿在内。冷茶送下。扯住线头在
手。一呕即出。
一治鱼骨鲠不出。以蒜纳鼻中即出。
一治鸡鱼骨鲠。灯心灰。以米糖如指大。蘸灰置喉中。勿令沾齿。待糖化。骨即化下。
一治诸骨鲠喉。以狗涎饮之即下。
一治骨鲠。取硼砂一小块。口含化即下。
一诸骨鲠喉。（池素水传）黄蜡为丸。如枣大小。将温茶饱服。多多为佳。然后服一丸
当时诸骨或吐或下。如神。
一鸡骨鲠。用香油煎滚。待温服之。即可吐出。
一诸般骨鲠。及鱼鲠咽喉。吞吐不得。以橄榄食下即化。如无橄榄。用核烧灰。水调下
亦化。
治疗服用信石（砒霜）中毒的方子。由建昌人胡春寰传授。
威灵仙（鲜品七钱，干品一两） 绿豆粉（一钱） 芝麻（一钱）
先将威灵仙研烂，与另外两味药混合，加入凉水两碗，搅拌均匀。先服用一碗，然后用鸡毛探喉催吐。如果服用的是白色信石，就用红公鸡尾毛；如果服用的是红色信石，就用白鸡毛一根，插入喉咙中立即引发呕吐。之后再次服用前面的药液，继续探喉催吐，三天即可痊愈。
治疗信石中毒的神效方。由建昌人邓少山传授。

以上药物用水研磨化开，过滤去除渣滓，将药液倒入其中调匀后服用。
另一个方子：使用绿豆粉、白矾、甘草，各等分研为细末。每次服用三钱，用香葱汤送服。
治疗因食用牛肉导致的胀满：用干稻草浓煎汤剂，服用后立即见效。
治疗食用牛马肉中毒：使用甘草四两，研磨后用酒送服，尽量多喝。不久就会呕吐或腹泻。如果口渴，千万不要喝水，喝了就会死亡。
治疗各种骨鲠（鱼刺或竹木刺卡在喉咙里下不去）。
胜金方
在腊月（农历十二月）取鳜鱼的胆，悬挂在北屋檐下晾干。每当有鱼刺卡喉时，取如皂角子大小的一块，用酒煎化，温温地小口咽下。
如果能引起逆气并呕吐，骨头就会随着顽固的痰液一起排出。如果没有呕吐，再喝些温酒，以能吐出为宜。酒的用量根据个人情况和量力而行。如果仍然没有排出，再煎一块服用，没有不能排出的。此药对于卡在脏腑中、日久疼痛、面色发黄严重者，服用后都能排出。如果突然找不到鳜鱼，蠡鱼、鲫鱼都可以，要在腊月采集。蠡鱼就是黑大头鱼。
治疗鸡骨、鱼骨等卡喉：使用金樱子根，用竹签取出内部物质，捶烂后水煎。用罐嘴插入喉咙内灌下，注意不要碰到牙齿。
治疗各种骨鲠卡喉：使用玉簪花研为细末，没有花就用根取汁，用好醋调匀汁液灌服，不可碰到牙齿，碰到了就会脱落。
治疗鸡鱼骨鲠：使用霜梅捶打成手指大小的丸子，再用棉花包裹，用线穿在里面，冷茶送下。扯住线头拿在手里，一呕吐骨头就会出来。
治疗鸡鱼骨鲠：使用灯心草灰，制成如手指大小的米糖，蘸取灯心草灰放置在喉咙中，不要让糖沾到牙齿。等待糖融化，骨头就会随之化下。
治疗各种骨鲠卡喉。（池素水传授）用黄蜡做成丸子，如枣核大小。用温茶饱腹服用，多多益善。然后服用一丸，当时所有的骨头要么吐出要么下行，神效。
治疗鸡骨鲠：使用香油煎滚，待温度适宜后服用，即可吐出。
A prescription for treating arsenic (Xinshi, realgar/orpiment) poisoning. Transmitted by Hu Chunhuan of Jianchang.
*Radix Clematidis* (7 qian fresh, 1 liang dried), *Mung Bean Powder* (1 qian), *Sesame Seeds* (1 qian).
Grind the *Radix Clematidis* thoroughly and mix with the other two ingredients. Add two bowls of cold water, stir well. Drink one bowl first. Then use a chicken feather to induce vomiting in the throat. If white arsenic was ingested, use the tail feathers of a red rooster; if red arsenic was ingested, use a white chicken feather. Insert the feather into the throat to immediately induce vomiting. Then drink the remaining medicine again, continue inducing vomiting. Recovery occurs within three days.

*Soot from Chimneys* (1 qian), *Sulfur* (5 fen), *Alumen* (calcined with three boiled *Fructus Crotonis Tiglii* seeds until ash-like, combined with the above two to form a powder), *Egg White* (3 units), *Yellow Earth* (1 liang).
Grind the above ingredients in water, filter out the dregs, and mix the liquid before ingestion.
Another prescription: Use equal parts of *Mung Bean Powder*, *Alumen*, and *Radix Glycyrrhizae*. Grind into a fine powder. Take 3 qian each time, washed down with decoction of green onion stalks.
For sand poison: Grind mung beans to extract juice to detoxify.
For bloating caused by beef consumption: Decoct dry rice straw thickly and drink it for immediate effect.
For arrow poison: Apply salt to the wound and moxibustion on the salt for thirty moxa cones until healed.
For eel poison: Eating crab will resolve it.
For poisoning from eating horse or ox meat: Use 4 liang of *Radix Glycyrrhizae*, grind it and take with wine. Drink as much as possible. Vomiting or diarrhea will occur shortly after. If thirsty, do not drink water under any circumstances; drinking water will cause death.
Treatment for various cases of bone stuck in the throat (Gu Geng), such as fish bones or bamboo/wood splinters lodged in the throat that cannot go down.
Shengjin Formula
In the twelfth lunar month, collect the gallbladder of mandarin fish (*Siniperca chuatsi*), hang it under the north eaves to dry. Whenever a fish bone is stuck, take a piece the size of a soap bean, dissolve it in wine, and sip it warm.
If it induces retching and vomiting, the bone will be expelled along with stubborn phlegm. If no vomiting occurs, drink more warm wine. The goal is expulsion. The amount of wine should be adjusted according to individual tolerance. If still not expelled, decoct another piece; none will fail to be expelled. This medicine can expel bones stuck in the viscera for a long time, causing pain and severe yellowing of the face. If mandarin fish are unavailable, *Liyu* (black-headed fish) or crucian carp (*Carassius auratus*) can be used, collected in the twelfth lunar month.
For chicken or fish bones stuck in the throat: Use the root of *Rosa laevigata* (Chinese Barberry). Extract the inner part with a bamboo stick, pound it, decoct in water. Insert the spout of a jar into the throat to pour it down. Do not let it touch the teeth.
For various bones stuck in the throat: Use *Hemerocallis citrina* (Daylily) powder. If flowers are unavailable, use root juice mixed with good vinegar for administration. Do not let it touch the teeth; touching them causes them to fall off.
For chicken or fish bones stuck in the throat: Pound frost plum (*Prunus mume*) into pills the size of a finger. Wrap in cotton, thread through it, and swallow with cold tea. Hold the thread in hand; upon vomiting, the bone will come out.
For fish bones stuck and not coming out: Place garlic in the nostril, and the bone will emerge.
For chicken or fish bones stuck in the throat: Use ash from *Juncus effusus* (Rush Pith). Form rice candy the size of a finger, dip it in the ash, place it in the throat. Do not let it touch the teeth. Wait for the candy to melt, and the bone will dissolve and go down.
For various bones stuck in the throat: Drink dog saliva, and they will go down.
For bone stuck in the throat: Take a small piece of *Borax*, hold in mouth to dissolve, and it will go down.
Various bones stuck in the throat. (Transmitted by Chi Sushui). Make pills from yellow beeswax the size of a jujube. Take with warm tea when full; more is better. Then take one pill; all bones will either be vomited up or passed down, miraculously effective.
For chicken bone stuck in the throat: Boil sesame oil, let it cool slightly, and drink it to induce vomiting.
For various types of bone stuck, including fish bones in the throat unable to be swallowed or spit out: Eat olive (*Canarium album*). It will dissolve. If olives are unavailable, burn the pits to ash, mix with water, and drink; it will also dissolve.
