上制法。宜端午七夕重阳。吉日修合。量药多寡。预期数日前。将前五味各为极细末。

洗盆。出入必净手。各用新洁器盛。纸盖。至期用数盆。各逐盆配合分两。搅和数百次。极
匀。仍重罗两遍。根据方用糯米浓稠调和。于木臼内杵数千下。极光润为度。每锭一钱。每服
一锭。病势重者连服。通利一两行。无妨。用温粥补住。要极其洁净。如法修制。

十仙夺命丹

上为细末。枣肉为丸。如樱桃大。每一丸。空心。凉水送下。
一梅核气。一鼓满。一积聚痞结。一 瘕气块。一冷腹痛热水泻。
一冷心疼。一食积。一气积。一经脉不通。一冷积。
一篇论述解除各种毒物、治疗各类疮疡、疏通关窍、通治百病的文章。此药真正能够起死回生，应当制作十万多锭来救济世人，其奇效无法全部述说。
山茨菇（南北各地都有，俗称金灯笼。叶像韭菜花，花像灯笼，颜色白且似乎有黑点，果实上有三棱。二月开花，三月结子，四月初苗枯死。若在空地上生长，采挖晚了则苗腐烂难以寻找。它与有毒的老鸦蒜极相似，但蒜没有毛，茨菇有毛。包裹剥去皮后洗净，焙干，用量二两。）川文蛤（又名五倍子，锤破后刮洗干净，焙干，用量二两。）千金子（又名续随子，去壳挑选颜色极白的，用纸包裹并多次换纸以去除尽油脂，直到颜色变白再研磨，纸上无油成霜为度，用量一两。）麝香（拣净血毛皮壳，细研干净，用量三钱。）红牙大戟（苏州产的紫大戟为上品，江南土戟次之。去芦根洗净焙干，用量一两半。此方中绵大戟色白的过于峻烈，反而能伤害人，体弱者甚至会导致吐血，务必谨慎，千万小心。）
以上药物的制作方法：宜选择端午、七夕、重阳等吉日进行配制。根据药物多少，提前数日，将前五味药分别研成极细粉末。准备盥洗盆，进出必须洗净双手。各用新洁的器具盛放，用纸盖好。到了日期，使用几个盆，按照分量逐盆配合，搅拌数百次，使其极其均匀，再重新过筛两遍。根据方子用糯米浓汁调和，在木臼内杵捣数千下，直到极其光润为止。每锭重一钱。每次服用一锭。病情重者连续服用，使大便通畅一两次，无妨。随后喝温粥补养脾胃。制作过程要极其洁净。如法炮制。
对于一切饮食药物中毒、虫毒、瘴气、恶菌、误食死牛马驼羸等引起的各种毒害，均用凉水磨化后服用。南方虫母瘴疠伤人，刚觉得身体不适时，立即磨服一锭。或吐或泻即可痊愈。
对于痈疽、发背、对口疮、天蛇头、无名疔肿、杨梅疮等一切恶疮，以及诸风瘾疹、赤肿，在未破溃时，以及痔疮，均用无灰淡酒磨化后服用。并用凉水调匀涂抹在疮上，日夜各数次，感觉瘙痒立刻消除。已经溃破流出脓血的，也能减轻分数。
对于阴阳二毒伤寒，出现心闷、狂言妄语、胸膈壅滞、邪毒未发，以及瘟疫、喉蛾、缠喉风，用冷水加薄荷一小叶研碎吞服。
对于赤白痢疾、泄泻、肚腹急痛、霍乱、绞肠痧等症状，以及诸痰病，均用薄荷汤磨化后服用。
对于男子妇人，突发癫邪，喝叫乱走，梦交鬼胎，狂乱失心，以及羊儿疯、猪癫风等风症，中风中气导致口眼歪斜，牙关紧急，语言謇涩，筋脉挛缩，骨节风肿，手脚腰腿周身皆疼痛，行走艰难，诸风诸痫，均用暖无灰酒送服。
对于自缢、溺水致死，但心头尚暖者，惊死、客忤死，且未过夜者，用冷水磨化灌服。
对于蛇毒、风犬咬伤，一应恶虫伤害，用冷水磨涂患处。另用淡酒磨化内服。
对于久近疟疾，发作时用东流水煎桃柳枝汤磨化后服用。
对于小儿急惊慢风、五疳、五痢、脾病黄肿、瘾疹、疮瘤、牙关紧急，均用蜜水加薄荷小叶同磨后服用及外搽。根据儿童大小，一丸分为二三次服用。
对于牙痛，用酒磨涂，并含少许药物，良久咽下。
对于汤火伤，用流水磨涂患处。
对于打扑伤损，炒松节用无灰酒送服。
对于年深日久的头痛、太阳穴疼，用酒入薄荷研烂，磨纸花贴在太阳穴上。
一家患传尸痨（肺结核），兄弟五人，已死三人。方子急忙令服用此药，于是每人进服一锭。一人排出恶物如脓状，一人排出死虫如蛾形，都获救。于是将此药广泛救济传尸症，无不灵验。
女子久患痨瘵，被尸虫所噬，磨服一锭。服药后一时吐出落下小虫十余条。后来服用苏合香丸，半个月后便恢复正常。药品虽不说补益羸弱，瘦人服用也有效。真是保卫身体的宝物。每料费用不过二钱银子，可救数十人。内有山茨菇、千金子，都有种子可以种植，可按法合制以救济世人。
牛马六畜中毒，也用此药救治。
一方：加入透明雄黄三钱，历试治疗各种疮疡，极有效。

青皮（去瓤三钱）黄连（去皮三钱）半夏（汤泡七次约九个）乌梅（七个全）杏仁（二十五个不去皮尖）陈皮（去白三钱）木香（一两）槟榔（二十一个）枳壳（去瓤二钱）巴豆（三十五个去壳）黄丹（水飞一两）乳香（二钱）没药（二钱）御米（五钱）黄蜡（二两捶入水中去渣取一两五钱）
以上研为粉末，用黄蜡溶开，加入药末和匀。如果太硬，加少许蜜，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用十丸。汤引列于后：
红痢，甘草汤送服。白痢，干姜汤送服。赤白痢，椿根白皮汤送服。产后痢，当归汤送服。噤口痢，莲肉、山药、防风、粟米汤送服。痢下如鱼脑脓汁，用真人养脏汤加附子一片煎汤送服。水泄，用五苓散煎汤送服。霍乱吐泻，姜汤送服。口吐清水，诃子汤送服。头痛腰疼，冷气冲心，下元虚损，酒送服。咳嗽，桔梗、杏仁汤送服。气痛，宿食不消，生姜汤送服。心痛，酒送服。腹痛，葱白汤送服。脐下痛，芥菜汤送服。蛔虫寸白虫咬心痛，槟榔汤送服。时气，井花水送服。浑身壮热，砂糖水送服。阳毒伤寒，栀子、黄连汤送服。阴毒伤寒，附子、枣儿汤送服。虚热，柴胡、竹茹汤送服。寒热，乌梅汤送服。上焦虚热，大黄汤送服。脾胃虚寒，酒送服。一切风痛，升麻汤送服。大小便不通，木通汤送服。一切疮疼，萝卜汤送服。五劳七伤，猪胆汤送服。打扑伤损，酒送服。小儿天吊惊风，防己汤送服。

A treatise on resolving various toxins, treating all kinds of sores, unblocking orifices and joints, and comprehensively treating hundreds of diseases. This medicine truly has the power to revive the dead; one should manufacture hundreds of thousands of pills to benefit people. Its miraculous effects cannot be fully described.
Shenxian Taiyi Zijin Dan (Immortal Great Unity Purple Gold Pill) (also known as Wanbing Jiedu Dan [Ten Thousand Disease Detoxifying Pill], Zijin Ding [Purple Gold Tablet], Yushu Dan [Jade Pivot Pill])
Colchici Cormis Rhizoma (Shancigu) (Available everywhere in the north and south, commonly known as Jin Denglong [Golden Lantern]. The leaves resemble chive flowers, the flower resembles a lantern, is white with apparent black spots, and the fruit has three edges. It blooms in February, fruits in March, and the seedlings wither in early April. If growing in open ground, delayed harvesting leads to rotting seedlings making them hard to find. It is extremely similar to toxic Allium sativum var. ophioscorodum (Old Crow Garlic), but garlic lacks hairs while Shancigu has them. Peel off the hairy covering, wash thoroughly, dry by baking. Dosage: 2 liang.) Chuan Wenli (Chuanwenli) (Also known as Wubeizi [Galla Chinensis], crush, scrape clean, dry by baking. Dosage: 2 liang.) Qianjinzi (Qianjinzi) (Also known as Xuisui Zi [Euphorbia lathyris], remove shell, select those with very white color, wrap in paper, change paper several times to remove all oil until the color turns white and grinds into powder without oil stains on paper. Dosage: 1 liang.) Moschus (Muxiang) (Select pure material free of blood, hair, and shells, grind finely and cleanly. Dosage: 3 qian.) Hongya Daji (Hongya Daji) (The purple Daji from Suzhou is superior, Jiangnan local Daji is secondary. Remove rhizome roots, wash thoroughly, dry by baking. Dosage: 1.5 liang. In this formula, Mian Daji that is white is too harsh and can harm people, especially causing hematemesis in weak individuals. Be extremely cautious.)
Preparation method: Choose auspicious days such as Dragon Boat Festival, Qixi Festival, or Double Ninth Festival for compounding. Based on the quantity of herbs, prepare several days in advance. Grind the first five herbs into extremely fine powders separately. Prepare washing basins; hands must be washed before entering and exiting. Store each in new, clean containers covered with paper. On the designated day, use several basins, combine ingredients according to dosage in each basin, stir hundreds of times until perfectly uniform, then sieve twice more. Mix with thick rice paste according to the prescription, pound in a wooden mortar thousands of times until extremely smooth and glossy. Each pill weighs 1 qian. Take one pill per dose. For severe conditions, take consecutively until bowel movements occur once or twice, which is harmless. Follow with warm congee to nourish the stomach. Ensure extreme cleanliness during preparation.
For all types of food, drug, insect, miasma, pathogenic bacteria, or accidental ingestion of dead cattle, horses, camels, etc., grind with cold water and administer. In southern regions affected by insect miasma, if one feels slight discomfort, immediately grind and take one pill. Recovery occurs through vomiting or diarrhea.
For carbuncles, back sores, neck sores, Tian She Tou (snake-head like swelling), Wu Ming Ding (nameless toxin swellings), yaws, and all malignant sores, as well as wind-induced urticaria, redness, and swelling, before ulceration, and for hemorrhoids, grind with light wine without ash and administer. Also apply mixture with cold water to the sore multiple times daily. Itching resolves immediately. For already ulcerated sores discharging pus and blood, it also reduces severity.
For Yin-Yang Er Du Shanghan (Yin-Yang Two Toxities Cold Damage), presenting with chest oppression, delirious speech, chest fullness, pre-eruption of evil toxins, epidemic febrile diseases, throat polyps, and stranglewind, grind with cold water and a small leaf of Mentha haplocalyx (Bohe) and swallow.
For Heart Qi pain and various Qi pains, grind with light wine or light ginger decoction and administer.
For bloody and non-bloody dysentery, diarrhea, acute abdominal pain, cholera-like syndrome, intestinal cramping, and various phlegm diseases, grind with Bohe decoction and administer.
For men and women suffering from sudden mania, shouting and running wildly, dream intercourse with ghosts, fetal possession, madness, loss of mind, epilepsy (Yang Er Feng, Zhu Dian Feng), stroke with facial paralysis, locked jaw, slurred speech, muscle spasms, joint swelling due to wind, generalized body pain in limbs and waist, difficulty walking, various wind syndromes, and epilepsy, administer with warm wine without ash.
For hanging, drowning death where the heart remains warm, shock death, or sudden fright death not yet overnight, grind with cold water and force-feed.
For snake venom, dog bites, and injuries from harmful insects, grind with cold water and apply to the wound. Additionally, grind with light wine and take orally.
For chronic malaria, at the time of onset, grind with decoction of peach and willow branches boiled in east-flowing water and administer.
For pediatric acute and chronic convulsions, five malnutrition syndromes, five dysenteries, spleen disease with jaundice and edema, urticaria, tumors, locked jaw, grind with honey water and Bohe leaves and administer externally and internally. Divide one pill into two or three doses based on child's age.
For toothache, grind with wine and apply, hold a small amount in mouth, then swallow after some time.
For scalds and burns, grind with flowing water and apply to the injured area.
For traumatic injuries from blows, take fried pine node with wine without ash.
For long-standing headaches and temporal pain, grind mint with wine into a paste, apply paper flower soaked in it to the temporal acupoint.
For various gu poison and distension/swelling, take with decoction of Hordeum vulgare sprout (Dayamai).
For amenorrhea in women, take with decoction of Carthamus tinctorius (Honghua). Contraindicated in pregnancy.
In a family suffering from Transmitted Corpse Tuberculosis (Chuanshi Lao), five brothers, three had died. Urgently administered this medicine; each took one pill. One expelled pus-like matter, another expelled moth-shaped dead worms. All survived. Thus, widely used for Transmitted Corpse Syndrome with consistent efficacy.
A woman suffering long-term tuberculosis consumed by corpse worms, took one ground pill. Within an hour, vomited and passed over ten small worms. Later took Suhexiang Wan (Styrax Pills), recovered fully within half a month. Although the formula does not claim tonification, it is effective for emaciated persons. Truly a treasure for protecting health. Cost per batch is less than 2 qian of silver, saving dozens of lives. Contains Shancigu and Qianjinzi, both of which can be propagated by seeds, allowing self-compounding to benefit others.
Poisoned cattle, horses, and livestock can also be saved with this medicine.
Modification: Add 3 qian of transparent Realgar (Xionghuang). Proven highly effective for treating various sores.

Cough: Platycodon and Apricot Seed decoction. Qi pain, undigested food: Ginger decoction. Heart pain: Wine. Abdominal pain: Scallion stalk decoction. Pain below umbilicus: Mustard greens decoction. Grind into fine powder. Bind with date flesh into pills size of cherries. Take one pill on empty stomach with cool water.
Indications: Globus hystericus (Meiheqi), abdominal distension, accumulation and stagnation masses, abdominal masses, cold abdominal pain with hot diarrhea.
Cold heart pain, food stagnation, Qi stagnation, meridian obstruction, cold accumulation.
