海蛤散
治气击于下。阴肾肿大而坚硬。
海蛤（三分研） 香子（三分炒香熟） 薏苡仁（半两） 白术（半两） 槟榔（半两面裹煨）
上为细末。每服半钱。温酒调下。早晚乳食前。
又方 治外肾肿硬。渐欲成 。以干地龙去土尽。为细末。唾调涂之，常避风冷湿地。
胜金桃仁膏
治卵 肿大。桃仁杵去皮尖。为膏敷之。
川楝子丸
治疝气偏坠，一大一小。
川楝子（去复选肉一钱） 续随子（去皮净一钱） 轻粉（二钱）
上为细末。面糊和丸黍米大。每服十丸。葱白汤下。不过十服愈。
荆三棱散
治如前。荆三棱炮。斑蝥去足并翅。等分为细末。每服半钱。米饮调下。
三香昆布丸
治如前。
薰陆香（三分） 青木香（三分） 藿香叶（去土半两） 昆布（三分洗去咸味） 牵牛子（半两微炒）
上为细末。枣肉和丸麻子大。每服十丸。空心牡蛎汤下。
治小儿狐疝。伤损生 。

上为末。炼蜜丸如小豆大。酒服七丸。量大小增减。

芍药 茯苓（各三分） 防葵（一作防风） 大黄（各半两） 半夏 桂心 蜀椒（去目并闭口者一分）
上为末。炼蜜和丸如大豆。每服一丸。日三四。
五等丸
治小儿卵核坚 。或阴卵偏大。
黄柏（炒） 香豉 牡丹（去心） 防风（去芦并叉枝） 桂心（各半两）
上同为末。炼蜜和丸如大豆许。三岁儿饮服五丸。
又方 治小儿 。以蜥蜴二条。烧灰研为末。酒服之。一二岁儿半钱。
治小儿卵肿 以鸡翅六茎。烧灰服之。随在左右取翮。能治阴大如瓠。
治小儿气 土瓜根芍药当归去须洗焙。各一两。 咀。每服二钱。水一盏。煎至半盏。去滓温服。量大小

又方 治如前。以三月上除。取白头翁。去芦捣之。随左右偏处敷一字。作疮。二十日愈。亦治肾痈。
又方 治小儿卵肿。捣墙衣敷上。
治小儿偏 。或气攻小腹痛疼。 蛇床子为末半两。马鞭草取汁一合。相和如膏。涂病处。
又方 治如前。以枳壳去穣三两微炒。杵为细末。每用煎柏枝至浓汁。调膏浓涂肿处。良妙。

治小儿卒卵肿痛而胀 赤小豆末半两。桂心末一分。以生牛蒡取汁二大盏煎稠。入二味相和为膏。涂病

治小儿阴囊肿痛。虚热。 以蚯蚓屎。用甘草汁调涂之。
又方 治疝气肿痛。连小腹如刺。以生射干杵汁服之。亦可作丸服。
又方 治如前。以藜叶煎浓汁一升。煎取七合。每服半合。顿服。量大小加减。
蜘蛛散
治 疝。或肿坚。或偏坠。或大小。时时上下。蜘蛛十四个炒焦。桂心半两。共为散。每服一字或半钱。米
饮调下。或蜜丸服。
玉粉散
治水 。上下不定。 熟牡蛎粉二两。炮裂干姜末二两。拌匀。冷水调稀稠得所。涂病处。以小便大利即愈。
此方若用糊为丸服之。治冷淋膏淋。下痢脓血。及妇人带下。
小儿疝气。是由于哭闹愤怒导致气机逆乱，冲击肾经。气下行通达于阴囊，因此导致阴囊肿大且坚硬。如果是偏侧肿胀，是因为气邪乘袭身体偏虚的一侧而发作。其中若有水湿停滞的情况，是因为肾主水液代谢，向下通达于前阴。因哭闹愤怒导致气机逆乱，肾中水液随气机下注而发病。
海蛤散
治疗气邪冲击下部，导致阴囊和睾丸肿大且坚硬。
海蛤（三分，研碎） 香子（三分，炒至香熟） 薏苡仁（半两） 白术（半两） 槟榔（半两，面裹煨）
以上药物研为细末。每次服用半钱，用温酒调服。早晚在吃奶或进食前服用。
又一方
治疗外生殖器肿硬，逐渐想要形成疝气。用干地龙去除泥土，研为细末，用唾液调和后涂抹患处，平时常避开风冷潮湿的地方。
胜金桃仁膏
治疗睾丸肿大。将桃仁捣碎，去皮尖，制成膏状敷贴患处。
川楝子丸
治疗疝气导致的睾丸偏坠，一大一小。
川楝子（去复选肉一钱） 续随子（去皮净一钱） 轻粉（二钱）
以上药物研为细末，用面糊调和做成如黍米大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，用葱白汤送服。不超过十次即可痊愈。
荆三棱散
治疗方法同上。荆三棱炮制，斑蝥去掉足和翅膀，等分为细末。每次服用半钱，用米饮调服。
三香昆布丸
治疗方法同上。
薰陆香（三分） 青木香（三分） 藿香叶（去土半两） 昆布（三分，洗去咸味） 牵牛子（半两，微炒）
以上药物研为细末，用枣肉调和做成如麻子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，空腹时用牡蛎汤送服。
治疗小儿狐疝，由损伤引起形成疝气。
地肤子（一两半） 白术（一两三分） 桂心（三分）
以上药物研为末，用炼蜜做成如小豆大小的丸剂。用酒送服七丸，根据患儿年龄大小增减剂量。
又一方
治疗方法同上。
芍药 茯苓（各三分） 防葵（一作防风） 大黄（各半两） 半夏 桂心 蜀椒（去目并闭口者一分）
以上药物研为末，用炼蜜调和做成如大豆大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，每日三四次。
五等丸
治疗小儿睾丸坚硬。或者阴囊一侧偏大。
黄柏（炒） 香豉 牡丹（去心） 防风（去芦并叉枝） 桂心（各半两）
以上药物共同研为末，用炼蜜调和做成如大豆大小的丸剂。三岁儿童用饮水送服五丸。
又一方
治疗小儿疝气。取两条蜥蜴，烧成灰研为末，用酒送服。一至二岁幼儿服用半钱。
治疗小儿睾丸肿胀。取六根鸡翅，烧成灰服用。根据肿胀在左侧还是右侧，取相应翅膀的羽毛，能治疗阴囊肿大如葫芦状。
治疗小儿气疝。土瓜根、芍药、当归，去须洗净焙干，各一两。切碎。每次服用二钱，加水一盏，煎至半盏，去渣温服。根据患儿大小加减剂量。
又一方
治疗方法同上。在三月上旬“除”日，取白头翁，去芦头捣碎。根据肿胀在左侧还是右侧，敷一字量的药粉，使局部起疮，二十天痊愈。也能治疗肾痈。
又一方
治疗小儿睾丸肿胀，捣碎墙衣敷在上面。
治疗小儿偏坠疝。或者是气攻冲导致小腹疼痛。蛇床子研为末半两，马鞭草取汁一合，混合如膏状，涂于患处。
又一方
治疗方法同上。取枳壳去瓤三两微炒，杵为细末。每次用煎煮柏树枝至浓汁，调和药膏浓涂于肿胀处，效果很好。
治疗小儿阴囊肿大不消。取硼砂一分，用水研磨化开，涂之立即见效。
治疗小儿阴囊肿胀，偏侧大气胀。取雄黄一两，研极细，甘草一钱锉碎，同煎汤，淋洗患处。
又一方
治疗方法同上。牡丹皮去心，防风去芦并叉枝，等分为末。每次服用半钱，无固定时间，用米饮调服。
治疗小儿突然睾丸肿痛且胀。赤小豆末半两，桂心末一分，用生牛蒡取汁两大盏煎稠，加入两味药混合成膏，涂于患处，即刻消退。
又一方
治疗疝气肿痛，牵连小腹如针刺感。用生射干捣汁服用。也可以做成丸剂服用。
又一方
治疗方法同上。取藜叶煎浓汁一升，煎取七合。每次服用半合，顿服。根据患儿大小加减剂量。
蜘蛛散
治疗疝气。或者肿胀坚硬，或者偏坠，或者大小不一，时时上下移动。蜘蛛十四个炒焦，桂心半两，共为散。每次服用一字或半钱，用米饮调下。或者做成蜜丸服用。
玉粉散
治疗水疝。肿胀上下不定。熟牡蛎粉二两，炮裂干姜末二两，拌匀。用冷水调至稀稠适宜，涂于患处，以小便通利量大即愈。
此方如果用作糊剂做成丸剂服用，可治疗冷淋、膏淋，下痢脓血，以及妇人带下病。
Pediatric hernia (Shan) is caused by crying and anger leading to qi stagnation, which impacts the Kidney Meridian. The qi descends to the scrotum, causing it to become swollen, large, and hard. If the swelling is unilateral, it occurs because the pathogenic qi attacks the side of the body that is relatively deficient. In cases involving fluid retention, since the Kidney governs water metabolism and connects downward to the external genitalia, the crying and anger cause qi disturbance, leading kidney fluids to descend with the qi and cause pathology.
Haige San (Clam Shell Powder)
Treats qi striking the lower region, resulting in swelling and hardness of the scrotum and testes.
Haige (Clam Shell, *Concha Arcae*), 3 fen, ground; Xiangzi (likely *Cuminum cyminum* or similar aromatic seed), 3 fen, stir-fried until fragrant; Yiyiren (Coix Seed, *Coicis Semen*), 0.5 liang; Baizhu (Atractylodes Rhizome, *Atractylodis Rhizoma*), 0.5 liang; Binglang (Areca Nut, *Arecae Semen*), 0.5 liang, baked in flour paste.
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Administer morning and evening before milk or food intake.
Another Prescription
Treats swelling and hardness of the external genitalia, gradually progressing toward hernia formation. Use dried Dilong (Earthworm, *Pheretima*), thoroughly cleaned of soil, ground into a fine powder. Mix with saliva and apply topically. Avoid wind, cold, and damp places regularly.
Shengjin Taoren Gao (Winning Gold Peach Kernel Paste)
Treats testicular swelling. Pound Taoren (Peach Kernel, *Persicae Semen*), remove skin and tips, and prepare as a paste for topical application.
Chuanlianzi Wan (Toosendan Pill)
Treats hernia qi causing testicular ptosis, where one testicle is larger than the other.
Chuanlianzi (Fructus Toosendan, *Euodiae Fructus*), 1 qian, flesh removed; Suisui Zi (Radix Euphorbiae Lathyridis, *Euphorbiae Lathyridis Radix*), 1 qian, skin removed; Qingfen (Calomel, *Hydrargyri Chloridum*), 2 qian.
Grind the above into a fine powder. Mix with wheat starch paste to form pills the size of millet seeds. Take 10 pills per dose, washed down with Scallion White Decoction. Cure typically achieved within ten doses.
Jingsanleng San (Burreed Rhizome Powder)
Treatment as above. Process Jingsanleng (Rhizoma Sparganii), remove feet and wings from Banmao (Mylabris, *Mylabris*). Equal parts ground into fine powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose, mixed with rice drink.
Sanxiang Kunbu Wan (Three Fragrances Kelp Pill)
Treatment as above.
Xunluxiang (Frankincense, *Olibanum*); Qingmuxiang (Radix Aucklandiae, *Aucklandiae Radix*), each 3 fen; Huoxiangye (Patchouli Leaf, *Pogostemonis Folium*), 0.5 liang, cleaned of dust; Kunbu (Kelp, *Laminariae Thallus*), 3 fen, washed to remove saltiness; Qianniuzi (Seed of Morning Glory, *Pharbitidis Semen*), 0.5 liang, lightly stir-fried.
Grind the above into a fine powder. Mix with jujube flesh to form pills the size of hemp seeds. Take 10 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with Oyster Shell Decoction.
Treating pediatric fox hernia (Huxian), caused by injury leading to hernia formation.
Difuzi (Herba Kochiae, *Kochiae Herba*), 1.5 liang; Baizhu (Atractylodes Rhizome, *Atractylodis Rhizoma*), 1 liang 3 fen; Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*), 3 fen.
Grind into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of small beans. Take 7 pills with wine, adjusting dosage according to age and size.

Treatment as above.
Shaoyao (Peony Root, *Paeoniae Radix*); Fuling (Poria, *Poria*), each 3 fen; Fangkui (Root of Phryma or Windproof, *Phryomatis Radix* or *Saposhnikoviae Radix*, note: text says "one version is Fangfeng"); Dahuang (Rhubarb Root, *Rhei Radix et Rhizoma*); Banxia (Pinellia Tuber, *Pinelliae Rhizoma*); Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*); Shujiao (Sichuan Pepper, *Zanthoxyli Pericarpium*), 1 fen, removing eyes and closed ones.
Grind into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of soybeans. Take 1 pill per dose, 3-4 times daily.
Wudeng Wan (Five-Equivalent Pills)
Treats hard pediatric testicles. Or unilateral enlargement of the scrotum.
Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark, *Phellodendri Cortex*), stir-fried; Xiangchi (Fermented Soybean, *Sojae Semen Preparatum*); Mudan (Tree Peony Root Bark, *Moutan Cortex*); Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, *Saposhnikoviae Radix*), each 0.5 liang, cleaned of rhizome and branches; Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*), 0.5 liang.
Grind all together into powder. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of soybeans. For three-year-old children, take 5 pills with water.
Another Prescription
Treating pediatric hernia. Burn two lizards to ash, grind into powder. Take with wine. For infants aged one to two years, take 0.5 qian.
Treating pediatric testicular swelling. Burn six chicken wing feathers to ash and ingest. Take feathers from the left or right wing depending on the side of swelling. This can treat scrotal swelling resembling a gourd.
Treating pediatric qi hernia. Tubers of Tianguagen (Melon Root, *Trichosanthes Radix*), Shaoyao (Peony Root, *Paeoniae Radix*), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*), clean roots and dry, each 1 liang. Cut into pieces. Take 2 qian per dose, add one cup of water, decoct until half a cup remains. Strain and take warm. Adjust dosage based on patient size.
Another Prescription
Treatment as above. On the "Chu" day in early March, collect Bai Tou Weng (Pulsatilla Root, *Pulsatillae Radix*), remove rhizomes, and crush. Apply a character-sized amount of powder to the affected side (left or right) to induce blistering. Healing occurs in twenty days. Also treats kidney abscess (Shen Yong).
Another Prescription
Treating pediatric testicular swelling. Crush wall plaster (Qiangyi) and apply topically.
Treating pediatric unilateral hernia. Or abdominal pain caused by qi attacking the lower abdomen. Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit, *Cnidii Fructus*) ground into powder, 0.5 liang. Mashbiancao (Verbena Juice, *Verbenae Herba*), 1 he. Mix into a paste and apply to the lesion.
Another Prescription
Treatment as above. Zhiqiao (Immature Bitter Orange, *Aurantii Immaturus Fructus*), remove pulp, 3 liang, lightly stir-fried. Grind into fine powder. Boil Cebai Zhi (Cypress Twig, *Cupressi Cacumen*) to a thick juice. Mix with the powder to make a thick paste and apply to the swollen area. Highly effective.
Treating persistent pediatric scrotal swelling. Pengsha (Borax, *Borax*), 1 fen. Dissolve in water and apply. Immediate effect.
Treating pediatric scrotal swelling with unilateral distension. Xionghuang (Realgar, *Realgar*), 1 liang, ground extremely fine. Gancao (Licorice Root, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*), 1 qian, sliced. Decoct together. Wash the affected area with the liquid.

Treatment as above. Mudanpi (Tree Peony Root Bark, *Moutan Cortex*), remove heart; Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, *Saposhnikoviae Radix*), remove rhizome and branches. Equal parts ground into powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose at any time, mixed with rice drink.
Treating sudden pediatric testicular swelling and pain. Chixiaodou (Adzuki Bean, *Vigna Angularis Semen*) powder, 0.5 liang. Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*) powder, 1 fen. Extract juice from raw Niubanggen (Arctium Root, *Arctii Radix*), two large cups. Decoct until thick. Mix with the two powders to form a paste. Apply to the lesion. Swelling subsides immediately.
Treating pediatric scrotal swelling and pain with deficiency heat. Use earthworm excrement (Qiuyinshi). Mix with Gancao juice and apply.
Another Prescription
Treating hernia qi swelling and pain radiating to the lower abdomen like stabbing. Crush fresh Shengye (Belamcanda Rhizome, *Belamcandae Rhizoma*) and extract juice for oral administration. Can also be made into pills.
Another Prescription
Treatment as above. Decoct Liye (Chenopodium Leaf, *Chenopodii Folium*) to obtain one sheng of concentrated juice, reduce to seven he. Take 0.5 he per dose in one go. Adjust dosage based on patient size.
Zhizhu San (Spider Powder)
Treats hernia. Whether swollen and hard, unilateral ptosis, varying sizes, moving up and down intermittently. Roast 14 spiders until charred. Guixin (Cinnamon Twig Heart, *Cinnamomi Ramulus*), 0.5 liang. Grind together into powder. Take one "zi" or 0.5 qian per dose, mixed with rice drink. Or form into honey pills.
Yufen San (Jade Powder Powder)
Treats water hernia (Shui Shan). Swelling moves up and down unpredictably. Shu Muli Fen (Calcined Oyster Shell Powder, *Concha Ostreae*), 2 liang. Pao Ganjiang (Processed Dried Ginger, *Zingiberis Rhizoma*), 2 liang. Mix evenly. Thin with cold water to appropriate consistency. Apply to the lesion. Cured when urination becomes abundant and clear.
If this prescription is used with paste to form pills for oral administration, it treats cold lin syndrome (Leng Lin), creamy lin syndrome (Gao Lin), dysentery with pus and blood, and leukorrhea in women.
