治小儿惊痫，心热。
朱砂 龙齿 牛黄（各一钱） 铁粉 琥珀 人参 茯苓 防风（各二钱） 全蝎（七个焙）
上末炼蜜丸如桐子大，每服一丸，薄荷汤下。
治急惊涎盛。
金箔（二十片） 天南星（锉炒） 白附子（炮） 防风（去芦须焙） 半夏（汤浸七次，切焙
干秤各半两） 雄黄 辰砂（各一分） 生犀末（半分） 牛黄 脑麝（各半分。以上六物研）
上为细末，姜汁面糊丸，麻子大，每服三、五丸至一、二十丸，人参汤下。如治慢惊，
去龙脑，服无时。
学海案∶“聚珍本”作牛黄、龙脑、麝香各半钱，雄黄、辰砂（各二分）。余同。
治惊风涎盛潮作，及胃热吐逆不止。

上同为末，再研匀，熟蜜丸如绿豆大，朱砂为衣，每服一二丸或五七丸，食后服之，薄荷
汤送下。
学海案∶“聚珍本”天麻一分，龙脑、麝香、牛黄各五钱。余同。
治一切惊风，久经宣利，虚而生惊者。

上药末共二两四钱，东流水煮，白面糊丸，桐子大。每服一丸，剪刀环头研，食后薄荷
汤化下。如治慢惊，即去龙脑。

以上药物研为细末，用姜汁和面糊制成如麻子大小的丸药，每次服用三至五丸，多则一至二十丸，用人参汤送服。如果治疗慢惊风，去掉冰片，随时服用。
学海案：“聚珍本”记载为牛黄、龙脑、麝香各半钱，雄黄、辰砂（各二分）。其余相同。
治疗惊风痰涎壅盛发作，以及胃热呕吐不止。
辰砂（单独研细），水银砂子（各一分），天麻、牛黄（五分），冰片、麝香（单独研细五分），生犀角末，白僵蚕（酒炒），蝉蜕（去足），干蝎（去毒炒制），麻黄（去节），天南星（用汤浸泡七次，焙干切制，称取一分）。
以上药物共同研为细末，再研磨均匀，用熟蜂蜜制成如绿豆大小的丸药，以朱砂为衣，每次服用一二丸或五七丸，饭后服用，用薄荷汤送下。
学海案：“聚珍本”记载天麻一分，龙脑、麝香、牛黄各五钱。其余相同。
治疗各种惊风，经过多次攻下后，因虚而生惊者。
朱砂、天竺黄（分别研细），白僵蚕（去头足炒制），蝎（去毒炒制），干蟾蜍（去四足及肠，洗净炙至焦黄），蝉蜕（去剑脊），五灵脂（去杂质研为细末，各一分），牛黄、冰片（分别研细，各一字），麝香（研细五分），蛇黄（五钱烧红，用醋淬炼三至五次，放水研磨飞净）。
以上药物研为细末共二两四钱，用东流水煮，用白面糊制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，用剪刀环头研碎，饭后用薄荷汤化开送服。如果治疗慢惊风，即去掉冰片。

Cinnabar (Zhu Sha), Dragon's Teeth (Long Chi), Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang) (each 1 qian), Ferri Pulvis (Tie Fen), Succinum (Hu Po), Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Ren Shen), Poria (Fu Ling), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fang Feng) (each 2 qian), Scorpio (Quan Xie) (seven, roasted).
Grind the above into fine powder, refine honey to make pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take one pill per dose, administered with Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang).
Treats acute convulsions with excessive phlegm-rheum.
Gold Leaf (Jin Bo) (twenty pieces), Arisaema Cum Bile (Tian Nan Xing) (cut and stir-fried), Typhonii Rhizoma Praeparatum (Bai Fu Zi) (processed), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fang Feng) (deveined and roasted), Pinellia Tuber (Ban Xia) (soaked in water seven times, sliced and dried, weighed half a liang), Realgar (Xiong Huang), Cinnabar (Chen Sha) (each 1 fen), Rhinocerotis Cornu (Sheng Xi Mo) (half a fen), Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang), Borneolum Syntheticum (Nao She) (each half a fen. The above six substances are ground finely).
Grind the above into fine powder, use ginger juice and wheat flour paste to make pills the size of hemp seeds. Take three to five pills per dose, up to ten or twenty pills, administered with Ginseng Decoction (Renshen Tang). For treating slow convulsions, remove Borneolum Syntheticum (Long Nao), take at any time.
Xuehai Case: The "Juzhen Ben" edition lists Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang), Borneolum Syntheticum (Long Nao), and Moschus (She Xiang) each as half a qian, Realgar (Xiong Huang) and Cinnabar (Chen Sha) each as two fen. The rest are the same.
Treats convulsions with excessive phlegm-rheum attacks, and persistent vomiting due to Stomach heat.
Cinnabar (Chen Sha) (ground separately), Hydrargyrum (Shui Yin Sha Zi) (each 1 fen), Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tian Ma), Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang) (5 fen), Borneolum Syntheticum (Nao) and Moschus (She) (ground separately, 5 fen), Rhinocerotis Cornu (Sheng Xi Mo), Bombyx Batryticatus (Bai Jiang Can) (stir-fried with wine), Cicadae Periostracum (Chan Qiao) (remove feet), Scorpio (Gan Xie) (remove toxicity and stir-fried), Ephedrae Herba (Ma Huang) (remove joints), Arisaema Cum Bile (Tian Nan Xing) (soaked in water seven times, dried and cut, weighed 1 fen).
Grind all together into powder, then grind uniformly. Use refined honey to make pills the size of mung beans, coated with Cinnabar (Zhu Sha). Take one or two pills, or five to seven pills, after meals, delivered with Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang).
Xuehai Case: The "Juzhen Ben" edition lists Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tian Ma) as 1 fen, Borneolum Syntheticum (Long Nao), Moschus (She Xiang), and Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang) each as five qian. The rest are the same.
Treats all types of convulsions, where deficiency leads to convulsions after prolonged purgation.
Cinnabar (Zhu Sha) and Gypsum Fibrosum (Tian Zhu Huang) (ground separately), Bombyx Batryticatus (Bai Jiang Can) (remove head and feet, stir-fried), Scorpio (Xie) (remove toxicity and stir-fried), Bufo Viridis (Gan Chan) (remove four feet and intestines, wash and roast until yellow), Cicadae Periostracum (Chan Qiao) (remove sword-like edge), Trogopterus Dung (Wu Ling Zhi) (remove impurities, ground into powder, each 1 fen), Calculus Bovis (Niu Huang), Borneolum Syntheticum (Long Nao) (ground separately, each 1 zi), Moschus (She Xiang) (ground, 5 fen), Serpentis Os (She Huang) (five qian, heated red-hot, quenched in vinegar three to five times, ground with water and washed).
Grind the above medicines into powder, totaling two liang and four qian. Boil in flowing water from the east, use white flour paste to make pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take one pill per dose, crush using the ring head of scissors, administer after meals by dissolving in Mint Decoction (Bohe Tang). For treating slow convulsions, remove Borneolum Syntheticum (Long Nao).
