《刘氏家传》金箔镇心丸 治小儿一切惊气，夜睡不稳，喉中涎声，梦中狂叫，精神躁闷，并宜服之。此药不
凉，兼醒脾，过一百日后，四、五日间服半丸，甚妙。如睡不稳，便宜服之。

上件同研令细，以寒食面作丸如梧桐子大。每服一岁半丸，二岁以上一丸，五岁以上两丸，薄荷水化下。

上为细末，蜜丸桐子大。二、三岁每服一丸，薄荷汤化下。
《张氏家传》治小儿注唇膏 常服永不生风疾，正心无惊，多红润，唇脸如丹。常服无疳积、诸癖疾患。
白僵蚕（一两，去头足直者，生为末，以姜汁和为饼子，于火上炙干。又再为末，复以汁为饼子，干为度） 朱砂

上同合和，研匀，炼蜜为膏，入瓷合子内贮，每用如鸡头大，三岁只可一丸，如三岁以上更分用之，饮汤

朱砂（细研，急水飞过，熟灰池渗干尤佳） 白僵蚕（择去丝，取直直，洗过，焙干） 新罗白附子（以湿纸煨裹，
候令纸干，取出油，切成片子，焙干） 天南星（炮裂，去粗皮脐，切成片子。各半两） 麝香（半钱，研入，和匀） 干
蝎（一两，铫子内慢火炒，令极热，不可太过）
上六味各为末，煮白面糊为丸如粟米大。每服十丸，用煎金银薄荷汤吞下，如遇惊取下后，且以此药服一
二服，无不效。或有虚汗，用麻黄根煎汤下。
《张氏家传》黑神丸 治一切左瘫右缓，小儿惊风，妇人产后中风，心神恍惚，头目昏晕眩，常服活血驻颜

《孔氏家传》神曲饼子 治小儿诸疾，丙日作曲，丁日治，药亦名丙丁膏。

上为末，水一升浸三日，布裂去滓，寒食面一斗和匀，踏作片子，用楮叶罨七日，取出用纸袋吊起，十四
日可用。治小儿吐泻过后，精神困顿多睡，不吃乳食，四肢逆冷，欲变惊，以神曲四两，龙麝少许，每服量
多少，以温水调。若已变痫，哭声如鸦，面色青黄，手足螈 ，咽中不利，朱砂、龙、麝并曲服之。变痫滑
利，即以蜜丸曲末鸡头大，温水化下。又面末一两，研入雄黄、朱砂少许，琥珀、甘草二钱匕，蜜丸鸡头大，
即名太一丹，治小儿百疾。

上为细末，倾出纸上摊一宿，收入瓷合内收。每服一字，以鸡子青为丸，仍以鸡子清磨下，大热方可服。

天南星（去皮生用） 白附子 五灵脂 全蝎（并生。各半两） 蝉蜕（生） 青黛（各一钱） 麝（半钱）
上为末，用好醋一大盏煮煎成膏，入药末拌和，丸如梧桐子大，成饼子。如未盈月一饼，二岁以下二饼。
看大小加减，煎金银薄荷汤化下。被盖，鼻上汗出方效。

及因惊亡魂失魄，举动惊怕，梦魇，或歌哭不避亲疏，狂走不宁，中风缓弱顽痹等疾，小儿慢惊风悉主之。

上为末，酒糊丸如大麻子大。每服一岁十丸，加至十五丸，荆芥汤下。药性温，可以常服，永除诸风。

长沙医者郑愈传∶治惊风痫病，咽喉有涎，四肢壮热，大小便秘涩，兼心神乱者。神圣当归散
当归 甘草 滑石 通草（各一分） 大黄 芍药（各二钱）
上为细末。每服二钱，水一盏，生姜三片，薄荷五叶，灯心少许，同煎至五分，小儿分数服，大人作一服。
长沙医者郑愈传蝎梢丸 治小儿惊风，生涎时发壮热，手足搐动，夜卧不安，牙关紧急。
蝎梢 朱砂（飞过，留一半为衣） 白僵蚕（各一分） 天麻 芎 羌活 半夏（汤洗七次，切作片子，姜汁制）
当归（洗） 牛胆制天南星 麝香（以上各半两）
上为末，糯米粥和丸鸡头大，朱砂为衣。荆芥汤化下一丸，如口已噤，先用药擦牙。
长沙医者郑愈传珍珠丸 治小儿惊风（又名白元子。）
脑麝（各一字） 粉霜 腻粉（各一钱）
上研为细末，用糯米汁为丸如芥子大。每服三丸，糯米汤下。
长沙医者郑愈传琥珀散 治小儿惊风、螈 、搐搦等病。
琥珀 真珠（末） 朱砂 天麻 黑附子 酸枣仁 藿香（叶） 天南星（各一分，用生姜汁和饼子，炙黄色） 蝎
（一十四个，去毒）
上件为末。每服一字至半钱，金银薄荷汤调下。
《刘氏家传》红散子：治疗小儿高热引发惊风、痰液壅盛、手脚心烦躁、夜间啼哭。常服可镇惊，若是感受天风邪气也可常服。
川天南星（二两，用面粉包裹炮制，至面熟为止，此处修制需犯生姜，恐怕小儿难以服用）桔梗大防风白芷干蝎（用糯米炒至焦黄为度。各半两）麝香（半铢）灵砂（一分）脑子（一铢）甘草（一两，生用和熟用各半）
以上药材捣成细末，再加入麝香、脑子、灵砂，在乳钵中细细研磨拌匀。每次服用一钱，饭后临睡前用银器烧水冲服。
《刘氏家传》白附丸：治疗小儿因受惊，或风痰过盛，导致手足欲动的病症。（《张氏家传》治疗惊风，天眼睛，抽搐掣动手脚，名为真珠膏。又治疗痰涎上涌心胸，呼叫不应并夹带惊风的伤寒、惊痫，名为人参丸。）
白附子（两个大的，生用）天南星（半两炮制）全蝎（三个七个）白僵蚕（二十七个，直的，用麸皮炒至赤色，去掉麸皮）人参（二钱）朱砂（一钱）脑麝乳香（各少许）
以上药材研为细末，炼蜜制成如○大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，煎金银薄荷汤化开服用，临睡前服。
《刘氏家传》金箔镇心丸：治疗小儿一切惊气，夜间睡眠不安稳，喉中有痰声，梦中狂叫，精神烦躁闷乱，都适宜服用此药。此药不寒凉，兼能醒脾，过了百日之后，每隔四五天服用半丸，效果很好。如果睡眠不稳，就适宜服用。
白附子（一分）白僵蚕（直的半两，用麸皮炒至赤色，去掉麸皮）朱砂（一钱研细）脑麝（各少许）金箔、银箔（各十片）牛黄（半钱）
以上药材研为细末，用水面糊制成如○大小的丸药，留一半朱砂作为包衣，服用一丸或半丸，煎薄荷汤化开，临睡前服。
《张氏家传》睡惊丸：孩子患惊风，服药后必须睡一会儿，然后吐出惊涎，立刻痊愈。
白龙脑朱砂香墨青黛芦荟（各一钱重）腻粉（一钱）使君子（两个，用麸皮包裹煨熟，研为细末）
以上药材一同研细，用寒食面制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每岁服用半丸，两岁以上服用一丸，五岁以上服用两丸，用薄荷水化开服用。
《张氏家传》琥珀丸：治疗惊风温壮，咳嗽痰多，一切惊热。（孔氏也治疗邪热嗜睡，惊悸）
天麻人参防风（各一两）甘草（半两，炙，孔氏用一两）干蝎（完整的炒）僵蚕（各半两）牛黄（一钱）朱砂麝香雄黄（各二钱半。其中两味孔氏各用一两）
以上研为细末，炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。二、三岁每次服用一丸，用薄荷汤化开服用。
《张氏家传》治小儿注唇膏：常服永不生风疾，心神端正无惊恐，面色红润，嘴唇脸颊如丹砂般红润。常服无疳积、各种癖疾疾患。
白僵蚕（一两，去掉头足选直的，生研为末，用姜汁调和做成饼子，在火上烤干。再研为末，再用姜汁做成饼子，烤干为止）朱砂（二钱，细研，用水一碗浸泡淘洗三遍，去掉黄色液体，倒在纸上，候干后研如粉末般细）
以上一同混合，研磨均匀，炼蜜制成膏，放入瓷盒内贮存，每次取如鸡头大小，三岁只可用一丸，三岁以上再分次使用，用开水化开服用。
《张氏家传》治小儿镇心压惊坠涎。朱砂丸
朱砂（细研，急水飞炼，用熟灰池渗干更好）白僵蚕（择去丝，选直的，洗过，焙干）新罗白附子（用湿纸包裹煨，待纸干，取出油，切成片子，焙干）天南星（炮裂，去掉粗皮脐，切成片子。各半两）麝香（半钱，研入，和匀）干蝎（一两，在铫子内慢火炒，令极热，不可太过）
以上六味各研为末，煮白面糊制成如粟米大小的丸药。每次服用十丸，用煎好的金银薄荷汤吞下，如遇惊风发作取下后，暂且以此药服用一二服，没有不有效的。如果有虚汗，用麻黄根煎汤送服。
《张氏家传》黑神丸：治疗一切左瘫右缓，小儿惊风，妇人产后中风，心神恍惚，头目昏晕眩，常服活血驻颜及治疗伤风鼻塞头痛，善于治疗山岚瘴气，其效如神。

《庄氏家传》治小儿退惊化涎七宝散
朱砂生犀（末）牛黄真珠（末）脑麝（各一钱）金箔（五片）
以上药材研如粉末。每次服用半钱，用薄荷水调下。
《孔氏家传》神曲饼子：治疗小儿诸疾，丙日作曲，丁日制作，药也名丙丁膏。
天南星乌蛇（各三钱）天麻麻黄（去节。各半两）蝎（一分半）白附子（二钱半）白僵蚕（四两）大附子（一枚，炮裂，去皮脐）
以上研为末，用水一升浸泡三天，布滤去渣滓，用寒食面一斗和匀，踩成片状，用楮叶覆盖七日，取出用纸袋吊起，十四日可用。治疗小儿吐泻过后，精神困顿嗜睡，不吃乳食，四肢逆冷，欲变惊风，用神曲四两，龙麝少许，每次根据情况用量，用温水调服。若已变为痫证，哭声如鸦，面色青黄，手足抽搐，咽中不利，朱砂、龙、麝并神曲一起服用。变痫滑利，即以蜜丸神曲末如鸡头大小，温水化开服用。另外取面末一两，研入雄黄、朱砂少许，琥珀、甘草二钱匕，蜜丸如鸡头大小，即名太一丹，治疗小儿百病。
《王氏手集》主胜丸：治疗小儿一切惊风。
蜈蚣（三条）饮瓮儿虫全蝎（各七个）粉霜朱砂硫黄水银（各一钱）白面（三钱）
以上研细，炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，视虚实加减。
《王氏手集》睡惊丸：治疗大人小儿一切惊风。
牛黄犀角龙脑铅白霜白附子蝎梢人参茯苓真珠（末）腻粉（以上各半两）朱砂（一钱）金银箔（各五片）麝香（一字）
以上研为细末，汤浸蒸饼制成如绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用二丸，小儿每次服用一丸，用人参茯苓煎汤吞下。
《王氏手集》远志茯苓丸：治疗小儿惊怖大哭及见到非常之物，扰动神志，恍惚不宁，狂妄惊悸，睡眠不稳，多汗心悸，精神暗钝，寒热咽干，手足烦热。
人参茯神（各三两）远志菖蒲（各二两）
以上研为末，二两加桂二钱半，制成远志茯神丸，白面糊制成如绿豆大小的丸药。每次服用十五丸，饭后煎荆芥汤送服，每日两次。
《王氏手集》治小儿诸惊瑞红散
朱砂（一分）蝎梢（三十条）僵蚕（三十个，直的）
以上研为末。每次服用一字、半钱，用薄荷金银汤调下，每日可常服。
《吴氏家传》蛇头丸：镇心安神，治疗惊风，退风痫，定抽搐，化痰。

人参芍药甘草（炙。各一钱）大黄（二钱，蒸）
以上研为末，炼蜜制成如麻子大小的丸药。每次服用一丸，米饮送下。
《吉氏家传》镇心惊白霜丸
铅白霜人参茯苓（各半钱）麝香（少许）
以上研为末，炼蜜制成如青豆大小的丸药。薄荷汤送下五丸。
《吉氏家传》治惊风镇心真珠丸
北寒水石（硬尖者细研如粉，以雪水浸三夜，再研，以水登下脚为度，再研取五钱）

以上研为末，用好醋一大盏煮煎成膏，入药末拌和，制成如梧桐子大小的丸药，成饼子。未满月一饼，两岁以下两饼。看大小加减，煎金银薄荷汤化开服用。盖上被子，鼻上出汗才有效。

以上细末。每次服用一字，蛤粉冷水调下。凡是久积、惊痫诸疾，皆治。
《吉氏家传》朱砂膏：治疗一切惊风，诸痫，暗风，破伤，惊涎，心气不足，或久伏惊气，尸厥发即昏昧，痰涎壅盛及因惊亡魂失魄，举动惊怕，梦魇，或歌哭不避亲疏，狂走不宁，中风缓弱顽痹等疾，小儿慢惊风悉主之。

以上研为末，酒糊制成如大麻子大小的丸药。每次服用一岁十丸，加至十五丸，荆芥汤送下。药性温，可以常服，永除诸风。

**Liu Family's Heirloom Red Powder (Hong Sanzi)**: Treats pediatric high fever inducing convulsions, phlegm obstruction, irritability of the palms and soles, nocturnal crying. Regular use calms fright; if contracted by heavenly wind pathogen, it may also be used regularly.
*Ingredients*: Chuan Tiannanxing (Arisaema Cum Bile, 2 liang, wrapped in flour and processed until the flour is cooked; local preparation requires ginger to avoid difficulty for children to ingest), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix), Dafangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Ganxie (Dry Scorpion, fried with glutinous rice until scorched; each half liang), Shexiang (Moschus, half zhu), Lingsha (Cinnabar and Gold amalgam, one fen), Naozi (Borneolum Syntheticum, one zhu), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, 1 liang, half raw and half roasted).
*Preparation*: Pound the above ingredients into a fine powder. Then add Moschus, Borneolum Syntheticum, and Lingsha, grinding finely in a mortar until well mixed.
*Dosage*: Take 1 qian per dose. After meals and before bed, take with silver-boiled water.
**Liu Family's Heirloom Baifu Pill (Baifu Wan)**: Treats pediatric diseases caused by fright or excessive wind-phlegm, leading to movements of hands and feet. (*Zhang Family's Heirloom* treats convulsive disorders, "Heavenly Eyes," twitching of limbs, named Zhenzhu Gao. It also treats phlegm flooding the heart chamber, unresponsiveness to calls, and colds complicated by fright/epilepsy, named Renshen Wan.)
*Ingredients*: Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, two large ones, raw), Tiannanxing (Arisaema Cum Bile, half liang, processed), Quanxie (Whole Scorpion, 37 units), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, 27 straight ones, fried with bran until red, bran removed), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, 2 qian), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 qian), Naoshe (Borneolum and Moschus), Xurong (Frankincense, small amounts of each).
*Preparation*: Pound into powder, mix with refined honey to make pills of size ○.
*Dosage*: Take one pill per dose. Dissolve in decoction of gold/silver and Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) before bed.
**Liu Family's Heirloom Jinbo Zhenxin Pill (Jinbo Zhenxin Wan)**: Treats all kinds of fright qi in children, restless sleep at night, phlegm sounds in the throat, screaming in dreams, mental agitation and depression. This medicine is not cooling and also awakens the spleen. After 100 days, taking half a pill every 4-5 days is excellent. If sleep is unstable, it is suitable to take.
*Ingredients*: Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, one fen), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, half liang of straight ones, fried with bran until red, bran removed), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 1 qian, ground), Naoshe (Borneolum and Moschus, small amounts of each), Jinbo/Yinbo (Gold/Silver Leaf, 10 pieces each), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, half qian).
*Preparation*: Pound into fine powder, bind with water-paste to make pills of size ○. Use half the Zhusha as coating.
*Dosage*: Take one or half a pill. Dissolve in Bohe decoction before bed.
**Zhang Family's Heirloom Shuijing Pill (Shuijing Wan)**: For children with convulsions, after taking medicine they must sleep for a while, then the fright-phlegm is expelled and recovery is immediate.
*Ingredients*: Bailongnao (White Dragon Brain/Borneol), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Xiangmo (Fragrant Ink), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Lvhui (Aloe, each 1 qian), Nifen (Calomel, 1 qian), Shijunzi (Quisqualis Fructus, 2 units, baked in bran, powdered).
*Preparation*: Grind together finely, bind with Hanshi Mian (Cold Food Flour) to make pills the size of Sophora seeds.
*Dosage*: Half a pill per year of age (up to 5 years old, 2 pills). Dissolve in Bohe water.
**Zhang Family's Heirloom Hupo Pill (Hupo Wan)**: Treats warm-fever from convulsions, cough with phlegm obstruction, all kinds of fright-heat. (*Kong Family* also treats evil heat with excessive sleepiness, palpitations.)
*Ingredients*: Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, each 1 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, half liang, roasted; Kong uses 1 liang), Ganxie (Dry Scorpion, whole, fried), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, each half liang), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 1 qian), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Shexiang (Moschus), Xionghuang (Realgar, each 2.5 qian; Kong uses 1 liang for the latter two).
*Preparation*: Pound into fine powder, bind with refined honey to make pills the size of Sophora seeds.
*Dosage*: For ages 2-3, take one pill. Dissolve in Bohe decoction.
**Zhang Family's Heirloom Lip Balm for Children**: Regular use prevents wind diseases forever, stabilizes the mind without fright, promotes ruddy complexion, making lips and face like cinnabar. Prevents malnutrition (Gan syndrome) and various accumulations/diseases.
*Ingredients*: Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, 1 liang, remove head/feet, select straight ones, grind raw into powder, mix with Ginger Juice to form cakes, roast on fire until dry. Grind again, reform with juice, dry completely), Zhusha (Cinnabar, 2 qian, finely ground, soak/wash in one bowl of water three times, discard yellow liquid, spread on paper, dry, grind to powder fineness).
*Preparation*: Mix and grind evenly, refine with honey to make a paste, store in porcelain box.
*Dosage*: Take amount the size of a chestnut. For 3-year-olds, only one pill. For over 3 years, divide dosage. Dissolve in boiled water.
**Zhang Family's Heirloom Zhusha Pill for Calming Heart, Suppressing Fright, and Resolving Phlegm**:
*Ingredients*: Zhusha (Cinnabar, finely ground, flown in fast water, dried in熟 ash pool is best), Baijiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, remove silk, select straight, wash, roast dry), Xinluo Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, wrap in wet paper and bake until paper is dry, remove oil, slice, roast dry), Tiannanxing (Arisaema Cum Bile, processed until cracked, remove coarse skin/navel, slice. Each half liang), Shexiang (Moschus, half qian, ground in and mixed), Ganxie (Dry Scorpion, 1 liang, slow-fire fry in ding vessel until very hot, do not overdo).
*Preparation*: Pound each of the six ingredients into powder, cook white wheat paste to bind into millet-sized pills.
*Dosage*: Take 10 pills per dose, swallow with decoction of gold/silver and Bohe. If fright occurs and phlegm is expelled, take this medicine 1-2 doses, always effective. If there is deficiency sweating, take with Mahuanggen (Ephedrae Radix et Rhizoma Decoction).
**Zhang Family's Heirloom Heishen Pill (Heishen Wan)**: Treats left hemiplegia and right flaccidity, pediatric convulsions, postpartum stroke in women, mental confusion, dizziness and vertigo. Regular use invigorates blood, preserves youth, and treats wind-cold with nasal congestion/headache. Excellent for mountain miasma/poisonous air.

*Dosage*: Take half a pill, chew with 1 cun of Congbai (Scallion White). Take with tea or wine, anytime.
**Zhuang Family's Heirloom Seven Treasures Powder for Resolving Fright and Phlegm**:
*Ingredients*: Zhusha (Cinnabar), Sheng Xi (Raw Rhinoceros Horn, powdered), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Zhenzhu (Pearl, powdered), Naoshe (Borneolum and Moschus, each 1 qian), Jinbo (Gold Leaf, 5 pieces).
*Preparation*: Grind medicines to powder.
*Dosage*: Take half qian per dose, mix with Bohe water.
**Kong Family's Heirloom Shenqu Cake**: Treats various pediatric diseases. Make Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) on Bing day, process on Ding day. Medicine also named Bingding Gao.
*Ingredients*: Tiannanxing (Arisaema Cum Bile), Wushe (Bungarus Parvus, each 3 qian), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, remove joints. *Dosage*: For illness, use small amount of fresh Ginger Juice to dissolve soap-bean-sized pill. Next, take with warm wine. For children, dissolve bean-sized pill in Ginger/Bohe decoction. Adjust by child's size.
**Zhu Family's Heirloom Tianma Pill for Pediatric Fright**:
