钱乙附方甘露饮子 治心胃热、咽痛，口舌生疮，并疮疹已发未发，并可服。又治热气上攻，牙断肿，牙齿动
摇。
甘草（锉，炒） 山茵陈叶 石斛（去苗） 枇杷叶（去毛） 枳壳（麸炒，去瓤） 黄芩（去
心） 生熟干地黄（焙，秤） 天门冬 麦门冬（各去心，焙，秤）
上各等分为粗末。每服二钱，水一盏，煎至八分，食后温服。牙齿动摇，牙齿肿热，含嗽渫并服。
钱乙附方消毒散 治疮疹未出，或已出未能匀遍。又治一切疮。凉膈去痰，治咽痛。
牛蒡子（二两，炒） 甘草（半两，锉，炒） 荆芥穗（一分）
上同为粗末。每服三钱，水一盏半，煎至一盏，温服，不拘时。
《活人书》如圣汤 治小儿疮疹毒攻，咽喉肿痛。
桔梗 甘草（生） 牛蒡子（炒。各一两） 麦门冬（去心，半两）
上为细末。每服二钱，沸汤点，细细呷服。入竹叶煎尤妙。董汲方同。以牛蒡子为恶实，盖异名也。
《活人书》鼠粘子汤 治疹痘未出，未能得透皮肤，热气攻咽喉，眼赤心烦。
鼠粘子（四两，炒香） 荆芥穗（二两） 甘草（炙） 防风（各一两）
上捣罗为末。每服二钱，沸汤点服。食后临卧，逐日三服。大利咽膈，化痰涎、止嗽。若春冬间常服，免
生疮疖。老幼皆宜服。
《九 卫生》紫河车散 疗小儿斑疮毒瓦斯不解、攻咽喉，音声不出，舌颊生疮，渴逆烦闷，潮热面赤。
紫河车 茜草根 贯众（各一两） 芍药 甘草（炙。各半两）
上用粗末。每服一钱，水七分，生姜二片，煎四分，去滓温服。一方加牛蒡子一两。
董汲神仙紫雪 治大人、小儿一切热毒、胃热发斑。消痘 、麸疹，及伤寒热入发斑，并小儿惊痫涎厥，走马
急疳、热疳黄瘦，喉痹肿痛及疮疹毒攻咽喉，水浆不下方。
黄金（一百两） 寒水石 石膏（各三斤） 犀角 羚羊角（各十两，屑） 元参（一个） 沉
香木香 丁香（各五两） 甘草（半斤） 升麻（六两。皆咀 ）
上以水五斗煮金，至三斗去金不用。入诸药再煎至一斗，滤去滓。投上好芒硝二斤半，微火煎。以柳木篦
搅，勿停手，候欲凝，入盆中，更下研朱砂、真麝香各三两搅匀。候冷贮于密器中，勿令见风。每服一钱，
温水化下。小儿半钱、一字，咽喉危急，捻少许干咽之。
钱乙附方甘露饮子：治疗心胃有热、咽喉疼痛，口舌生疮，以及疮疹已经发出或尚未发出的情况，均可服用。又用于治疗热气上攻导致的牙龈肿痛、牙齿动摇。
甘草（切碎，炒制） 山茵陈叶 石斛（去除根须） 枇杷叶（去除绒毛） 枳壳（麸皮炒，去瓤） 黄芩（去除心） 生地黄与熟地黄（焙干，称量） 天门冬 麦门冬（各去除心，焙干，称量）
以上药材各等分，捣成粗末。每次服用二钱，加水一盏，煎煮至八分，饭后温服。若是牙齿动摇、牙齿肿痛发热，可含漱并服用。
钱乙附方消毒散：治疗疮疹尚未发出，或已发出但分布不均匀的情况。又用于治疗各种疮疡。能清利膈间郁热、祛除痰浊，治疗咽喉疼痛。
牛蒡子（二两，炒制） 甘草（半两，切碎，炒制） 荆芥穗（一分）
以上药材共同捣成粗末。每次服用三钱，加水一盏半，煎煮至一盏，温服，不限时间。
桔梗 甘草（生用） 牛蒡子（炒制。各一两） 麦门冬（去除心，半两）
以上药材研为细末。每次服用二钱，用沸水冲点，细细咽下。加入竹叶同煎效果更佳。董汲的方子与此相同。以“牛蒡子”称为“恶实”，这是异名。
《活人书》鼠粘子汤：治疗疹痘尚未透出皮肤，热气上攻咽喉，眼睛发红、心烦意乱。
鼠粘子（即牛蒡子，四两，炒香） 荆芥穗（二两） 甘草（炙制） 防风（各一两）
以上药材捣碎过筛为末。每次服用二钱，用沸水冲服。饭后及临睡前服用，每日三次。此方能极大通畅咽喉胸膈，化痰涎，止咳。若在春冬季常服，可避免生疮疖。老人儿童皆适宜服用。
《九卫生》紫河车散：治疗小儿斑疮毒气不解，攻冲咽喉，声音不出，舌颊生疮，口渴气逆、烦闷，潮热面赤。
以上药材制成粗末。每次服用一钱，加水七分，生姜两片，煎煮至四分，去渣温服。另一版本加牛蒡子一两。
董汲神仙紫雪：治疗大人、小儿一切热毒、胃热发斑。消除痘疹、麸疹，以及伤寒热入血分发斑，还有小儿惊痫痰厥、走马急疳、热疳黄瘦，喉痹肿痛以及疮疹毒邪攻冲咽喉，导致饮食难以下咽的情况。
黄金（一百两） 寒水石 石膏（各三斤） 犀角 羚羊角（各十两，锉屑） 元参（一个） 沉香 木香 丁香（各五两） 甘草（半斤） 升麻（六两。均切碎）
以上先用五斗水煮黄金，煮至剩三斗时取出黄金不再使用。放入其他药物再煎煮至一斗，过滤去渣。投入上好芒硝二斤半，用微火煎煮。用柳木篦不断搅拌，不停手，待药液即将凝固时，倒入盆中，再加入研细的朱砂、真麝香各三两搅拌均匀。待冷却后贮存在密闭容器中，不要让它接触风。每次服用一钱，温水化开送下。小儿服用半钱或一字量，若咽喉危急，可捻取少许直接干咽。
Qian Yi's Supplementary Formula: Ganlu Yinzi (Sweet Dew Decoction) treats Heart and Stomach Heat (excess heat in the Heart and Stomach channels), sore throat, sores on the mouth and tongue. It is applicable for eruptions whether they have appeared or not. It also treats upward attacking of pathogenic heat causing swollen gums and loose teeth.
Licorice Root (cut into pieces, stir-fried), Artemisia Scoparia Leaf, Dendrobium Stem (remove roots), Loquat Leaf (remove hairs), Bitter Orange (stir-fried with bran, remove pith), Scutellaria Root (remove heart), Raw and Prepared Rehmannia Root (baked, weighed), Asparagus Tuber, Ophiopogon Tuber (each remove heart, baked, weighed).
All ingredients are equal in proportion, ground into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose, add one sheng of water, decoct until 0.8 sheng remains, take warm after meals. For loose teeth or swollen, hot, painful teeth, use for gargling and oral administration.
Qian Yi's Supplementary Formula: Xiaodu San (Disinfecting Powder) treats eruptions that have not yet emerged, or have emerged but unevenly distributed. It also treats all types of sores and ulcers. It clears the chest diaphragm, resolves phlegm, and treats sore throat.
Arctii Fructus (2 liang, stir-fried), Licorice Root (0.5 liang, cut, stir-fried), Schizonepeta Spike (1 fen).
All ingredients are ground together into a coarse powder. Take 3 qian per dose, add 1.5 sheng of water, decoct until 1 sheng remains, take warm at any time.
"Ren Shu" Ru Sheng Tang (Like-Sage Decoction): Treats pediatric eruption toxins attacking internally, causing swelling and pain in the throat.
Platycodon Root, Licorice Root (raw), Arctii Fructus (stir-fried, each 1 liang), Ophiopogon Tuber (remove heart, 0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mix with boiling water, sip slowly. Adding Perilla Leaf for decoction is especially effective. Dong Ji's formula is the same. "Arctii Fructus" is also known as "Eshi", which is an alternative name.
"Ren Shu" Shuniuzi Tang (Arctii Seed Decoction): Treats rash and smallpox that have not penetrated the skin, with pathogenic heat attacking the throat, red eyes, and restlessness.
Arctii Fructus (4 liang, stir-fried until fragrant), Schizonepeta Spike (2 liang), Licorice Root (honey-fried), Saposhnikovia Root (each 1 liang).
Pound and sieve into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mix with boiling water. Take after meals and before bed, three times daily. It greatly benefits the throat and diaphragm, transforms phlegm-saliva, and stops coughing. Regular consumption in spring and winter prevents boils and carbuncles. Suitable for both old and young.
"Jiu Weisheng" Ziheche San (Purple River Carriage Powder): Treats pediatric measles/toxins where the toxic qi has not resolved, attacking the throat, resulting in loss of voice, sores on the tongue and cheeks, thirst with rebellious Qi, irritability, tidal fever, and flushed face.
Human Placenta (Ziheche), Rubia Root, Cyathula Rhizome (each 1 liang), Peony Root, Licorice Root (honey-fried, each 0.5 liang).
Prepare as coarse powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add 0.7 sheng of water and two slices of fresh ginger, decoct until 0.4 sheng remains, filter dregs and take warm. Another version adds 1 liang of Arctii Fructus.
Dong Ji's Shenxian Zixue (Immortal Purple Snow): Treats all kinds of heat-toxins in adults and children, stomach heat causing macules. Resolves acne, rashes, and exanthems due to cold damage with heat entering the blood causing macules. Also treats pediatric convulsions, phlegm syncope, rapid gangrene, yellow emaciation from heat gangrene, bi-syndrome with throat swelling and pain, and eruption toxins attacking the throat causing inability to swallow fluids.
Gold (100 liang), Halloysitum (Hanshuishi), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, each 3 jin), Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao), Antelope Horn (Lingyangjiao, each 10 liang, shaved), Scrophularia Root (Yuanshen), Aquilaria Wood (Chenxiang), Costus Root (Muxiang), Clove (Dingxiang, each 5 liang), Licorice Root (0.5 jin), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma, 6 liang; all chopped).
Decoct gold in five dou of water until reduced to three dou, then remove the gold. Add the remaining herbs and decoct until one dou remains. Filter out dregs. Add 2.5 jin of high-quality Natrii Sulfas (Mangxiao), simmer over low fire. Stir constantly with a willow wood spatula. When the mixture is about to solidify, pour into a basin. Add cinnabar powder and real musk, each 3 liang, and mix evenly. Store in a sealed container when cool, avoiding exposure to wind. Take 1 qian per dose, dissolve in warm water. Children take 0.5 qian or one character weight. In critical throat emergencies, apply a small amount directly to be swallowed dry.
