《巢氏病源》小儿 耳候∶耳，宗脉之所聚，肾气之所通。小儿肾脏盛而有热者，热气上冲于耳，津液壅结，
即生脓汁。亦有因沐浴，水入耳内，而不倾沥令尽，水湿停积，搏于血气，蕴结成热，亦令脓汁出，皆为之
耳，久不瘥即变成聋也。
《惠济》小儿 耳候歌∶
小儿 耳肿兼疼，两耳常闻响有声；脉息太阴传在耳，风 脑后出脓腥。或因洗浴水从入，又被君家肾毒
蒸。智者若能医此患，除脓便得两边轻。
《颅囟经》治孩子 耳方。
白矾（半两，烧过） 龙骨 铅丹（烧，各一分） 麝香（少许）
上为末，以绵裹竹枝子净探脓水，以一小豆大敷之。别以绵裹塞填之，勿令见风。
《千金》治小儿 耳方。
上末石硫黄，以粉耳中，日一夜一。

矾石 乌贼鱼骨 黄连 赤石脂
上四味等分末之。以绵裹如枣核，内耳中，日二。（《千金翼》用龙骨，无赤石脂。）

上取釜月下灰薄耳中，日三易之。每换以篦子去之，再着，取瘥止。

桂心 青羊粪（炒令转色。各一分）
上件药同细研为散，取一字，以绵裹塞耳中瘥。
《圣惠》治小儿 耳，常出脓水久不止。花胭脂丸方。

上件药都研如粉，用枣瓤和丸，如枣核大。以绵裹一丸内耳中，日三换之。

上件药捣，细罗为散，以绵缠柳枝展去脓血尽，干掺药末于耳内，日二、三用之。

汉东王先生《家宝》治小儿 耳麝香散方
蜘蛛（一个） 坯子（半钱） 真麝香（半字）
上同研，晒干为末。每用一镊头许，以鹅毛管吹入耳中即干。
钱乙附方治小儿脓耳。
白矾（火飞） 坯子胭脂（染胭脂也。各一钱） 麝香（一字）
上同研匀。每用少许，先用绵裹杖子展净，掺之。
张涣红蓝散方 治 耳病不瘥。
红蓝花（洗、焙干） 黄柏（锉。各一两） 乌鱼骨 黄芩（各半两）
以上捣罗为细末，次用∶雄黄（水磨细研，半两） 麝香（一分，细研）
上件药都研匀细。以绵缠 药，塞耳中，日再换。
《惠眼观证》麝肝散 治 耳方。
麝香（少许研） 猪肝（一小片烧存性，三指大） 白矾（飞过，半钱）
上三味同研令细，先用绵拭干后掺之。
《惠眼观证》硼砂散 治风热上攻耳聋，或因 耳，干后塞却，即可用之。
硼砂 砂 马牙硝 白矾
上等分，铫子内炒过，细研，入轻粉重研匀。临卧以鹅翎管子吹一字以上入耳。如此三交，当以乌犀膏服
之。（方未见。）
《庄氏家传》治脓耳方。
上用大蛤蛹，以草火烧为灰，研细。先滴生油一点在耳内，干掺少许。

上为细末，掺耳内便干。
《庄氏家传》治脓耳方。
青州枣（二个，炭火慢炒令焦） 白矾（枣许大，火飞） 轻粉（二两）
上为细末。每用少许，用绵缠干掺耳内却以绵塞之。
《吉氏家传》坯子散 治小儿 耳方。

上为细末。每用少许，鹅毛管吹入耳中。
《巢氏病源》小儿耳候：耳，是全身经脉汇聚之处，也是肾气通达的器官。小儿肾脏功能旺盛且伴有内热时，热气上冲至耳部，导致津液壅滞凝结，从而产生脓汁。也有因沐浴时水进入耳内，未能彻底沥干，导致水湿停滞积聚，与气血相搏结，蕴酿成热，同样会引起脓汁流出，这些情况都称为“耳”，若久治不愈就会变成耳聋。
《惠济方》小儿耳候歌诀：
小儿患耳病，耳部肿胀且疼痛，双耳常听到响声；脉象显示太阴经邪气传变至耳部，风邪侵袭脑后并流出腥臭脓液。有时是因为洗浴时水流入耳中，再加上体内肾毒蒸腾所致。智者若能医治此病，清除脓液后两边耳朵便会轻松。
《颅囟经》治疗小儿耳病的方剂。
白矾（半两，煅烧过） 龙骨 铅丹（煅烧，各一分） 麝香（少许）
将上述药物研为细末，用棉絮包裹竹枝子清理干净耳内的脓水，取一小豆大小的药粉敷入耳中。另用棉絮包裹药粉塞填耳道，注意不要让耳朵受风。
《千金方》治疗小儿耳病的方剂。
取石硫黄研为细末，撒入耳中，每隔一天一夜使用一次。
《千金方》治疗小儿耳流脓汁的方剂。
矾石 乌贼鱼骨 黄连 赤石脂
将以上四味药等分研为细末。用棉絮包裹如枣核大小，放入耳中，每日两次。（《千金翼方》用龙骨，不用赤石脂。）
《千金方》治疗耳病，耳中疼痛并有脓血流出的方剂。
取锅底下层的薄灰撒入耳中，每日更换三次。每次更换时用篦子清理掉旧药，再填入新药，直到痊愈为止。
《千金方》治疗耳病的方剂
取桃仁煮熟捣烂，用旧的红色丝绢包裹放入耳中，每日更换三次，以痊愈为标准。
孙真人方：小儿患聋耳，流出脓水形成疮疡污染的方剂。
取蚯蚓粪碾成细末敷在患处，同时吹入耳中，立见疗效。
《外台秘要》引《古今录验》治疗小儿耳病的方剂。
取青羊屎晒干，用棉絮包裹塞入耳中即可痊愈。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿耳病久治不愈的黄连散方
黄连（去须） 白蔹 赤石脂 龙骨 乌贼鱼骨（以上各半两）
将上述药物捣碎，过细筛制成散剂。用棉絮包裹如枣核大小，塞入耳中，若湿润则立即更换。
《太平圣惠方》又一方
桂心 青羊粪（炒至变色。各一分）
将上述药物一同细研为散剂，取一字量的药粉，用棉絮包裹塞入耳中，可治愈。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿耳病，经常流出脓水久不止住的花胭脂丸方。
花胭脂 白龙骨 白矾灰 白石脂（以上各半两）
将上述药物全部研磨成粉末状，用枣肉调和制成丸剂，大小如枣核。用棉絮包裹一丸放入耳中，每日更换三次。
《太平圣惠方》又一方
黄连（去须） 龙骨（各三分） 乌贼鱼骨（半两）
将上述药物捣碎，过细筛制成散剂。每次服用少许，用棉絮包裹放入耳中，每日更换三到四次。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿耳中有脓血，疼痛不止。白矾灰散方
白矾（煅成灰） 黄柏（锉碎） 乌贼鱼骨 龙骨（以上各半两）
将上述药物捣碎，过细筛制成散剂，用棉絮缠绕柳枝伸入耳内刮去脓血直至干净，然后干燥地掺入药末于耳内，每日使用二到三次。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿耳流脓水黄矾散方
黄矾（半两） 乌贼鱼骨 黄连（去须。各一分）
将上述药物捣碎，过筛成末，用棉絮包裹如枣核大小，塞入耳中，每日更换三次。
《太平圣惠方》又一方
金箔（七片） 花胭脂 白矾（煅成灰。各半两）
将上述药物一同研为细末，每天三到四次，掺少许于耳中。
《太平圣惠方》治疗小儿耳病密陀僧散方
密陀僧 夜明砂（微炒） 白矾（煅成灰。各一分）
将上述药物全部研磨细腻，取少许干粉贴敷，每日三次使用。
《太平圣惠方》又一方
取桑树上的毒蜂房烤黄，捣碎过筛成散剂。空腹时用温酒调服半钱，成人服二钱。

取陈橘皮烧成灰，细研，取少许用棉絮包裹塞入耳中。

取虫子啃食荆条种子中的白色粉末，用麻油调和。滴入耳中，每日更换两次。

取野狼牙草捣碎，过筛成末，用轻薄的生绢包裹塞入耳中。

茅先生治疗小儿耳病的方剂。
蛀竹屑（一钱） 白矾（煅、焙，半钱） 坯子 麝香（各少许）
将上述药物研为细末。先将棉絮擦拭干净耳内脓液，然后将药粉通过鹅毛管吹入耳内，一日三次，五次后即可痊愈。
《婴孺书》治疗小儿耳病的方剂。
取生地黄汁，用棉絮缠绕杖头蘸取汁液，按摩耳部，立即可愈。
《婴孺书》治疗小儿耳聋、耳流脓血出。甘草膏方
甘草 黄芩 黄连 川芎 白芷 藁本 当归（各三两） 附子（一两）
取猪脂四斤煎煮成膏，加入药物煎煮三沸至白芷变黄，滤去药渣。取枣核大小的药膏涂抹耳部，并敷上鸡骨粉。
汉东王先生《家宝》治疗小儿耳病麝香散方
蜘蛛（一个） 坯子（半钱） 真麝香（半字）
一同研磨，晒干成末。每次取镊子尖大小的量，用鹅毛管吹入耳中即可干燥。
钱乙附方治疗小儿脓耳。
白矾（火飞处理） 坯子胭脂（即染胭脂。各一钱） 麝香（一字）
一同研磨均匀。每次取少许，先用棉絮包裹杖子清理干净，再掺入药粉。
张涣红蓝散方 治疗耳病久治不愈。
红蓝花（清洗、焙干） 黄柏（锉碎。各一两） 乌鱼骨 黄芩（各半两）
以上药物捣碎过筛成细末，接着准备：雄黄（水磨细研，半两） 麝香（一分，细研）
将上述药物全部研磨均匀细腻。用棉絮缠绕药粉，塞入耳中，每日更换两次。
《惠眼观证》麝肝散 治疗耳病方。
麝香（少许研细） 猪肝（一小片烧至存性，约三指大） 白矾（飞过，半钱）
将这三味药一同研磨细腻，先用棉絮擦干后再掺入药粉。
《惠眼观证》硼砂散 治疗风热上攻导致的耳聋，或因耳病干燥后堵塞耳道，即可使用此方。
硼砂 砂 马牙硝 白矾
以上药物等分，在铁锅中炒过后，细研，加入轻粉再次细研均匀。临睡前用鹅翎管吹入一字以上的药粉入耳。如此三次后，应当服用乌犀膏。（该方未见。）
《庄氏家传》治疗脓耳方。
取大蛤蛹，用草火烧成灰，研细。先滴一滴生油在耳内，然后干燥地掺入少许药粉。

Chao Shi Bing Yuan (Source of Diseases by Chao Yuanfang) - Pediatric Ear Condition: The ear is the gathering place of all meridians and the organ through which Kidney Qi communicates. When a child's Kidney function is vigorous accompanied by internal heat, the hot qi rushes upward to the ears, causing body fluids to stagnate and condense, thereby generating pus. There are also cases where water enters the ear during bathing and is not thoroughly drained, leading to the accumulation of dampness and water, which clashes with blood and qi, fermenting into heat, similarly resulting in the discharge of pus. All these conditions are referred to as "ear disease" (Er Bi); if left untreated for a long time, it may develop into deafness.
Hui Ji Fang - Song on Pediatric Ear Condition:
The child suffers from ear swelling and pain, with constant ringing sounds in both ears; the pulse indicates transmission of Taiyin pathogenic factors to the ear, wind pathogens invading the back of the head and discharging foul-smelling pus. Sometimes this occurs because water entered the ear during bathing, combined with steaming from internal Kidney toxicity. If a wise physician can treat this ailment, clearing the pus will bring relief to both ears.
Lu Xin Jing (Classic of Cranial Fontanelles) - Prescription for Treating Pediatric Ear Disease.
Bai Fan (Alum, half liang, calcined) Long Gu (Dragon Bone) Qian Dan (Lead Carbonate, calcined, each one fen) She Xiang (Musk, a small amount)
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Use a cotton-wrapped bamboo twig to clean the pus from the ear, then apply an amount the size of a small bean into the ear. Wrap another portion in cotton and pack it into the ear canal; avoid exposure to wind.
Qian Jin Fang (Essential Prescriptions Worth a Thousand Gold) - Prescription for Treating Pediatric Ear Disease.
Take Shi Liu Huang (Sulfur), grind into powder, and sprinkle into the ear once every day and night.
Qian Jin Fang - Prescription for Treating Pediatric Ear Discharge of Pus.
Fan Shi (Alum) Ou Hai Yu Gu (Cuttlefish Bone) Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) Chi Shi Zhi (Red Halloysite)
Grind the above four ingredients in equal parts into powder. Wrap in cotton like a date pit and insert into the ear, twice daily. (Qian Jin Yi Fang uses Long Gu instead of Chi Shi Zhi.)
Qian Jin Fang - Prescription for Treating Ear Disease with Pain and Purulent-Bloody Discharge.
Take the thin ash from the bottom of a cauldron and sprinkle it into the ear, changing it three times daily. Remove the old medicine with a comb before applying new medicine each time, continuing until healed.
Qian Jin Fang - Prescription for Treating Ear Disease.
Take Tao Ren (Peach Kernel), cook until soft and pound thoroughly. Wrap in old crimson silk fabric and insert into the ear, changing three times daily, until cured.
Sun Taoren's Formula - For Children Suffering from Deaf Ears with Pus Discharge and Ulceration.
Grind Diu Yin Fen (Earthworm Excrement) into powder and apply to the affected area; blowing it into the ear also yields immediate results.
Wai Tai Mi Yao (Prescriptions from the Imperial Library) citing Gu Jin Lu Yan - Prescription for Treating Pediatric Ear Disease.
Dry Qing Yang Shi (Green Goat Droppings) thoroughly, wrap in cotton, and insert into the ear for cure.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang (Imperial Holy Benefit Formulary) - Huang Lian San (Coptis Powder) for Treating Chronic Pediatric Ear Disease Unresponsive to Treatment.
Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens) Bai Lian (Ampelopsis Radix) Chi Shi Zhi (Red Halloysite) Long Gu (Dragon Bone) Ou Hai Yu Gu (Cuttlefish Bone) (each half liang)
Pound the above medicines, sift finely to make a powder. Wrap in cotton like a date pit and insert into the ear; change immediately if it becomes moist.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang - Another Formula.
Gui Xin (Cinnamon Heart) Qing Yang Fen (Green Goat Droppings) (stir-fried until color changes, each one fen)
Grind the above medicines together finely into a powder. Take an amount equivalent to "one zi" (a traditional measure), wrap in cotton, and insert into the ear for cure.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang - Hua Yan Zhi Wan (Flower Rouge Pill) for Treating Pediatric Ear Disease with Persistent Purulent Discharge.
Hua Yan Zhi (Flower Rouge) Bai Long Gu (White Dragon Bone) Bai Fan Hui (Calcined Alum Ash) Bai Shi Zhi (White Halloysite) (each half liang)
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with jujube flesh to form pills the size of date pits. Wrap one pill in cotton and insert into the ear, changing three times daily.

Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome, remove stamens) Long Gu (Dragon Bone) (each three fen) Ou Hai Yu Gu (Cuttlefish Bone) (half liang)
Pound and sift finely into a powder. Take a small amount, wrap in cotton, and insert into the ear, changing three to four times daily.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang - Bai Fan Hui San (Calcined Alum Ash Powder) for Treating Pediatric Ear Disease with Persistent Pain and Purulent-Bloody Discharge.

Pound and sift finely into a powder. Wrap cotton around a willow branch to scrape out all pus and blood from the ear until clean, then dry-sprinkle the powder into the ear, using two to three times daily.

Grind together into fine powder. Sprinkle a small amount into the ear three to four times daily.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang - Pediatric Ear Unblocking Formula.
Drip Sheng Jiang Zhi (Fresh Ginger Juice) into the ear; effect is miraculous.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang - Mi Tuo Seng San (Litharge Powder) for Treating Pediatric Ear Disease.
Mi Tuo Seng (Litharge) Ye Ming Sha (Trogopterus Dung, lightly stir-fried) Bai Fan (Calcined to ash) (each one fen)
Grind all ingredients finely. Apply a small amount of dry powder, using three times daily.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang - Another Formula.
Take Du Feng Fang (Venomous Beehive found on mulberry trees), roast until yellow, pound and sift into powder. Take half a qian mixed with warm wine on an empty stomach; adults take two qian.

Burn Chen Ju Pi (Aged Tangerine Peel) to ash, grind finely. Take a small amount wrapped in cotton and insert into the ear.
Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang - Another Formula.
Take the white powder found inside seeds of Jings (Vitex trifolia) eaten by insects. Mix with Ma You (Sesame Oil). Drip into the ear, changing twice daily.

Grind Jiu Zhi (Chinese Chive Juice) and apply drops, using two to three times daily.

Zhu Zhu Xi (Bamboo Borings) (one qian) Bai Fan (Calcined and dried, half qian) Pi Zi (Ceramic Glaze Scrapings) She Xiang (Musk) (small amounts each)
Grind into powder. First wipe the ear clean of pus with cotton. Then blow the medicine into the ear using a goose feather tube, three times a day; five applications will result in cure.
Ying Ru Shu (Book for Infants and Young Children) - Prescription for Treating Pediatric Ear Disease.
Take Sheng Di Huang Zhi (Fresh Rehmannia Juice). Wrap cotton around a stick tip, dip in juice, and massage the ear for immediate cure.
Ying Ru Shu - Another Formula.
Apply Hu Fen (Lead Carbonate/White Lead) to the ear; it is effective. It can also be burned and applied.
