Pediatric gan accumulation (a syndrome in children characterized by malnutrition, emaciation, and sallow complexion due to long-term improper feeding or disease damaging the spleen and stomach), presents with yellowish, emaciated body, prominent bones, crusts on the scalp, and hair dry like wheat awns. Use three to five dried toads, remove the four limbs, coat them with sesame oil, roast until charred, and grind into powder; steam black dates, remove the pits, take the flesh, pound into a paste, mix the toad powder with the date paste, and form pills the size of a longan seed. Take three times daily; accumulated debris will naturally pass down. With continued use, the patient's appearance and constitution will transform, and the illness will vanish as if it never existed.

When all other medicines fail, this prescription is miraculous.
