其候但是吐下乳来有酸臭气，因啼叫未已，遽与乳吃，停滞不化而得。茅先生
先用丁香散（吐泻）调胃，后下牛黄丸取下奶积，后下匀气散（不乳食），常服健脾散（不乳食）即愈。
《圣惠》乳癖之候，面色青黄，发歇壮热，吐乳多睡，口内生疮，渐渐黄瘦，腹内结
块不散，由乳母食饮无常，醉饱过度，便即乳儿，或乳母偏卧一向，乳儿不能回转，
儿亦睡着，乳滞偏于胁下，因兹结聚成块而痛者是也。
《圣惠》京三棱散 治乳癖结实，或有滞恶停积不化，令儿日渐羸瘦，面色痿黄，春
夏多发，不欲乳食。
京三棱 川大黄（微炒） 槟榔 鳖甲 赤茯苓（各半两） 枳壳（麸炒微黄，二钱半）
上捣罗为散。每服一钱，水一小盏，煎至五分，去滓，分为二服，日三四服。
逐下恶物为度。
〔张涣〕三棱散 治小儿乳癖结实不瘥。
京三棱（炮，锉） 赤茯苓 当归（洗，焙干） 鳖甲（醋炙黄，去裙。各一两） 枳壳（麸炒，去穣） 木香 白
术（各半两）
上捣罗细末。每服一钱，水一盏，入生姜七片，煎至五分，去滓放温，时时与服。
《圣惠》化癖丸 治乳癖结块，久不消化，诸药无效。
巴豆霜（半两） 腻粉 朱砂（各一钱，研） 黄鹰粪（二钱半） 砂 雄雀粪（各一字）
上件都研如粉，用糯米饭和丸，如黍米大。一岁儿每服空心煎皂荚仁汤下二丸。
取下恶物为度。
丁香化癖散（丹溪） 治乳癖。
白丁香 密陀僧 硫黄（以上各二钱） 砂（五分） 轻粉（少许）
上研细末。每一岁儿服五分，男病，女乳调，女病，男乳调。出下黑粪为度，后用通膈丸泄之。
二丁丸（见疳门疳热条。）
青礞石丸 治证同前。
硫黄（三钱） 青礞石 五灵脂 锅底黑（各一钱半） 白丁香（一钱，去土）
为末。米饭丸绿豆大，捻饼子。每服二十饼，温水下。
《玉诀》银白散 生胃气，取下后宜服此方。
人参 茯苓 甘草（炙） 白术（麦面炒） 白扁豆（去皮） 藿香叶
上各等分，末，一钱，紫苏汤调下。
〔张氏〕治小儿奶癖方
用芫花（一两，醋浸，三日，净洗） 大黄（半两）
为末，入蒜一斤，同药末研烂匀，男左女右，
用药涂在乳母手心，熨擦癖上。如闻得患人口中出药气，实时取了，立效。
《董氏家传》治小儿奶癖极效方
紫河车（二两） 寒食面（三两）
上同为细末。每用一匙许，水调涂足心，病在左涂左，病在右涂右，涂于红帛
上缚之。良久，其病大便中下去，救人多矣，大便尽洗去。
《孔氏家传》治小儿奶癖方
上，用密陀僧不拘多少，研极细，以大蒜自然汁调稠稀得所，涂于有奶脾处，
据其大小周遍，又不可涂之太过，须臾，候儿口中有蒜气息，即是药透，子细以
手揉之，觉奶脾似消及五六分，即用温浆水洗去，切须量度，不可令消尽，恐药
毒损气也，如未消，药先干，即以温水润之。
《谭氏殊圣》治月里孩儿奶癖方
紫河车（草） 人参（各等分）
上为末，用好醋调，拍成饼子，如大钱大。如左畔有癖者，药贴左畔脚心，用
绯帛扎，干后见效，左右一般使药。
其症状表现为呕吐或排泄出带有酸臭气味的乳汁，这是因为婴儿啼哭不止时，家长急忙喂奶，导致乳汁停滞无法消化而致病。茅先生先用丁香散（用于吐泻）调理胃气，随后服用牛黄丸以排出奶积，接着服用匀气散（用于不乳食），并长期服用健脾散（用于不乳食），病即痊愈。
《圣惠方》中关于乳癖的症状描述为：面色青黄，发热呈间歇性且热度较高，呕吐乳汁且嗜睡，口腔内生疮，逐渐变得面黄肌瘦，腹部结块不散。这是由于乳母饮食无规律，醉酒饱食后立即给婴儿哺乳，或者乳母侧卧姿势固定不变，导致婴儿无法翻身，婴儿睡着后乳汁滞留偏于胁下，因而结聚成块并产生疼痛。
《圣惠方》京三棱散：治疗乳癖结实，或有恶滞停积不化，致使婴儿日渐消瘦，面色萎黄，春夏季节多发，食欲不振。
药材组成：京三棱、川大黄（微炒）、槟榔、鳖甲、赤茯苓（各半两）、枳壳（麸炒至微黄，二钱半）。
制法与用法：将上述药材捣碎过筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，加水一小盏，煎至五分量，去渣，分两次服用，每日三四次。以排出体内恶物为度。
〔张涣〕三棱散：治疗小儿乳癖结实久治不愈。
药材组成：京三棱（炮制，锉碎）、赤茯苓、当归（洗净，焙干）、鳖甲（醋炙至黄色，去裙边。各一两）、枳壳（麸炒，去瓤）、木香、白术（各半两）。
制法与用法：将上述药材捣碎过筛成细末。每次服用一钱，加水一盏，放入生姜七片，煎至五分量，去渣放温，时时少量喂服。
《圣惠方》化癖丸：治疗乳癖结块，久不消化，其他药物无效。
药材组成：巴豆霜（半两）、腻粉、朱砂（各一钱，研细）、黄鹰粪（二钱半）、砂、雄雀粪（各一字）。
制法与用法：将上述药材共同研如粉末，用糯米饭和丸，大小如黍米。一岁的婴儿每次空腹服用煎好的皂荚仁汤送服两丸。以排出恶物为度。
丁香化癖散（出自丹溪）：治疗乳癖。
药材组成：白丁香、密陀僧、硫黄（以上各二钱）、砂（五分）、轻粉（少许）。
制法与用法：将上述药材研成细末。每岁婴儿服用五分，男患儿用女乳调服，女患儿用男乳调服。以排出黑粪为度，之后再用通膈丸泄之。
青礞石丸：主治证候同上。
药材组成：硫黄（三钱）、青礞石、五灵脂、锅底黑（各一钱半）、白丁香（一钱，去土）。
制法与用法：研成细末，用米饭和丸如绿豆大，捏成饼状。每次服用二十饼，温水送下。
《玉诀》银白散：生胃气，取下恶物后宜服此方。
药材组成：人参、茯苓、甘草（炙）、白术（麦面炒）、白扁豆（去皮）、藿香叶。
制法与用法：各等分，研成末，每次一钱，用紫苏汤调下。
〔张氏〕治疗小儿奶癖方：
药材组成：芫花（一两，醋浸三日，洗净）、大黄（半两）。
制法与用法：研成末，加入蒜一斤，同药末一起研烂均匀。男患儿涂在母亲左手心，女患儿涂在母亲右手心，熨擦于癖块处。如果闻到患儿口中传出药气，立即取下，立见效验。
《董氏家传》治疗小儿奶癖极效方：
药材组成：紫河车（二两）、寒食面（三两）。
制法与用法：共同研成细末。每次取一匙许，用水调匀涂于足心，病在左侧涂左脚，病在右侧涂右脚，涂在红帛上缚扎。良久，病邪随大便排出，救人无数，事后需将大便彻底洗净。
《孔氏家传》治疗小儿奶癖方：
药材组成：密陀僧（不拘多少）。
制法与用法：研极细，用大蒜自然汁调至稠稀适中，涂于有奶脾之处，根据大小周遍涂抹，不可涂得太多。须臾之间，待患儿口中有蒜气息，即是药力透入，仔细用手揉搓，感觉奶脾似消去五六分时，即用温浆水洗去。切记要衡量程度，不可令其完全消除，恐药毒损伤正气。如果未消而药先干，即以温水润湿。
《谭氏殊圣》治疗月里孩儿奶癖方：
药材组成：紫河车（草）、人参（各等分）。
制法与用法：研成末，用好醋调匀，拍成饼子，大小如大铜钱。如果左侧有癖，药贴左侧脚心，用红帛扎紧，干燥后见效，左右两侧用药方法相同。
Its clinical presentation involves vomiting or defecating milk with a sour and foul odor. This condition arises because the infant cries incessantly, and feeding is hastily administered, causing the milk to stagnate and fail to digest. Master Mao first used Dingxiang San (Clove Powder) [for vomiting and diarrhea] to regulate the stomach qi, followed by Niuhuang Wan (Calculus Bovis Pill) to expel the milk accumulation, then Yunqi San (Harmonizing Qi Powder) [for anorexia], and regular administration of Jianpi San (Spleen-Strengthening Powder) [for anorexia], resulting in recovery.
According to *Shenghui Fang* (Prescriptions from the Holy Grace Repository), the symptoms of Ru Pi (Milk Lump) include a bluish-yellow complexion, intermittent high fever, vomiting of milk accompanied by excessive sleepiness, oral ulcers, gradual emaciation and jaundice, and persistent abdominal masses. This is caused by the nursing mother having irregular eating and drinking habits, breastfeeding immediately after becoming drunk or overly full, or maintaining a fixed side-lying position while nursing, preventing the infant from turning over. As the infant sleeps, milk stagnates preferentially on one hypochondriac side, aggregating into a painful mass.
*Shenghui Fang* Jing Sanleng San (Periploca Root Powder): Treats solidified Ru Pi, or stagnant evil accumulations that fail to transform, leading to daily emaciation, sallow complexion, frequent occurrence in spring and summer, and loss of appetite.
Ingredients: Jing Sanleng (Rhizoma Sparganii), Chuan Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, slightly stir-fried), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Biejia (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis), Chi Fuling (Poria cum Radice Polypori) (each 0.5 liang), Zhike (Fructus Aurantii, bran-stir-fried until slightly yellow, 2.5 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Pound and sieve the ingredients into a powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one small cup of water, decoct until reduced to half a cup, strain, and divide into two doses. Administer three to four times daily. Continue until evil substances are expelled.
[Zhang Huan] Sanleng San (Periploca Root Powder): Treats solidified Ru Pi in children that has not healed.
Ingredients: Jing Sanleng (Rhizoma Sparganii, processed and crushed), Chi Fuling (Poria cum Radice Polypori), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, washed and dried), Biejia (Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis, vinegar-processed until yellow, remove skirt-like edges; each 1 liang), Zhike (Fructus Aurantii, bran-stir-fried, remove pith), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) (each 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Pound and sieve into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, add one cup of water, place seven slices of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), decoct until reduced to half a cup, strain, let cool to warm temperature, and administer frequently in small amounts.
*Shenghui Fang* Hua Pi Wan (Lump-Dissolving Pill): Treats Ru Pi masses that have persisted for a long time without digestion, where other medicines are ineffective.
Ingredients: Badou Shuang (Semini Crotonis Tiglii Frost), Nifen (Calomelas), Zhusha (Cinnabaris) (each 1 qian, ground), Huang Ying Fen (Excrement of Yellow Hawk, 2.5 qian), Sha (Realgar), Xiong Que Fen (Excrement of Male Sparrow) (each 1 zi).
Preparation and Administration: Grind all ingredients into a powder. Mix with glutinous rice paste to form pills the size of millet seeds. For a one-year-old infant, take two pills on an empty stomach with decoction of Zaoren (Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis) soup. Continue until evil substances are expelled.
Dingxiang Hua Pi San (Clove Lump-Dissolving Powder) [from Danxi]: Treats Ru Pi.
Ingredients: Bai Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli Albus), Mituosen (Litharge), Huanghuang (Sulfur) (each 2 qian above), Sha (Realgar, 0.5 qian), Qingfen (Calomelas, a small amount).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into a fine powder. For every year of age, take 0.5 qian. If the patient is male, mix with female breast milk; if female, mix with male breast milk. Continue until black feces are expelled, then use Tongge Wan (Diaphragm-Unblocking Pill) to purge.
Erding Wan (See Gan Men, Gan Re section).
Qingmengshi Wan (Green Ore Pill): Indications same as above.
Ingredients: Huanghuang (Sulfur, 3 qian), Qingmengshi (Calamitis), Wulingzhi (Faeces Trogopterori), Diguohei (Soot from Pot Bottom) (each 1.5 qian), Bai Dingxiang (Flos Caryophylli Albus, 1 qian, free of soil).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Mix with rice paste to form pills the size of mung beans, shaped like cakes. Take twenty cakes per dose with warm water.
*Yujue* Yinbai San (Silver-White Powder): Generates stomach qi; suitable for administration after purging.
Ingredients: Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, honey-fried), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, wheat-flour fried), Baibiandou (Semini Phaseoli Radiati, peeled), Huoxiangye (Folium Pogostemonis Cablin).
Preparation and Administration: Equal parts, grind into powder. Take 1 qian, mixed with Zi Su Tang (Perilla Leaf Decoction).
[Zhang Shi] Prescription for Treating Infant Milk Lump:
Ingredients: Yuanhua (Flos Genkwa, 1 liang, soaked in vinegar for three days, thoroughly washed), Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Add one jin of garlic, grind together with the medicine powder until smooth and uniform. Apply to the palm of the nursing mother's left hand for male infants, right hand for female infants. Press and rub onto the lump area. If the odor of the medicine is detected in the infant's breath, remove immediately; efficacy is immediate.
*Dong Shi Jia Chuan* Extremely Effective Prescription for Treating Infant Milk Lump:
Ingredients: Ziheche (Placenta Humana, 2 liang), Hanshimian (Cold Food Flour, 3 liang).
Preparation and Administration: Grind together into a fine powder. Take approximately one spoonful, mix with water, and apply to the sole of the foot. Apply to the left foot if the disease is on the left, right foot if on the right. Bind with red silk. After some time, the pathogen will be expelled via stool, saving many lives. Thoroughly wash away the stool afterwards.
*Kong Shi Jia Chuan* Prescription for Treating Infant Milk Lump:
Ingredients: Mituosen (Litharge, any amount).
Preparation and Administration: Grind extremely finely. Mix with natural juice of garlic to a suitable consistency. Apply to the area of the milk spleen/lump, covering its entire circumference according to size. Do not apply excessively. Wait a moment; when the infant smells garlic in their mouth, it indicates the medicine has penetrated. Carefully massage with hands until the milk spleen seems reduced by five to six tenths. Then wash off with warm grain water. Exercise caution; do not allow complete dissolution, lest the medicinal toxicity damage the healthy qi. If the medicine dries before resolution, moisten with warm water.
*Tan Shi Shu Sheng* Prescription for Treating Milk Lump in One-Month-Old Infants:
Ingredients: Ziheche (Placenta Humana, herbal), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) (equal parts).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Mix with good vinegar to form cakes the size of large coins. If the lump is on the left side, apply the medicine patch to the sole of the left foot, bind with crimson silk. Efficacy appears after drying. The method is the same for both sides.
