青云散

《圣惠》犀角散 治小儿惊啼。
犀角屑 钓藤 升麻 黄芩 甘草（炙。各一分） 人参（三分）
上 咀。每服一钱，水一盏，煎至五分，量儿服之。
羚羊角散
羚羊角屑 黄芩 犀角屑 甘草（炙） 茯神（各一分） 麦门冬（半两）
上件药捣，罗为散，每服一钱，以水一小盏，煎至五分，去滓，量儿大小，分减服之。
龙齿散 治小儿惊啼烦热，眠卧不安。
龙齿 麦门冬（各半两） 白芍药 川升麻 川大黄（炒） 甘草（炙。各一分）
上件药 咀。每服一钱，以水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣，温温服，量小儿大小，加减服之。
柏子仁散 治小儿惊啼，状如物刺。(亦治 啼)
柏子仁（一两，捣，细罗为散）
上件药，一二岁儿每服一字，用粥饮调服，三四岁儿每服半钱，一日三四服，量儿大小加减。
治小儿五邪，惊啼悲伤。鲮鲤甲、烧之作灰，以酒或水和服方寸匕。（出本草）
《仙人水鉴》儿生下，多惊啼声噎，庸医云是气急，此误人命，宜使此方。
收取黄葵四月花，阴干捣散入马牙，黄连四分加黄柏，四味神方力莫加
上，以冷水调下一字至一钱，服之立效。
《婴孺》治小儿夜睡，忽惊啼不识母，母唤之，摇头方
上小儿忽惊啼不识母者，是梦中见母弃之去，谓母实，故啼去，但令人抱坐于
暗中，令母从外把大火入来唤之即止，所以然者，谓母去还来也。此方天下未
之知。《隐居效方》
一法，写天心二字于囟门上，写泥丸二字于丹田上。
所谓在睡眠中突然啼哭并惊醒的现象。钱乙认为：小儿惊啼，是由于邪热侵袭心脏所致，应当安心定志，以安神丸为主治方剂。（该方见“心脏”篇）
乳香丸：治疗惊风内钓（筋脉拘急内收）、腹痛及惊啼。
药材：乳香（半钱）、没药、沉香（各一钱）、蝎稍（十四枚）、鸡心槟榔（一钱半）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用两丸，用石菖蒲、钩藤煎汤调服。
木香丸：主治证候与前相同。
药材：乳香、没药、全蝎（各半钱）、钩藤、舶上香、木香（各一钱）。
制法与用法：先将乳香、没药单独研磨，再加入其他药物的粉末混合均匀，取少许大蒜捣烂混合制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用两丸，用钩藤汤送服。
〔张涣〕婴儿睡觉时，突然啼哭惊醒，面色发红，口舌干燥，症状如同被鬼神附体，这并非夜啼，而是风热邪气侵袭心脏所致。称为惊啼。适宜使用牛黄膏方（常服可清除胎热）。
药材：牛黄、好牡蛎（煅后研粉，各一分）、人参、甘草（炙，各半两）。以上药物均研为细末，其次加入辰砂、雄黄（各一分，均需细研，用水飞法处理）、龙脑（半钱）。
制法与用法：将上述所有药物一起研磨均匀，用炼蜜调和成膏状，大小如鸡头实。每次服用半粒至一丸，饭后哺乳前，用薄荷汤化开服用。
青云散
药材：石莲心（一分）、天南星（炮制）、僵蚕（选取直者）、全蝎、郁金（用皂角煮过，各一钱半）、雄黄（一钱）、粉霜（半钱）。
制法与用法：将上述药物研为细末。每次服用一字或半钱，根据患儿年龄大小，用蜜汤调服。
《圣惠方》犀角散：治疗小儿惊啼。
药材：犀角屑、钩藤、升麻、黄芩、甘草（炙，各一分）、人参（三分）。
制法与用法：将药物切碎。每次服用一钱，加水一盏，煎至五分，根据患儿情况酌情服用。
羚羊角散
药材：羚羊角屑、黄芩、犀角屑、甘草（炙）、茯神（各一分）、麦门冬（半两）。
制法与用法：将上述药物捣碎，筛成散剂。每次服用一钱，加水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣滓，根据患儿年龄大小，分次减量服用。
龙齿散：治疗小儿惊啼伴烦热，睡眠不安。
药材：龙齿、麦门冬（各半两）、白芍药、川升麻、川大黄（炒）、甘草（炙，各一分）。
制法与用法：将上述药物切碎。每次服用一钱，加水一小盏，煎至五分，去渣，温服，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量服用。
柏子仁散：治疗小儿惊啼，症状如同被异物刺扎。（也治疗[缺失字]啼）
药材：柏子仁（一两，捣碎，细筛为散）。
制法与用法：上述药物，一至二岁幼儿每次服用一字，用米粥饮调服；三至四岁幼儿每次服用半钱，每日三四次，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量。
治疗小儿五邪，惊啼悲伤。鲮鲤甲（穿山甲鳞片），烧成灰，用酒或水调和，服用一方寸匕。（出自《本草》）
《仙人水鉴》记载：婴儿出生后，多有惊啼声噎现象，庸医说是气急，这是误人生命，适宜使用此方。
药材：收取四月黄的葵花，阴干后捣碎入马牙硝，黄连四分加黄柏，这四味药组成的神方效力不可超越。
制法与用法：用冷水调服一字至一钱，服用后立即见效。
《婴孺书》记载：治疗小儿夜间睡眠，突然惊啼不认识母亲，母亲呼唤时，摇头不止。
解析：对于小儿突然惊啼不认识母亲的情况，是因为梦中见到母亲抛弃自己而去，以为母亲真的离开了，所以啼哭离去。只需让人抱着孩子坐在暗处，让母亲从外面拿着大火把进来呼唤他，啼哭就会停止。之所以这样，是因为母亲离开后又回来了。此方法天下无人知晓。出自《隐居效方》。
It refers to the phenomenon of suddenly crying and waking up from sleep. Qian Yi stated: Infantile fright crying is caused by pathogenic heat invading the Heart; one should calm the mind, and Anshen Wan (Calm Spirit Pill) is the primary formula. (See "Heart" chapter for the formula).
Ruxiang Wan (Frankincense Pill): Treats internal drawing in of wind-cold with convulsions, abdominal pain, and fright crying.
Ingredients: Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina, 半钱), Moyao (Myrrhae Resina), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum), Xieshao (Scorpio, 14 pieces), Jixin Binglang (Arecae Semen, 1钱半).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take two pills each time, administered with decoction of Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) and Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis) mixed in water.
Muxiang Wan (Aquilariae Pill): Treats the same conditions as mentioned above.
Ingredients: Ruxiang (Boswelliae Resina), Moyao (Myrrhae Resina), Quanxie (Scorpio, half a qian each), Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis), Boshangxiang (Agarwood), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, one qian each).
Preparation and Administration: First grind Ruxiang and Moyao separately, then add the powders of other drugs and mix well. Take a small amount of garlic, crush it finely, and mix with the pill mixture to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take two pills each time, washed down with Gouteng decoction.
[Zhang Huan] When an infant sleeps and suddenly cries out and wakes up frightened, with a red face and dry mouth and tongue, appearing as if possessed by spirits, this is not night crying but rather wind-heat pathogenic qi invading the Heart. It is called Fright Crying. It is suitable to use Niuhuang Gao (Calculus Bovis Ointment) (regularly taken to clear fetal heat).
Ingredients: Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Haomuli (Ostreae Concha calcined and powdered, one fen each), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted, half a liang each). All the above are ground into fine powder. Then add Chensha (Cinnabaris, one fen), Xionghuang (Realgar, one fen, both finely ground and processed by water flotation), Longnao (Borneolum Syntheticum, half a qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind all the above ingredients together until fine and uniform, mix with refined honey to form an ointment the size of a chicken head fruit. Take half a grain to one pill each time, dissolve in Bohe Tang (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba decoction) after breastfeeding or feeding.
Qingyun San (Blue Cloud Powder)
Ingredients: Shilianxin (Nelumbinis Plumula, one fen), Tiannanxing (Arisomatis Rhizoma, processed), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Quanxie (Scorpio), Yujin (Curcumae Radix, boiled with Gengjiao, one and a half qian each), Xionghuang (Realgar, one qian), Fenshuang (Arsenicum Album, half a qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into powder. Take one zi or half a qian each time according to the child's age, mixed with honey water.
Shuixiao San (Rhino Horn Powder) from *Shenghui Fang*: Treats infantile fright crying.
Ingredients: Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu), Gouteng (Uncariae Ramulus cum Uncis), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted, one fen each), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, three fen).
Preparation and Administration: Cut the herbs into small pieces. Take one qian each time, add one cup of water, boil down to half a cup, and administer according to the child's condition.
Lingyangjiao San (Antelope Horn Powder)
Ingredients: Lingyangjiao (Saigae Tataricae Cornu), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted), Fushen (Poria with Hostwood, one fen each), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, half a liang).
Preparation and Administration: Crush the above ingredients and sieve into powder. Take one qian each time, add a small cup of water, boil down to half a cup, remove dregs, and administer in divided doses reduced according to the child's age.
Longchi San (Dragon Tooth Powder): Treats infantile fright crying accompanied by irritability and heat, and restless sleep.
Ingredients: Longchi (Dinosaur Bone), Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, half a liang each), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Chuan Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma), Chuan Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, stir-fried), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, roasted, one fen each).
Preparation and Administration: Cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Take one qian each time, add a small cup of water, boil down to half a cup, remove dregs, take warm, and adjust dosage according to the child's age.
Baiziren San (Biota Seed Powder): Treats infantile fright crying, symptoms resembling being pierced by an object. (Also treats [missing character] crying).
Ingredients: Baiziren (Biota Semen, one liang, crushed and sieved into fine powder).
Preparation and Administration: For children aged one to two years, take one zi each time, mixed with rice gruel drink; for children aged three to four years, take half a qian each time, three to four times a day, adjusting dosage according to the child's age.
To treat the five evils in infants, causing fright crying and sorrow. Lingqi Jia (Manis Squama), burned to ash, mixed with wine or water, take one cun bi (one square inch spoonful). (From *Bencao*).
*Xianren Shuijian* records: After birth, infants often suffer from fright crying and choking sounds. Quack doctors call this rapid breathing, which is a mistake that endangers lives. This formula should be used.
Ingredients: Collect yellow hibiscus flowers in April, dry them in shade, crush into powder, add Mayacai (Maris Cristalla), Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma, four fen), add Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex). These four ingredients form a divine formula with unmatched power.
Preparation and Administration: Mix with cold water and take one zi to one qian; immediate effect upon administration.
*Yingru* records: To treat infants who suddenly cry out in fear during night sleep and do not recognize their mother, shaking their head when the mother calls.
Explanation: When an infant suddenly cries out in fear and does not recognize the mother, it is because they dreamt that the mother abandoned them, believing she truly left, hence crying and turning away. Simply have someone hold the child sitting in the dark, let the mother come in from outside holding a large torch and call out to him/her, and the crying will stop. The reason is that the mother has returned. This method is unknown to the world. From *Yinju Xiaofang*.
Another method: Write the characters "Tianxin" on the Tianxin acupoint (center of fontanelle), and write "Niwan" on the Dantian acupoint.
