《圣惠》小儿因汗，为风邪热毒所伤，与血气相搏，热气蒸发于外，其肉赤而壮
热也。
治小儿身上有赤，引于颊上或口旁、眼下，赤如胭脂，向上皮即皴剥，渐渐引多，
此是心热血凝所为，其治法，宜以小刀子锋头镰破，令血出后，宜服丹参散
丹参 黄芩 枳壳（去白，麸炒） 葛根 犀角（镑。各一分） 麻黄（去根节，半两）
上为末。每一钱，水一小盏，入竹叶十片，竹茹半钱，煎五分，去滓，放温，量儿加减，无时服。
治小儿身上有赤烦热。麦门冬散
麦门冬（去心） 芦根（锉） 葛根（锉） 犀角屑 漏芦 甘草（炙微赤。各半两）
上为末。每服一钱，水一盏，竹叶十片，去滓，放温，量儿加减，无时服。
治小儿身上有赤或瘀肿，或如火丹，烦渴，浑身赤，壮热。铅霜散
铅霜（研） 绿豆粉（各半两） 用芸苔菜自然汁调涂。
又方 伏龙肝（一两，为末） 乱头发（二两 ，灰研） 水调涂赤处。
又方 桃仁去皮研烂，以面脂和涂。水煮黄蒿穗浓汁，入盐少许温服。细研白矾
末，生油调涂。杵芭蕉根汁涂。杵水中苔，水调涂。水调芒硝末涂。炒米
粉令焦黑，为末，津唾调涂。生蛇衔草，捣烂涂。
治蛇缠丹、匝腰则死。捣莴苣烂涂，或研莴苣子涂之。《戴氏家传》用芦箔上草绳
经子烧灰，同生油调涂。《广利方》杵马齿苋敷之。
《圣惠方》记载，小儿因出汗后，受到风邪热毒的侵袭，与体内的血气相互搏结，热气向外蒸腾，导致皮肤肌肉发红且伴有高热。
治疗小儿身上出现红斑，并蔓延至脸颊上方或口旁、眼下，颜色像胭脂一样红，向上发展的部位皮肤就会粗糙剥落，逐渐扩散增多，这是由心经热血凝滞所致。治疗方法，适宜用小刀的锋刃划破患处，放出血液后，适宜服用丹参散。
丹参 黄芩 枳壳（去除白色内瓤，用麦麸炒） 葛根 犀角（镑成薄片。各取一分） 麻黄（去除根部节段，半两）
以上药物研为细末。每次取一钱药末，加入一小盏水，放入十片竹叶、半钱竹茹，煎煮至剩余五分水量，滤去药渣，待温度适宜后，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量，不拘时服用。
麦门冬（去除心部） 芦根（切碎） 葛根（切碎） 犀角屑 漏芦 甘草（炙至微红。各取半两）
以上药物研为细末。每次服用一钱，加入一盏水，十片竹叶，滤去药渣，待温度适宜后，根据患儿年龄大小调整剂量，不拘时服用。
治疗小儿身上有红斑或瘀肿，或者像火丹一样，烦躁口渴，全身发红，高热。铅霜散
铅霜（研磨） 绿豆粉（各取半两） 用芸苔菜的自然汁液调和涂抹。
又一方：伏龙肝（一两，研为细末） 乱头发（二两，在灰中研磨） 用水调匀涂抹发红处。
又一方：桃仁去皮后研烂，用面脂调和涂抹。水煮黄蒿穗制成浓汁，加入少许盐，温服。将白矾细细研成末，用生油调和涂抹。捣碎芭蕉根取汁涂抹。捣碎水中苔藓，用水调匀涂抹。用水调芒硝粉末涂抹。炒米粉至焦黑，研为细末，用唾液调和涂抹。新鲜蛇衔草，捣烂后涂抹。
治疗蛇缠丹，如果环绕腰部一圈则会导致死亡。捣烂莴苣涂抹，或者研磨莴苣子涂抹。《戴氏家传》使用芦席上的草绳经过子烧成的灰，同生油调和涂抹。《广利方》捣碎马齿苋敷贴患处。
The *Shenghui Fang* records that infants, after sweating, are injured by wind-pathogenic heat-toxins. These pathogens contend with the blood and qi, causing heat energy to evaporate outward, resulting in redness and swelling of the flesh accompanied by high fever.
To treat redness on an infant's body that spreads to the upper cheeks, beside the mouth, or under the eyes, appearing red like rouge, with the advancing skin becoming rough and peeling, gradually spreading further: this is caused by stagnant hot blood in the Heart. The treatment method involves using the sharp point of a small knife to lacerate the affected area to allow blood to exit, followed by administering Danshen San (Salvia Decoction).
Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Zhike (Aurantii Fructus, white pith removed, stir-fried with bran), Gegen (Puerariae Radix), Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu, shaved; each 1 fen), Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba, roots and nodes removed; 0.5 liang).
Grind the above into powder. Take one qian of powder, add one small lamp of water, ten leaves of Zhuye (Bambusa Leaves), and half a qian of Zhuru (Bambusa Caulis in Sterile Condition). Decoct until five fen of liquid remains, filter out the dregs, let cool to a warm temperature, adjust dosage according to the child's age, and take at any time.
To treat redness on an infant's body with irritability and fever: Maimendong San (Ophiopogonis Decoction).
Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Tuber, heart removed), Lugen (Phragmitis Rhizoma, chopped), Gegen (Puerariae Radix, chopped), Xijiao xie (Rhinocerotis Cornu fragments), Loulu (Euphorbiae Humifusae Herba), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried until slightly red; each 0.5 liang).
Grind the above into powder. Take one qian per dose, add one lamp of water and ten leaves of Zhuye. Filter out dregs, let cool to warm, adjust dosage according to the child's age, and take at any time.
To treat redness or bruising/swelling on an infant's body, resembling Huodan (Fire Erysipelas), with irritability and thirst, whole-body redness, and high fever: Qianshuang San (Lead Frost Decoction).
Qianshuang (Plumbum Nitricum, ground), Lvdoufen (Vigna Radiata Starch; each 0.5 liang). Mix with natural juice from Yuntaicai (Brassica Pekinensis) for external application.
Another prescription: Fulonggan (Dragon's House Earth, 1 liang, ground), Luantoufa (Human Hair, 2 liang, ground in ash). Mix with water for external application on red areas.
Another prescription: Tao Ren (Prunus Persica Seed, peeled and ground into paste), mixed with Mianzhi (Wheat Germ Oil/Fat) for external application. Boil Huanghao sui (Artemisia Annua Flower Spike) to make a thick decoction, add a little salt, and take warm. Grind Baifan (Alumen) finely, mix with Shengyou (Raw Sesame Oil) for external application. Crush Bajiao gen (Musa Basjoo Root) juice for external application. Crush Shuizhong tai (Aquatic Moss), mix with water for external application. Mix Mangxiao (Natrii Sulfas) powder with water for external application. Stir-fry Mifen (Rice Flour) until charred black, grind into powder, mix with saliva for external application. Fresh Sheyan cao (Patrinia Herb), crushed and applied externally.
To treat Shechandan (Herpes Zoster-like Erysipelas): if it encircles the waist, it is fatal. Crush Letu (Lactuca Sativa) and apply, or grind Letu zi (Lactuca Sativa Seed) and apply. *Dai Shi Jia Chuan* prescribes burning grass ropes from reed mats through the zodiac sign "Zi" (Rat) to ash, mixing with raw oil for application. *Guangli Fang* prescribes crushing Machixian (Portulaca Oleracea) and applying as a poultice.
