Euryale seed is sweet, neutral, non-toxic, tonifies the middle, and benefits essence. Stone lotus seed is sweet, cold, non-toxic, calms the divine spirit, nourishes qi and strength, and treats seminal emission. Lotus stamen is warm, non-toxic, calms the heart, and improves complexion. Those who practice ingestion of herbs take Euryale seed, roast Rosa laevigata, decoct and mix to form pills, tonifying the lower body, named Shui Lu Dan (Water-Land Pill). Immortal formulas take Euryale seed and combine it with lotus seeds for consumption, which can retard aging. Ancients obtained one or two of these, and their efficacy was thus. Si Xian combines various wonders, truly worthy of esteem.
Yu Yao Qi Rong Wan (Jade Key Opening Glory Pill)
Treats women without other diseases, with regular menstruation and undamaged appearance, but who have been infertile for a long time. The former master said: Women are the gathering place of numerous yins, often dwelling in warmth. Now, if they lose proper nourishment, the uterus will have yin but no yang, unable to generate and develop. Use this pill to balance and regulate qi and blood, stirring up slight yang. It is an essential herb for fertility.

Si Wu Tang (Four Substances Decoction)
Treats women's blood aspect, whether cold or hot, with menstruation coming early or late, in large or small amounts, leading to metrorrhagia, leukorrhea, and mass accumulation. Use this for modifications.
Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Peony root, Prepared Rehmannia root.
Equal parts. Decoct with water.
Xiong Gui Tang (Ligusticum and Angelica Decoction), also known as Fo Shou San (Buddha's Hand Powder)
Tonifies blood and treats blood disorders, generates new tissue and expels stasis. Women can take it during pregnancy and postpartum.
Angelica sinensis (soaked in wine), Ligusticum chuanxiong (equal parts).
Cut into pieces. Take four or five qian each time, add one cup of wine, decoct until nearly dry. Add one cup of water, decoct for two or three boils. Remove dregs and take warm.
An Tai Yin (Fetus Calming Decoction)
Treats pregnant women, regardless of how many months, feeling uneasy fetal qi, slight pain in waist and abdomen, and poor appetite. This decoction is indicated.
Atractylodes macrocephala, Peony root (white), Prepared Rehmannia root, Angelica sinensis (each 1 qian), Tangerine peel (Guang Chenpi, 5 fen), Ginseng, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Scutellaria baicalensis (each 5 fen), Licorice, Amomum villosum (Suosha Ren), Perilla frutescens (each 2 fen).
Cut into pieces for one dose. Add one slice of fresh ginger, decoct with water, and take warm.
