淋秘乳难，水肿香港脚，诸疮肿毒。得葱汤送下，治妇人转脬。（因过忍小便而致者。）得藿香、
丁香，治伏暑吐泻。配枯
白矾、 石膏，掺阴汗，并治脚指缝烂。和车前汁涂脐，治小便不通。
先以刀刮净，研粉，用丹皮同煮，去丹皮，以东流水淘过，晒干用。燥热精滑，孕妇病
当发表者，禁用。怪症∶眼
赤鼻胀，大喘，浑身发斑，毛发如铁，乃热毒凝结于下焦。用滑石、白矾各一两，
煎服，不住饮。

便不禁。佐川椒、附子，治心
痛彻背。研末敷脐，止汗。
赤入血分，白入气分，粘舌者良。 ，醋淬研，水飞用。非寒痢白积不宜用，初病湿热
者禁
（滑石）味甘、淡，性寒，质地滑利。归足太阳膀胱经和足阳明胃经。能疏通皮毛腠理的毛孔，清除水湿的源头，祛除三焦的湿热。治疗积热引起的吐血、鼻衄，中暑导致的烦渴，呕吐、腹泻、痢疾，淋证、小便不通、乳汁难下，水肿、脚气，以及各种疮疡肿毒。用葱汤送服，可治疗妇人因强忍小便而致的转脬病（即尿潴留）。配伍藿香、丁香，可治疗伏暑引起的呕吐泄泻。配伍枯白矾、石膏，外敷于阴部出汗处，并治疗脚趾缝溃烂。与车前草汁混合涂抹肚脐，可治疗小便不通。
使用前先用刀刮净表面，研磨成粉，与丹皮共同煎煮，去掉丹皮后，用东流水淘洗，晒干后使用。对于燥热导致精液滑泄者，孕妇，以及患病需要发汗解表者，禁用。
怪症：眼睛发红、鼻子肿胀，严重气喘，全身出现斑疹，毛发僵硬如铁，这是热毒凝结在下焦所致。用滑石、白矾各一两，煎汤服用，不间断饮用。
（赤石脂）味甘、酸，性温，具有收敛固涩之性。入手少阴心经和足阳明胃经。能增厚肠胃黏膜，去除水湿。治疗脱肛，止崩漏带下，排出死胎，补益心血，促进肌肉生长。（因为能助火以生土，所以擅长长肌肉。）配伍干姜、胡椒，用醋糊制成丸剂，治疗大肠虚寒滑泄，小便失禁或精液外溢。配伍干姜、粳米，治疗久痢脓血。（因为它直入下焦，所以是治疗久痢的要药。）配伍破故纸（补骨脂），治疗月经量过多。配伍伏龙肝研成末，外敷治疗脱肛。配伍牡蛎、盐，用醋糊制成丸剂，治疗小便不禁。佐以川椒、附子，治疗心痛放射至背部。研成末敷于肚脐，可止汗。
赤石脂入血分，白石脂入气分，粘舌者为佳品。用醋淬炼后研磨，用水飞法处理使用。非寒性痢疾和白冻痢不宜使用，初起患有湿热者禁用。
Shiwei (Pyrrosiae Folium) is its guiding herb. It is incompatible with Cengqing (Azurite). It can be processed with Xionghuang (Realgar).
[Shihui / Talcum]
Sweet, bland, cold, and slippery in nature. Enters the Foot-Taiyang (Bladder) and Foot-Yangming (Stomach) meridians. It opens the pores of the skin and interstices, clears the source of water-dampness, and eliminates damp-heat from the Triple Burner. It treats vomiting and epistaxis due to accumulated heat, restlessness and thirst due to heatstroke, vomiting, diarrhea, and dysentery, stranguria, urinary retention, difficult lactation, edema, and beriberi, as well as various sores, ulcers, and toxic swellings. Taken down with scallion decoction, it treats "Zhuan Pao" (bladder inversion/urinary retention) in women (caused by forcibly holding urine). Combined with Huoxiang (Agastaches Herba) and Dingxiang (Caryophylli Flos), it treats vomiting and diarrhea due to latent summerheat. Paired with Kubai Fan (Alumen Exsiccatum) and Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), applied externally to sweaty genital areas, and also treats maceration between toes. Mixed with Cheqian juice (Plantaginis Semen Juice) and applied to the umbilicus, it treats urinary obstruction.
Preparation: Scrape the surface clean with a knife, grind into powder, boil together with Danpi (Moutan Cortex), remove Danpi, wash with flowing water from the east, and dry in the sun for use. Contraindicated in cases of dry-heat causing seminal emission, pregnant women, and patients suffering from diseases requiring diaphoresis (sweating therapy).
Strange syndrome: Red eyes, swollen nose, severe panting, generalized eruption of spots, hair stiff like iron; this is heat-toxin congealing in the Lower Jiao. Use Shihui (Talcum) and Baifan (Alumen) each one liang (approx. 30g), decoct and drink, continuing to drink without stopping.
Chishizhi / Halloysitum Rubrum
It fears Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos) and Chi Zhi (Fermented Sojae Semen Praeparatum juice). It is incompatible with Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) and Songzhi (Pinus Resin).
Sweet, sour, warm, and astringent in nature. Enters the Hand-Shaoyin (Heart) and Foot-Yangming (Stomach) meridians. It thickens the intestines and stomach, and removes water-dampness. It retracts prolapsed rectum, stops metrorrhagia and leukorrhea, expels retained fetus, nourishes heart blood, and generates flesh (muscle tissue) (because it aids fire to generate earth, thus promoting muscle growth). Paired with Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) and Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus), made into pills with vinegar paste, it treats cold-slippery large intestine, and involuntary urination or seminal emission. Paired with Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) and Jingmi (Oryza Sativa Germen), it treats chronic dysentery with pus and blood (because it directly enters the Lower Jiao, it is an essential herb for chronic dysentery). Paired with Po Guzhi (Psoraleae Fructus), it treats menorrhagia. Paired with Fulonggan (Sedimentum Fornacis) ground into powder, applied externally to treat rectal prolapse. Paired with Muli (Concha Ostreae) and Yan (Sal), made into pills with vinegar paste, it treats urinary incontinence. Assisted by Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium) and Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), it treats heart pain radiating to the back. Ground into powder and applied to the umbilicus, it stops sweating.
Red Chishizhi enters the Blood level, White Chishizhi enters the Qi level; the variety that adheres to the tongue is of good quality. Quench in vinegar, grind, and use the water-insoluble fine powder obtained by sedimentation (Shuifei). Not suitable for non-cold dysentery or white-dysentery; contraindicated in early-stage damp-heat conditions.
