活磁石（一钱醋 ） 银朱（三分） 雄黄（三分） 巴豆（一粒） 荔子肉（一个） 蓖麻子（七粒） 打成膏，
敷上立刻拔出。
百霜（不拘）、红糖和匀，围疮上，中留一孔，如有红丝者，用绵纸作捻，蘸桐油点疮头，即回本处。
用榆树皮捶碎，加海螵蛸共一处，和好酒，脚调敷，一日三换。若无鲜榆皮，用香作内榆面亦可。
用甘草一味不拘多少，煮油纸若干张，用时随疮大小剪成。将好黄蜡溶化涂匀于纸上，贴之。将收口时，稍加轻粉
末立效。
闹杨花一篮捣汁，用铜锅煎熬薄糊样，以川乌、草乌各等分为极细末，搅入花汁内成膏，复盛瓷盆内，晒七日，如
干漆样，然后收贮瓷瓶封好。临用时，将好陈酒、米醋少许化开，用新笔吃饱药汁，从患处外边围起，至一百十圈，渐
渐围入中间，患处作痒，毒自收住一点，少顷出浓即愈。
用芝兰叶擦之即愈，验极。
用吴茱萸、胡椒等分为末，将蒜头一枚捣匀抹上。
一方，用大黄汁烧香，加枯矾、雄黄擦上愈。
枯矾 皮硝 熟石膏 鲜大黄 白凤仙根打碎，同前药烧酒拌，用绢包药，擦五次愈。
用杏仁七粒，烛上烧存性为末，加儿茶、冰片、熊胆，再用猪胆调，敷上立效。
用木别三枚，去皮切碎，研如泥，滚汤泡药。入盆内，坐上熏，可洗之，如此五次愈。

百霜（数量不限），与红糖混合均匀，涂抹在疮疡周围，中间留出一个孔洞；如果看到有红丝蔓延，用绵纸搓成捻条，蘸取桐油点涂在疮头，红丝即可退回原处。
取榆树皮捶碎，加入海螵蛸混合在一起，和好酒，用脚踩踏调和后外敷，每天更换三次。如果没有新鲜的榆皮，使用香椿树内部的榆面也可以。
只用甘草一味，数量不限，煮油纸若干张，使用时根据疮疡的大小剪成相应形状。将优质黄蜡熔化后均匀涂在纸上，贴敷于患处。到了收口阶段，稍加轻粉末，立见功效。
采摘一篮闹杨花捣碎取汁，用铜锅煎熬成稀糊状，将川乌、草乌各等份研成极细末，搅拌入花汁中制成膏剂，再盛放在瓷盆内，晾晒七日，直至变成类似干漆的状态，然后装入瓷瓶密封保存。临用时，取少量陈年好酒和米醋将其化开，用新毛笔饱蘸药汁，从患处外围开始画圈，共画一百一十圈，逐渐向内围拢至中心，患处感到瘙痒，毒素自然收敛聚集成一点，片刻后流出浓液即可痊愈。
用芝兰叶擦拭患处即可痊愈，效果非常显著。
用吴茱萸、胡椒等份研成粉末，将一个蒜头捣烂均匀涂抹上。
另一方法，用大黄汁烧香，加入枯矾、雄黄擦涂患处即可痊愈。
枯矾、皮硝、熟石膏、鲜大黄、白凤仙根打碎，同前药一起用烧酒拌匀，用绢布包裹药物，擦拭五次即可痊愈。
用杏仁七粒，在烛火上烧至存性（保留药性）研成粉末，加入儿茶、冰片、熊胆，再用猪胆汁调和，敷在患处立见功效。
用木鳖子三枚，去皮切碎，研磨成泥状，用滚开的汤水泡药。放入盆内，坐在盆上熏蒸，可以清洗患处，如此进行五次即可痊愈。
Live magnetite (Qicishi, 3g, processed with vinegar), silver cinnabar (Yinzhu, 0.9g), realgar (Xionghuang, 0.9g), croton seed (Badou, 1 seed), lychee pulp (Lizirou, 1 fruit), castor bean (Bimazi, 7 seeds). Pound these into a paste, apply to the affected area to immediately extract the carbuncle toxin.
Baishuang (quantity not restricted), mix evenly with brown sugar, apply around the ulcer, leaving a hole in the center. If red threads are observed, roll cotton paper into wicks, dip them in tung oil, and cauterize the head of the ulcer; the red threads will retreat to their origin.
Pound elm bark until crushed, add cuttlebone (Haipiaoxiao) and mix well. Add good wine and knead by foot for application. Change once every three times a day. If fresh elm bark is unavailable, using the inner powder of Xiangchun tree (Toona sinensis) is also acceptable.
Use only licorice root (Gancao), quantity not restricted, to boil oil paper sheets. When needed, cut them to size according to the ulcer. Melt high-quality yellow beeswax and coat it evenly on the paper, then apply to the lesion. As the wound begins to heal, add a small amount of calomel (Qingfen) powder for immediate effect.
Harvest a basket of Populus tremula flowers, crush and extract juice. Boil in a copper pot until it reaches a thin paste consistency. Mix in equal parts of Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root prepared (Chuanwu) and Aconitum kusnezoffii root prepared (Caowu) ground into extremely fine powder to form a paste. Place in a porcelain basin and sun-dry for seven days until it resembles dried lacquer. Store in a porcelain bottle and seal tightly. For use, dissolve with a little aged rice wine and rice vinegar. Dip a new brush fully in the medicinal juice and draw circles starting from the periphery of the affected area, completing 110 circles gradually moving inward to the center. The affected area will itch, and the toxin will naturally converge into a single point. After a short while, thick discharge will appear, indicating recovery.
Rub the affected area with Zhi Lan Ye leaves for immediate cure; this method is highly effective.
Grind Evodia fruit (Wuzhuyu) and Sichuan pepper (Hujiao) in equal proportions into powder. Mash one clove of garlic and apply evenly.
Another prescription: Burn rhubarb juice (Dahuang zhi) to make incense, add alum (Kufan) and realgar (Xionghuang), and rub onto the affected area for cure.
Alum (Kufan), mirabilite (Piniao), calcined gypsum (Shushigao), fresh rhubarb (Xian Dahuang), and white balsam apple root (Baifengxian gen) are crushed. Mix with the previous herbs using distilled spirits (Shaojiu). Wrap the medicine in silk fabric and rub the affected area five times for cure.
Take seven apricot kernels (Xingren), burn them over a candle until carbonized but retaining medicinal properties (Cunxing), and grind into powder. Add catechu (Ercha), borneol (Bingpian), and bear bile (Xiongdan). Mix with pig bile (Zhudan) and apply to the affected area for immediate effect.
Take three Momordica charantia seeds (Mubiezi), peel and chop finely, grind into a paste. Soak the medicine in boiling water. Place in a basin, sit over it to fumigate, and wash the affected area. Repeat five times for cure.
