疥疮 疥有五种，上体多者，偏风热盛。下体多者，偏风湿盛。用硫黄（四钱）、明矾、花椒（去目各二钱）
装萝卜内，煨枯为末，入葱白、猪油捣烂，以夏布包擦。（《图经家宝》）
湿疥疮 油合桃肉 生猪脂油（各一两） 硫黄末 水银（各一钱） 捣如泥，鼻闻，擦患处。（《简要济众》）
干疥疮 水银 雄黄 樟脑 川椒 轻粉 枯白矾（各二钱） 大风子肉（一百枚，另研） 共研细末。同大
风子肉碾匀，加地沥青一两化开，和药作丸，如圆眼大，先以鼻臭，次擦患处。
锁口疮 用木耳焙黄为末，香油调搽，其疮即红。（《奇方类编》）
羊须疮 小红枣烧灰存性，清油调敷。（同上）
年久脓水疮并血风疮 用如意草阴干为末，微炒，鸡子清调 ，神效。
黄水疮 凡毒水流处，即生泡疮，即为黄水疮。手少动即破，乃热毒郁于皮毛。用雄黄、防风（各五钱）、水
十碗煎沸，去渣取之，洗之即愈。（《岐天师传》）
痱疮 由暑气伤热而生，有雪水洗之随灭，急不能得。一方最妙，用黄瓜切片，擦之即愈。（同上）
抓疮 伤处出水，肿痛，用耳垢封之，一日水出尽即愈。（《郑师甫方》）
坐板疮 萝卜子种（三钱） 杏仁（去皮尖十四粒） 轻粉（一钱） 冰片（半分） 共研为末，以手擦疮口
上即愈。（《仲景外函》）
热毒疮 遍身痛而不痒，或手足尤甚，粘着衣被，夜不得睡。用菖蒲末，多铺席上，使患者恣卧其上，仍以衣
被覆之，五六日愈。
驴眼疮 患在脚胫骨，如 疮样者，取田螺，俟吐出水涎，频敷自效。
天泡疮 用荷花瓣贴之效。以上（《同寿 》）
白 疮 遍身形如疹疥，色白而痒，或搔起白皮。用猪脂、苦杏仁等分共捣，绢包擦之，甚效。（《百一方》）
水窠疮 石菖蒲研末擦之。（《济世集》）
脓窠疮 白芷 白芨 硫黄（各等分） 为末，和鲜猪油捣丸，如弹子大，不时擦抹。旬日可愈。但须服忍冬
酒，或银花汤，以清毒瓦斯为妙。
头面诸疮 脂麻生嚼敷之。（《普济方》）
鬓HT 疮（一作腊梨） 川椒（一两） 麻油 菜油（各一钟） 同煎浓搽之。（《思诚堂梓方》）
一方，用雄黄、猪胆汁和敷之。（《圣济 》）
头秃疮、剥皮疮 牛皮 破鞋（各一两） 白矾 雄黄（各五钱） 旧毡（三钱） 共烧为细末，猪油加面调
和，连擦三次。须晒干擦之。（《海上方》）
椒疮 （生于眼皮里，形如椒粒赤色） 粟疮（生上下眼皮，形如黄米） 当归尾 石菖蒲 赤芍药（各二钱）
生川连 生杏仁 地肤子（各一钱） 羌活（五分） 胆矾（二分） 共研粗末，以红 包之，如樱桃大，甜滚水浸包，
乘热洗，勿见尘土。若眼皮里有红丝者，乃血热有瘀，法以灯草擦疮处，令血出即愈。（《医宗金鉴》）
小疮 （一名针眼） 生于眼皮毛睫间，致面浮肿，目赤涩痛。用枯矾末，鸡子清调敷肿处，再用南星末、生

黄同捣膏，贴于太阳穴自消。
鼻中疮 用马绊绳烧灰掺之。（《本草纲目》）

外肾生疮 蚯蚓粪（二分） 绿豆粉（一分） 水研涂，干后再敷。（《乾坤秘韫》）
腿上一切寒湿血风等疮 鸽子屎不拘多少，烧灰存性。如干疮，研细末，加桐油调匀，摊隔纸膏贴之。有黄水
出者，加飞丹少许，干掺，不过数次愈。（《单方全集》）

疮生蝇蛆 懒于洗浴，积脓污秽，苍蝇丛聚生蛆。用寒石细研末，掺之。或皂矾飞过，为末撒之，其蛆化水矣。

疮口生皮 高山石上青苔衣，取下焙干，研末掺上，疮口即生皮。慈惠小编
收口药 白螺蛳壳（ 末） 灯草灰 旧黑伞纸灰 轻粉（各三分） 血竭（二分） 冰片 珍珠（各半分）

年久脓水疮并血风疮 用如意草阴干后研为细末，微炒，用鸡蛋清调匀涂抹，效果神奇。
黄水疮 凡是毒水流经的地方，就会生出泡疮，这就是黄水疮。手稍微一动就会破裂，这是因为热毒郁结在皮毛之间。用雄黄、防风（各五钱），加水十碗煎沸，滤去药渣取汁液，清洗患处即可痊愈。（《岐天师传》）
痱疮 由暑气伤热而生，用雪水洗之随即消退，但急时难以得到。另一方法最为奇妙，用黄瓜切片，擦拭患处即可痊愈。（同上）
抓疮 受伤处出水，肿痛，用耳垢封住患处，一天后水出尽即可痊愈。（《郑师甫方》）

驴眼疮 患处在脚胫骨部位，形状像驴眼疮样的，取田螺，等它吐出水涎，频繁敷贴自然有效。
白疕疮 遍身形如疹疥，颜色发白且痒，或者搔抓后起白皮。用猪脂、苦杏仁等分共同捣烂，用绢布包裹擦拭，非常有效。（《百一方》）
脓窠疮 白芷、白芨、硫黄（各等分）。研为细末，和鲜猪油捣成丸药，如弹子大小，不时涂抹擦抹。十天可愈。但必须服用忍冬酒，或金银花汤，以清除毒瓦斯为妙。
头面诸疮 芝麻生嚼后外敷。（《普济方》）
鬓角疮（一作腊梨疮） 川椒（一两）、麻油、菜油（各一钟）。共同煎浓稠后涂抹擦之。（《思诚堂梓方》）

Scabies Scabies has five types. Those occurring mostly on the upper body tend to be due to excess Wind-Heat. Those occurring mostly on the lower body tend to be due to excess Damp-Wind. Use Sulfur (4 qian), Ming Fan (Alum), and Huajiao (Sichuan Pepper, remove the seeds, 2 qian each). Place them inside a radish, roast until charred, then grind into powder. Add Congbai (White Part of Scallion) and Zhuyou (Pig Fat), pound into a paste, wrap in Xiabu (Summer Cloth), and rub onto the affected area. (From *Tujing Jiabao*)
Damp Scabies Mix Hutao Rou (Walnut Meat) and Sheng Zhuzhiyou (Raw Pig Lard) (1 liang each), Liuhuang Mo (Sulfur Powder), and Shuiyin (Mercury) (1 qian each). Pound into a mud-like consistency. Smell the aroma first, then rub onto the affected area. (From *Jianyao Jizhong Fang*)
Dry Scabies Use Shuiyin (Mercury), Xionghuang (Realgar), Zhangnao (Camphor), Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper), Qingfen (Calomel), and Kubai Fan (Calcined Alum) (2 qian each). Take Dafengzi Rou (Buckthorn Seed Flesh) (100 pieces, ground separately). Grind all into fine powder. Mix evenly with the ground Dafengzi Rou. Add 1 liang of Diliqing (Bitumen), melt it, and mix with the medicine to form pills the size of longan seeds. First smell the odor, then rub onto the affected area.
Lock-Jaw Sore Use Mu'er (Wood Ear Mushroom), roast until yellow, grind into powder. Mix with Xiangyou (Sesame Oil) and apply. The sore will turn red. (From *Qifang Leibian*)
Sheep Beard Sore Roast Xiaohongzao (Small Red Dates) until charred but retain medicinal properties. Mix with Qingyou (Clear Oil) and apply. (Same source)
Chronic Suppurative Sore and Blood-Wind Sore Use Ruyi Cao (Asarum/Sweet Violet Herb, context dependent, likely referring to a specific local herb for sores), dry in shade, grind into powder. Lightly stir-fry. Mix with Jiziqing (Egg White). Miraculous effect.
Yellow Water Sore Wherever toxic water flows, blister sores arise; this is called Yellow Water Sore. They burst easily upon slight movement because Heat-Toxin is stagnated in the skin and hair follicles. Use Xionghuang (Realgar) and Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root) (5 qian each). Add 10 bowls of water, boil, strain, and use the decoction to wash the affected area. Cure. (From *QiTianshi Zhuan*)
Prickly Heat Caused by Summer-Heat injuring Heat. Washing with snow water extinguishes it immediately, but snow is hard to obtain urgently. Another method is best: slice Huanggua (Cucumber) and rub onto the affected area. Cure. (Same source)
Scratch Sore The injured area oozes fluid, swells, and hurts. Seal it with Ergou (Earwax). After one day, when all fluid is discharged, it cures. (From *Zheng Shifu Fang*)
Saddle Sore Luobozhongzi Zhong (Radish Seeds) (3 qian), Xingren (Apricot Kernels, peel and remove tips, 14 pieces), Qingfen (Calomel) (1 qian), Bingpian (Borneol) (0.5 fen). Grind into powder. Rub directly onto the sore with hand. Cure. (From *Zhongjian Waihan*)
Heat-Toxin Sore Pain throughout the body without itching, or especially severe in hands and feet. Clothes and bedding stick to the body; unable to sleep at night. Use Changpu Mo (Acorus Powder). Spread generously on a mat. Let the patient lie freely on it. Cover with clothes and bedding. Cures in 5-6 days.
Donkey Eye Sore Occurs on the tibia. If shaped like a donkey eye sore, take Tianluo (River Snail). Wait for it to spit out saliva/fluid. Apply frequently. Effective.
Bubble Sore Apply Helianhua Ban (Lotus Petals). Effective. Above from *Tongshou Lu*.
White Pi Sore (Vitiligo/Neurodermatitis context) Body covered in lesions resembling rash or scabies. Color is white and itchy. Scratching produces white scales. Use Zhuzhi (Pig Fat) and Ku Xingren (Bitter Apricot Kernel) in equal parts. Pound together. Wrap in silk cloth and rub. Very effective. (From *Baiyi Fang*)
Water Nest Sore Grind Shichangpu (Acorus Tatarinowii) into powder and rub onto the affected area. (From *Jishi Ji*)
Suppurative Nest Sore Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica), Baiji (Bletilla Striata), Liuhuang (Sulfur) in equal parts. Grind into powder. Mix with fresh pig fat and pound into pills the size of a marble. Rub occasionally. Cures in ten days. Must also drink Rendong Jiu (Honeysuckle Wine) or Yinhua Tang (Honeysuckle Decoction) to clear toxic vapors.
Sores on Head and Face Chew Zhima (Sesame) raw and apply. (From *Puji Fang*)
Sideburn Sore (Also known as La Li Sore) Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper) (1 liang), Mayou (Sesame Oil), Caiyou (Vegetable Oil) (1 zhong each). Boil until thick and rich. Rub on. (From *Sichengtang Zifang*)
Another formula: Mix Xionghuang (Realgar) and Zhu Dan (Pig Gallbladder Bile) and apply. (From *Shengji Zonglu*)
Head Baldness Sore and Peeling Skin Sore Niupi (Cow Hide), Po Xie (Broken Shoes) (1 liang each), Bai Fan (Alum), Xionghuang (Realgar) (5 qian each), Jiu Zhan (Old Felt) (3 qian). Burn all into fine powder. Mix with pig fat and flour. Rub three times consecutively. Must be applied after drying. (From *Haishang Fang*)
Pepper Sore (Grows inside eyelids, shaped like red pepper grains) Millet Sore (Grows on upper and lower eyelids, shaped like millet grains). Danggui Wei (Angelica Sinica Tail), Shichangpu (Acorus), Chi Shaoyao (Red Peony Root) (2 qian each). Sheng Chuanlian (Raw Coptis), Sheng Xingren (Raw Apricot Kernel), Difuzi (Kochia Fruit) (1 qian each). Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root) (5 fen), Danfan (Chalcanthite) (2 fen). Grind into coarse powder. Wrap in red cloth, size of a cherry. Soak in sweet boiling water. Wash while hot. Avoid dust. If red threads appear inside eyelids, it indicates Blood Heat with Stasis. Method: Rub the sore area with Dengcao (Rush Pith) until blood flows. Cures. (From *Yizong Jinjian*)
Small Sore (Also known as Stye/Zhen Yan) Grows between eyelashes. Causes facial swelling, red, dry, and painful eyes. Use Kubai Fan (Calcined Alum) powder. Mix with egg white and apply to swollen area. Then pound Nanxing (Arisaema) powder and Sheng Dihuang (Raw Rehmannia) into a paste. Apply to Taiyang Acupoint. Disperses naturally.
Nasal Sore Burn Ma Bansheng (Horse Halter Rope) to ash. Sprinkle into nose. (From *Bencao Gangmu*)
Finger Palm Sore Occurs in palms/fingers. Shaped like Cornelian Cherry fruit. Appears symmetrically on both hands. Chronic and non-healing. Itching causes worms. Treatment focuses on killing parasites. Use Lilu (Veratrum) and Kushen (Sophora Root) (1 liang each), Zhuzhiyou (Pig Lard) (8 liang). Fry the herbs until crisp. Strain dregs. Add Songxiang (Rosin) (1 liang) and melt. Remove from fire. Add Kubai Fan powder and Xionghuang powder (1 liang each). Stir well. Apply when warm. Cure. Avoid wind and忌 eat chicken, goose, fish, and pungent foods. (Same source)
Lacquer Poison Sore Xiehuan (Crab Roe) (1 liang), Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) (3 qian). Grind into powder. Mix with honey and apply. If wet, apply dry powder. (From *Caishi Mibao*)

Another formula: Chew Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper) and apply to nose. Prevents Lacquer Poison Sore. (From *Qifang Zuanyao*)
Fire Qi Entering Sore Use Huangbo Pi (Phellodendron Bark) powder. Sprinkle on sore. Or decoct Bohe (Mint) and apply. (From *Danfang Huibian*)
Lower Body Damp Sore Hot, itchy, painful. Alternating chills and fever. Difficult urination and defecation. Slight swelling of body and face. Reduced appetite. Use Machixian (Purslane) (4 liang). Pound into paste. Add Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (1 liang). Grind evenly and apply. (From *Waitai Mi Yao*)
Another formula: Boil 7 open-mouthed Hongjiao (Red Chili Peppers) and 7 Congbai (White Scallions with roots). Wash affected area with decoction. (From *Xiangshi Chuanfang*)
Chancre (Hard Chancre) Use Zhen Qingfen (True Calomel) (1 liang), Zhenzhu (Pearl) (1 qian, boiled in tofu, ground fine), Qingdian Hua (Indigo Flower) (5 fen, Gang flower variety is better).
