治瘰 用蓖麻子炒熟去皮烂嚼，临睡服三二枚，渐加至十数枚，甚效。
又方 将腊月猫屎，用新瓦二片合在内，外用盐泥封固，烧成灰，以少油调涂疮口上。
又方 治瘰 已溃未溃 用蜗牛不拘多少，以竹丝串尾上，晒干，烧存性，入轻粉少许，猪骨髓调，用纸花量疮大
小贴之。一法∶以带壳蜗牛七个，生取肉，入丁香七粒于壳内，烧存性，与肉同研成膏，用纸花贴之。
又方 用大田螺并壳肉烧存性，为末，破者干贴，未破者清油调敷。
又方 用不蛀皂荚不拘多少，每三十条作一束，以棕榈裹之。缚定于冷粪缸内，浸一月取出。却于长流水内再浸一
月，死水不能浣洗，不可用。去棕榈晒干，不得焙，捣为末。每一两入麝香半钱，全蝎七个，研细拌匀。每服一二
钱，温酒或饮汤调下。
又方 用干姜不拘多少，为末。用姜汁打糊和作剂子，用黄丹为衣，每日一次，随疮大小入药在内，追脓尽生肉为
度，疮口合则已。如疮口不敛，用大黄末以葱白汁调搽即愈。仍日服十宣内托散二服。如疮肿不破者，用野菊花擂烂
煎温服，仍将菊花根为末，贴疮上自消。或不消疮口亦自破，根据前用药剂。
又方 以手仰置肩上，微举肘取之，肘骨尖上是穴。随患处左即灸左，右即灸右，艾炷如小箸头大。再灸，如前不
过三次，永无恙，所感稍深，三灸平安。
又方 以蒜片贴着 上，灸七壮，如蒜熟易蒜，多灸取效。
治项后生疙疽，不论大小及日月深远，或有赤硬肿痛用生山药一挺去皮，蓖麻子二个，研匀摊帛上贴之，如神效。
治瘤赘 凡皮肤或头上生瘤，大者如拳，小者如栗，或软或硬，不疼不痛者 用天南星一枚，细研稠粘，用米醋五
七滴为膏。如无生者，用干者为末，醋调如膏。先将小针刺患处令气透，却以药膏摊纸上，象瘤大小贴之。
又方 治瘤赘兼去鼠奶痔 用芫花根净洗带湿，不得犯铁器，于木石器中捣，取汁。用线一条，浸半日或一宿，以
线系瘤，经宿即落。如未落，再换一二次自落。后以龙骨、诃子末，敷疮口即合。用之累效。如无根，只用花泡浓水，
以浸线。
又方 用蜘蛛丝勒瘤子根，三二日自然退落。
治反花瘤 用马齿苋一斤，烧灰研细，猪脂调敷。
治 疮 用黄蜡，炼，摊冬青叶上贴缚定，日周又换一叶，至七日换七叶，愈。
又方 用黄蜡熔化，油纸摊成膏药十二个，半日一换，换时以先贴者加其上，不待尽而愈。
又方 用韭菜地上蚯蚓泥，干为末，入轻粉清油调敷。
又方 用白 土不拘多少，火 通赤，研细，生油好粉调涂。或用真百药煎填之，或以五倍子末糁之，亦妙。
治冷 疮 用鹿角灰、发灰、乳香为末，清油调敷。
又方 治 疮成臼，累月不干 用上等好砂糖，先用盐汤淋洗，后绢帛拭干，以津唾涂，却以此敷上，三日愈。
治外 生疮、臭秽溃烂、数年不愈者 用生龟一个，乌者，打死去肉取壳，酸醋一碗炙醋尽为度，仍 令白烟尽，
须存性，碗合地上一宿出火气，入轻粉麝香拌匀。先以葱汤洗，拭干方用药敷。
治脚胫骨上生疮久烂黑，或发孔，或臭秽不可近 用蜒蝣十条，小竹签穿定瓦上焙干，为末。真清油调敷，神效。
又方 用多年老杉木节烧灰，真清油调，箬叶盛，隔贴疮上，以绢帛扎定，不数贴而愈。
治脚肚生疮，初如粟米，渐大，爪搔不已，成饼包脚相交，黄水出，痒不可忍，久疾难愈 用百药煎，研细津咽
调逐遭涂敷，自外而入，先以贯仲煎汤淋洗，后用药。
又方 用石榴皮浓煎，稍冷扫疮上，冷如冰即成痂。
又方 用鳝鱼一条，黄色者，先将打死，却用清油涂其腹下，置疮上盘屈令遍，用帛绢系定。食顷，觉疮痛不可
忍，然后取鳝鱼腹下有窍如针眼大，皆虫也。如未尽，再用一条根据前再缚。虫去尽，却用死人脚胫骨烧灰，清油调敷，
或以骨灰一两，入好茶末二钱同调亦可。
又方 治足上疮臭秽溃烂 用蓝子一枚，烧为末，入腻粉少许，井水调涂，效。
又方 治 疮并搭手发背等疮 用葱白一斤，锻石二斤，马齿苋一斤，三味湿捣同团，阴干为末，贴疮上，效。
治一切肿毒初生 用苎根、葱头、生姜、炒小粉、赤豆同捣碎顿热罨上，冷再换。
又方 治卒得恶疮不识者 用桃皮为末，纳疮中。
又方 治肿毒无头者 用蛇蜕贴于肿处。
治恶疮无头 用皂角刺烧灰，阴干为末，酒调三钱，嚼葵菜子三五粒送下。
治一切恶疮不收口 用瓦松不拘多少，阴干为末，先用槐枝、葱白汤洗过，糁之立效。炙疮久不收者更效。
治诸恶疮中新 肉出 用乌梅肉蜜和捣作饼子，如钱浓，贴疮上。
治诸疮因度水肿者 用生白矾末水调涂之，自消。
治一切肿毒疮 用腊桑叶为末，以新汲水调涂之。如有脓干糁在上，如在脚膝，敷了用帛裹之。
治多年恶疮 用冬瓜叶阴干瓦上焙，研细，糁疮湿处。或用多年锻石研细，鸡子清调成块，火 过，候冷再为末，
姜汁调敷。或用枸杞根为末，盐洗净，干糁，妙。
又方 用马齿苋捣烂敷之。亦治翻花疮，其形如花开之状，烧灰，猪脂调敷。
又方 用鸡肠草研细取汁，敷其疮，以渣罨之。或为末，以猪脂调敷，甚效。
又方 以天茄叶贴之，或为细末贴亦妙。
又方 以蒲公英捣如泥，贴一切恶疮并蛇伤。
又方 用野葡萄根红者去粗皮为末，新水调涂肿上，频扫新水。
治鬓边生软疖，名发鬓，有数年不愈者 用猪颈上毛，猫颈上毛各一撮，烧灰，鼠屎一粒为末，以清油调敷。
治遍身热毒疮，痛而不痒，手足尤甚，粘着衣被，夜不得睡 用菖蒲为末，多铺于席上使病者恣卧其间，仍以衣被
覆之，五七日愈。疹疮烂，用艾铺亦可。
治遍身瘾疥疼痛 用白姜蚕一两，炒黄色为末，分四分，酒调服。
又方 用明矾、朴硝为末 井水调，鸡羽扫，敷上。
又方 用蚕沙以新水煎，无风室内温洗，效。
治遍身白疹，瘙痒不止 用小枸橘不拘多少，切作片，麸皮炒黄为末。每服二钱，酒浸少时，去枸橘，但饮酒，仍
以枸橘煎汤洗患处，妙。
治三十六种风结疮 用马齿苋五斤 黄蜡三两 水一锅，煎成膏，敷上。
治五般疮癣 用韭根烧存性，旋捣末，猪脂调敷。
治诸疮 用韭菜不拘多少，先烧热汤，以盆盛上，用板盖之，留一窍，却以韭菜于汤内泡之，以粪门坐窍上，令气
蒸熏，候温，用韭菜软软洗疮。数日自下 或芫花煎洗。
治面上生疮 用枇杷叶，布擦去毛，炙干为末，食后茶汤调下二钱。
又方 用鏊子底黑煤，入于小油内，以匕打成膏子，摊在纸上贴之。
治人面卒得赤黑丹如疥状 不急治遍身，即死。用鹿龟烧灰，猪脂和涂上。
治腮肿 用赤小豆为末，醋调敷之，立效。
治人面疮 用贝母为末，小芦筒灌疮口，数日愈。
治疥疮 用猪肚二个，放皂荚同煮熟，去皂荚，食之，妙。
又方 治善恶疮疥或赤肿者 用赤小豆四十九粒为末，以苎根捣烂和之。敷赤肿处及四旁，落则再敷，或用赤小豆
锉散。每服二钱，水一盏煎服，尤佳。
治火气入疮 用黄柏皮为末糁之，或薄荷煎涂亦可。
治白秃疮 用慈竹上虫儿不拘多少，研，用牛尿调搽，先洗剃去疮靥，后上药。
又方 用甜瓜蔓龙头不拘多少，河水浸一宿，以砂锅熬取极苦汁，滤去瓜蔓，以火熬成膏，盛于瓷器中。先剃头去
尽疮痂，使血出尽以河水洗净。却用瓜蔓膏一盏，加半夏末二钱，生姜汁二匕，狗胆一个，同调敷，不过二三次立愈。
忌猪鱼动风之物。
又方 用羊粪熬汤，洗去痂，屋悬煤炒为末，油调敷疮上。
又方 用破旧朱红漆器，剥朱漆烧灰，油粉调敷。
又方 用鲫鱼一个，重三四两者，去肠肚。以乱发填满，湿纸裹烧存性，雄黄二钱，共为末。清油调敷，先以齑
水洗拭后用药。
又方 治大人小儿秃疮及恶疮 用苦楝皮烧灰，以猪脂调敷。
治癣 用午时取碗叶研汁敷之，或用秃菜、酸醋磨敷。
又方 用 针磨，令极尖快，当痒时，于癣上各刺百余针，血出尽，煎盐汤洗之。未愈再针再洗。
治狗癣疹 用地沥青不拘多少，铁器内熬，次下鹁鸽粪、鸡粪细末同和，加香油少许擦之。
治紫白癜风 用秃叶根同白矾、五倍子、无名异和醋捣
碎，先以苎麻刮热，以药擦之，三四次绝根。
又方 治白紫癜风及诸风疮瘾疹名苍耳丸 五月五日割取苍耳草叶，洗净晒干为末，炼蜜丸，如梧桐子大。每服十
丸，日三服。若身体有风处，或如麻豆粒，此为风毒出也。可以针刺，黄汁出尽，乃止。
又方 用干浮萍四两，汉防己三钱，同煎汤，热洗白癜风一切斑疹疥癣，神效。
治艾火带 用白鳝泥炒研细，香油调敷之。
又方 雉鸡毛及鹅毛烧灰敷之。
治下部生湿疮 热痒而痛，寒热，大小便涩，食亦减，身面微肿 用马齿苋四两，研烂，入青黛一两，再研匀敷上。
又方 用红椒开口者七粒，连根葱白七个，同煮水洗净，用绢衣 干，即愈。
治阴痒汗出疼痛 用生大豆嚼碎，一日三四次敷上。
治阴疮 用桑树根白皮，捣汁洗之。
又方 用胭脂、绿豆粉，同研匀敷之。
又方 用腊茶、五倍子等分，腻粉少许敷之。
治阴囊上生疮 用甘草煎汤温洗，却用腊茶末敷。
治阴头生疮 用溪港中螺蛳，入干锅内 过，先以盐水洗五十次，后以此药敷之。
治妒精疮 用大田螺两个，和壳 过存性，为末。入轻粉搽患处，即安。
治外肾生疮 用绿豆粉一分，蚯蚓屎二分，水研涂，干又敷。
治肾脏风发疮疥 红椒去目，水浸半日，和生杏仁研烂，擦两手掌掩外肾，极效。
治下疳疮 用白矾一两，黄丹八钱，熬飞紫色，研为末。以沟渠中恶水洗过拭干，敷上。
又方 用五倍子为末，以浆水洗干，贴之。
治漏疮恶水自大肠出 用黑牵牛，研细去皮，细末一分。入猪腰子内，以线扎，青荷叶包，火煨熟，细嚼，温盐
酒下。
治漏疮，肛门周匝有乳数十，诸药不效 用熟犬肉，蘸浓蓝汁空心食之，七日自安。
又方 用信石，新瓦上火 为末，以津液润纸探子蘸少许，捻入疮孔内，如疮多，不可齐上，免使害人。
治久冷漏疮 用活鳝鱼五六条，掷地以竹针贯之，覆疮良久，当有虫出如线。复之，使尽，用槟榔黄连末敷。明
日，以干艾作汤，投白矾三二钱洗。不一月，全愈。
治脱肛 用鳖头一枚，烧烟尽，为末，敷肛门上，就将旧麻鞋底按入，即不出。
又方 用槿树叶煎汤熏洗，后以生五倍子、白矾等分为末，敷上。
治疗瘰疬，用炒熟去皮的蓖麻子烂嚼，临睡前服用二三枚，逐渐增加至十余枚，效果显著。
另一方法：取腊月里的猫屎，放在两片新瓦中间，外面用盐泥封固，烧成灰，用少量油调匀涂抹在疮口上。
又一方法：治疗瘰疬（无论已溃破或未溃破），取适量蜗牛，用竹丝串起尾部，晒干，煅烧保留药性，加入少许轻粉，用猪骨髓调和，根据疮口大小用纸花贴敷。另一种方法：取带壳的蜗牛七个，生取肉，将七粒丁香放入壳内，煅烧保留药性，与肉一起研磨成膏，用纸花贴敷。
又一方法：取大田螺连同壳肉煅烧保留药性，研为粉末，疮口破的用干粉直接贴敷，未破的用清油调敷。
又一方法：取不蛀的皂荚适量，每三十条扎成一束，用棕榈叶包裹。绑在冷粪缸内，浸泡一个月取出。再放入流动的长流水中浸泡一个月，死水不能洗涤，不可使用。去掉棕榈叶晒干，不得烘焙，捣为粉末。每一两粉末加入半钱麝香、七个全蝎，研细拌匀。每次服用一二钱，用温酒或热汤调服。
又一方法：取适量干姜，研为粉末。用姜汁打糊和作剂子，用黄丹包衣，每天一次，根据疮口大小将药物纳入其中，直到脓液排尽、新肉生长为止，疮口愈合即愈。如果疮口不收敛，用大黄末以葱白汁调搽即可痊愈。同时每日服用两次十宣内托散。如果疮肿不破溃，用野菊花捣烂煎煮温服，并将菊花根研为粉末，贴敷在疮上使其自消。如果不消退，疮口也会自行破溃，根据前面的用药剂方法处理。
又一方法：手掌向上置于肩上，微举肘部取穴，肘骨尖处即是穴位。患处在哪侧就灸哪侧，艾炷如小筷子头大小。再次施灸，如前所述不超过三次，可永保无恙；感邪稍深的，灸三次也可平安。
又一方法：将蒜片贴在患处，灸七壮，蒜熟了更换新的蒜片，多灸几次以取得疗效。
治疗项后生疙疽，不论大小及病程长短，或有红肿硬痛，用一根生山药去皮，加两个蓖麻子，研匀摊在帛上贴敷，效果如神。
治疗瘤赘（皮肤或头上生的肿瘤，大的如拳头，小的如栗子，或软或硬，不疼不痛的），用一枚天南星，细研至稠粘，用五七滴米醋调成膏。如果没有新鲜的，用干的研为粉末，醋调成膏。先用小针刺患处使气透，然后将药膏摊在纸上，按肿瘤大小贴敷。
又一方法：治疗瘤赘兼去鼠奶痔（淋巴结结核等），取芫花根洗净带湿，不得接触铁器，在木石器中捣碎取汁。用线一条，浸泡半天或一夜，用线系住瘤赘，过夜即脱落。如果未脱落，再换一二次自然脱落。之后用龙骨、诃子末敷在疮口上即可愈合。屡试屡效。如果没有根，只用花泡浓水，浸泡线使用。
又一方法：用蜘蛛丝勒住瘤子根部，两三日后自然退落。
治疗反花瘤（一种形状像翻开花朵的肿瘤），用一斤马齿苋，烧成灰研细，用猪脂调敷。
治疗疳疮，用黄蜡炼熔，摊在冬青叶上贴缚固定，每天换一片叶子，到七天换七片叶子，即可痊愈。
又一方法：将黄蜡熔化，涂在油纸上制成十二个膏药，每半天换一个，换的时候将先贴的加在上面，不必等到全部用完即可痊愈。
又一方法：用韭菜地下的蚯蚓泥，晒干为粉末，加入轻粉和清油调敷。
又一方法：取适量白土，火烤通赤，研细，用好粉和生油调涂。或者用真百药煎填塞，或用五倍子末撒敷，也很好。
又一方法：治疗疮口成臼状，数月不愈合，用上等好砂糖，先用盐水汤淋洗，后用绢帛拭干，用唾液涂抹，再敷上此药，三天痊愈。
治疗外生殖器生疮、臭秽溃烂、数年不愈者，用一只黑色的活龟，打死去皮取壳，用一碗酸醋炙烤至醋尽，并令白烟散尽，必须保留药性，碗扣在地上过一夜以去火气，加入轻粉、麝香拌匀。先用葱汤清洗，拭干后再用药敷。
治疗脚胫骨上生疮久烂发黑，或发孔，或臭秽不可近，用十条蜒蝣（马陆），用小竹签穿定在瓦上焙干，研为粉末。用真清油调敷，效果神奇。
又一方法：用多年老杉木节烧成灰，用真清油调匀，用箬叶盛装，隔着贴敷在疮上，用绢帛扎紧，不需多次贴敷即可痊愈。
治疗小腿肚生疮，初起如粟米，逐渐变大，抓挠不止，形成饼状包裹双脚交叉处，流出黄水，痒得难以忍受，久病难愈。用百药煎研细，用唾液调匀逐次涂敷，由外向内，先用贯仲煎汤淋洗，然后再用药。
又一方法：用石榴皮浓煎，稍凉后扫在疮上，冷如冰时即结成痂。
又一方法：用一条黄色的鳝鱼，先将打死，然后用清油涂其腹部，放置在疮上盘曲使其覆盖全面，用帛绢系紧。过了一会儿，感觉疮痛难以忍受，然后取下鳝鱼腹部有窍如针眼大的地方，里面都是虫。如果没取尽，再用一条按照前面的方法再缚。虫子去尽后，用人腿骨烧成灰，用清油调敷，或者用骨灰一两，加入好茶末二钱同调也可以。
又一方法：治疗足上疮臭秽溃烂，用蓝子一枚，烧成粉末，加入少许腻粉，井水调涂，有效。
又一方法：治疗疳疮并搭手发背等疮，用葱白一斤，锻石二斤，马齿苋一斤，三味湿捣同团，阴干为粉末，贴敷在疮上，有效。
治疗一切肿毒初生，用苎麻根、葱头、生姜、炒米粉、赤豆一同捣碎，趁热罨敷，冷了再换。
又一方法：治疗突然得的恶疮不认识症状的，用桃树皮研为粉末，纳入疮中。
又一方法：治疗无头的肿毒，用蛇蜕贴于肿胀处。
治疗无头的恶疮，用皂角刺烧成灰，阴干为粉末，酒调三钱，嚼三五粒葵菜子送服。
治疗一切恶疮不收口，用瓦松适量，阴干为粉末，先用槐枝、葱白汤洗过，撒上粉末立即见效。对于灸过的疮久不收口的更见效。
治疗诸恶疮中新肉长出，用乌梅肉蜜和捣作饼子，如铜钱厚薄，贴敷在疮上。
治疗诸疮因水肿导致的，用生白矾末水调涂之，自消。

治疗白秃疮，用慈竹上虫儿适量，研，用牛尿调搽，先洗剃去疮靥，后上药。
又一方法：用甜瓜蔓龙头适量，河水浸一夜，以砂锅熬取极苦汁，滤去瓜蔓，以火熬成膏，盛于瓷器中。先剃头去尽疮痂，使血出尽以河水洗净。却用瓜蔓膏一盏，加半夏末二钱，生姜汁二匕，狗胆一个，同调敷，不过二三次立愈。忌猪鱼动风之物。
又一方法：用破旧朱红漆器，剥朱漆烧灰，油粉调敷。
又一方法：用鲫鱼一个，重三四两者，去肠肚。以乱发填满，湿纸裹烧存性，雄黄二钱，共为粉末。清油调敷，先以齑水洗拭后用药。
又一方法：用针磨，令极尖快，当痒时，于癣上各刺百余针，血出尽，煎盐汤洗之。未愈再针再洗。
治疗狗癣疹，用地沥青适量，铁器内熬，次下鹁鸽粪、鸡粪细末同和，加香油少许擦之。
治疗紫白癜风，用秃叶根同白矾、五倍子、无名异和醋捣碎，先以苎麻刮热，以药擦之，三四次绝根。
又一方法：治白紫癜风及诸风疮瘾疹名苍耳丸，五月五日割取苍耳草叶，洗净晒干为粉末，炼蜜丸，如梧桐子大。每次服十丸，日三服。若身体有风处，或如麻豆粒，此为风毒出也。可以针刺，黄汁出尽，乃止。
又一方法：用干浮萍四两，汉防己三钱，同煎汤，热洗白癜风一切斑疹疥癣，神效。
治疗下部生湿疮，热痒而痛，寒热，大小便涩，食亦减，身面微肿，用马齿苋四两，研烂，入青黛一两，再研匀敷上。
又一方法：用红椒开口者七粒，连根葱白七个，同煮水洗净，用绢衣擦干，即愈。
治疗阴头生疮，用溪港中螺蛳，入干锅内炒过，先以盐水洗五十次，后以此药敷之。
治疗妒精疮，用大田螺两个，和壳炒过存性，为粉末。入轻粉搽患处，即安。

治疗漏疮，肛门周匝有乳数十，诸药不效，用熟犬肉，蘸浓蓝汁空心食之，七日自安。
又一方法：用信石，新瓦上火炒为粉末，以津液润纸探子蘸少许，捻入疮孔内，如疮多，不可齐上，免使害人。
治疗久冷漏疮，用活鳝鱼五六条，掷地以竹针贯之，覆疮良久，当有虫出如线。复之，使尽，用槟榔黄连末敷。明日，以干艾作汤，投白矾三二钱洗。不一月，全愈。
Treatment for scrofula (Lymphatic Tuberculosis): Chew well-ripened and peeled seeds of Ricinus communis (Castor Bean) after stir-frying. Take 2–3 pieces before sleep, gradually increasing to over ten pieces. Highly effective.
Another prescription: Use cat feces collected in the twelfth lunar month. Place between two new tiles, seal the exterior with salt mud, and burn to ash. Mix with a small amount of oil and apply to the wound.
Another prescription: For scrofula (whether ulcerated or not), take an appropriate amount of snails, string them by the tail with bamboo wire, dry them, calcine to retain efficacy, add a small amount of Calomel (Mercurous Chloride), mix with pig bone marrow, and apply using paper flowers sized to the wound. Alternative method: Take seven snails with shells, extract the meat raw, place seven cloves inside the shell, calcine to retain efficacy, grind together with the meat into a paste, and apply using paper flowers.
Another prescription: Calcine large river snails with shells until efficacy is retained, grind into powder. Apply dry powder directly to broken wounds; mix with refined sesame oil for unbroken wounds.
Another prescription: Take non-moth-eaten Gleditsia sinensis pods (Soap Locust). Bundle thirty strips together, wrap in palm leaf fibers. Tie and soak in a cold manure pit for one month. Then soak in flowing water for another month; stagnant water cannot be used. Remove palm leaves, dry without baking, and grind into powder. Add half a qian of Moschus (Musk) and seven whole Scorpio (Scorpion) per liang of powder. Grind fine and mix. Take 1–2 qian each time, mixed with warm wine or hot water.
Another prescription: Take an appropriate amount of dried Zingiber officinale (Dried Ginger), grind into powder. Make dough with ginger juice, form pills, coat with Lithargyrum (Lead Monoxide). Once daily, insert medication into the wound according to size until pus is exhausted and new flesh grows. Healing occurs when the wound closes. If the wound does not contract, apply Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati (Polygonum cuspidatum) powder mixed with white onion juice. Continue taking Shixuan Neituo San twice daily. If the swelling has not ulcerated, decoct wild Chrysanthemum morifolium flowers, drink warm, and apply root powder to the wound to resolve it spontaneously. If unresolved, the wound will ulcerate naturally; follow previous instructions.
Another prescription: Place the hand palm-up on the shoulder, slightly raise the elbow to locate the point at the tip of the elbow bone. Moxibustion should be applied to the affected side. Use moxa cones the size of a small chopstick head. Repeat up to three times as needed for permanent safety; deeper infections require three sessions for peace.
Another prescription: Place garlic slices on the affected area and perform seven moxa burns. Replace garlic when cooked. Continue moxibustion for effect.
Treatment for carbuncles behind the neck: Regardless of size or duration, if red, hard, swollen, and painful, use one fresh Dioscorea opposita (Chinese Yam) peeled, two Ricinus communis seeds, grind evenly, spread on silk, and apply. Effectively miraculous.
Treatment for tumors/exostoses: Tumors on skin or head, large as fists, small as chestnuts, soft or hard, painless. Use one Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum (Pinellia Tuber), grind finely to a sticky consistency, mix with 5–7 drops of rice vinegar to form a paste. If fresh is unavailable, use dried powder mixed with vinegar. Prick the lesion lightly to allow qi penetration, spread paste on paper, and apply sized to the tumor.
Another prescription: For tumors and lymphatic tuberculosis, wash Radix Daphnes Genkwa (Genkwa Flower Root) clean while damp, avoid iron vessels, crush in wooden/stone mortar, extract juice. Soak a thread for half a day or overnight, tie around the tumor. It falls off overnight. If not, repeat once or twice. Apply powder of Os Draconis (Dragon Bone) and Fructus Corni Officinalis Prepared (Chinese Cornelian Cherry Fruit) to the wound to heal. Repeatedly effective. If no root, soak flowers in strong water and use the liquid to soak the thread.
Another prescription: Tie the base of the tumor with spider silk. It naturally recedes and falls off in 2–3 days.
Treatment for recurvatum tumors (flower-like growths): Burn one jin of Portulaca oleracea (Purslane) to ash, grind fine, mix with lard, and apply.
Treatment for gan ulcers: Refine yellow beeswax, spread on Ilex aquifolium leaves, bind firmly. Change one leaf daily; change seven leaves over seven days for cure.
Another prescription: Melt yellow beeswax, spread on oiled paper to make twelve plasters. Change every half day. When changing, layer the old plaster on top. Cure before all are used.
Another prescription: Use earthworm soil from leek fields, dry and grind to powder. Add Calomel and refine sesame oil, mix, and apply.
Another prescription: Take an appropriate amount of white clay, fire until red-hot, grind fine. Mix with good starch and raw oil for application. Alternatively, fill with genuine Baiyaojian (Betel Nut Extract) or sprinkle with powder of Galla Chinensis (Chinese Gall). Excellent.
Treatment for cold sores: Powder of Cervus nippon cornu (Deer Antler Ash), hair ash, and Resina Frankincense (Boswellia). Mix with refined sesame oil and apply.
Another prescription: For ulcers forming a trough shape, unhealed for months: Use high-quality granulated sugar. Wash first with saline solution, dry with silk, apply saliva, then cover with this medicine. Heals in three days.
Treatment for external genital ulcers, foul-smelling, ulcerated, unhealed for years: Use one black live turtle. Kill, remove meat, keep shell. Roast with one bowl of sour vinegar until vinegar is gone and white smoke dissipates. Must retain efficacy. Cover bowl and place on ground overnight to remove fire qi. Mix with Calomel and Musk. Wash with green onion soup, dry, then apply.
Treatment for chronic black ulcers on lower legs, with holes or foul odor: Ten millipedes. Pierce with small bamboo skewers, bake on tile until dry, grind to powder. Mix with pure refined sesame oil. Miraculous effect.
Another prescription: Burn branches of old cedar trees to ash. Mix with pure refined sesame oil. Hold with rattan leaves against the wound, bind with silk. Heals in few applications.
Treatment for leg ulcers starting like millet grains, enlarging, unbearable itching, oozing yellow fluid, wrapping feet: Grind Baiyaojian fine, swallow with saliva to moisten, then apply externally inward. First wash with Cyathulae Radix (Cyathula root) decoction, then medicate.
Another prescription: Decoct pomegranate peel strongly, cool slightly, sweep onto wound. Forms scab when cold as ice.
Another prescription: One yellow eel. Kill, coat belly with refined sesame oil, place coiled on wound, bind with silk. After a moment, severe pain indicates worms exiting through needle-eye holes in eel belly. If not complete, repeat with another eel. After worms are removed, apply ash of human tibia bone mixed with refined sesame oil, or one liang bone ash with two qian good tea powder.
Another prescription: For foul foot ulcers: Burn one "Lanzi" (likely a specific plant or container term, context implies plant material) to powder, add slight Calomel, mix with well water, apply. Effective.
Another prescription: For gan ulcers, back carbuncles ("Dasha"): One jin white onion, two jin calcined stone, one jin Purslane. Wet-grind together, form balls, dry in shade, grind to powder. Apply to wound. Effective.
Treatment for initial swelling/toxicity: Grind Ramie root, green onion heads, fresh ginger, stir-fried rice flour, and adzuki beans. Apply hot. Replace when cool.
Another prescription: For sudden unknown malignant ulcers: Apply peach bark powder into the wound.
Another prescription: For swelling without head: Apply snake shed to the swollen area.
Treatment for malignant ulcers without head: Burn Gleditsia sinensis thorns to ash, dry in shade, grind to powder. Mix with wine (3 qian), swallow with 3–5 chewed Abelmoschus manihot seeds (Okra seeds).
Treatment for all malignant ulcers failing to close: Dry Wartsong (Onosma frutescens) in shade, grind to powder. Wash with sophora branch and white onion soup, sprinkle powder. Immediate effect. More effective for moxibusted wounds.
Treatment for new flesh protruding in malignant ulcers: Mix dried plum meat with honey, pound into cakes (coin thickness), apply to wound.
Treatment for ulcers caused by edema: Apply alum powder mixed with water. Spontaneously resolves.
Treatment for all swelling/toxic ulcers: Powder of mulberry leaves cured in winter. Mix with fresh drawn water for application. If pus present, sprinkle dry powder; if on legs/knees, wrap with cloth after application.
Treatment for chronic malignant ulcers: Dry winter melon leaves in shade, bake on tile, grind fine. Sprinkle on wet ulcers. Alternatively, grind aged calcined stone fine, mix with egg white into chunks, roast, cool, grind again, mix with ginger juice. Or use Lycium chinense root powder, washed with salt, dry-sprinkled. Excellent.
Another prescription: Mash Purslane and apply. Also treats recurvatum ulcers (flower-shaped). Burn to ash, mix with lard.
Another prescription: Grind Pilea nummulariifolia (Chicken Intestine Grass) fine, extract juice, apply to ulcer, use residue as compress. Or powder mixed with lard. Very effective.
Another prescription: Apply Solanum torvum leaves, or fine powder. Excellent.
Another prescription: Mash dandelion into paste, apply to all malignant ulcers and snake bites.
Another prescription: Wild grapevine roots (red ones), remove coarse bark, grind to powder. Mix with fresh water, apply to swelling, frequently rinse with fresh water.
Treatment for soft boils on temples ("Fabin") unhealed for years: Burn pig neck hair and cat neck hair (one tuft each) to ash. Add one rat feces pellet, grind to powder. Mix with refined sesame oil.
Treatment for widespread heat-toxin ulcers, painful but not itchy, worse on hands/feet, sticking to clothes, insomnia: Spread Acorus tatarinowii (Calamus) powder thickly on mats, let patient lie freely covered with blankets. Heals in 5–7 days. For rotting rashes, mugwort can be used similarly.
Treatment for widespread pruritic sores: Stir-fry 1 liang Baitiangcan (White僵蚕/Stiff Silkworm) until yellow, grind to powder. Divide into four doses. Take with wine.

Treatment for widespread white rashes, incessant itching: Slice Xiao Gouju (Small Citrus), stir-fry with bran until yellow, grind to powder. Take 2 qian, soak in wine briefly, remove citrus, drink wine only. Also wash affected area with citrus decoction. Excellent.
Treatment for 36 types of wind-knot ulcers: Five jin Purslane, three liang yellow beeswax, one pot of water. Decoct into paste, apply.
Treatment for five types of ringworm/scabies: Burn chive roots to retain efficacy, grind fresh, mix with lard.
Treatment for various ulcers: Soak chives in hot water in a basin, cover with board leaving a hole. Sit over hole to steam vapors. When warm, gently wash ulcers with chives. Discharges spontaneously in days. Alternatively, wash with Genkwa decoction.
Treatment for facial ulcers: Rub hairs off Loquat leaves with cloth, roast dry, grind to powder. Take 2 qian with tea after meals.
Another prescription: Soot from cooking griddle, mix with small amount of oil, beat into paste, spread on paper, apply.
Treatment for sudden red-black facial rash resembling scabies: Urgent treatment required or death ensues. Burn deer and tortoise to ash, mix with lard, apply.
Treatment for mumps: Red bean powder mixed with vinegar. Apply immediately. Effective.
Treatment for facial ulcers: Fritillaria powder, pour into wound via small reed tube. Heals in days.
Treatment for scabies: Cook two pig stomachs with soap locusts. Remove locusts, eat stomach. Excellent.
Another prescription: For good/bad sores or red swelling: 49 red beans ground to powder, mixed with ramie root mash. Apply to red/swollen areas and surroundings. Reapply if fallen. Or take 2 qian of crushed red beans decocted in one cup water. Especially good.
Treatment for fire qi entering ulcers: Sprinkle Phellodendron amurense bark powder. Or apply mint decoction.
Treatment for bald ringworm: Grind insects from Ci bamboo, mix with cow urine. Wash/shave crusts first, then apply.
Another prescription: Sweet melon vine heads, soak in river water overnight. Boil in clay pot to bitter juice, filter vines, boil down to paste. Store in porcelain. Shave head/crusts, wash blood out with river water. Apply one cup paste + 2 qian Pinellia powder + 2 spoons ginger juice + one dog gallbladder. Heals in 2–3 applications. Avoid pork/fish/wind-inducing foods.
Another prescription: Boil sheep dung, wash off crusts. Roast soot hanging in house, grind to powder, mix with oil, apply.
Another prescription: Scrape vermilion paint from old lacquerware, burn to ash, mix with oil/powder.

Treatment for tinea/ringworm: Juice of bowl leaves harvested at noon, apply. Or rub with "Tucai" and vinegar.
Another prescription: Sharpen needle. When itching, prick tinea >100 times until blood flows. Wash with salt water. Repeat if not healed.
Treatment for dog tinea/rash: Melt asphalt in iron vessel. Add pigeon dung and chicken dung powder. Add little sesame oil, rub.
Treatment for vitiligo (white/black patches): Crush bare leaf roots with alum, Galla Chinensis, and Hematite. Heat ramie hemp, rub medicine on. Roots eliminated in 3–4 times.
Another prescription: Cang'er Wan (Xanthium Pill). Harvest Xanthium sibiricum leaves on May 5th, dry, grind. Honey-pill, walnut size. Take 10 pills, 3 times daily. Wind toxins appear as麻豆粒 (hemp/millet grains) on body. Can prick with needle until yellow fluid stops.
Another prescription: Four liang dry duckweed, three qian Stephania tetrandra. Decoct, wash vitiligo/rashes/scabies/tinea with hot water. Miraculous.
Treatment for herpes zoster ("Ai Huo Dai"): Stir-fry white eel mud, grind fine, mix with sesame oil.
Another prescription: Pheasant and goose feathers burned to ash, apply.
Treatment for damp sores in lower body, hot/itchy/painful, chills/fever, difficult urination/bowel movements, reduced appetite, slight facial/body swelling: Four liang Purslane mashed, add one liang Indigo Naturalis, grind uniform, apply.
Another prescription: Seven open red peppers, seven green onion whites with roots. Boil in water, wash clean, dry with silk gauze. Cured.
Treatment for genital itching/sweating/pain: Chew raw soybeans, apply 3–4 times daily.
Treatment for genital ulcers: Juice of mulberry root bark, wash.
Another prescription: Vermillion and mung bean powder, grind uniform, apply.
Another prescription: Winter tea and Galla Chinensis equal parts, slight Calomel, apply.
Treatment for scrotal ulcers: Warm licorice decoction wash, then apply winter tea powder.

Treatment for jealousy-induced ulcers: Two large river snails, roasted with shells to retain efficacy, powder. Add Calomel, rub on affected area. Immediate relief.
Treatment for external kidney ulcers: One part mung bean powder, two parts earthworm feces. Grind with water, apply. Reapply when dry.
Treatment for kidney wind causing sores/scabies: Remove eyes from red peppers, soak in water half day. Grind with raw almonds. Rub palms, cover external kidneys. Extremely effective.
Treatment for chancre: One liang Alum, eight qian Lithargyrum. Roast until purple flying, grind to powder. Wash with ditch water, dry, apply.

Treatment for fistula with foul water from large intestine: Black morning glory seed, peeled/grind fine, one fen. Insert into pig kidney, tie with thread, wrap in green lotus leaf, roast until cooked. Chew fine, swallow with warm salt wine.
Treatment for fistula with dozens of乳 (nipple-like growths) around anus, unresponsive to drugs: Eat熟 (cooked) dog meat dipped in strong indigo juice on empty stomach. Self-heals in seven days.
Another prescription: Arsenic trioxide, roasted on new tile to powder. Moisten paper probe with saliva, dip slight powder, twist into fistula hole. Do not apply all at once if many holes to avoid harm.
