凡吐血鼻血以及上下一切血证，用百草霜，扫下研为细末，大人每服三钱，小儿每服一
钱，糯米煎汤调下，三服立愈。百草霜，乡间烧茅草锅底取之。烧柴炭者勿用。
凡吐血∶用藕节七个，水一盅，煎至半盅，加童便一杯对服。又方，每日早，用自己小
便，略去头尾，乘温饮之。
鼻血不止∶用大蒜一枚，去皮，研如泥，作饼子如钱大，左鼻出血，贴左足心；右鼻出
血，贴右足心；两鼻出血，贴两足心，立时即止，急以温水洗去，免至足心起泡。又方，乱
发烧灰吹鼻。或以线扎中手指根，左鼻扎左，右鼻扎右，两鼻出血，扎两中指。或以栀子烧
灰吹鼻内。又方，以韭菜捣汁一杯，童子小便一杯，和匀温暖服之，血即止。
大便泻血∶用乱油发、鸡冠花、侧柏叶三味，俱烧灰等分，研极细末，每用一钱，水酒
调下。又方，用霜后干丝瓜壹条，烧灰存性，研末听用。槐花烧灰存性，研末听用。每以丝
瓜末一钱，槐花末五分，研匀，米饮调，空心服，数次即止。
小儿小便血淋∶用鸡屎尖白如粉者，炒极焦，研末，每五分，酒调空心服。
周岁小儿尿血∶大甘草一两二钱，水六碗，煎至二碗，服完即愈。
小儿尿血∶乌梅烧灰存性，研细末，每次一钱，米饮调下。
小儿大小便血∶乃热传心肺，不宜凉药，以生地黄汁五七匙，酒半匙，蜜半匙和服。
凡是出现吐血、鼻出血以及身体上下各种出血症状，使用百草霜（锅底灰），扫取下来研磨成细末。成年人每次服用三钱，儿童每次服用一钱，用糯米煎成的汤送服，服用三次即可立即痊愈。百草霜，是在乡村烧茅草时从锅底刮取的灰烬。如果是燃烧柴火或木炭产生的锅底灰，则不要使用。

鼻出血不止：取大蒜一枚，去皮，研磨成泥状，做成如铜钱大小的饼。如果左鼻孔出血，贴在左脚脚心；右鼻孔出血，贴在右脚脚心；双侧鼻孔出血，贴在双脚脚心，可立即止血。紧急情况下需用温水洗去药贴，以免脚心起泡。另一个方子，将乱发烧成的灰吹入鼻腔。或者用线扎住中指根部，左鼻出血扎左手，右鼻出血扎右手，双侧出血则扎双手的中指。或者将栀子烧成灰，吹入鼻腔内。另一个方子，将韭菜捣汁取一杯，与童子小便一杯混合，调匀后温服，血即可停止。
大便带血：取乱油发（含油脂的头发）、鸡冠花、侧柏叶三味药材，全部烧成炭灰，按等比例混合，研磨成极细的粉末。每次取一钱，用水和酒混合调服。另一个方子，取霜降后的干丝瓜一条，烧成炭灰但保留药性，研磨成粉备用。槐花烧成炭灰但保留药性，研磨成粉备用。每次取丝瓜末一钱、槐花末五分，混合均匀，用米汤调服，空腹服用，几次后即可止血。
小儿小便血淋（尿中带血且排尿涩痛）：取鸡屎中颜色白如粉末的部分，炒至极焦，研磨成粉。每次取五分，用酒调服，空腹服用。
周岁大的婴儿尿血：取大甘草一两二钱，加水六碗，煎煮至两碗，喝完即可痊愈。
For any hematemesis (vomiting blood), epistaxis (nosebleed), and all other types of bleeding from the upper or lower body, use Baicaoshuang (Soot from Grass-Fired Cauldrons). Scrape it off, grind it into a fine powder. Adults take 3 qian per dose, children take 1 qian per dose. Mix with rice porridge decoction to swallow. Three doses will bring immediate cure. Baicaoshuang is obtained by scraping the soot from the bottom of cauldrons used for burning thatch grass in rural areas. Do not use soot from burning firewood or charcoal.
For hematemesis: Take seven lotus root nodes (Oujie), add one zhong of water, and decoct until half a zhong remains. Add one cup of Tongbian (Child's Urine) and mix well before taking. Another prescription: Every morning, use your own urine, discard the initial and final portions, and drink it while warm.
For persistent epistaxis: Take one clove of garlic, peel it, grind it into a paste, and form it into a cake the size of a coin. If the left nostril bleeds, apply to the left sole; if the right nostril bleeds, apply to the right sole; if both bleed, apply to both soles. This stops bleeding immediately. Wash off with warm water promptly to prevent blistering on the soles. Another prescription: Blow ash from burnt hair into the nasal cavity. Alternatively, tie a thread around the base of the middle finger; for left-sided bleeding, tie the left hand; for right-sided bleeding, tie the right hand; for bilateral bleeding, tie both hands. Or, burn Gardenia (Zhizi) to ash and blow it into the nose. Another prescription: Crush Chinese chives (Jiucai) to extract one cup of juice, mix with one cup of Tongbian, warm the mixture, and ingest. The bleeding will stop.
For hematochezia (blood in stool): Take three ingredients—hair soaked in oil (Luanyoufa), Crimson Celosia Flower (Jiguanhua), and Biota Leaf (Cebaiye)—burn them all to ash, mix in equal proportions, and grind into an extremely fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with water and wine. Another prescription: Take one dried loofah (Sigua) after the frost, burn it to ash while preserving its medicinal properties, and grind into powder for later use. Burn Sophora Flower (Huaihua) to ash while preserving its medicinal properties, and grind into powder. Mix 1 qian of loofah powder with 5 fen of Sophora powder, blend uniformly, and take with rice water on an empty stomach. Bleeding will cease after several doses.
For pediatric hematuria with strangury (Xiaoe Xiaobian Xuelin): Take the white, powdery part of chicken droppings (Jisijian), stir-fry until thoroughly charred, and grind into powder. Take 5 fen per dose, mixed with wine, on an empty stomach.
For urinary bleeding in one-year-old infants: Take 1 liang 2 qian of large Licorice Root (Daganscao), add six bowls of water, and decoct until two bowls remain. Consuming the entire amount brings a cure.
For pediatric urinary bleeding: Burn Smoked Plum (Wumei) to ash while preserving its medicinal properties, and grind into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with rice water.
For pediatric bleeding in both stool and urine: This is caused by heat transmitting to the Heart and Lungs. Cold-natured medicines are contraindicated. Mix 5–7 spoons of Rehmannia Juice (Shengdihuangzhi), half a spoon of wine, and half a spoon of honey, and ingest the mixture.
