治小儿惊风，清膈化痰，降热火。
防风 薄荷 桔梗（炒，各一两） 甘草（炙） 青黛（净，各五钱） 冰片（四分）
共为末，蜜丸芡实大，或捏作饼姜汤下。
治小儿膈热消痰。
半夏（制） 辰砂（各五钱） 杏仁（三十粒，去皮）
共为末，蒸饼丸梧子大。每服十丸，或五七丸，食后薄荷汤下。
治久疟不瘥。
川乌（五两，姜汁浸去黑皮，切片） 大蒜（三两，煨去皮）
共为末，醋糊丸梧子大。每服二十丸，米饮下，小儿量减。
治中风左瘫右痪半身不遂，口眼 斜，言语謇涩。
川乌（酒煮） 苍术（米泔浸，各四两）
共为末，酒糊丸梧子大，空心服十五丸，忌见风，暖盖出汗。
治汗斑及紫白癜风。
附子 硫黄（各五钱）
共为末，姜汁调，以茄蒂蘸擦三四次全愈。
治腿肚血风 疮，小儿蝼蛄疖，或耳底出脓，瘰 痔漏。
川乌五两捣为末。凡一切疮毒，以麻油调涂，湿者干糁，耳中出水吹入，牛马六畜疮皆可治。人家合酱入
此末五钱，不生虫蛆。
金线重楼俗名金线钓虾蟆，采得去外黑粗皮，用石头打碎，勿见铁器。
晒干为末，小罐收贮。凡一切要吐痰涎之证，用代瓜蒂最妙。
一治风痰结胸，用一钱，阴阳水和服，吐去痰即愈。
一治伤食成疟疾者，用一钱，临发，空心水和服，一吐即愈。
一治禁口痢疾，凉水和服一钱，吐痰即愈。

以上药物共同研磨为细末，用醋调制的糊状物制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，用米饮送服，小儿用量酌情减少。
治疗中风导致的左侧瘫痪、右侧肢体活动不利、半身不遂，口眼歪斜，言语不清涩滞。
川乌（酒煮）、苍术（米泔水浸泡，各四两）。
以上药物共同研磨为细末，用酒调制的糊状物制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂，空腹服用十五丸，忌见风，保暖盖被使身体出汗。
治疗汗斑以及紫白癜风。
附子、硫黄（各五钱）。
以上药物共同研磨为细末，用姜汁调和，用茄子蒂蘸取药粉擦拭患处，三四次即可痊愈。
治疗小腿肚部的血风疮，小儿蝼蛄疖，或者耳底流脓，瘰疬、痔漏。
川乌五两捣碎为细末。凡是各种疮毒，用麻油调和涂抹，湿性的疮口撒上干药粉，耳中流水则吹入药粉，牛马六畜的疮病都可以治疗。人家制作酱料时加入此药粉五钱，就不会生出虫蛆。

Treats pediatric convulsive disorder (Xiao'er Jingfeng), clears the diaphragm, resolves phlegm, and descends fire-heat.
Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Jiegeng (Platycodonis Radix) (stir-fried, 1 liang each), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) (honey-fried), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (purified, 5 qian each), Bingpian (Borneolum Syntheticum) (4 fen).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills the size of Euryale seed with honey, or shape into cakes. Administer with Ginger Decoction.
Treats heat in the pediatric diaphragm and eliminates phlegm.
Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) (processed), Chensha (Cinnabaris) (5 qian each), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen) (30 grains, skin removed).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills the size of Sophora seed using steamed dough paste. Take 10 pills per dose, or 5 to 7 pills. Administer after meals with Mint Decoction.
Treats persistent malaria that does not resolve.
Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix) (5 liang, soaked in Ginger Juice to remove black skin, sliced), Dasuan (Allii Sativi Bulbus) (3 liang, baked and peeled).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills the size of Sophora seed using vinegar paste. Take 20 pills per dose with Rice Drink. Reduce dosage for children.
Treats wind-stroke resulting in left-side paralysis, right-side limb dysfunction, hemiplegia, facial deviation (Kouyan Piexie), and dysarthria (Yanyu Jiansè).
Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix) (boiled in wine), Cangzhu (Atractylodis Rhizoma) (soaked in rice wash water, 4 liang each).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Form pills the size of Sophora seed using wine paste. Take 15 pills on an empty stomach. Avoid exposure to wind; keep warm and induce sweating.
Treats sweat spots (Hanban) and purple-white wind vitiligo (Zibai Fengdian).
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Liuhuang (Sulfur) (5 qian each).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with Ginger Juice. Dip eggplant stalks into the mixture and rub onto the affected area three or four times until fully healed.
Treats blood-wind sores on the calf, pediatric mole-like boils (Lougu Ji), purulent discharge from the ear base, scrofula (Luoli), and fistulas (Zhilou).
Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix) 5 liang, pounded into a fine powder. For all types of sores and toxins, mix with Sesame Oil for topical application. For wet sores, sprinkle dry powder; for otorrhea, insufflate powder into the ear. It can also treat sores in cattle, horses, and other livestock. Adding 5 qian of this powder to homemade soybean paste prevents maggot infestation.
Jinxian Chonglou (Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis), commonly known as "Golden Thread Fishing for Toads." After harvesting, remove the outer black coarse skin. Crush with stone; avoid contact with iron tools.
Dry and grind into a fine powder. Store in a small jar. It is most effective as a substitute for Gouti (Melonis Fructus) for inducing vomiting of phlegm-saliva in conditions requiring emesis.
For wind-phlegm binding in the chest: Take 1 qian, mixed with Yin-Yang Water (water boiled then cooled). Vomiting the phlegm leads to recovery.
For malaria caused by food stagnation: Take 1 qian before onset, mixed with water on an empty stomach. Recovery follows immediately after vomiting.
For anorectic dysentery (Jinkou Liji): Take 1 qian mixed with cool water. Recovery follows after vomiting phlegm.
