〔一切瘰 验方〕 不问已成未成。已溃。未溃。取肩尖肘尖骨缝交接处各一穴。即肩
、曲池、二穴也。艾丸各灸七壮。如止病在左灸左。在右灸右。内服益气养营汤数十剂。
再无不效。人参。黄 。（盐水炒）当归。川芎。熟地。芍药。（酒炒）贝母。香附。茯苓。

〔鼠 〕 石菖蒲生研罨之微破。以猫鼠皮连毛烧灰。用香油调敷。内服白蔹为末酒下。
多服即效。并以酒调敷之。
〔瘤赘〕 初生如莲子大者。取蛛丝拈成粗线。缠扎其根。数日其丝渐紧。瘤根渐细。
屡易屡细即落。 蒜片贴患处。艾丸灸五七壮。即能渐消。 血瘤已成大者。用甘草煎膏。
以笔涂周遭。一日上三次。又芫花。大戟。甘遂。各等分。为末。醋调。另以新笔涂甘草圈
内。勿近甘草。频涂即消。
〔项下瘤〕 牛蒡子根为末。蜜丸常服即消。
〔两腮肿毒〕 大黄末葱汁调搽即效。 风热腮肿。用老丝瓜烧存性。研末水调涂。
〔 腮〕 用赤小豆为末水调涂。 腮破烂。用野苎根捣敷患处。内服龙须草煎汤服。
〔浸淫疮〕 生耳边面上出黄水。 羊须。荆芥。干枣。（去核各二三钱）俱烧存性研
末。
入腻粉五分。每用少许。先以温汤洗净拭干。以清油调搽。轻者以五倍子研细敷之。
〔火珠疮〕 其疮如珠。始于发中。相染不已。亦有伤命者。用生萝卜捣烂。将滴醋浸
敷患处即愈。
〔金丝疮〕 形如绳线。巨细不一。上下至心即死。治法于疮头截住。刺之出血。后嚼
浮萍涂之。即愈。
〔白蛇缠〕 生于腰肚间。细白泡如白蛇相缠因名之。白芨。水龙骨。（粪船板缝上干
灰。陈年朽烂者妙。）共研末。天泉水调涂。 橘叶七片。糯米共捣敷即效。 柿漆汁敷上
四围。以朱点之。 粪桶箍烧灰研末。麻油调涂。即红泡者皆治。凡肚上生疮。口嚼糯米敷
之
〔天泡疮〕 天萝水。（方见痘症门）调宫粉敷上立愈。 白花百合捣烂敷之。即效。

瓜叶捣汁涂之。立愈。 小麦。（炒黑为末。）以生桐油调涂。立效。 鲜蚕豆壳炒黑研末。
麻油调涂。立效。 如日久作烂。疼痛不已。脓水淋漓。用石膏。（火 研。）轻粉。（各一
两）青黛。黄柏。（各三钱）俱研细。甘草汤洗净糁之。其痛即止。 初起用柿漆涂之。即
效。
〔漆疮〕 韭菜捣汁。入烧酒少许涂之。即效。 麻油调铁锈末涂之。 蟹壳滑石研细
末。蜜和涂之。 旱莲草捣汁和酒服。另用煎水。日洗数次。 忌浴热水。兼戒口味。畏漆
之人。口嚼川椒。涂口鼻可免。 漆入目。蟹汁滴入愈。
〔艾灸火疮不收口〕 瓦松阴干为末。先以槐枝葱白煎汤洗之。以药糁上即效。
〔蛇窠疮〕 即缠腰火丹。小疮如麦大。千百缠腰如蛇形。用蛇泡勒烧灰。麻油调搽。 雄
黄末酒调服。外用油调涂。
〔天蛇头疮〕 生于手指尖。初起用生鸡蛋两个开一孔。取蜈蚣一条焙末入蛋内。套在
患指上候热。再一个即消。 猪胆一个。加入蜈蚣末套上亦妙。 白芨末一钱。蟾酥三分。
共和鸡子清调涂。燥则易之。 内服绿豆粉一两。乳香一钱。水调服三次愈。 痛不可忍。
用蜈蚣一条火上烧。以烟熏之。良久即止。（按用蜈蚣者取相制之义。） 凡手足指尖毒。用
田螺捣烂涂上。即愈。
〔手指罗疔〕 菊叶捣汁和酒服三次。外以苍耳子内虫一枚捣敷疮口。上以膏药盖之。
数次效。 夏秋取苍耳子内或梗内虫。以麻油浸入瓷瓶内。如遇疔疮肿毒。将虫敷疮口。并
冲酒服。其效神速。
〔甲疽〕 绿矾。（火烧赤五钱）芦荟。（一钱半）麝香。（二分半）俱研末。以绢袋盛。

患指上扎定。以好为度。 如已溃烂。用牡蛎。（浓处生研）每服二钱。靛青和酒调下。渣
敷
患处。凡手足甲疽。或割损成疮。日久不愈者。用绿矾五两火烧至汁尽。研细。色如黄丹。
收入瓷罐内。先以盐汤洗净。敷上即愈。
〔手指忽然肿痛〕 乌梅肉连仁捣烂。醋调稀入指浸之即愈。如因蛇蕈毒瓦斯触痛。以柏
树叶同蜜捣烂敷之。
〔指义生毒〕 名鸦翅。用蛇瓢草捣烂。入酒酿少许敷上愈。
〔虎口毒〕 在手大指次指中缝不治。烂手。用鲜蟹捣烂涂患处自消。
〔寒湿疮〕 鸡子煮熟。去白用黄。慢火炒出油。加黄柏末调匀涂上。立效。烟胶为末
糁上。若燥。香油调涂。
〔湿热疮〕 痛多出血。去靥即流血者。番木鳖念个切片。和麸皮同炒去油尽为末。加
雄黄三钱。烛油调搽。
〔脓窠疮〕 大枫子肉。（乙佰粒）蛇床子。（五钱）雄黄。（二钱）枯矾。花椒。（各三
钱）
俱为末。用烛油猪油。（各五钱）同捣烂。熔化调搽。 内服川黄连三钱。白酒十斤。雄猪

油。（一斤）共入酒瓶内。蒸三炷香。随量饮。（须出火气一二日服。） 苦参。（一两）花椒。
（三钱）煎汤洗效。 如生疮周身至重。诸药不效者。用穿山甲片。（炒黄研极细末）每服
一两。
好酒调服。至三四服后尽行发出。连进七服后。即如完体。甚验。
〔疥疮〕 风化锻石和醋浆水调涂。随手而减。 锻石淋汁洗之。甚效。 枯矾。（五
钱）滑石。（五钱）硫黄。（三钱）俱为细末。猪油同研糊搽。 苋菜根焙燥为末。香油调涂。
东
瓜藤或皮煎汤洗。 遍身风痒者。浓煎浮萍汤浸浴速效。或用茵陈草浓汤洗。 遍身燥痒者
。内服红花。归尾。荆芥。紫草。生地。（各二钱） 水酒各半煎。多服即效。
〔遍身热疥〕 痛而不痒。粘着衣被不得卧者。菖蒲根叶晒干为细末。先铺席上。恣卧
于上。仍以衣被覆之。既不粘衣。又得安睡。五七日愈。
〔恶疮似疥十年不愈〕 全蛇蜕一条烧灰。猪油调搽。另烧一条。温酒服即效。
〔膝上生无名肿毒〕 名牛头痈。不即治则伤人。用糯米三合。连须葱头五个同煮饭。
乘热敷二三次即消。 曲鳅未过七日用。牛皮胶四两入烧酒煎服。醉卧立愈。
〔冻疮〕 鸽子粪煎汤洗之。自效。 冬瓜皮茄根煎汤洗之。 蟹壳烧灰存性研末。菜
油调涂。 冻脸上。用活雀脑涂之即效。 端午日用姜葱汁于冻处揉散血结。冬不再发。 鲜
樱桃。（不拘斤数。）入瓷瓶内封口。放在凉处发过。至冬月将樱桃水涂冻疮甚效。早涂数次
则不冻。
〔翻花疮〕 其状疮内如饭粒。破之血出。随生反出。苍耳叶捣汁服半碗。并日涂三次
即效。
〔肛门口痒疮〕 葫芦。（火烧存性）糁搽。 生疮久不愈。用鸡内金。（即鸡肫皮）烧
灰存性。研极细。干贴立效。
〔偷粪老鼠〕 生肛门口。仙茅。（一两）山豆根。（二两）大黄。（一两）金银花。（一
两）
百草霜。（五钱）俱为末和匀。每日清晨米饮和酒下五钱。外用干猫粪 灰。用井底泥调敷。
〔坐板疮〕 牙皂荚。（微火炒。）天南星等分。俱研末。用姜汁调匀敷疮上。即效。绿
矾一把。放脚盆内。滚水冲下浸洗。待痒止坐草纸上自干。数次效。切勿入尿管中。（入则
疼痛。水洗即止。） 黑芝麻口嚼敷之。立能止痒。 浮萍煎汤洗。甚效。
〔肾囊忽肿〕 韭菜地上蚯蚓粪二两。加甘草末五钱和匀。水调涂。 肿痛者。用葱白
乳香捣涂。痛即止。
〔肾囊疮〕 密陀僧。滑石各等分研细。姜汁调涂。 如阴汗湿痒疮。用桴炭紫苏叶为
末。糁上即效。 连两腿生疮。用牡蛎。（炒）黄丹。（炒各二两）枯矾。（四两）为细末。
至夜
睡时连擦两三次。五七日全消。 松毛煎汤温洗。 燥痒疮。至五更时先以粗布擦过。口中
嚼生芝麻搽涂五七次。即效。 抓搔成疮。以致肿痛者。甘草汤洗。以丝瓜汁调五倍子末涂
之。 凡下部湿气。每日以百沸汤洗。亦能去湿。（忌用生水。）
〔肾囊风〕 地骨皮。（二两）吴茱萸。（一两）煎汤洗。 松毛枫树叶同煎汤温洗。 如
血热风痒。用地肤子煎浓汤洗。 绿矾冲汤洗效。（勿可入尿管。）
〔阴颈生疮〕 白蜜调甘草末敷之。 阴头溃烂。用女人经布烧灰油调涂之。 阴肿痛
极。用马齿苋捣烂敷之。
〔癣疮〕 新鲜羊蹄叶不拘多少捣烂。加川椒。白糖。并食盐少许。以布共包之。浸陈
醋内半日。取布包擦癣。三日愈。 土蒺藜连根带叶捣烂。煎水荡洗即效。 皂矾不拘多少。
炒极干为末。猪胆调敷甚效。 大露蜂房不拘多少。以生白矾填入孔内。用破罐底盛之。仰
口朝上。用炭火 令白矾化尽。为末搽癣上二三次。除根不发。 年久罗汉松树皮 存性。
米醋调搽。 风癣时好时发者。巴豆壳二钱。明矾一钱。同研细生姜擦之。 三年老芋擦之。
能治年久顽癣。 凡癣治好后忌食茄子。
〔黄水疮〕 石膏。（三钱火 ）龙骨。（三钱火 ）松香。（三钱）枯矾。（三钱）共研
细。
用煮熟鸡蛋黄熬油。和前药敷上。 头面俱生者。苍术。（炒燥）糯米粉。（炒燥）等分。研
匀。

〔 疮〕 杏仁去皮尖。纸压去油。取霜五钱。轻粉。（一钱）和匀。将雄猪脊髓同捣。
先用黄柏煎浓汤洗净拭干敷之。将绢包好。数日即愈。 如污臭者。用龟板醋炙黄。火 存
性。加轻粉麝香少许和匀。先用葱汤洗净敷之。 柿叶烧灰存性。同川椒为末。搽患处即效。
花椒水洗过。将妇女头上带过通草花。不论颜色。贴之即效。 敷治后不合口。以血竭为末
糁之。将好用鲤鱼腹前鳞眼贴之。半月揭下。则不再发。
〔注脚 疮〕 马齿苋捣烂敷之。或焙燥研细。蜜调涂之。
〔 疮膈纸膏〕 松香。（一两。火上化开。倾入水中取起。）乳香。血竭。（各三钱）

通气。贴于疮上。用绢缚住。过一夜将贴疮一张抽去。又复包上。每日如此。俟恶水消尽。
即生肌长肉矣。 血 用桑根白皮。（捣烂加猪油研匀。照隔纸膏贴之。）
〔两腿血风疮〕 猪鬃。（ 灰五钱）烟胶。（即皮市熏皮烟煤炒净五两）黄柏。（一两

研）真川连。（三钱）轻粉。（三钱）乳香。（去油）没药。（去油各五钱）血丹。（炒五钱）
俱为细
末。用真地沥青调匀。先以葱椒水洗透。拭干敷上。用油纸包好绢扎。至七日后。再洗再敷。
屡验如神。 如腿疮流黄水。瘙痒不止。用地肤草。（四两）花椒。（三钱）煎汤洗之。再用

内倒挂屋龙灰敷之。二三次立效。
〔脚面恶疮〕 羊粪 成白灰。麻油调涂。痒入枯矾。轻粉。少许。 久不收口。枯矾。
杉木。（烧灰各一钱）共研细。麻油调敷。
〔脚指缝烂疮〕 鹅掌黄皮焙干。烧灰存性。为末糁之。 赤石脂。苍术。（炒焦）俱
研
极细末。糁上皆效。 暑月抓烂疮。口嚼细茶叶敷之。 风痒流黄水者。黄柏。（去皮不拘
多少）用猪胆汁涂搽。晒干数次。酥透柏皮。方研末。先用花椒汤洗过拭干。随以末药敷之。
二三次即效。 极痒有虫者。用乌 根为细末。油调涂上。少顷涎水出即愈。 湿烂不愈者。
以多年尿桶烧灰存性敷之。 凡下部湿气脚烂。不能移步者。内服黄柏。（酒炒）苍术。（米
泔水浸一宿盐水炒燥各五钱） 水煎食前服。连服四五次。再无不效。
〔脚上生疮乱孔如蚁窝〕 如意草捣烂敷上。 桃树嫩精和陈年锻石。共捣成饼敷之。 穿
山甲烧灰敷之。皆效。
〔远行足打成泡〕 水调生干面涂之。一夜即消。
〔脚垫毒〕 人走长路紧急。被石块脚底垫。肿痛不能移步者。急用旧草鞋入尿桶内浸
半日。或一夜。将新砖烧红。以浸湿草鞋放砖上。随以肿脚踏上。火逼尿气入里即消。若不
即治。烂则难愈。远行肿痛。亦用此法。
〔脚碱鸡眼〕 葱白荸荠捣汁一碗。再取松香四两。蜈蚣三条。麻油八两。另煎滴水成
珠。方入前汁再煎。摊膏贴之即落。
〔手足冻裂〕 蛇壳。乱发。鲜猪板油。（各二两） 用清水十数饭碗。锅置露天。入
药
同煮。以棍频搅。熬至壳发无形。（如不化。再加水五十碗。）加入黄蜡四两。俟蜡化。倾入
极浓瓷钵内。待其自凝。患裂者。先以温汤洗净。临睡时。用抿脚挑入裂内。立时定痛。冬
至日制更效。
肿胀随即消退。将三片桑叶晒干研成粉末，用红砂糖调服，服用二三两即可见效。如果患处不痛也不红肿，属于痰结或痰核，使用天南星（研成粉末），配合芭蕉根捣出的汁液，加入少许姜汁，搅拌均匀后涂抹患处，肿胀即可消除。内服金银花和蒲公英，各取四五钱，煎汤代替茶水饮用，坚持半个月可见效。
【治疗各种瘰疬的验方】
不论瘰疬已经形成还是未形成，已经溃破还是未溃破，都在肩尖与肘尖骨缝交接处选取两个穴位，即肩髃穴和曲池穴。每个穴位各灸七壮。如果病在左侧就只灸左侧，在右侧就只灸右侧。内服益气养营汤数十剂，没有不见效的。处方：人参、黄芪（用盐水炒制）、当归、川芎、熟地黄、芍药（用酒炒制）、贝母、香附、茯苓、陈皮（以上各一钱）、白术（炒制二钱）、柴胡（六分）、甘草、桔梗（以上各五分）。水煎服用。（如果脓液多，增加川芎和当归的用量；如果脓液清稀，增加人参的用量。）
【治疗鼠瘘】
将石菖蒲生研后敷贴患处，使其微微破溃，然后用猫和老鼠的皮连毛一起烧成灰，用香油调和后外敷。内服白蔹研成的粉末，用酒送服，多服几次即可见效。同时也用酒调和药粉外敷。
【治疗瘤赘】
初生时如莲子大小的瘤赘，取蜘蛛丝捻成粗线，缠绕扎住瘤赘的根部，几天后丝线逐渐收紧，瘤赘根部逐渐变细，多次更换并继续收紧直到脱落。或者用蒜片贴敷患处，用艾丸灸五到七壮，就能逐渐消退。如果是血瘤且已经长成较大者，用甘草煎制成膏，用笔涂抹在瘤赘周围，每天涂三次。另外取芫花、大戟、甘遂，各等分，研成粉末，用醋调和，另用新笔涂抹在甘草圈内部，注意不要接触到甘草，频繁涂抹即可消退。
【治疗颈部下方的瘤赘】
将牛蒡子根研成粉末，炼蜜为丸经常服用即可消退。
【治疗两侧腮部肿毒】
用大黄粉末，以葱汁调和搽涂即见效。如果是风热引起的腮肿，用老丝瓜烧至存性（烧焦但保留药性），研成粉末，用水调和后涂敷。
【治疗痄腮】
用赤小豆研成粉末，用水调和涂敷。如果腮部皮肤破烂，用野苎麻根捣烂敷于患处，内服龙须草煎汤服用。
【治疗浸淫疮】
症状表现为耳朵边、面部流出黄水。取羊须、荆芥、干枣（去核，各二三钱），全部烧至存性研成粉末。加入腻粉五分。每次取少量，先用温水洗净擦干，用清油调和搽涂。病情轻的用五倍子研细末敷贴。
【治疗火珠疮】
这种疮像珠子一样，开始发生在头发中，互相传染不止，也有导致死亡的。用生萝卜捣烂，滴入醋浸泡后敷于患处即可痊愈。
【治疗金丝疮】
形状像绳线，粗细不一，如果蔓延至心脏部位就会致死。治疗方法是在疮头处截断，刺破出血，然后咀嚼浮萍涂敷，即可痊愈。
【治疗白蛇缠（带状疱疹）】
生长在腰部腹部之间，细小的白色水泡像白蛇缠绕，因此得名。用白芨、水龙骨（取自粪船板缝上的干灰，陈年朽烂的最好），共同研成粉末，用天泉水调和涂敷。或者用橘叶七片与糯米共同捣烂敷贴即见效。或者用柿漆汁敷在四周，用朱砂点中心。或者用粪桶箍烧成灰研末，用麻油调和涂敷，即使是红色水泡也能治疗。凡是肚子上生疮，嚼碎糯米敷上。
【治疗天泡疮】
用天萝水（方剂见痘症门）调和宫粉敷上，立即痊愈。或者用白花百合捣烂敷上，也见效。或者用丝瓜叶捣汁涂敷，立即痊愈。或者用小麦（炒黑研末），用生桐油调和涂敷，立即见效。或者用鲜蚕豆壳炒黑研末，用麻油调和涂敷，立即见效。如果日久腐烂，疼痛不止，脓水淋漓，用石膏（火煅研细）、轻粉（各一两）、青黛、黄柏（各三钱），全部研细，用甘草汤洗净后撒药粉，疼痛立即停止。初起时用柿漆涂敷，即见效。
【治疗漆疮】
韭菜捣汁，加入少许烧酒涂敷，即见效。或者用麻油调和铁锈末涂敷。或者用蟹壳、滑石研细末，蜂蜜调和涂敷。或者旱莲草捣汁加酒内服，另外煎水，每天洗数次。忌洗热水澡，同时戒口。怕漆的人，口嚼川椒，涂在口鼻处可以避免。如果漆进入眼睛，滴入蟹汁可愈。
【治疗艾灸火疮伤口不愈合】
瓦松阴干研成粉末，先用槐枝和葱白煎汤清洗患处，撒上药粉即见效。
【治疗蛇窠疮（缠腰火丹）】
即缠腰火丹，小疮如麦粒大小，千百个缠绕腰部像蛇形。用蛇泡勒烧成灰，用麻油调和搽涂。或者用雄黄粉末调酒内服，外用油调涂。
【治疗天蛇头疮】
生长在手指尖。初起时用两个生鸡蛋，开一个孔，取一条蜈蚣焙干研末放入蛋内，套在患指上等待发热，再换另一个即可消退。或者用一个猪胆，加入蜈蚣末套上也很好。或者用白芨末一钱、蟾酥三分，共同与鸡蛋清调和涂敷，干燥了就更换。内服绿豆粉一两、乳香一钱，用水调服，三次痊愈。如果疼痛难忍，用一条蜈蚣在火上烧，用烟熏患处，很久之后疼痛停止。（按：使用蜈蚣是取其相克制的意义。）凡是手足指尖有毒肿，用田螺捣烂涂上，即可痊愈。
【治疗手指罗疔】
菊叶捣汁加酒内服三次。外以苍耳子内的虫子一枚捣烂敷在疮口上，盖上膏药，几次即见效。夏秋季节取苍耳子内或茎内的虫，用麻油浸泡在瓷瓶内，如果遇到疔疮肿毒，将虫敷在疮口，并冲酒服用，效果神速。
【治疗甲疽】
绿矾（火烧至红透五钱）、芦荟（一钱半）、麝香（二分半），全部研成粉末，用绢袋盛装，包裹患指扎紧，以好转为度。如果已经溃烂，用牡蛎（浓处生研），每次服用二钱，靛青和酒调下，药渣敷在患处。凡是手足甲疽，或者割伤成疮，日久不愈的，用绿矾五两火烧至汁液流尽，研细，颜色像黄丹，收入瓷罐内。先用盐汤洗净，敷上即愈。
【治疗手指忽然肿痛】
乌梅肉连仁捣烂，醋调稀后浸入手指，即愈。如果是因蛇毒或菌类毒素接触引起疼痛，用柏树叶同蜂蜜捣烂敷上。
【治疗指间生毒】
名叫鸦翅。用蛇瓢草捣烂，加入少许酒酿敷上即愈。
【治疗虎口毒】
在手大拇指和二拇指中间的缝隙处，如果不治疗会烂手。用鲜蟹捣烂涂在患处，自然消退。
【治疗寒湿疮】
鸡蛋煮熟，去掉蛋白只用蛋黄，慢火炒出油，加入黄柏末调匀涂上，立即见效。烟胶研末撒在上面，如果干燥，用香油调和涂敷。
【治疗湿热疮】
疼痛且多出血，去掉结痂就流血的患者，用番木鳖十个切片，和麸皮同炒去尽油后研成粉末，加入雄黄三钱，烛油调和搽涂。
【治疗脓窠疮】
大枫子肉（一百粒）、蛇床子（五钱）、雄黄（二钱）、枯矾、花椒（各三钱），全部研成粉末。用烛油、猪油（各五钱）共同捣烂，熔化后调和搽涂。内服川黄连三钱、白酒十斤、雄猪板油（一斤），共同放入酒瓶内，蒸三炷香的时间，随量饮用。（需放置一两天去除火气后再服用。）苦参（一两）、花椒（三钱），煎汤洗涤有效。如果生疮遍布全身且病情严重，诸药无效的，用穿山甲片（炒黄研极细末），每次服用一两，好酒调服，服用三四次后疮毒全部发出，连续服用七次后，身体就像完好无损一样，非常灵验。
【治疗疥疮】
风化锻石和醋浆水调和涂敷，随手减轻。用锻石淋出的汁液洗涤，很有效。枯矾（五钱）、滑石（五钱）、硫黄（三钱），全部研成细末，用猪油同研成糊状搽涂。苋菜根焙干研末，香油调和涂敷。冬瓜藤或皮煎汤洗涤。遍身风痒的，浓煎浮萍汤浸浴，快速见效。或者用茵陈草浓汤洗涤。遍身燥痒的，内服红花、归尾、荆芥、紫草、生地黄（各二钱），水酒各半煎煮，多服即见效。
【治疗遍身热疥】
疼痛而不痒，粘着衣被无法躺卧的，将菖蒲根叶晒干研成细末，先铺在席子上，随意躺在上面，仍然用衣被覆盖。这样既不粘衣服，又能安睡，五到七天痊愈。
【治疗恶疮似疥十年不愈】
全蛇蜕一条烧成灰，猪油调和搽涂。另外烧一条，温酒送服即见效。
【治疗膝上生无名肿毒】
名叫牛头痈，不及时治疗则会伤人。用糯米三合，带须葱头五个同煮饭，趁热敷贴二三次即消退。蚯蚓（曲鳅）未过七日的，用牛皮胶四两入烧酒煎服，醉酒后睡觉立即痊愈。
【治疗冻疮】
鸽子粪煎汤洗涤，自然有效。冬瓜皮、茄根煎汤洗涤。蟹壳烧灰存性研末，菜油调和涂敷。冻脸部的，用活雀脑涂敷即见效。端午节那天用姜葱汁在冻处揉散血结，冬天不再发作。鲜樱桃（不拘斤数），放入瓷瓶内封口，放在凉处发酵，到冬天将樱桃水涂在冻疮上很有效，早涂几次则不会冻伤。
【治疗翻花疮】
其形状疮内像饭粒，破之出血，随后生出反卷的肉芽。苍耳叶捣汁服用半碗，并每天涂敷三次即见效。
【治疗肛门口痒疮】
葫芦（火烧存性），研末撒敷。生疮久不愈的，用鸡内金（即鸡肫皮）烧灰存性，研极细，干贴立效。
【治疗偷粪老鼠（肛周脓肿/瘘管）】
生在肛门口。仙茅（一两）、山豆根（二两）、大黄（一两）、金银花（一两）、百草霜（五钱），全部研末和匀。每日清晨用米饮和酒送服五钱。外用干猫粪灰，用井底泥调和敷贴。
【治疗坐板疮】
牙皂荚（微火炒）、天南星等分，全部研末，用姜汁调匀敷在疮上，即见效。绿矾一把，放脚盆内，滚水冲下浸洗，待痒止坐在草纸上自然晾干，几次见效。切勿让药液进入尿管中（进入则疼痛，水洗即止）。黑芝麻口嚼敷上，立即能止痒。浮萍煎汤洗涤，很有效。
【治疗肾囊忽肿】
韭菜地上的蚯蚓粪二两，加甘草末五钱和匀，水调涂敷。肿痛者，用葱白、乳香捣涂，疼痛即止。
【治疗肾囊疮】
密陀僧、滑石各等分研细，姜汁调涂。如果是阴汗湿痒疮，用桴炭、紫苏叶研末，撒上即见效。如果连两腿生疮，用牡蛎（炒）、黄丹（炒各二两）、枯矾（四两），研成细末。到夜晚睡觉时连擦两三次，五到七天完全消退。松毛煎汤温洗。燥痒疮，在五更天时先用粗布擦过，口中嚼生芝麻搽涂五到七次，即见效。抓搔成疮以致肿痛的，用甘草汤洗涤，用丝瓜汁调五倍子末涂敷。凡是下部湿气，每天用百沸汤（滚开水）洗涤，也能去湿。（忌用生水。）
【治疗肾囊风】
地骨皮（二两）、吴茱萸（一两），煎汤洗涤。松毛、枫树叶同煎汤温洗。如果是血热风痒，用地肤子煎浓汤洗涤。绿矾冲汤洗涤有效。（不可进入尿管。）
【治疗阴颈生疮】
白蜜调甘草末敷上。阴头溃烂，用女人经布烧灰，油调涂敷。阴部肿痛剧烈，用马齿苋捣烂敷上。
【治疗癣疮】
新鲜羊蹄叶不拘多少捣烂，加川椒、白糖、并食盐少许，用布包在一起，浸在陈醋内半天，取出布包擦拭癣处，三天痊愈。土蒺藜连根带叶捣烂，煎水荡洗即见效。皂矾不拘多少，炒极干研末，猪胆调敷很有效。大露蜂房不拘多少，将生白矾填入孔内，用破罐底盛之，仰口朝上，用炭火煅烧令白矾化尽，研末搽癣上二三次，除根不发。年久的罗汉松树皮煅存性，米醋调搽。风癣时好时发的，巴豆壳二钱、明矾一钱，同研细，用生姜擦之。三年老芋擦之，能治年久顽癣。凡是癣治好后忌食茄子。
【治疗黄水疮】
石膏（三钱火煅）、龙骨（三钱火煅）、松香（三钱）、枯矾（三钱），共同研细。用煮熟鸡蛋黄熬油，和前药混合敷上。头面都生的，苍术（炒燥）、糯米粉（炒燥）等分，研匀，撒敷。
【治疗臁疮】
杏仁去皮尖，用纸压去油，取霜五钱，轻粉（一钱）和匀，将雄猪脊髓同捣。先用黄柏煎浓汤洗净拭干敷上，用绢包好，数日即愈。如果污臭的，用龟板醋炙黄，火煅存性，加轻粉、麝香少许和匀，先用葱汤洗净敷上。柿叶烧灰存性，同川椒研末，搽患处即见效。花椒水洗过，将妇女头上戴过的通草花，不论颜色，贴之即见效。敷治后不合口的，以血竭为末撒之，将好用鲤鱼腹前鳞眼贴之，半月揭下，则不再发。
【治疗臁疮膈纸膏】
松香（一两，火上化开，倾入水中取出），乳香、血竭（各三钱），共同研末，香油调摊贴纸上，用针刺数百孔，反贴疮上，三日一换。贴时先用米泔水温洗净。初起用陈年猪脂油（数年久者佳，各等分），乳香（三钱研末），共同放入锅内熬化，用白绵纸裁成比疮大二三十张，每张在药内提过，候纸两面蜡凝浓为度，将三十张叠成半寸厚，用针刺数百孔，以便通气，贴于疮上，用绢缚住，过一夜将贴疮一张抽去，又复包上，每日如此，俟恶水消尽，即生肌长肉矣。血臁用桑根白皮（捣烂加猪油研匀，照隔纸膏贴之）。
【治疗两腿血风疮】
猪鬃（煅灰五钱）、烟胶（即皮市熏皮烟煤炒净五两）、黄柏（一两炒研）、真川连（三钱）、轻粉（三钱）、乳香（去油）、没药（去油各五钱）、血丹（炒五钱），全部研成细末，用真地沥青调匀，先以葱椒水洗透，拭干敷上，用油纸包好绢扎，至七日后，再洗再敷，屡验如神。如果腿疮流黄水，瘙痒不止，用地肤草（四两）、花椒（三钱），煎汤洗涤，再用房内倒挂屋龙灰敷之，二三次立效。
【治疗脚面恶疮】
羊粪煅成白灰，麻油调涂。痒加枯矾、轻粉少许。久不收口，枯矾、杉木（烧灰各一钱），共同研细，麻油调敷。
【治疗脚趾缝烂疮】
鹅掌黄皮焙干，烧灰存性，为末撒之。赤石脂、苍术（炒焦），俱研极细末，撒上皆效。暑月抓烂疮，口嚼细茶叶敷之。风痒流黄水者，黄柏（去皮不拘多少），用猪胆汁涂搽，晒干数次，酥透柏皮，方研末，先用花椒汤洗过拭干，随以末药敷之，二三次即效。极痒有虫者，用乌头根为细末，油调涂上，少顷涎水出即愈。湿烂不愈者，以多年尿桶烧灰存性敷之。凡下部湿气脚烂，不能移步者，内服黄柏（酒炒）、苍术（米泔水浸一宿盐水炒燥各五钱），水煎食前服，连服四五次，再无不效。
【治疗脚上生疮乱孔如蚁窝】
如意草捣烂敷上。桃树嫩精和陈年锻石，共捣成饼敷之。穿山甲烧灰敷之，皆效。
【治疗脚垫毒】
人走长路紧急，被石块脚底垫，肿痛不能移步者，急用旧草鞋入尿桶内浸半日，或一夜，将新砖烧红，以浸湿草鞋放砖上，随以肿脚踏上，火逼尿气入里即消。若不即治，烂则难愈。远行肿痛，亦用此法。
【治疗脚碱鸡眼】
葱白荸荠捣汁一碗，再取松香四两，蜈蚣三条，麻油八两，另煎滴水成珠，方入前汁再煎，摊膏贴之即落。
【治疗手足冻裂】
蛇壳、乱发、鲜猪板油（各二两），用清水十数饭碗，锅置露天，入药同煮，以棍频搅，熬至壳发无形（如不化，再加水五十碗），加入黄蜡四两，俟蜡化，倾入极浓瓷钵内，待其自凝，患裂者，先以温汤洗净，临睡时，用抿脚挑入裂内，立时定痛，冬至日制更效。
The swelling subsides immediately. Dry three mulberry leaves in the sun, grind them into powder, and take with red sugar; taking two to three taels will be effective. If there is no pain or redness, indicating phlegm nodules (phlegm accumulation masses), use Arisaema Cum Bile (Tian Nan Xing) ground into powder, mixed with juice extracted from banana root and a little ginger juice. Apply evenly to the affected area for immediate resolution. Internally, take Golden Flower (Jin Yin Hua) and Dandelion (Pu Gong Ying), four to five qian each, decocted as tea. Drink for half a month for effectiveness.
[Verified Formula for All Types of Scrofula]
Regardless of whether the scrofula has formed or not, ulcerated or not, select one acupoint at the junction of the bone gaps at the shoulder tip and elbow tip, specifically Jianliao (SJ14) and Quchi (LI11). Moxibustion with moxa cones, seven moxibustions per acupoint. If the disease is on the left, moxa only the left; if on the right, moxa only the right. Internally, administer Yiqi Yangying Tang (Qi-Nourishing and Blood-Nourishing Decoction) for dozens of doses; it will invariably be effective. Prescription: Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), Astragali Radix (Huangqi) stir-fried with salt water, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata (Shudi), Paeoniae Radix Alba (Shaoyao) stir-fried with wine, Fritillariae Cirrhosae Bulbus (Beimu), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfu), Poria (Fuling), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chenpi) (each 1 qian), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) stir-fried (2 qian), Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu) (6 fen), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng) (each 5 fen). Decoct in water and take orally. (If pus is abundant, increase Chuanxiong and Danggui; if pus is thin, increase Renshen.)
[Formula for Rat Hole Fistula]
Apply raw, ground Calamus Rhizome (Shichangpu) to the affected area until slightly broken. Burn cat and rat skins with hair to ash, mix with sesame oil, and apply externally. Internally, take Belamcandae Rhizome (Bailian) powder taken with wine. Frequent administration yields results. Also apply with wine.
[Formula for Tumors and Growths]
For tumors initially the size of a lotus seed, spin spider silk into a thick thread, wrap and tie around the base. After several days, the thread tightens, the tumor base thins, and repeated tightening leads to detachment. Alternatively, apply garlic slices to the affected area and moxa with five to seven cones; gradual resolution occurs. For large blood tumors, prepare a paste from Licorice Root (Gancao), paint around the perimeter with a brush, three times a day. Separately, mix equal parts of Genkwa Flos (Yuanhua), Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix (Daji), and Kansui Radix (Gansui) into powder, mix with vinegar, and paint inside the Gancao circle with a new brush, avoiding contact with Gancao. Frequent application resolves the condition.
[Formula for Neck Tumors]
Grind the root of Arctii Fructus (Niubangzi) into powder, form pills with honey, and take regularly for resolution.
[Formula for Bilateral Cheek Swelling and Toxicity]
Apply Polygoni Cuspidati Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) powder mixed with green onion juice; effective immediately. For cheek swelling due to wind-heat, burn old loofah fruit until charred but retaining efficacy, grind into powder, mix with water, and apply.
[Formula for Mumps]
Apply Vigna angularis (Chixiaodou) powder mixed with water. For ruptured mumps skin, apply wild ramie root mashed paste. Internally, drink decoction of Longxu Cao (Dragon Whisker Grass).
[Formula for Impetigo]
Symptoms include yellow fluid oozing from behind ears and on the face. Take sheep whiskers, Schizonepetae Herba (Jingjie), and dried dates (pitted, 2-3 qian each), burn until charred, and grind into powder. Add Mercurius Sublimatus Corrosivus (Nifen) 5 fen. Use a small amount, wash and dry with warm water first, then apply mixed with clear oil. For mild cases, apply finely ground Myrobalanus Chebula Retusa (Wubeizi).
[Formula for Fire Pearl Sore]
The sore resembles pearls, starts in the hair, spreads continuously, and can be fatal. Mash fresh radish, soak in vinegar, and apply to the affected area for cure.
[Formula for Gold Thread Sore]
Resembles a rope, varying in thickness. If it reaches the heart, it is fatal. Treatment: block the sore head, prick to bleed, then chew Spirodela Polyrrhiza (Fuping) and apply for cure.
[Formula for White Snake Entanglement (Herpes Zoster)]
Occurs between waist and abdomen, named for small white blisters resembling a white snake. Mix Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji) and Polyporus (Shuilinggu - dry ash from rotten boat planks), grind into powder, mix with spring water, and apply. Alternatively, mash seven tangerine leaves with glutinous rice and apply. Or apply persimmon latex around the perimeter and mark the center with cinnabar. Or burn hoop from a dung bucket to ash, mix with sesame oil, and apply; treats red blisters. For any sores on the belly, chew glutinous rice and apply.
[Formula for Heavenly Blister Sore]
Mix Tianluo Shui (see Acne section) with Gongfen (Lead Carbonate) and apply for instant cure. Alternatively, mash Liliom Bulbus (Baihe) and apply. Or apply juice from Luffae Fructus Retusus Folium (Sigua Ye) for instant cure. Alternatively, mix roasted black Triticum Vulgare (Xiaomai) powder with raw Tung Oil for instant effect. Alternatively, mix roasted black fresh broad bean shell powder with sesame oil for instant effect. For chronic, rotting, painful sores with dripping pus, mix calcined Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao) and Calomelas (Qingfen) (1 liang each), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) and Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai) (3 qian each), grind fine, wash with Licorice decoction, and dust powder; pain stops immediately. For early stages, apply persimmon latex for effect.
[Formula for Lacquer Poison]
Apply juice from Chinese chive (Jiucai) mixed with a little distilled spirit; effective immediately. Alternatively, mix iron rust powder with sesame oil. Alternatively, mix crab shell and Talcum (Huashi) powder with honey. Alternatively, drink juice from Ecliptae Herba (Hanliancao) mixed with wine, and wash several times daily with decoction. Avoid hot baths and rich food. People allergic to lacquer can chew Sichuan pepper (Chuanjiao) and apply to nose and mouth to prevent reaction. If lacquer enters eyes, drip crab juice for cure.
[Formula for Moxibustion Burns with Non-healing Wounds]
Dry Wasabia Japonica (Wasong) in shade, grind to powder. First wash with decoction of Sophorae Tonkinensis Ramulus (Huai Zhi) and green onion white, then dust with medicine; effective.
[Formula for Snake Nest Sore (Herpes Zoster)]
Also known as wrapping fire dan. Small sores like wheat grains, numbering in hundreds/thousands, wrapping the waist like a snake. Burn Shepaole to ash, mix with sesame oil and apply. Alternatively, take Realgar (Xionghuang) powder mixed with wine internally, and apply oil mixture externally.
[Formula for Heavenly Snake Head Sore]
Occurs at fingertip. Initially, make a hole in two raw eggs, add one roasted and ground centipede, place over affected finger until warm, then replace with another egg to resolve. Alternatively, use one pig gallbladder with centipede powder. Alternatively, mix 1 qian Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji) powder and 3 fen Chan Su (Toad Venom), blend with egg white, apply, change when dry. Internally, take 1 liang Mung Bean Powder (Lvdou Fen) and 1 qian Frankincense (Ruxiang) mixed with water, three doses for cure. For unbearable pain, burn one centipede over fire and smoke the area; pain stops after a while. (Note: Centipede is used for its counteracting properties.) For toxic swelling at fingertips of hands/feet, apply mashed field snail for cure.
[Formula for Finger Luo Ding (Hard Chancre)]
Drink juice from Chrysanthemi Indici Folium (Ju Ye) mixed with wine, three times. Externally, apply one beetle from within a cocklebur (Cang'erzi) stem/seed, mashed, to the wound, cover with plaster; effective after several applications. In summer/autumn, collect beetles from cockleburs, soak in sesame oil in porcelain bottles. For hard chancre/toxic swelling, apply beetle to wound and take with wine; effect is miraculous.
[Formula for Onychocryptosis (Ingrown Nail)]
Mix calcined Green Vitriol (Lvfan) (5 qian fired red), Aloe (Luhui) (1.5 qian), and Moschus (Shexiang) (0.25 qian) into powder. Place in silk bag, wrap tied around affected finger until healed. If ulcerated, take Oyster Shell (Muli) powder (from thick part, raw ground) 2 qian, mixed with Indigo (Dianqing) and wine; apply dregs to wound. For chronic hand/foot nail issues or non-healing cuts, fire 5 liang Lvfan until liquid evaporates, grind fine (color like lead oxide), store in jar. Wash with salt water, apply powder for cure.

Boil egg, separate yolk, fry slowly over low heat to extract oil, mix with Huangbai powder, apply for instant effect. Dust with smoke gum powder; if dry, mix with sesame oil.
[Formula for Damp-Heat Sore]**
Painful, bleeds easily, bleeding resumes after scab removal. Slice 10 Strychni Semen (Fanmuxie), stir-fry with bran until oil is gone, grind to powder. Add 3 qian Xionghuang, mix with candle wax oil and apply.
[Formula for Impetigo (Nongke Chuang)]**
Mix 100 seeds of Jatrophae Semen (Dafengzi), 5 qian Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), 2 qian Xionghuang, 3 qian Alum (Kufan) and Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Huajiao). Grind to powder. Melt 5 qian candle wax oil and 5 qian porcine subcutaneous fat, mix with powder and apply. Internally, decoct 3 qian Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanhuanglian) in 10 jin white wine with 1 jin male pig back fat in a wine bottle, steam for three incense burns, drink适量 (remove fire energy for 1-2 days before drinking). Alternatively, wash with decoction of 1 liang Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) and 3 qian Huajiao. For severe generalized sores unresponsive to other drugs, take 1 liang Pangolin Scale (Chuanshanjia) fried and finely ground, mixed with good wine, 3-4 doses to expel toxins, 7 doses total for complete recovery.
[Formula for Scabies]**
Mix weathered Calcined Alum (Fenghua Duanshi) with vinegar and rice water, apply for quick relief. Wash with alum leachate. Alternatively, mix 5 qian Kufan, 5 qian Huashi, 3 qian Sulfur (Huanghuang), grind fine, mix with pork fat paste and apply. Alternatively, roast Amaranth Root (Xiancaigen), grind, mix with sesame oil. Alternatively, wash with winter melon vine/skin decoction. For whole-body itching, bathe in strong floating duckweed (Fuping) decoction for fast effect. Alternatively, wash with strong Artemisiae Capillaris Herba (Yinchen) decoction. For whole-body dry itching, internally take 2 qian each of Carthomi Flos (Honghua), Terminalis Caudatae Radix (Guiwei), Jingjie, Arnebiae Radix (Zicao), and Rehmanniae Radix (Shengdi); decoct in half water/half wine, frequent dosing effective.
[Formula for Generalized Hot Scabies]**
Painful, not itchy, sticks to clothes/bedding preventing sleep. Dry and grind Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Changpu) root/leaf to fine powder, spread on mat, lie on it covered with bedding; prevents sticking, allows sleep, cures in 5-7 days.
[Formula for Malignant Sore Resembling Scabies (10 Years Unhealed)**
Burn one whole snake slough to ash, mix with pork fat for external application. Burn another strip, take with warm wine internally for effect.
[Formula for Unknown Swelling/Tumor Above Knee (Ox Head Abscess)**
If untreated, harmful. Cook 3 he measured cups glutinous rice with 5 green onions (with roots) into rice. Apply hot compress 2-3 times to resolve. Alternatively, use earthworms (Quqiu) less than 7 days old, decoct 4 liang Ox Hide Glue (Niujia) in distilled spirit, drink until drunk, sleep; cures instantly.
[Formula for Frostbite]**
Wash with pigeon dung decoction. Alternatively, wash with winter melon peel and eggplant root decoction. Alternatively, burn crab shell to ash, mix with vegetable oil. For frozen face, apply live sparrow brain. On Dragon Boat Festival, rub ginger/onion juice on frostbitten areas to disperse blood stasis, preventing recurrence in winter. Ferment fresh cherries in sealed porcelain jar in cool place; apply cherry water to frostbite in winter for effect; apply early/frequently to prevent freezing.
[Formula for Reverted Flower Sore]**
Sore interior resembles rice grains, bleeds when broken, grows outward everted flesh. Drink half bowl of Cocklebur Leaf (Canger Ye) juice, apply topically three times daily for effect.
[Formula for Anal Itching Sore]**
Burn gourd (Hulu) until charred, dust/apply. For chronic non-healing sores, burn chicken gizzard lining (Jineijin) to ash, grind fine, dry apply for instant effect.
[Formula for "Stealing Feces Mouse" (Perianal Abscess/Fistula)**
Occurs at anus. Mix 1 liang Curculiginis Rhizoma (Xianmao), 2 liang Kaempferiae Galanga Rhizoma (Shandougen), 1 liang Dahuang, 1 liang Jinnyinhua, 5 qian Baicaoshuang (soot). Grind, mix. Take 5 qian with rice drink and wine every morning. Externally, mix dry cat feces ash with well-bottom mud and apply.

Stir-fry toothache soap pod (Yazaojia) lightly, mix equal parts Arisaema (Tiannanxing), grind to powder, mix with ginger juice, apply for effect. Alternatively, soak 1 handful of Lvfan in foot basin with boiling water, soak feet until itch stops, sit on grass paper to dry; effective after several times. Do not enter urethra (causes pain, washed away by water). Chew black sesame and apply for instant itch relief. Wash with Fuping decoction, very effective.
[Formula for Sudden Scrotal Swelling]**
Mix 2 liang earthworm manure from chive fields with 5 qian Gancao powder, mix with water, apply. For swelling/pain, mash green onion white and Ruxiang, apply for pain relief.
[Formula for Scrotal Sore]**
Mix equal parts Litharge (Mituo seng) and Huashi, grind fine, mix with ginger juice. For damp/itchy sores from sweat, apply ash from Fu Tan and Perilla Leaf (Zisuye). For sores extending to legs, mix fried Muli and fried Huangdan (2 liang each), 4 liang Kufan, grind fine. Rub 2-3 times before sleep; resolves in 5-7 days. Wash with pine needle decoction. For dry/itchy sores, rub with coarse cloth at dawn, chew raw sesame and apply 5-7 times for effect. For sores from scratching/swelling, wash with Gancao decoction, apply Wuubeizi powder mixed with Sigua juice. [Formula for Scrotal Wind]**
Decoct 2 liang Lycii Cortex (Digupi) and 1 liang Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu), wash with decoction. Alternatively, wash with pine needle and Maple Leaf (Fengshu Ye) decoction. For wind-heat/itching, wash with strong Kochia Scoparia Herba (Difuzi) decoction. Lvfan water wash is effective (do not enter urethra).
[Formula for Penile Sores]**
Apply Gancao powder mixed with white honey. For glans ulceration, burn women's menstrual cloth to ash, mix with oil and apply. For severe penile swelling/pain, apply mashed Purslane (Machixian).
[Formula for Tinea (Xuan Chuang)**
Mash fresh Alchemilla vulgaris (Yangti) leaf, add Chuanjiao, white sugar, and salt, wrap in cloth, soak in aged vinegar for half a day, use cloth to rub tinea; cures in 3 days. Alternatively, mash Tribuli Fructus (Tuliji) with roots/leaves, wash with decoction. Alternatively, grind extremely dry Zhidan Fan (Green Vitriol) to powder, mix with pig bile for effect. Alternatively, fill large hornet nest (Lu Fengfang) with raw Bai Fan, place upside down in broken pot bottom, burn with charcoal until Bai Fan melts, grind powder, apply to tinea 2-3 times for permanent cure. Alternatively, apply bark of old Luohan Pine tree charred and mixed with rice vinegar. For intermittent wind-tinea, mix 2 qian Ba Dou shell and 1 qian Ming Fan, grind fine, rub with ginger. Rub with 3-year-old taro for stubborn tinea. Avoid eggplant after tinea cure.
[Formula for Yellow Water Sore]**
Mix 3 qian calcined Shigao, 3 qian calcined Longgu, 3 qian Rosin (Songxiang), 3 qian Kufan. Fry cooked egg yolk to extract oil, mix with medicine and apply. For head/face involvement, mix equal parts roasted Cangzhu and roasted glutinous rice flour, dust on sores.
[Formula for Leg Ulcers (Lian Chuang)**
Remove almond skin/ends, press out oil to get 5 qian almond paste, mix with 1 qian Qingfen. Mash with male pig spinal cord. Wash with strong Huangbai decoction, dry, apply, wrap in silk; cures in days. For foul-smelling sores, use vinegar-roasted Tortoise Plastron (Guiban) calcined, add Qingfen/Shexiang, wash with green onion water, apply. Alternatively, apply persimmon leaf ash mixed with Chuanjiao. Alternatively, apply pasqueflower (Tongcao flower worn by women) after washing with Huajiao water. For non-healing wounds, dust with Xuejie powder, apply carp belly scales; remove after half month to prevent recurrence.
[Formula for Leg Ulcer (Zhu Jiao Lian Chuang)**
Apply mashed Purslane, or dry/grind/mix with honey.
[Formula for Leg Ulcer Paper Plaster]**
Melt 1 liang Songxiang in fire, pour into water to retrieve. Mix with 3 qian Ruxiang and 3 qian Xuejie, grind to powder. Mix with sesame oil, spread on paper, pierce hundreds of holes, apply reverse side to sore, change every 3 days. Wash with rice water before application. For early stage, melt equal parts aged pork lard (years old best) and 3 qian Ruxiang powder. Dip white cotton paper (20-30 sheets larger than sore) into mixture until waxy. Stack 30 sheets to 0.5 cun thick, pierce holes for ventilation, apply, bind with silk. Remove one sheet nightly, re-wrap daily until discharge stops, then flesh regenerates. For bloody ulcers, use Sanggen Baixipi (mulberry root bark) mashed with pork fat, apply similarly.
[Formula for Lower Leg Blood-Wind Sore]**
Mix 5 qian pig bristle ash, 5 liang Yan Jiao (soot from leather shop), 1 liang Huangbai (fried/ground), 3 qian Zhen Chuanlian, 3 qian Qingfen, 5 qian Ruxiang (de-oiled), 5 qian Moyao (de-oiled), 5 qian Xuedan (fried). Grind fine, mix with real asphalt. Wash thoroughly with green onion/pepper water, dry, apply, wrap in oil paper/silk. Re-wash/re-apply after 7 days; highly effective. For leg sores with yellow discharge/itch, wash with 4 liang Difuzi and 3 qian Huajiao decoction, then apply house dragon ash (from inverted roof beams). Effective in 2-3 applications.
[Formula for Malignant Sore on Foot Surface]**
Burn sheep dung to white ash, mix with sesame oil. For itching, add Kufan/Qingfen. For non-healing, mix 1 qian Kufan and 1 qian Fir Wood ash, apply with sesame oil.
[Formula for Toe Web Rotting Sore]**
Roast goose palm yellow skin, burn to ash, dust. Alternatively, mix fine powder of Red Halloysite (Chishizhi) and fried Cangzhu. For summer scratches, chew fine tea leaves and apply. For wind-itch/yellow discharge, wash with Huangbai (peeled) and pig bile, dry repeatedly until soft, grind, wash with Huajiao water, dry, apply powder; effective in 2-3 times. For extreme itch with worms, apply Aconitum root powder mixed with oil; salivation indicates cure. For chronic wet rot, apply ash from old urine bucket. For lower body dampness/foot rot preventing walking, internally take 5 qian each of Jiuchao Huangbai and Mi Jiang Cangzhu (soaked overnight in rice water, stir-fried with salt water), decoct in water, take before meals; 4-5 doses guarantee effect.
[Formula for Holes Like Ant Hill on Foot]**
Apply mashed Ruyi Cao. Alternatively, mash peach tree sap with aged Duanshi into cake. Alternatively, apply Pangolin scale ash; all effective.
[Formula for Walking Blisters]**
Apply raw dough mixed with water; resolves overnight.
[Formula for Corns/Calluses from Walking]**
For sudden swelling/pain from stones during long walks, soak old straw shoes in urine bucket for half day/night. Heat new brick red, place wet shoe on brick, step on swollen foot; heat forces urine vapor in, resolving swelling. Untreated, it rots. Same method for travel swelling.
[Formula for Corns/Jiao Jian]**
Mix 1 bowl juice from green onion white and water chestnut. Boil 4 liang Songxiang, 3 centipedes, 8 liang sesame oil until drops form pearls. Add juice, boil, spread plaster; falls off.
[Formula for Hand/Foot Frost Cracks]**
Boil 2 liang each of snake shell, loose hair, fresh pork back fat in 10+ bowls water outdoors, stirring frequently until invisible. Add more water if needed. Add 4 liang beeswax, pour into thick porcelain bowl to solidify. Wash cracked skin with warm water, apply with toe brush before sleep; stops pain instantly. More effective if made on Winter Solstice.
