术云头垢浮针，以肥腻故耳。今当用悦泽人者。其垢可丸，亦主噎，又疗劳复也。
寒。主疗时行大热狂走，解诸毒，宜用绝干者，捣末，沸汤沃服之。人溺，疗寒热，头
痛，温气，童男者尤良，溺
白，疗鼻衄，汤火灼疮。东向圊厕溺坑中青渥，疗喉痹，消痈肿
交广俚人用焦铜为箭镞，射人才伤皮便死，惟饮粪汁即差。而射猪狗不死，以其食粪故
也。时行大热，饮粪汁亦愈。
今近城寺，别塞空罂口，内粪仓中，积年得汁甚黑而苦，名为黄龙汤，疗温病垂死饮皆瘥。
若人初得头痛，直饮溺数升，
亦多愈，合葱豉作汤弥佳。溺 及青渥为疗并如所说。又妇人月水亦解毒箭并女劳复，浣
汁亦善。扶南国旧有奇术，
能禁令刀斫人不入，惟以月水涂刀便死，此是污秽坏神气也；又人合药，所以忌触之。皮既
一种物，故从屎溺之例，又
人精和鹰屎，亦灭瘢。
〔谨案〕人屎，主诸毒、猝恶热黄闷欲死者。新者最效，须以水和服
之。其干者，烧之烟绝，水渍
饮汁，名破棺汤。主伤寒热毒、炙热，水渍饮弥善。破疔肿，开以新者封之一日，根烂。尿，
主猝血攻心，被打内有瘀
血，煎服之，一
亦主久嗽上气失声。尿 白，
烧研末，主紧唇疮。尿坑中竹木，主小儿齿不生，正旦刮涂之即生。
主治淋证、小便闭塞不通。
《雷公炮炙论》说头垢能浮于针尖，是因为油脂腻滑的缘故。现在应当选用能使头发润泽的头垢。这种垢可以制成丸剂，也主治噎膈，又能治疗劳复（大病初愈因劳累而复发）。
性寒。主治时行瘟疫引起的大热、狂躁奔走，能解除各种毒邪，宜选用极度干燥的，捣成粉末，用沸水冲服。人尿，治疗寒热往来、头痛、温气病，童男童人的尿尤其好；白色的尿，治疗鼻出血、汤火烫伤灼疮。从朝东的厕所尿坑中收集的沉淀物（青渥），治疗喉痹，消散痈肿。
交州、广州一带的百姓使用烧焦的铜制作箭头，射中人只要伤及皮肤就会死亡，只有饮用粪汁才能痊愈。但射猪狗不会致死，因为它们吃粪便的缘故。时行瘟疫大热，饮用粪汁也能痊愈。
如今靠近城市的寺庙，另外塞住空瓶口，放入粪仓中，积累多年得到的汁液非常黑且苦，名为“黄龙汤”，治疗温热病濒临死亡者，服用后都能痊愈。
如果人刚刚出现头痛，直接饮用几升尿液，也多能痊愈，配合葱豉煮成汤剂效果更好。尿液及青渥的治疗作用都如上述所说。另外妇女的月经血也能解毒箭之毒并治疗女劳复，洗涤后的汁液也很好。扶南国旧时有奇术，能禁止刀斧砍入人体而不受伤，只有用月经血涂抹刀刃才会致死，这是因为污秽之物破坏了神气；又因为人参与药物相合，所以忌讳接触它。皮类药材既然属于同一种来源，所以遵循屎尿的先例。另外人的精液混合鹰屎，也能消除瘢痕。
【考证】人屎，主治各种毒邪、突然发生的恶热、黄闷欲死之症。新鲜的疗效最好，必须用水调和服用。干燥的，烧至烟尽，用水浸泡取汁饮用，名为“破棺汤”。主治伤寒热毒、高热，用水浸泡取汁饮用更好。治疗疔肿，用新鲜的敷贴一天，根部就会腐烂。尿，主治突然发生的瘀血攻心，被打后体内有瘀血，煎煮后服用，一次即可。也主治久咳、气逆、失声。白尿，烧研成末，主治唇部紧束的疮疡。尿坑中的竹木，主治小儿牙齿不生，正月初一刮下涂擦即能生长。

*Leigong Paozhi Lun* states that head dandruff can float on a needle due to its greasy nature. Currently, one should use head dandruff that makes the hair lustrous. This dandruff can be formed into pills and is also indicated for dysphagia (Yi), and can treat relapse after illness due to overexertion (Laofu).
Nature: Cold. Indicated for high fever and manic running caused by epidemic febrile diseases (Shixing Darenre), and resolves various toxins. It is advisable to use extremely dry material, grind it into powder, and take it with boiling water. Human urine (Ren Niao) treats alternating chills and fever, headache, and warm qi disorders; urine from prepubescent boys or young men is particularly effective. White urine treats epistaxis (Bineu) and burns/scalds. The sediment collected from urinals in latrines facing east (Qingwo) treats throat obstruction (Houbi) and reduces carbuncles and swellings.
People in Jiaozhou and Guangzhou use arrowheads made of burnt copper; if such an arrow pierces the skin, death ensues immediately, but drinking fecal juice cures it. Shooting pigs or dogs does not cause death because they consume feces. Epidemic high fever can also be cured by drinking fecal juice.
Currently, temples near cities seal empty jars and place them in manure pits; the liquid accumulated over years is very dark and bitter, named "Yellow Dragon Decoction" (Huanglong Tang). Drinking this cures patients with warm diseases who are near death.
If a person initially suffers from headache, directly drinking several sheng of urine often leads to recovery; making a decoction with Scallion and Fermented Soybean (Congchi) is even better. The therapeutic effects of urine and Qingwo are as described above. Additionally, menstrual blood (Yueshui) can detoxify poisoned arrows and treat female relapse after exertion (Nv Laofu); the wash water is also beneficial. In Funan, there was a unique art that could prevent blades from cutting the body; only applying menstrual blood to the blade would cause death. This is because filth damages the Shen Qi (Spiritual Energy); furthermore, when humans prepare medicines, contact with it is taboo. Since skin materials belong to the same category, they follow the precedent of feces and urine. Additionally, human semen mixed with eagle droppings can eliminate scars.
[Verification] Human feces (Ren Shi) treats various toxins, sudden severe heat, yellowish complexion, suffocation, and impending death. Fresh material is most effective and must be taken mixed with water. Dry material, burned until smoke ceases, soaked in water, and the juice drunk, is named "Coffin-Breaking Decoction" (Poguan Tang). It treats cold damage heat toxins and intense heat; soaking in water and drinking the juice is superior. It breaks carbuncles and boils; applying fresh material externally for one day causes the root to rot. Urine treats sudden blood attacking the heart, internal stasis from trauma; decocted and taken, one dose is sufficient. It also treats chronic cough, rebellious Qi, and loss of voice. White urine, burned and ground into powder, treats tight-lipped sores. Bamboo or wood from urine pits treats failure of teeth eruption in children; scraping and applying on the first day of the lunar year promotes growth.
