Song Ci: "Zhegu Tian" (Partridge Sky)
Black flower-like nebulae appear in the vision, and the eyeballs often turn cyan. The root cause of this disease lies in the Kidney Meridian. Indulgence in diet accompanied by a constant bitter taste in the mouth indicates the stagnation of Gallbladder Qi with Wind-Heat. Such a syndrome is not mild; taking ordinary medicines casually will not bring peace. One must take Liangdan Wan (Cooling Gallbladder Pill) to clear Gallbladder heat while simultaneously tonifying the Kidney, so that one might hope to see the Three Lights (Sun, Moon, and Stars).
This represents Liver Heat and Kidney Deficiency. It is suitable to take Sanhua Wuzi Wan (Three Flowers and Five Seeds Pill), Zhuxue San (Blood-Promoting Powder), Erdi San (Two Earths Powder), and Huoxue San (Blood-Activating Powder).

Congenital infantile cataracts are extremely difficult to treat. At birth, light perception is dim even under a lamp. The child cannot distinguish north from south when walking, and how can one support them when the pupils are white? Fetal exposure to Heat affects the congenital foundation, impacting the true nature and emotional constitution. Even if a skilled physician applies medicine, proper nursing and care are the best approach, which is truly sorrowful.
This is caused by Liver Heat, and this disease is difficult to cure. It is suitable to take Lingyangjiao San (Antelope Horn Powder), Huanjing Wan (Restore Vision Pill), Mengling Wan (Dream Spirit Pill), and Gujing Wan (Buckthorn Seed Pill).

Why is the Five Winds Cataract so isolated? Cyan, dark green, white, and black colors become blurred. As it transforms into cataracts obscuring the eyes, objects are hard to distinguish, and the eyes feel red and uncomfortable. The pupils dilate, tear production is irregular, and headaches and brain pain are difficult to eradicate. Zhenxin Zhengtong Lingdan Yao (Spiritual Pill for Calming the Heart and Relieving Pain): seeing the Three Lights in this life is impossible.
This results from excessive sexual desire, leading to Kidney Deficiency and deterioration, with both Qi and Blood being deficient. It is suitable to take Sanhua Wuzi Wan (Three Flowers and Five Seeds Pill), Fushou San (Hand-Sweeping Powder), Zhen Gan San (Liver-Calming Powder), and Yandian Wan (Rock Lightning Pill).

Suddenly struck as if by an unjust blow, transforming into cataracts with tears flowing continuously. Redness and swelling invading the eyes indicate a long-standing illness; unable to see the Three Lights brings bitter worry and torment. The suffering of Thunder Head Syndrome is far from peaceful; stopping pain should not rely on previous methods. When will one be able to see light again? Even the God of Creation would pity such a fate.
This is caused by Upper Heat and Lower Deficiency, hence this disease arises, and it is difficult to treat. It is suitable to take Sanhua Wuzi Wan (Three Flowers and Five Seeds Pill), Shengjin Wan (Winning Gold Pill), Shixie San (Stone Crab Powder), Zhen Gan Wan (Liver-Calming Pill), and Huanjing San (Restore Vision Powder).
