上件 咀，水一碗，煎至七分盏，去滓，放温，只作一服，空心食前。
治远年日近小肠疝气偏坠搐疼，脐下撮痛，以致闷乱，及外肾肿硬，日渐滋长，阴
痒抓成疮，悉治之。
吴茱萸（一斤，去枝梗，四两酒浸，四两醋浸，四两汤浸，四两童子小便浸，各一宿，
同焙干） 泽泻（二两，去灰土）
上为细末，酒煮面糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服五十丸，空心食前，盐汤或酒下，神妙不
可具述。冯仲柔云，顷年某仓使家传，因令局中合卖。绍熙壬子冬，余亲曾得效，时苦奔豚，

盐水浸，泽泻用四两，切作粗片，酒浸一宿。

上各一两，为细末，酒糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三、五十丸，用盐酒下。
木香 青皮（去白） 玄胡索 土茴香（炒） 马扑几（新瓦上焙干）
上等分，为细末，每服抄二钱，空心温酒调服。忌滞气食物，如豆腐、鸡鸭子、湿面、
菜等。病愈任意食无害。
又方，桃仁三十粒，炒，细嚼，热酒吞下茴香丸，食前。
又方，肥皂子独肾者（四十九个）
上烧过存性，为细末，再研如粉，用陈米饭烂研如膏子，丸如梧桐子大，每服四十丸，
茴香煎汤下。六兄方。治疝气，细末热酒调下。
又方，茱萸（拣四两） 桃仁（一百二十粒）
上二味同炒香熟，去茱萸不用，只将桃仁去皮尖，葱白十寸细锉，砂盆内烂研，银铫内
炒香熟，用酒二盏浸，作一服热吃，有汗便解。

以上烧过存性，研为细末，再研磨如粉，用陈米饭烂研如膏状，制成如梧桐子大小的丸，每次服用四十丸，用茴香煎汤送服。六兄方。治疗疝气，研为细末用热酒调服。
又一方，茱萸（挑选四两） 桃仁（一百二十粒）
以上两味同炒香熟，去掉茱萸不用，只用桃仁去皮尖，葱白十寸细切，在砂盆内烂研，在银铫内炒香熟，用酒二盏浸泡，作为一次服用热吃，有汗便解。

Treats long-standing or recent cases of small intestine hernia with unilateral descent, twitching pain, cramping pain below the navel leading to restlessness and confusion, as well as swelling and hardness of the external kidneys that gradually increases, itching in the genital area scratching into sores; all can be treated.
Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus, one jin, branches and stems removed, four liang soaked in wine, four liang soaked in vinegar, four liang soaked in boiling water, four liang soaked in urine of young boys, each soaked overnight, then dried together) Zexie (Alismatis Rhizoma, two liang, dust and soil removed)
The above are ground into fine powder, mixed with wine-boiled wheat paste to make pills the size of paulownia seeds. Each dose is fifty pills, taken before meals on an empty stomach, washed down with salt water or wine. The effect is miraculous and cannot be fully described. Each ingredient is one liang, ground into fine powder, made into pills with wine paste the size of paulownia seeds. Each dose is thirty to fifty pills, taken with salt wine.
Muxiang (Costi Radix), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride, white pith removed), Xiansu (Corydalis Rhizoma), Tuhuixiang (Foeniculi Fructus, stir-fried), Mapuji (unknown herb, dried on new tile)
Equal parts of the above are ground into fine powder. Each dose is two qian, taken with warm wine on an empty stomach. Avoid foods that cause qi stagnation, such as tofu, chicken, duck, wet noodles, vegetables, etc. After recovery, any food can be eaten without harm.
Another prescription: Taoren (Persicae Semen, thirty grains, stir-fried), chew finely, swallow with hot wine before meals.
Another prescription: Feizaizi (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus, solitary kidney type, forty-nine pieces)
Burn these to retain their nature, grind into fine powder, then grind again like flour. Mix with old rice porridge pounded into paste, make into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Each dose is forty pills, taken with Huixiang decoction. Formula of Sixth Brother. For treating hernia, take fine powder mixed with hot wine.
Another prescription: Zhuyu (Euodiae Fructus, select four liang), Taoren (Persicae Semen, one hundred twenty grains)
Stir-fry these two ingredients together until fragrant and cooked, remove Zhuyu and do not use it. Only use Taoren with skin and tip removed. Cut ten cun of Congbai (Allii Fistulosi Bulbus) finely, pound thoroughly in a mortar, stir-fry in a silver pot until fragrant and cooked. Soak in two zhan of wine, take as one dose while hot. Sweating will resolve the condition.
