雄黄（透明者，细研） 华阴细辛（等分）
上同为细末，先口中含水或温汤令满口，随左右以药搐鼻。
治偏正头痛。
川芎（二两，生） 香附子（去毛，四两，炒）
上为细末，每服一钱，好茶清调下，常服可除根。
治偏正头痛，夹脑风，连眉项颈上彻腮顶疼痛不可忍者神效麝香散。
草乌头（用大者，炮裂，去皮脐尖，锉如麻豆大，入盐再炒焦黄） 华阴细辛（去土，
各二两） 草茶（四两，微碾，勿令细）
上为细末，每服一大钱，茶清调下，临卧或食后服之。
钱太师方。
黄连 当归 赤芍药（等分，洗净）
上捣，罗为细末，每用半钱，沸汤化匀，澄清洗，温热随意，用之甚妙！
治目内翳障，或疮疹后余毒不散，孙盈仲云∶凡患疮疹，不可食鸡鸭子，必生翳膜。钱
季华之女年数岁，疮疹后两眼皆生翳，只服此药，各退白膜三重，瞳子方了然也。
真蛤粉（别研细） 谷精草（生，令为细末，各一两）
上二味同一处拌匀，每服二钱。用生猪肝一片，三指大，批开，掺药在上，卷定，再用
麻线扎之，浓米泔一碗，煮肝熟为度，取出放冷，食后临卧细嚼，却用原煮肝米泔送下，忌
一切毒物。
黄连、杏仁同研，水调滤汁，调轻粉点之，汤上顿热，或冷洗皆可。
薄荷（二两） 菊花 甘草 川芎（各一两） 防风（七钱重） 白芷（半两）
上为细末，食后茶少许，沸汤点服。如伤风，用酒调服，其效尤速！
雄黄（选用透明的，研磨成细粉） 华阴细辛（两者等量）
将上述药材共同研磨成极细的粉末。用药前，先在口中含满清水或温水，然后根据头痛发作在左侧还是右侧，将药粉吹入对应的鼻孔中。
治疗偏头痛和正头痛。
川芎（二两，生用） 香附子（去除毛须，四两，炒制）
将上述药材研磨成细末。每次服用一钱，用优质的清茶调服，长期服用可以根治。
治疗偏头痛、正头痛，以及夹脑风（风邪侵袭脑部），导致连及眉毛、颈部直至腮部和头顶疼痛剧烈无法忍受的情况，此方为神效麝香散。
草乌头（选用大的，炮制至裂开，去除皮、脐和尖端，锉碎如麻豆大小，加入盐再次炒至焦黄色） 华阴细辛（去除泥土，各二两） 粗茶（四两，轻微碾碎，不要碾得太细）
将上述药材研磨成细末。每次服用一大钱，用清茶调服，睡前或饭后服用。
这是钱太师的方子。
黄连 当归 赤芍药（等量，洗净）
将上述药材捣碎，过筛成为细末。每次取半钱，用沸水化开搅拌均匀，澄清后用于清洗患处，温度适宜即可，使用效果非常奇妙！
治疗眼内翳障，或者疮疹之后余毒未散的情况。孙盈仲说：凡是患有疮疹的人，不能吃鸡鸭肉，否则必然会产生翳膜。钱季华的女儿几岁时，疮疹痊愈后双眼都长出了翳膜，只服用这个药，每只眼睛退去了三层白膜，瞳孔才变得清晰明亮。
真蛤粉（单独研磨细） 谷精草（生用，研成细末，各一两）
将这两味药混合均匀。每次服用二钱。取一片生猪肝，约三指宽大小，剖开，将药粉撒在上面，卷好，再用麻线扎紧，放入一碗浓米泔水中，煮到肝脏熟透为止，取出放凉，饭后临睡前细细嚼烂，然后用原来煮肝的米泔水送服，忌食一切有毒食物。
黄连与杏仁一同研磨，用水调和过滤出汁液，调入轻粉点涂患处，汤药加热后热敷，或者冷洗都可以。
薄荷（二两） 菊花 甘草 川芎（各一两） 防风（七钱重） 白芷（半两）
将上述药材研磨成细末，饭后用少量茶水，以沸水冲服。如果是伤风感冒，用酒调服，疗效尤其迅速！
Realgar (transparent ones, finely ground) Asarum heterotropoides var. mandshicum (equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients together into a fine powder. Before application, fill the mouth with clear water or warm water. Then, according to whether the pain is on the left or right side, insufflate the powder into the corresponding nostril.
Treats lateral and frontal headaches.
Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. (two liang, raw) Cyperi Rhizoma (remove hairs, four liang, stir-fried)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one qian each time, mixed with high-quality clear tea liquor. Long-term use can eradicate the root cause.
Treats lateral and frontal headaches, "Jiaonao Feng" (Wind pathogen invading the brain), causing severe, unbearable pain extending from the eyebrows, neck, to the cheeks and vertex. This formula is Shenxiao Shexiang San (Divine Musk Powder).
Aconitum carmichaelii Debx. (select large ones, processed until cracked, remove skin, umbilicus, and tip, chop like hemp seeds, add salt and stir-fry until scorched yellow) Asarum heterotropoides var. mandshicum (remove soil, two liang each) Coarse Tea (four liang, slightly crushed, do not make too fine)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Take one large qian each time, mixed with clear tea liquor. Take before bedtime or after meals.
This is the prescription of Grand Preceptor Qian.
Coptis chinensis Franch. Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) Diels Red Peony Root (equal parts, wash clean)
Pound the above ingredients, sieve them into a fine powder. Use half a qian each time, dissolve evenly in boiling water, let it settle, and use for washing. The temperature should be comfortable; the effect is excellent!
Treats ocular nebulae or residual toxins remaining after exanthematous diseases. Sun Yingzhong stated: Patients suffering from exanthematous diseases must not consume chicken or duck meat, otherwise nebulae will inevitably form. The daughter of Qian Jihua, aged several years old, developed nebulae in both eyes after recovering from exanthematous diseases. By taking only this medicine, three layers of white membrane receded from each eye, and the pupils became clear.
Tridacnidae Shell (separately ground fine) Eyebane Herb (raw, made into fine powder, one liang each)
Mix these two ingredients thoroughly. Take two qian each time. Take one slice of fresh pig liver, about three fingers wide, slice it open, sprinkle the medicine on it, roll it up tightly, and tie it with hemp thread. Boil in a bowl of thick rice wash until the liver is cooked. Take out, let cool, chew thoroughly after meals and before bed, and swallow with the original rice wash used for boiling. Avoid all toxic foods.
Grind Coptis chinensis Franch. and Apricot Kernel together, mix with water, filter the juice, mix with Calomel, and apply locally. Apply while the decoction is hot, or wash with cold water; both are acceptable.
Mint (two liang) Chrysanthemum Morellii Flower Licorice Root Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. (one liang each) Saposhnikovia Divaricata Root (seven qian heavy) Angelica Dahurica (Fisch. Ex Hoffm.) Benth. & Hook.f. ex Franch. & Sav. (half liang)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. After meals, take a small amount of tea liquor, and brew with boiling water. If caused by wind-cold injury, take mixed with wine for faster efficacy!
