官桂一味，去粗皮，锉碎略炒，铁器不妨，碾为细末，每服三钱，白汤调下，立产。此
药须
柳正之寺正方，屡验。
蛇蜕（一条，全者，烧灰存性） 蚕纸（一片，方五寸以上，烧灰存性，约与蛇蜕相等）
上二味合和，只作一服，以麝香温酒调下立产。
治妊娠胎气不和，怀胎近上，胀满疼痛，谓之子悬；兼治临产惊恐气结，连日
苏饮。刘经略施此方，云经验无比。大腹皮 人参 真陈皮 白芍药（各半两） 紫苏茎叶
（一两） 当归（二分） 粉草（一分）
上细锉，分作三服，每服用水一大盏半，生姜四片，葱白七寸，煎至七分，去滓，空心
服。曾有妇人，累日产不下，服遍催生药不验。予曰∶此必坐草太早，心怀恐虑，气结而然，
非
气乃不行矣，得此药一服便产。及妇人六、七月子悬者，予用此药数数有验，不十服，胎便
近下。注云∶恐则阳精却，上而不下流，故则上焦闭也，上焦既闭，气不行流，下焦阴气亦
还回不散，而聚为胀也，然上焦固禁，下焦气还，各守一处，故气不行也。
治产难立圣鹤顶丹，濠州朱学长，名炳，字明道，能医此，其家秘方云，国初异人所传。
寒水石不以多少，江南人谓之软石膏者，分作二处，一半生，一半炭火 ，令通红。
上相和，同研令极细腻，入朱砂再合研，色与桃花色相似即止。每用二大钱，以新汲水
调下。又法用鸡子清少许，同调如薄糊，摊在杏叶样纸花子上，急贴于脐中心，候干再易，
不过三个，即分娩矣。合时须极志诚，勿令杂人及鸡犬见。

向下移动。注释说：恐惧会使阳精退缩，向上而不向下流动，所以会导致上焦闭塞；上焦既然闭塞，气机就不能运行流通，下焦的阴气也会
返回不散，聚集而形成胀满。然而上焦固守封闭，下焦气机返还，各自占据一处，所以气机不能运行。

Only one ingredient, Guigui (Cortex Cinnamomi), remove the rough bark, chop into pieces and stir-fry slightly; using iron vessels is acceptable. Grind into a fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mixed with warm water for immediate delivery. This

prepared according to the prescription from Temple Official Liu Zhengzhi, which has been verified multiple times.

Mix the above two ingredients, prepare as a single dose, mix with Shexiang (Musk) and warm wine, take orally for immediate delivery.
To treat pregnancy where fetal qi is disharmonious, fetus positioned high in the abdomen, causing distension and pain, known as Zixuan (Fetal Distension); also treats Qi Jie (Qi Stagnation) caused by fright during labor leading to prolonged inability to deliver, called Suyin (Perilla Decoction). Jinglue Liu used this formula, claiming it is unparalleled in efficacy. Dafupi (Exocarpium Citri Grandis), Renshen (Radix Ginseng), Zhenchenni (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae), Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) (each half liang), Zisu Jingye (Folium et Caulis Perillae) (one liang), Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) (two fen), Fingcao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (one fen)
Finely chop the above herbs, divide into three doses. For each dose, use one large zhan and a half of water, four slices of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), seven cun of Congbai (Scallion White), decoct until three-tenths of the liquid remains, strain, and take on an empty stomach. Once, a woman had failed to deliver after repeated attempts, and all parturition-inducing medicines were ineffective. I said: This must be due to lying in bed too early, fear and anxiety causing Qi stagnation, not because
the Qi fails to move. One dose of this medicine will result in delivery. For women at six or seven months of pregnancy suffering from Zixuan, I have frequently used this medicine with verified results; within ten doses, the fetus moves
downward. Note: Fear causes Yang Essence to retreat, moving upward rather than flowing downward, thus blocking the Upper Jiao (Upper Burner). Once the Upper Jiao is blocked, Qi cannot circulate, and Yin Qi of the Lower Jiao (Lower Burner) also
retreats and does not disperse, gathering to form distension. However, since the Upper Jiao is sealed and the Lower Jiao Qi returns, each occupying its own space, Qi cannot flow.
Lisheng Hedan (Holy Crane's Crown Pill) for treating difficult labor. Zhu Xuezhang from Haozhou, named Bing, courtesy name Mingdao, was skilled in treating this condition. Their family secret formula claims to have been transmitted by an extraordinary person at the beginning of the dynasty.
Hanshuishi (Gypsum Aquosum), regardless of quantity; what people in Jiangnan call Ruanguashi (Soft Gypsum), divide into two parts. Half raw, half calcined in charcoal fire until red hot.
Mix the above together and grind extremely finely. Add Zhusha (Cinnabaris) and grind again until the color resembles peach blossom. Take two large qian per dose, mixed with fresh drawn cold water. Another method: mix with a small amount of Jiziqing (Egg White) to form a thin paste, spread onto paper shaped like apricot leaves, and apply urgently to the center of the umbilicus. Replace when dry. Within no more than three applications, delivery will occur. During preparation, utmost sincerity is required; do not allow unrelated persons or chickens and dogs to see.
