上捣罗为细末，入脑麝少许，滴水搜和如弹子大。每一丸年五十以上者分作四份，有年
纪人作六服。取生姜自然汁隔宿浸软，就盏内以手调开，用薄荷酒化，仍再入脑麝少许于酒
内。合此药时，以三月三日，五月五日，六月六日，或辰日，勿令孕妇、鸡犬见。丸就以米
筛先铺穣草，将药丸摊在上，有风处阴令自然干，收之，不得罨损，以纱绢袋悬之，拈此药
了，不得以手擦眼，服此药须忌两时热物。治男子妇人中风，半身不遂，言语謇涩，行步不
正，诸药无效，或久远鹤膝风，暗风，无不治之，服至三十日除去根本。小儿分作八服。十
五弟深患暗风十余年，得此药遂安。
蛇黄（不拘多少，米醋烧，淬七次）
上为末，每服二钱，温酒下，数服便愈，年深者亦效。
百日内者。禹锡侄乳媪亲曾得效。
天南星（二两，大者，掘地坑深尺余，火 令红，去火安顿南星在内，随手以米醋沃之，

以上药材捣碎过筛成细末，加入少许冰片和麝香，滴水调和如弹子大小。每一丸，五十岁以上者分作四份服用，有年纪的人（指老年人或体弱者）分作六份服用。取生姜自然汁隔宿浸软，就在盏内用手调开，用薄荷酒化开，再在酒内加入少许冰片和麝香。配制此药时，选在三月三日、五月五日、六月六日，或辰日进行，不要让孕妇、鸡犬看见。丸药就用米筛先铺上稻草，将药丸摊在上面，在有风的地方阴干令其自然干燥，收藏起来，不得捂损，用纱绢袋悬挂起来，捻此药后，不得用手擦眼睛，服用此药必须忌食两个时辰内的热物。治疗男子妇人中风，半身不遂，言语謇涩，行走不正，诸药无效，或久远的鹤膝风，暗风，没有不能治愈的，服用至三十天除去病根。小儿分作八份服用。十五弟深患暗风十余年，得到此药便安好了。

Use pig heart blood, dry it on a new tile by roasting, grind into fine powder, mix with Moschus (Musk), and form pills with wine paste the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take seven pills per dose.
In *Boji Fang* (Universal Relief Formulas), it is named Wulong Dan (Black Dragon Pill), but the preparation method differs.
Chuanwu (Aconiti Radix, skin and tip removed, sliced, five taels) Wulingzhi (used raw, fresh, five taels)
Pulverize and sieve the above ingredients into fine powder, add a small amount of Borneolum Syntheticum (Borneol) and Moschus (Musk), mix with drops of water to form pills the size of bullet seeds. For each pill, those over fifty years old should divide it into four doses; for the elderly, divide into six doses. Soak in freshly squeezed ginger juice overnight until soft, then dissolve in a cup by hand, liquefy with mint wine, and add a small amount of Borneolum Syntheticum (Borneol) and Moschus (Musk) to the wine. When preparing this medicine, choose the third day of the third lunar month, the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, the sixth day of the sixth lunar month, or a Chen day. Do not let pregnant women, chickens, or dogs see it. Place rice straw on a rice sieve first, spread the pills on top, and dry them naturally in a ventilated place. Store them without allowing them to be damaged by heat or moisture; hang them in a gauze bag. After handling this medicine, do not rub your eyes with your hands. When taking this medicine, avoid hot food and drinks for two shichen (four hours). It treats stroke in men and women, hemiplegia, dysarthria, gait abnormalities, cases where other medicines have failed, long-standing crural deformity (crux equinus), and an-feng (hidden wind), with no case that cannot be cured. Taking it for thirty days removes the root cause. Children should divide each pill into eight doses. My fifteenth brother suffered from an-feng for over ten years; after obtaining this medicine, he recovered.
Shehuang (Reptilis Corium, quantity不限, roast with rice vinegar and quench seven times)
Grind the above into powder. Take two qian per dose, swallow with warm wine. Recovery occurs after several doses; it is also effective for chronic cases.
For infants within one hundred days. Yu Xi's nephew's wet nurse personally experienced its efficacy.
Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, two taels, large ones: dig a pit more than one chi deep, heat with fire until red, remove fire, place Arisaematis Rhizoma inside, immediately pour rice vinegar over it, one tael, separately ground)
Mix evenly, form pills with pig heart blood the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take fifteen pills per dose, swallow with Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma or Ophiopogonis Tuber decoction, take before going to bed.
