硫黄、白矾不以多少，肥皂倍之，羊蹄根又倍之，同捣为丸，浴时揩擦痒处，微痛甚
妙。
治干湿疮癣，延生或如钱成圈晕，久不效者。
天南星（一两） 蝎（一钱） 大草乌（半两） 白矾（五文）
上件捣，罗为细末，先以手于癣处抓动，将药掺贴，每用药二钱许，入烧蟹壳灰一钱，
合和生油，好粉贴疮。

药以手抓破疮，擦药在上即愈，仍不作硫黄气。
以杏仁七粒，去皮尖，自嚼令烂，于手心安少腻粉，带津吐出，急和腻粉擦之。

上等分为细末，麻油一两，巴豆七个同煎，候巴豆焦，去不用，油冷旋调药擦。
甚验。
决明子为细末，入少轻粉，拌匀，先以物擦癣令微破，以药敷之。
澧州王教授执中，少患疥凡十五年，遇冬则为疮，人教用羊蹄菜根、蛇床子根片切如钱，
米泔浸三、二宿，漉出，入生姜、矾同研细，裹以生布，遇浴先擦洗良久，以水浇三、四次
用，即除根，后数年再生，用前法亦愈！

硫黄、白矾用量不限，肥皂的用量加倍，羊蹄根的用量再加倍，一同捣碎制成丸剂，洗澡时擦拭瘙痒部位，有轻微疼痛感效果极佳。
治疗干癣和湿癣，形态如延生或像铜钱一样的圆圈晕状，长期治疗无效的病症。

将上述药材捣碎，过筛成细末，先用手抓挠癣处使其松动，将药粉掺入并贴敷，每次用药约二钱，加入烧过的蟹壳灰一钱，混合生油和优质米粉，贴敷于疮口。
倪尉方的名字是“名震”。
硫黄用量不限，在火上加热熨烫直至熔化成汁液，用手碾碎荆芥穗投入其中，待其干燥冷却后，碾成细末，每次使用时用手抓破疮口，将药擦在上面即可痊愈，且不再散发硫黄的气味。
取杏仁七粒，去皮和尖，自己咀嚼至烂，在手心中加入少许轻粉，带着唾液吐出，迅速与轻粉混合擦拭患处。
钱太师的方子。

将上述药材等分研成细末，用麻油一两，巴豆七个同煎，等到巴豆煎焦后，去掉不用，待油冷却后随时调制药粉擦拭。
效果非常显著。
决明子研成细末，加入少量轻粉，拌匀，先用物品擦破癣皮使其微破，然后将药粉敷上。
澧州王教授执中，年轻时患疥疮长达十五年，每到冬天就变成疮疡，有人教他用羊蹄菜根、蛇床子根切片如铜钱大小，用米泔水浸泡两三个晚上，捞出，加入生姜、白矾一同研细，包裹在生布中，遇到洗澡时先擦洗很久，用水冲洗三到四次使用，即可除根，几年后若再生，用前面的方法也能治愈！
The prescription of Vice-Director Wu Xishen, transmitted by Zheng Heng Lao.
Sulfur (Luhuang) and Alum (Baifan), quantities unspecified; Soap (Feizao), double the quantity; Root of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Yangti Gen), double the quantity again. Pound them together to make pills. When bathing, rub onto itchy areas. Slight pain indicates excellent efficacy.
For treating dry tinea and wet tinea, presenting as spreading lesions or circular halos resembling coins, which have failed long-term treatments.
Arisaema Cum Bile (Tiannanxing) (1 liang), Scorpion (Quanxie) (1 qian), Large Aconite Root (Da Caowu) (0.5 liang), Alum (Baifan) (5 wen).
Pound the above ingredients and sieve into a fine powder. First, scratch the tinea area with hands to loosen it, then apply the powder. Use approximately 2 qian of medicine per application, add 1 qian of ash from calcinated crab shell, mix with raw sesame oil and high-quality rice flour, and apply to the lesion.
The prescription named "Mingzhen" by Vice-Commandant Ni.
Sulfur (Luhuang), quantity unspecified. Heat over fire until melted into liquid. Hand-crush Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie Sui) and add to the melt. Wait for it to dry and cool, then grind into a fine powder. For each use, scratch the lesion open with hands, rub the medicine on, and it will heal without emitting the odor of sulfur.
Take seven apricot kernels (Xingren), remove skin and tips, chew thoroughly in mouth until paste-like. Add a small amount of Calomel (Nifen) to the palm of the hand, spit out with saliva, quickly mix with Calomel and rub onto the affected area.
Prescription of Grand Preceptor Qian.
Sulfur (Luhuang), Realgar (Xionghuang), Rehmannia Root (Dihuang), Cut Grass (Jiancao), Cnidium Fruit (Shechuangzi), Alum (Baifan) (calcined is acceptable).
Grind the above ingredients equally into a fine powder. Take 1 liang of Sesame Oil (Mayou) and 7 Croton Seeds (Badou), decoct together. When Badou becomes charred, remove and discard. Once the oil cools, mix with the powder and rub onto the lesion as needed.
Highly effective.
Grind Cassia Seed (Juemingzi) into a fine powder, add a small amount of Calomel (Qingfen), mix well. First, rub the tinea with an object to cause slight abrasion, then apply the powder.
Wang Zhizhong, Professor of Lizhou, suffered from scabies for fifteen years since youth, developing sores every winter. Someone taught him to use roots of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii (Yangti Cai Gen) and Cnidium Root (Shechuangzi Gen), sliced like coins, soaked in rice washing water for two to three nights. Drain, add fresh ginger (Shengjiang) and Alum (Fan), grind finely, wrap in raw cloth. Before bathing, scrub for a long time, rinse with water three to four times. This removes the root cause. If it recurs after several years, the previous method also cures it!
Personally verified as effective.
Wild duck boiled plainly or roasted, eaten as regular food at any time. According to *Ben Cao* (Compendium of Materia Medica), this substance has a cold nature and can resolve toxicity from metals and stones.
