去，医者云是燥，用此药数服而愈。
川芎 细辛 防风 桔梗 白芷 甘草 羌活（各一两） 桑白皮（半两）
上为细末，每服二钱，水一盏半，生姜二片，薄荷三叶，煎至七分，不饥不饱时温服。
薛氏桂辛汤，下痰饮，散风邪，止涎嗽，聪耳鼻，宣关窍，利咽膈，清头目，解冒眩，
进饮食。邓左丞方。

上等分为细末，用杏仁研膏为丸，桐子大，含化立效。
升降气，治壅，甚妙。

上六味等分，为粗末，每服三钱，水一盏半，煎至八分，去滓，通口服，不拘时候。有
痰，加半夏、生姜；清头目，加川芎；气壅，加紫苏。
治疗痰浊壅塞、痰多，以及清利头目。辛丑年，葛丞相担任正言一职时深受此疾困扰，超过一个月无法发声，服用柴胡类药物后症状消失，医生认为是燥邪所致，使用本方服药数次后痊愈。

将上述药材研成细末，每次服用二钱，加水一盏半、生姜两片、薄荷三叶，煎煮至七分量，在既不饥饿也不饱胀时温服。
薛氏桂辛汤，用于降下痰饮，疏散风邪，止住涎液咳嗽，使耳鼻聪敏，宣通关窍，利咽膈，清利头目，解除冒眩感，增进饮食。此为邓左丞的方子。
桂枝（去除粗皮）、细辛（去除苗土）、干姜（炮制）、人参（去除芦头）、白茯苓（去皮）、甘草（炙，各二两），半夏（各三分）。
将上述药材除半夏外，捣碎过筛成粗末，再与半夏一同拌匀，每次服用二钱，加水二盏，同煎至一盏，去渣，饭前温服。
钱医为产家开的方子，收录于盛公纪传中。
白茯苓（四两）、干姜（一两半，炮制）、五味子、细辛、甘草（炙，各二两半）、人参（一两，去芦头）。
将上述药材研成细末，每次服用二钱，用沸水调服，饭后临睡前服用。
治疗语声不出。

将上述药材等分为细末，用杏仁研膏制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，含化服用立见疗效。
调理气机升降，治疗气机壅滞，效果甚妙。
人参、黄芪（蜜炙）、白芍药、白茯苓、陈皮（去白）、甘草。
将上述六味药材等分，制成粗末，每次服用三钱，加水一盏半，煎至八分，去渣，空腹口服，不拘泥于特定时间。若有痰，加半夏、生姜；若需清利头目，加川芎；若气机壅滞，加紫苏。
Treats phlegm turbidity obstruction and excessive phlegm, as well as clears the head and eyes. In the Xinchou year, Chancellor Ge, serving as Zhengyan (Censor), suffered severely from this ailment; for over a month he could not speak. After taking Bupleurum-type medicines, his voice returned. The physician diagnosed it as dryness and prescribed this formula; after several doses, he recovered.
Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Ligusticum Chuanxiong), Xixin Herba (Asarum), Fangfeng Radix (Saposhnikovia), Jiegeng Radix (Platycodon), Baizhi Radix (Angelica Dahurica), Gancao Radix et Rhizoma (Glycyrrhiza), each 1 liang; Sangbaipi Cortex Mori Radicis, 0.5 liang.
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. For each dose, take 2 qian, add 1.5 zhan of water, 2 slices of Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, and 3 leaves of Bohe Herba Menthae. Decoct until reduced to 0.7 zhan. Take warm when neither hungry nor full.
Xue Shi Guixin Tang (Guixin Decoction by Master Xue) descends phlegm-fluids, disperses wind-pathogens, stops salivary cough, sharpens hearing and vision, opens orifices, benefits the throat and diaphragm, clears the head and eyes, resolves dizziness with vertigo, and promotes appetite. This is the prescription of Left Minister Deng.
Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi (remove coarse bark), Xixin Herba Asari, Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum, Renshen Radix Ginseng, Baifuling Poria, Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (prepared by honey-frying), each 2 liang; Banxia Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatae, 0.3 fen (each).
Except for Banxia, crush and sieve the remaining herbs into a coarse powder. Mix evenly with Banxia. For each dose, take 2 qian, add 2 zhan of water, and decoct together until reduced to 1 zhan. Strain and take warm before meals.
Prescription by Physician Qian for a childbirth-related case, recorded in Sheng Gong Ji Zhuan.
Baifuling Poria, 4 liang; Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum, 1.5 liang (prepared); Wuweizi Fructus Schisandrae, Xixin Herba Asari, Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae (prepared by honey-frying), each 2.5 liang; Renshen Radix Ginseng, 1 liang (remove radix tip).
Grind the above herbs into a fine powder. For each dose, take 2 qian, mix with boiling water, and swallow. Take after meals and before retiring.
Treats loss of voice.
Guizhi Ramulus Cinnamomi (remove bark), Jiegeng Radix Platycodonis, Xingren Semen Armeniacae Amarum (remove skin and pointed ends).
Equal parts of the above herbs are ground into a fine powder. Use Xingren Semen Armeniacae Amarum paste to form pills, sized like wu-tong seeds. Dissolve in the mouth for immediate effect.
Regulates the ascending and descending of Qi, treats obstruction, with excellent efficacy.
Renshen Radix Ginseng, Huangqi Radix Astragali (prepared with honey), Baishao Radix Paeoniae Alba, Baifuling Poria, Chenpi Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (remove white pith), Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae.
The above six ingredients are equal parts, processed into a coarse powder. For each dose, take 3 qian, add 1.5 zhan of water, and decoct until reduced to 0.8 zhan. Strain and take orally on an empty stomach, without restriction on time. If there is phlegm, add Banxia Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatae and Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens; to clear the head and eyes, add Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong; if Qi is obstructed, add Zisu Folium Perillae.
