五灵脂（一两，去砂石，为细末）
上用米醋一大碗，同煎逐旋，漱口立安。
治疗牙齿漏管、牙疳出血，脓水不止的青黛散。

以上药物共同研磨成细末，搅拌均匀。每次取半钱药粉，敷于患处。

以上药物在乳钵中一同细细研磨成散剂。先用棉签擦拭牙龈，待恶血流出后，立即用湿润的纸片蘸药粉贴敷。这两个方子出自《太平圣惠方》第三十四卷。富次律的女儿年仅几岁，牙齿上突然长出一个黑点，几天后牙龈溃烂形成走马疳，使用前方即刻痊愈，此后多次使用都有奇效！
治疗中风导致舌根僵硬难以转动、言语不清的神妙方。
蝎梢（去毒，一分）、茯神（切片，微炒，一两）、龙脑薄荷（焙干，二两）。
以上药物共同研成细末。每次服用一钱或二钱，用温酒调服；或者擦在牙齿和脸颊之间也可以。
一味好硼砂研成细末，用切得薄薄的生姜蘸取药粉，揩擦舌头肿胀处，不久即可消退！
新产的真蒲黄筛罗过极细，多次敷用，吐出痰涎后再敷，立刻消散。李莫安抚的内人，半夜突然不能说话，点燃蜡烛查看，发现是舌下生了一个“舌上戴”（舌下肿物），急忙取出《外台秘要》，查得此方，敷用五到七次即愈。

Decoction for Treating Dental Fistula and Erosive Gingivitis with Unceasing Pus Discharge (Qingdai San).
Indigo Naturalis, Catechu (Wutong Lei), Picrorhizae Rhizoma (Huhuanglian), Aloe (Aloe, Lvluehui) (each 0.5 liang), Bufo bufo gargarizans (Xama) (one specimen, calcined to ash), Moschus (Shexiang) (1 fen).
Grind all ingredients together into a fine powder and mix evenly. Apply half a qian of the powder topically to the affected area each time.
Musk Powder for Treating Dental Fistula, Erosive Gingivitis Caused by Worms, Foul-Smelling and Ulcerated Gums (Shexiang San).
Moschus (Shexiang), Vitriolum Viride (Qingfan) (calcined until red), Vitriolum Flava (Huangfan) (calcined until red), Alum Bai (Baifan) (calcined until dry, each 1 fen), Aloe (Lvluehui) (0.5 fen), Bufo bufo gargarizans (Xama) (0.5 liang, calcined to ash).
Grind all ingredients finely in a mortar to form a powder. First, wipe the gums with cotton; after dark blood is discharged, immediately apply the medicated moist paper patch to the site. These two formulas are from Volume 34 of *Taiping Shenghui Fang*. The daughter of Fu Cilü, aged only a few years, suddenly developed a black spot on her teeth. Several days later, her gums ulcerated, forming "Zouma Gan" (noma gangrenosum). Using the former formula resulted in immediate cure, and subsequent uses have yielded miraculous effects repeatedly!
Divine Formula for Treating Stroke Manifesting as Stiff Tongue Root, Difficulty in Movement, and Dysarthria.
Scorpio (Xeshao) (detoxified, 1 fen), Poria (Fushen) (sliced, lightly stir-fried, 1 liang), Mentha haplocalyx (Longnao Bohe) (baked dry, 2 liang).
Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Take 1 or 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine for oral administration; alternatively, it can be applied to rub between the teeth and cheeks.
Good-quality Borax ground into a fine powder. Dip thin slices of fresh ginger into the powder and rub the swollen tongue area; swelling subsides shortly thereafter.
Fresh, pure Polygoni Orientalis Pollen (Puhuang) sifted through a fine mesh. Apply multiple times; expectorate phlegm, then reapply. Dissipation occurs immediately. The wife of Military Commissioner Li Mo suddenly lost her ability to speak at midnight. Upon inspection with a candle, it was found that she had a sublingual swelling ("She Shang Dai"). Hastily consulting *Waitai Miyao*, this formula was located. Application five to seven times resulted in a cure.

Trogopteri Dung (Wulingzhi) (1 liang, free of sand and stones, ground into a fine powder).
Boil in a large bowl of rice vinegar. Use the decoction to rinse the mouth slowly; relief is immediate.
Relative of Cong Yanwen achieved efficacy upon consumption.
Stamen Sophorae Flower (Huaihua) stir-fried on a new tile until fragrant and cooked. Lie supine in bed after the third watch (midnight) and consume as desired. This also treats hemoptysis.
