富次律云甚妙，出《四时纂要》。
蔓荆子（三合） 香附子（三十个，北地者佳） 附子 零陵香 羊踯躅花 旱莲子（各
一两） 葶苈子（一两半，以上七味细锉，绵裹，故铧铁半斤，碎用，生铁亦可。）
上用生麻油一大升，浸七日，取以涂发，油干旋添，药气尽，即易之。
硫黄（生用） 乳香 白矾（生用）
上同研细如粉，每用手抓动患处，以此药擦之，虽未能即去，不过月十日必愈。绍兴蔡
察推名兴义传之于一兵官，亲见其有效也！
用尽药不效者
唯有此药可治，神妙不可言。每以少许
数日间，疮肿处自平，赤亦消，如风刺、粉

上件为末，不以多少，如豆痕，加乳香，常用一料加皂角末一斤。
洗面药。
糯米（二升，浸，捣为粉，晒，令极干，若微湿，则损香黄明胶一斤，用牛皮胶半斤亦
得，炙，令通起，捣筛，余者炒作珠子，又捣取尽） 皂角（二斤，去皮秤） 干楮实（一
升） 白芨 白蔹 白芷 白术 本 芎 细辛 甘松 零陵香 白檀香（各一两）
上件捣罗都匀，相合成，澡豆、皂角末别入，看澡豆紧慢添减，以洗面不炽为度，药末
不可太细。

以上述生麻油一大升，浸泡七天，取出后涂抹头发，油干了就随时添加，药气耗尽后，就更换新药。
硫黄（生用） 乳香 白矾（生用）
以上三味共同研磨成细粉，每次用手抓挠患处，用此药擦拭，虽然不能立即去除，但不过十天半月必定痊愈。绍兴蔡察推名叫兴义的，将此方传授给一位武官，亲眼见到其疗效！
如果用药无效者
只有这个药可以治疗，神妙不可言说。每次取少许
数日内，疮肿处自然平复，红肿也消退，如风刺、粉刺等。

以上研为细末，用麻油和黄蜡酌情熬化，像制作面脂一样多少量，取下离火，加入诸药在内，每次取少许涂抹面部。

那人原来面色红赤可畏，现在变得洁白晶莹了。

以上药材研为细末，用量不限，如果是痘痕，加乳香，常用一料加皂角末一斤。
洗面药。
糯米（二升，浸泡，捣成粉，晒干，令其极干，若微湿，则损香气） 黄明胶一斤，用牛皮胶半斤也可以，炙烤，令其起泡，捣筛，剩下的炒成珠子状，又捣取尽） 皂角（二斤，去皮称重） 干楮实（一升） 白芨 白蔹 白芷 白术 本 川芎 细辛 甘松 零陵香 白檀香（各一两）
以上药材捣罗均匀，混合合成，澡豆、皂角末另外加入，根据澡豆的紧慢增减，以洗面不刺激皮肤为度，药末不可太细。
Fu Cilü stated that this method is very wonderful, originating from *Six Seasons and Eight Essentials* (*Sishi Zuanyao*).
Vitex Fruit (Sanhe) Cyperi Rhizoma (Thirty pieces, those from the North are superior) Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi) Linglingxiang (Linglingxiang) Daphne Odora Flower (Yangzhizhu Hua) Ecliptae Herba (Hanzhilian) Lepidii Semen (Tinglizi, one tael each for the first six, and one and a half taels for Tinglizi. The above seven herbs are finely chopped, wrapped in cotton cloth. Take half a jin of an old plowshare iron, crushed for use; raw iron is also acceptable.)
Soak the above in one sheng of raw sesame oil for seven days. Take it out to apply to the hair. When the oil dries, add more as needed. When the medicinal efficacy is exhausted, replace with a new batch.
Sulfur (Raw use) Boswellia Carteri Gum Resin (Ruxiang) Alumen (Baijian, raw use)
Grind the above three together into a fine powder like dust. Each time, scratch the affected area with your hand and rub this medicine on it. Although it may not remove it immediately, it will certainly heal within ten days or so. Cai Chatui from Shaoxing, named Xingyi, passed this on to a military officer, who personally witnessed its effectiveness!
For those who find no effect after using the previous medicines:
Only this medicine can treat it; its efficacy is miraculous and beyond words. Apply a small amount each time.
Within a few days, the swollen sores will naturally flatten, and redness will subside, such as acne vulgaris or comedones.

Grind the above into a fine powder. Melt sesame oil and beeswax in proportion, similar to making facial cream. Remove from fire, add the various medicines inside, and apply a small amount to the face each time.
To treat rhinophyma (alcohol nose) and pulmonary wind sores on the face. Passed down by the manager of Guojin Jiacai Bo Shop at Chaotian Gate. Each time, wash the face with Bailong Wan, using the same method as washing beans (zaodou).
The person's face was originally red and frightening, but now it is bright and pure white.
Mix fresh ginger juice with Calomel (Qingfen) and apply to broken areas; no scars or blemishes will remain.
Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) Peucedanum Radix (Bailian) Aconitum Carmichaelii Radix Praeparata (Baifuzi) Colla Corii Asini (Ejiao, stir-fried with bran) Bombyx Batryticatus (Baijiangcan) Tribulus Terrestris Fruit (Bajili, lightly stir-fried, remove spines) Colophonium (Baijiaoxiang, stir-fry in a hot pot until melted)
Grind the above ingredients into powder. The quantity is not fixed. For acne scars, add Boswellia Carteri Gum Resin (Ruxiang). For common use, one batch adds one jin of Sophora Japonica Fruit Powder (Zaojiao Mo).
Face-washing medicine.
Oryza Sativa Grain (Nuomi, two sheng, soak, pound into powder, dry in sun until extremely dry; if slightly damp, it damages fragrance) Colla Corii Asini (Huangming Jiao, one jin; half a jin of Ox Hide Glue is also acceptable, roast until bubbling, pound and sieve; the rest is fried into bead shapes, then pounded to extract fully) Sophora Japonica Fruit (Zaojiao, two jin, peel and weigh) Broussonetia Papyrifera Fruit (Ganchushiren, one sheng) Bletilla Striata Tuber (Baiji) Peucedanum Radix (Bailian) Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi) Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu) Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome (Ben) Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome (Xiong) Asarum Europaeum Herb (Xixin) Nardostachys Chinensis Radix et Rhizoma (Gansong) Linglingxiang (Linglingxiang) Santalum Album Wood (Baitanxiang) (Each one tael)
Pound and sieve the above ingredients uniformly, mix them together. Add Zaodou and Zaojiao powder separately. Adjust according to the consistency of the Zaodou, ensuring it does not irritate the skin when washing the face. The medicinal powder should not be too fine.
