The *Zisheng Jing* states: Five labors and six extremes, along with seven injuries, transform into seven types of Qi disorders. Accumulations become hard and firm like a cup, remaining within the abdomen, causing heart pain, vexation, and a sense of grievance, preventing food intake. These symptoms come and go irregularly. If caused by cold pathogenic factors, there is vomiting, regurgitation, and epigastric fullness; if caused by heat pathogenic factors, there is mental confusion, restlessness, prolonged dizziness, and recurrent seminal emission. It is appropriate to administer the Seven Qi Decoction from the Heji Bureau Formulae. If cold Qi suddenly arises and medicinal/herbal treatments are too slow, use a large needle to slightly puncture various acupoints and painful areas.
