Urine has five colors, with red and white being most common. Red color is often caused by alcohol consumption. It is suitable to take Qingxin Wan (Clear Heart Pill) from *Ben Shi Fang*. I instructed people to take this medicine, and it was effective. White color indicates cold in the lower body. It is suitable to take tonic medicines. Apply moxibustion to Shenshu (BL23, Kidney Shu), Guanyuan (CV4, Gate of Origin), Xiaochangshu (BL27, Small Intestine Shu), Pangguangshu (BL28, Bladder Shu), etc., which are all acupoints on the waist.
