治疗寒热往来、颈部瘰疬（淋巴结结核）。取穴大迎、五里、臂臑。
治疗寒热往来、瘰疬。若缺盆中肿胀且外部溃破，则会导致胸中发热、腹部胀满有水气、缺盆中疼痛、出汗。取穴缺盆。
治疗各种瘰疬。位于头顶及触碰处，只要有肉结凝聚形成瘰疬，以及痈疖者，用独头蒜切去两头保留中心部分，做成大的艾炷，大小如蒜瓣，贴在患处施灸。不要使皮肤破损，只要感到热度即可。每七壮更换一次蒜片，每天施灸，直到痊愈为止。
治疗各种瘰疬。在两腋内侧患处的凹陷中各灸一壮，每日一次，七天为限。另外在五里穴和人迎穴各灸三十壮。又在患者背部两侧腋下后方发际线上方，根据年龄决定壮数（随年壮）。耳后发际直脉处灸七壮。
王氏说：有人颈部患瘰疬，别人教他用忍冬草研细，加酒和水煎服，并用药渣外敷而痊愈。第二年复发，再用前药无效，改用艾灸才除根。有个小儿耳后生瘰疬，用药外敷无效，也是艾灸后痊愈的。瘰疬初生时像梅子核那么大，切忌用毒药点蚀，以及用针刀镰割，否则劳损严重，一旦经过腐蚀或切割处理，没有不死的，务必戒除。
治疗溃疡附着于颈部及胸前。灸乳间穴。
治疗腋下瘰疬漏管、手臂疼痛屈伸不利、风痹漏疮瘙痒。针刺少海穴三分深，留针七个呼吸时间，施行泻法五个呼吸时间。针刺瘰疬时，先在皮上柱针三十六息，然后进针入内，追踪到核团内部但不要取出核团，提插三次后向上，再向下三次后出针。
治疗颈部漏管。灸天池穴一百壮。又在鸠尾穴下凹陷处灸七十壮。还有章门穴、临泣穴、支沟穴、阳辅穴各灸一百壮。还有肩井穴随年龄定壮数。又用艾炷围绕四周七壮即止。如果是各种恶漏伴有冷息肉突出，灸足内踝上各三壮，病程两年的灸六壮。
治疗各种瘰疬。用手掌仰置在肩上，微抬肘部寻找穴位，肘骨尖上就是穴位。根据患病部位，左边就灸左边，右边就灸右边。艾炷像筷子头那么大，灸三壮即愈。如果复发，再灸，不超过三次，可除根，神效。《百一选方》记载：汤寿之顷担任钟离县宰时，有一个小丫鬟，疮已破溃，将此法传至本州。一位曹官早上施灸，晚上脓水已干。总共只灸了两次，遂无大碍。后来多次用于治疗他人皆有效验。骆安之的妻子，患病四五年，疮痂如白色螺靥不退，辰时施灸，申时即脱落。感受颇深，凡发作三次就灸三次，遂出根矣。
灸瘰疬。在两腋中患瘰疬处的凹陷中灸一百壮为止。另外用商陆捣烂捏成饼子，放在患处，用艾炷灸饼上，干了变熟了就更换。灸三十壮。另一种说法是十四壮。
治疗瘰疬。用韭菜田里的蚯蚓粪，加水做成饼子，根据疮的大小使用，超出疮口二三钱面积，贴在疮上，外面丸灸。患者觉得疮热或痛止时去掉火，取下饼子，上面用膏药固定。稍等五天，远的七天，平复如初。疮已破溃更好医治，未破溃的自行痊愈。
治疗瘰疬疮。用七月七日日出时收集的麻花，五月五日收集的艾叶，两件物品做成艾炷，在瘰疬疮上灸一百壮。
治疗瘰疬疮。用蒜薄切，铺在疮上，用艾丸灸到感到疼痛。接着用水鸡卵九个，每三天制作三个。每个卵内放斑蝥七个，去掉翅足，巴豆半粒，分成三份。或者一粒分成三份。过三天再灸。又用三个，每个用十四个斑蝥，巴豆半粒，或者一粒分成三份。再过三天再灸，每个用二十一个斑蝥，巴豆一粒，分成三份。如果没有信石，少许亦可。
治疗瘰疬结核，宜用此灸法。用巴豆一枚，去皮心，艾叶鸡蛋大小，混合捣烂，掰碎晒干，捻成艾炷，灸在瘰疬子上，三壮即止。
治疗瘰疬灸葶苈饼子法。用葶苈子二合，豆豉半升，热水浸泡令软，捣熟捻成饼子，厚度如铜钱，放在瘰疬子上，用艾炷如小指粗，灸饼子。五天一次，灸七壮。不可弄破头部，不可让葶苈之气入脑，能杀人。
治疗瘰疬结核，宜灸莨菪根法。用莨菪根一两，粗的切厚，约三四分，放在瘰疬子上，紧实做艾炷灸之，热力透达，则更换五六炷，频频施灸，当即感觉消退。
治疗瘰疬。凡是瘰疬欲成漏管，在四周边缘施灸即好。另一种说法是在连接核团的引脚处截断施灸，即不再扩散。去除后，乃当顶施灸，各七壮。
治疗各种瘿。灸肩井穴，左右相对凹陷处，男性左十八壮，右十七壮；女性右十八壮，左十七壮。或者再三次取效为止。又灸风池穴一百壮。又两耳后发际各一百壮。又耳后发际有一阴骨，骨间有一小穴，也有动脉，效果同前一样显著。
治疗瘿恶气。大椎穴横排三间，灸十次。风池穴、耳上发际、大椎各一百壮。大椎两边各一寸半，小垂下，各三十壮。还有臂臑随年壮。共五处九穴。又垂两手两腋下文头各一百壮，针刺也良好。
《资生经》说：大智禅师治疗皮肤头面生瘤，大如拳头，小如枣子，或软或硬，不痛不可轻易施灸。天南星（生干皆可），滴少许醋研成膏。先将小针刺病处，令气透，将药膏摊在纸上贴三五次即愈。这是一种说法，故并存之。
治疗脑疽。各种节段的各种痈肿，坚硬牢固的治疗方子。削附子使其厚度如棋子，正对着肿处放置，用少许唾液湿润附子，艾灸附子，令热量透达附子。想要干了则更唾液湿润它。常令附子热透。附子要干了，则更气入肿中，无不治愈。此法绝妙不传。凡是肉瘤勿治，治之杀人（《肘后方》说：不得灸针）。
治疗血滞，面部生赘瘤。艾灸十壮，即用醋磨雄黄涂之，纸上剪如靥子大小，贴在灸处，用膏药封贴。两天更换一次，等到析出脓液如豆粉状即愈。
治疗瘿瘤病，男左女右，肘后屈高骨尖点穴，却伸手背灸七壮。并灸胸坎骨下巨阙穴五壮。常服用复元通气散大效。
治疗各种瘿。将患者男左女右，用绳子量手中指，从指端齐绳头向下至指下横纹上截断绳头中间弯曲，从横纹直下点绳头，灸七壮。五年以后，量加壮数。须在三月三日午时下灸，无不痊愈者。石瘿难愈，气瘿易治。

Treats alternating chills and fever and scrofula. If there is swelling in the clavicular fossa (Quepen) that externally ulcerates, it will cause heat in the chest, abdominal distension with fluid accumulation, pain in the clavicular fossa, and sweating. Acupoint: Quepen (ST12).
Treats alternating chills and fever, scrofula accompanied by cough. Acupoint: Wuli (LI23).
Treats alternating chills and fever, neck stiffness, scrofula, arm pain with inability to lift. Acupoint: Binao (SI10).
Treats axillary scrofula, inability to flex and extend the arm, wind-bi painful obstruction with flowing pain. Acupoint: Shaohai (HT3).
Treats scrofula with alternating chills and fever, accumulation of Qi in the neck, sudden deafness, and shoulder pain. Acupoint: Tianyou (TE16).
Treats all types of scrofula. Located on the top of the head and at sites where palpation reveals nodules forming scrofula, as well as carbuncles and furuncles. Use a single-head garlic, cut off both ends but keep the center. Make large moxa cones, size similar to the garlic clove, place them on the lesion for moxibustion. Do not allow the skin to break; only ensure warmth. Replace the garlic after every seven moxa cones. Perform moxibustion daily until cured.
Treats all types of scrofula. Moxibustion in the hollows of the affected areas inside both armpits, one cone per day for seven days. Additionally, thirty cones each at Wuli (LI23) and Yingchang (ST9). Also, on both sides of the patient's back below the armpits and above the posterior hairline, use "cones according to age" (Sui Nian Zhuang). Seven cones at the straight pulse behind the ear hairline.
Wang Shi said: Someone suffered from scrofula on the neck. Others taught him to grind Honeysuckle Herb (Jinyinhua) finely, decoct it with wine and water for oral administration, and apply the dregs externally, which led to recovery. It recurred the next year. Using the previous medicine was ineffective; moxibustion removed the root cause. A child had scrofula behind the ear; topical medication failed, but moxibustion cured it. When scrofula first appears, the size of a plum pit, strictly avoid cauterization with toxic drugs, or cutting with needles, knives, or sickles. Such trauma leads to severe debility. Once erosion or incision has occurred, death is inevitable without exception. This must be strictly prohibited.
Treats ulcers attached to the neck and chest. Moxibustion at the intermammary area.
Treats axillary scrofula sinuses, arm pain with limited movement, wind-bi sinusitis and itching. Needle Shaohai (HT3) 0.3 cun deep, retain for seven breaths, perform reducing method for five breaths. When needling scrofula nodes, first pillar the needle on the skin for thirty-six breaths, then insert internally to reach the nodule without extracting it. Lift and thrust three times upward, then three times downward before withdrawing the needle.
Treats cervical sinuses. Moxibustion at Tianchi (PC1) 100 cones. Also, seventy cones in the depression below Jiuwei (CV15). Additionally, hundred cones each at Zhangmen (LR13), Linqi (GB15), Zhigou (TE6), and Yangfu (GB38). Also, Shanjing (GB21) using cones according to age. Moxibustion with cones surrounding the perimeter for seven cones stops. For various malignant sinuses with cold polyps protruding, moxibustion three cones each on the upper inner malleolus; for two-year duration, six cones.
Treats all types of scrofula. Place the palm supine on the shoulder, slightly raise the elbow to locate the point; the tip of the elbow bone is the acupoint. Moxibustion on the left if the lesion is on the left, and on the right if on the right. Moxa cones the size of a chopstick head; three cones cure it. If it recurs, moxibust again, no more than three times to remove the root. Divine efficacy. *Bai Yi Xuan Fang* records: Tang Shouzhi, when serving as magistrate of Zhongli, had a young maid with an ulcerated sore who transmitted this method to the prefecture. An official named Cao moxibusted in the morning, and by evening the pus and water were dry. Only two sessions were needed, resulting in complete safety. Later used on many people with verified results. Luo Anzhi's wife suffered for four or five years, with crusts like white snail shells remaining. Moxibustion started at Chen hour (7-9 AM) and finished by Shen hour (3-5 PM). Deeply impressed, she underwent three cycles of recurrence and moxibustion, finally removing the root.
Moxibustion for scrofula. Moxibustion 100 cones in the hollows of the affected areas in both armpits. Alternatively, crush fresh Phytolacca Root (Shanglu) into cakes, place on the lesion, and moxibustate over the cake. Replace when dry and cooked. Thirty cones. Another version says fourteen cones.
Treats scrofula. Use earthworm feces from leek fields, mix with water to form cakes. Size according to the sore, extending two or three qian beyond the edges. Apply to the sore, external moxibustation. When the patient feels heat or pain subsides, remove the fire and the cake. Secure with a plaster. Wait five days for recent cases, seven days for distant ones, returning to normal. Ulcerated sores are easier to treat; unbroken ones heal spontaneously.
Treats scrofula sores. Collect Hemp Flower (Mahua) at sunrise on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month, and Mugwort Leaf (Aiye) on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. Form these two items into moxa cones. Moxibustate the scrofula sore 100 cones.
Formula for sudden onset of non-painful scrofula nodules. Apply peach bark paste, moxibustate 14 cones.
Treats scrofula sores. Slice garlic thinly, spread on the sore, moxibustate with moxa balls until pain is felt. Then take nine quail eggs. Prepare three every three days. Place seven Mylabris (Banmao) with wings and feet removed, and half a seed of Croton Seed (Badou) inside each egg. Divide into three parts. Or divide one seed into three parts. After three days, moxibustate again. Use three more eggs, each with fourteen Mylabris and half a Badou seed, or one seed divided into three parts. After another three days, moxibustate again. Each egg uses twenty-one Mylabris and one Badou seed, divided into three parts. If Realgar (Xinsu) is unavailable, a small amount suffices.
For scrofula tubercles, this moxibustation method is suitable. Use one Croton Seed (Badou), remove skin and heart, mix with an amount of Artemisia Leaf (Aiye) equivalent to a chicken egg. Pound into a paste, break apart, dry in sun, roll into moxa cones. Moxibustate on the scrofula nodule. Stop after three cones.
Moxibustation method for scrofula using Thlaspi Cake (Tingli Bingzi). Use two he of Thlaspi Seeds (Tinglizi) and half sheng of Fermented Soybean (Chidou). Soak in hot water until soft, pound熟, roll into cakes thickness of a coin. Place on the scrofula nodule. Moxibustate with moxa cones the size of a little finger over the cake. Once every five days, seven cones. Do not break the head. Do not let Tingli Qi enter the brain, as it can kill.
For scrofula tubercles, moxibustation of Datura Root (Langdang Gen) is suitable. Use one liang of Langdang Root. Cut coarse pieces about three or four fen thick. Place on the nodule. Firmly make moxa cones and moxibustate. When heat penetrates, replace with five or six cones. Frequent moxibustation will immediately alleviate symptoms.
Treats scrofula. Whenever scrofula is about to become a sinus, moxibustate around the periphery to heal. Another view is to moxibustate at the junction connecting the nodes to stop spread. After removal, moxibustate the apex, seven cones each.
Treats goiter with Qi stagnation and throat swelling (*Zisheng Jing*). Acupoints: Tianfu (LU3), Huizong (SI7), Qishe (ST11).
Treats goiter. Acupoint: Tongtian (BL31), moxibustate 50 cones. Xiong tang and Yangshi moxibustate 100 cones.
Treats large Qi accumulation in the neck. Acupoints: Naohu (GV17), Tongtian (BL31), Xiaoluo (BL59), Tiantu (CV22).
Treats neck goiter, tumor Qi, and arm swelling. Acupoint: Huizong (SI7).
Treats tumor/goiter swelling and throat. Acupoint: Qishe (ST11).
Treats goiter with Qi rising, shoulder immobility. Acupoint: Fubai (GB12).
Treats goiter with Qi rising and shortness of breath. Acupoint: Feishu (BL13), moxibustate 100 cones.
Treats goiter with Qi rising and chest fullness. Acupoint: Yunmen (LU2), moxibustate 50 cones.
Treats goiter with evil Qi. Acupoint: Tianfu (LU3), moxibustate 50 cones. Xiong tang 100 cones.
Treats goiter with labor Qi. Acupoint: Chongyang (ST42), moxibustate cones according to age.
Treats goiter. Acupoint: Tianqu (EX-HN1), moxibustate 300 cones. Small moxibustation across three intervals horizontally.
Treats goiter Qi with facial swelling. Acupoint: Tongtian (BL31), moxibustate 50 cones.
Treats goiter. Acupoint: Zhongfeng (LR4), moxibustate cones according to age.
Treats various goiters. Moxibustate Jianjing (GB21) in the relative hollows on left and right. Men: Left 18 cones, Right 17 cones. Women: Right 18 cones, Left 17 cones. Repeat until healed. Also moxibustate Fengchi (GB20) 100 cones. Both posterior hairlines 100 cones each. Behind the ear hairline, there is a yin bone with a small acupoint containing arterial pulsation; effect is equally significant as described previously.
Treats goiter with evil Qi. Dazhui (GV14) horizontal three intervals, moxibustate ten times. Fengchi (GB20), upper hairline behind ears, Dazhui (GV14) each 100 cones. One and a half cun on both sides of Dazhui, lower垂, each 30 cones. Also Binao (SI10) cones according to age. Total five locations, nine acupoints. Hang hands down, wen tou under both armpits 100 cones each. Needling is also good.
*Zisheng Jing* states: Chanter Dazhi treated tumors on skin, head, and face, ranging from fist-sized to date-sized, soft or hard, painless. Do not easily moxibustate. Pinellia Rhizome (Tiannanxing) (fresh or dried), add a little vinegar, grind into paste. First prick the lesion with a small needle to allow Qi penetration. Spread medicinal paste on paper, apply three to five times until healed. This is one theory, thus preserved.
Treats brain abscess/ulcer. Various joints and carbuncles, swollen and firm. Treatment formula: Slice Fuzi (Aconite Lateral Root) to thickness of a chess piece. Place directly on the swelling. Moisten Fuzi with saliva. Moxibustate the Fuzi until heat penetrates. When dry, moisten with saliva again. Keep Fuzi hot. When drying, Qi enters the swelling. No case fails to heal. This method is superb and secret. Do not treat flesh tumors (Rou Liu); treating them kills (according to *Zhouhou Fang*: do not moxibustate or needle).
Treats blood stasis, facial accessory tumors. Moxibustate 10 cones. Immediately apply realgar ground with vinegar. Cut paper into shape of mole, apply to moxibustation site, seal with plaster. Change every two days. Wait for pus discharge like bean powder to heal.
