凡是蛀牙疼痛，必须将牙齿取出。如果没有高超的手法，疼痛将难以忍受。不论上牙还是下牙，随左右位置，在牙关处的宁车骨尖相对靠近的内部，用手指按压寻找痛点作为穴位，用艾火灸七壮，蛀牙自然会脱落，疗效神奇。

牙齿，是骨骼的末端，由骨髓滋养，咀嚼各种谷物，被称为“玉池”。通过揩理、灌漱、叩齿、琢齿等引导方法，务必使津液充盈滋润。
