用曾 金银坩埚子。捶碎。碾令极细。每服一钱。热酒调下。空心服。
养生方记载：双足脚趾向下抵住席子，两个涌泉穴相对枯坐（注：此处原文“相枯”疑为衍文或异体，结合语境指两足跟相对或特定坐姿），两足跟和两膝头向外分开。双手悬垂向前下方。尽力做到这七种通畅动作。
（附论）
《甲乙经》说：少腹部牵引睾丸疼痛，牵连腰脊，气向上冲撞心肺。这是邪气在小肠。又说：小肠疝，表现为小腹痛，腰脊牵引睾丸。
救生丹（出自《御药院方》）治疗男子妇人小肠寒气上攻引起的心腹疼痛，以及男性阴囊偏侧肿痛。消除积聚，补益身体。
药材：京三棱（三两）、干漆（二两半，炒至烟尽）、广术、朱砂（各二两）、川茴香、破故纸（炒，各一两）、没药（对醋炙）、附子（一钱，末）。用醋面糊调和成丸，如梧桐子大。
盐煎散 治疗小肠气吊痛，腹中阵发性刺痛。兼治风证。
药材：益智仁、白芷、白干姜（炮制）、茴香（炒）、甘草（炙）、天台乌药（去心）、香附（净制）、青砂（各一两）。每服二钱，加少许盐，水煎服。
砂丸 治疗牵引睾丸的小肠气痛。
药材：砂（一两，另研细，水飞）、蓬莪术（炮制锉碎）、楝实（麸炒）、丁香、荜澄茄、肉豆蔻（去壳炮制）、槟榔、木香（各半两）。先熬至升，加入诸药再熬，制成膏状，混合药末，丸如梧桐子大。
木香导气丸 治疗男子小肠肚疼，一切气积，以及下元虚冷，脾胃不和，皆可服用。大有神效。
药材：木香、乳香、丁香、八角茴香、川楝子（去核）、破故纸、葫芦巴、京三棱、香附子、甘草（炙）。用温酒送服。
延胡索丸（一名炼阴丹）治疗小肠受寒牵引睾丸，小腹阴器下坠，肿胀，卵核偏大，坚硬疼痛。
药材：延胡索、青橘皮（汤浸去白焙干）、海藻（汤洗去咸焙干）、葫芦巴、昆布（汤洗去咸焙干）、马蔺子（一作大戟）。上为末，重汤煮令成膏，和丸。药一分，一方无葫芦巴。
走马茴香丸（出自《德生堂经验方》）治疗男子积年伤惫久冷，以及小肠疝气疾。
