黄柏（去粗皮为末） 蛇蜕（微炒为末一两） 上用醋浆水三盏。于铜器内煎一盏。稀
稠。
以乳香和膏。绵绢滤。待冷瓷合盛。点眼大 。
地黄膏 治暴赤眼肿痛。
生地黄（净洗研） 黑豆（各二两生捣末） 上捣成膏。临卧时。以盐汤洗眼。后闭目。

煎至一盏。滤去滓。每暖三合洗眼。日三度。
蕤仁煎（一名黄连丸）治暴赤眼。热泪不止。疼痛隐闷。
黄连（一分为末） 蕤仁（三十枚去皮研细） 上为散末。水和。薄摊瓷器底。更住覆
之。
以熟艾一斤。渐以火烧艾。烟熏药上。艾尽为度。刮丸如梧桐子大。每以冷水少许。化药一
丸。澄清点之。一方用肥枣。开窍去核。纳药于内。以枣盖之。然后以帛裹定。以大茶碗量
水半碗煮。候水得一鸡子大。即以绵滤过。待冷却点眼甚效。亦治风眼泪痒。或生翳。或生

一个。放宽笼之。候硝尽渗出胆上成霜。扫以为末。入麝少许。入筒中盛。点眼。

生姜汁滤过。器中澄令细。再用宣连锉浸一七。令透。用绵绢滤姜汁成粉。晒干点眼。

苦竹一段。两头留节。一头开小孔。入锉宣连半两。以纸塞孔。置井中浸一宿。次早出
竹节中水洗。少加脑子尤效。

以古铜钱刮净姜上。取汁于钱唇点目。热泪出。今日点。来日愈。但小儿甚惧。不须疑。

明目方
用合明草捣绞取汁服。
龙脑（二钱） 青盐（一字） 南硼砂（一钱） 以上药材研磨成极细粉末。与前药混合在一起，共同研磨均匀。
每用黄米粒大小的量，配合碧霞引（一种引导药物或辅料），治疗赤眼暴发。这是治疗赤盲的神效方。
铜绿、白土、芒硝（各等分） 以上药材制成细末。搓丸如皂角子大小。每次用白开水化开一丸来清洗眼睛。
治疗眼睛突然变红的方子。
鸡舌香（十四枚） 干枣（十四枚） 黄连（十四枚） 以上用水半大升煎煮五六次沸腾后，澄清取清液。
滴入眼中可痊愈。
治疗赤眼突然发作。
明矾、铜青、黄连（研末后各等分） 以上制成细末。用水泡洗。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）治疗风毒引起的暴赤。眼睛肿胀涩痛。
黄连（一分研末） 蕤仁（半两，用汤浸泡后去掉白色和红色的皮） 青古钱（七文） 以上用甜淡浆水一大盏，在银器中，用文武火熬制成稀饧状。用新棉过滤，浸泡在瓷瓶中并密封。有患者用铜筷子蘸取点眼。
黄连膏 治疗暴赤眼。
黄连（不拘多少，去须后研末，在银器内熬成膏使用） 龙脑（少许） 以上放入罐子内，用油单纸封紧。沉入井底接触泥土处，浸泡一夜取出。点眼。
香蜡膏 治疗暴赤眼，风热痒痛。
黄连（宣州产的，去须） 秦皮（各一两） 以上粗捣筛。腊月腊日清晨的井华水五更时的一大碗。
煎药
两个七日。用绵过滤到银器内，用文武火煎尽水分至呈膏状。加入龙脑搅拌均匀。装入瓷盒。每次用倒流水化开少量药，候均匀后点眼。
黄柏膏（又名黄金膏）治疗眼睛暴赤涩痛。兼治一切眼病退翳。
黄柏（去掉粗皮研末） 蛇蜕（微炒研末一两） 以上用醋浆水三盏，在铜器内煎至一盏，稀稠适中。
用乳香调和成膏。用绵绢过滤。待冷却后盛于瓷盒。点眼效果显著。

Huanglian Gao (Coptidis Ointment) Treats sudden red eye.
