（附论）
所谓气毒瘰疬，是由于风热之气与毒邪侵袭肺部所致。肺主司通行各脏腑之气。如果经络壅塞不通，则卫气凝滞，无法宣发运行。邪热与气相互搏结，聚集在皮肤肌肉之间，从而形成瘰疬。此外，还有因忧愁思虑过度、情志不畅，或愤怒伤及心、肺、肝之气，导致毒邪停滞于胸膈部位，致使脏腑痞塞涩滞，气血凝留，也因此而成为气毒瘰疬。
方剂
槟榔散（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒瘰疬。症状见心胸膈部壅闷，饮食不下。
药材：槟榔、前胡（去芦头）、赤茯苓、牛蒡子（各一两，炒制）、人参（去芦头）、枳壳（麸炒至黄色，去白瓤）、防风（去芦头）、沉香（各半两）、甘草（炙至微红，锉碎，一分）。
制法与服法：将上述药物研为散剂。每次服用四钱，加水一盏，放入生姜半分，煎煮至六分，滤去药渣。空腹时及晚饭前温服。
治疗气毒瘰疬，肿块结聚疼痛，服用此方可使内部消散。（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：豆豉（一合，用热水浸泡一夜，研磨如粘膏状，用布绞汁去渣）、水蛭（一个，炒至微黄）、鹁鸽粪（一两，微炒）、夜明砂（二两，微炒）、当归（半两）、赤芍药（半两）、薰陆香（即乳香，半两）、白矾灰（一分）、鸡蛋（二枚，去壳）。
制法与服法：将除豆豉汁外的药物研为细末，加入豆豉汁调和均匀。用油纸包裹，放在蒸饭的甑上蒸熟，取出后加入少许蜂蜜，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。饭前用温酒送服十丸。
皂荚丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗风毒瘰疬。症状见肿块坚硬疼痛，时常发作寒热，不思饮食，日渐消瘦。
药材：皂荚（五挺，去黑皮，涂酥炙至微黄焦，去子）、蜗牛子（五十枚，炒至微黄）、雄黄（十两，细研）、何首乌、陈软枣、连翘（各一两）、麝香（一分，细研）、龙脑（即冰片，一钱，细研）、芫菁（七枚，用糯米拌炒至米黄为度，去头翅）。
制法与服法：将上述药物研为细末，加入已研好的药物混合均匀。用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。饭前用玄参汤送服七丸。
治疗风毒聚结生成瘰疬，逐渐增多且肿块坚硬，宜用此药外贴使患处溃烂消解，能自行排出脓物。（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：燕粪、斑蝥、芫菁、砒黄（各一两）、青黛、麝香（各一钱）、水银（一皂荚子大小）、猪脂（半两）。
制法与用法：先用猪脂研磨水银直至水银星点消失，再加入其他药物共同研磨细腻。每次取小豆大小的药量，贴在瘰疬患口上，用醋面糊做的纸花盖住患口。也可以先将患处烫破再贴。经过五到七天，观察患处溃烂、红丝断绝，即可渐渐揭开纸张，瘰疬随药物自然排出。之后用煮猪蹄的温热汤水清洗，另贴膏药以止痛生肌。
海金花丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒瘰疬，结块坚硬不消，日夜疼痛。
药材：海金花、丁香、琥珀（细研，各一分）、败龟（涂酥炙黄）、甜葶苈（隔纸炒至紫色，各一分）、麝香（一钱，细研）、皂荚（二十枚，炒成末）。
制法与服法：将上述药物研为细末，混合均匀。用炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次于饭前用温汤送服五十丸。病情应当从大小便排出。
斑蝥丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒瘰疬。服用此方可使内部消散。
药材：斑蝥（一两，去头足翅，用糯米拌炒至米黄为度）、麝香（半两，细研）、朱砂（半两，细研）、干姜（三分，生用）、甘草（半两，生锉）、犀角屑（半两）、粟米（二合，微炒）。
制法与服法：将上述药物研为细末，混合均匀。用蜀葵根白皮捣出的自然汁，调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每服用葵根汤送服五丸，空腹及睡前服用。
何首乌丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒导致心胸膈部壅滞，颈部生瘰疬，咽喉不利。
药材：何首乌、昆布（洗去咸味，各二两）、雀儿粪（一两，微炒）、雄黄（半两，细研）、麝香（一分，细研）、皂荚（十枚，去黑皮涂酥炙黄，去子）。
制法与服法：将上述药物研为细末，与前药一处混合研匀。用精白羊肉一斤切细，再研磨，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。饭后用荆芥汤送服五十丸。
薄荷丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒瘰疬。症状见心胸寒热壅闷，颈项肿胀发作，胁肋疼痛，不欲饮食。
药材：干薄荷（一两）、木香（一两）、连翘（一两）、青橘皮（汤浸去白焙干，一两）、麝香（一分，细研）、皂荚（十挺长一尺、无蛀虫者，用浆水二升浸泡三日，取汁熬成膏）。
制法与服法：用皂荚汁煎煮，调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。空腹及晚饭前用荆芥汤送服十丸。
腻粉丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒瘰疬结块坚硬，疼痛不能消除者适宜服用。
药材：腻粉（一钱）、定粉（半两，微炒）、夜明砂（一两，微炒）、桂心（半两）、犀角屑（三分）、斑蝥（一分，用糯米炒至米黄为度，去头足翅）。
制法与服法：共同研磨均匀，用软饭调和制成如绿豆大小的丸剂。饭前用温酒送服五丸。
硫黄丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗风毒瘰疬。肿块坚硬如石，疼痛难忍。
药材：硫黄（一分，细研）、麝香（一分，细研）、鸡蛋（一枚，煮熟去皮）、皂角（一分，末）、斑蝥（二十七枚，净去头足翅，用糯米拌炒至黄为度）、牵牛子（一分，微炒成末）。
制法与服法：共同研磨，用软饭调和制成如小豆大小的丸剂。饭前用人参汤送服五丸。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：木香（半两）、乌蛇（三两，酒浸去骨皮炙黄）、干蝎（一两，微炒）、皂针（十三两，炒令黄色）、啄木鸟（一只，烧为灰）。
制法与服法：研为细末，炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。用薄荷汤送服十五丸，每日三次。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒瘰疬，结肿疼痛。
药材：斑蝥（半两，去头足翅，用糯米拌炒黄色）、牵牛子（一两，生用）、雄雀粪（三分）、枳壳（一两，麸炒微黄，去白瓤）。
制法与服法：研为散剂。每次服用一钱，五更初时用粥饮调下。如果出现呕吐逆反，随即服用枳壳汤投喂。日午后当排出恶物。
蜗牛散（出自《圣惠方》），治疗风毒瘰疬。生于颈部腋下，累累如桃李大小不定，肿块坚硬疼痛。
药材：蜗牛壳（一钱，末）、皂角子（去皮研末一钱）、乳香、茄连、腻粉（各二钱）。
制法与服法：研为细末。取鸡蛋一枚，打开取清液去蛋黄，调入药末，重新装入壳内。用湿纸包裹五重，放在饭甑内蒸，待饭熟后取出。空腹时将五味杂汁嚼服，随后用温水含漱口中，良久后泻出青色物质。少年人一次服完，老年人分两次服用。临服时可随意加减剂量。
皂荚子丸（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒瘰疬，结块坚硬疼痛。
药材：皂荚子（二十枚，炒熟）、巴豆（一枚，去皮去油心研细）、乳香（二钱）、斑蝥（一枚，用糯米拌炒至米黄为度，去头足翅）。
制法与服法：研为细末，同软饭调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。空腹用温酒送服二丸。
治疗气毒瘰疬，结肿未溃破者，使其内部消散的方法。（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：槲白皮（三斤，锉碎）、丁香（一两，末）、麝香（半两，细研）。
制法与服法：用水五斗在大釜中，先煮烂槲皮至一斗，滤去药渣。再用慢火熬成膏状，后加入丁香等两味药，搅匀。收于瓷器内。饭前用温酒调下半匙服用。
天灵散（出自《圣惠方》），治疗气毒瘰疬遍布颈部，以及流注至胁下腋下，有头且疼痛。
药材：天灵盖（一两，带血色者，用茅香水洗五七次，涂酥炙令黄色）、虎胫骨（一两，涂酥炙黄）。
制法与服法：研为散剂。空腹时用葱酒调下三钱，晚饭前再服一次。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：蜗牛子（二十枚，生者去壳微炒黄）、薄荷（一两，干者）、丁香（半两）。
制法与服法：研为细末，炼蜜制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。饭前用荆芥汤送服三十丸。
治疗瘰疬肿块坚硬如石，疼痛剧烈。
药材：五灵脂（二两，浸醋）、皂荚（十枚，无蛀虫者，去黑皮涂酥炙去子）。
制法与服法：捣碎皂角成末，用五灵脂膏调和制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。早晨用薄荷汤送服九丸，临睡前用温酒送服十丸。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：皂角针（一两，烧灰）、槲白皮（末一两）。
制法与服法：共同研磨细腻。饭前用温酒调下二钱。
治疗气毒瘰疬。（出自《圣惠方》）
方法：用皂荚子一斤，无蛀虫者，去皮去子，涂酥炙令黄色，捣罗为末。用精羊肉半斤切细，研磨如糊状，下药末调和，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每于饭前用皂角刺捣碎煎汤送服十五丸。服用此药一月后，即有明显疗效。

Qi-toxin Scrofula (Qi-du Luo Li, scrofula caused by qi toxin) is caused by wind-heat and qi toxin attacking the Lung. The Lung governs the circulation of Qi to all Zang-Fu organs. If the meridians are congested and blocked, Wei Qi (Defensive Qi) becomes stagnant and cannot be disseminated and circulated. Pathogenic heat and Qi contend with each other, accumulating between the skin and muscles, thereby generating Scrofula. Additionally, excessive worry and insufficient rest, or anger injuring the Qi of the Heart, Lung, and Liver, can cause toxin stagnation in the chest and diaphragm. This leads to obstruction and涩ness (stagnation) in the Zang-Fu organs, causing Qi and Blood to coagulate and remain, thus also resulting in Qi-toxin Scrofula.
Formulas
Binglang San (Areca Nut Powder) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats Qi-toxin Scrofula. Symptoms include congestion and oppression in the heart and diaphragm, and inability to eat.
Ingredients: Areca Seed (Binglang), Peucedanum Root (Qianhu, de-radicle), Red Poria (Chi Fuling), Cowherb Seed (Niubangzi, each 1 liang, stir-fried), Ginseng Root (Renshen, de-radicle), Aurantium Fruit (Zhiqiao, bran-stir-fried until yellow, remove white pith), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng, de-radicle), Agastache Rhizome (Chenxiang, each 0.5 liang), Licorice Root (Gancao, honey-fried until slightly red, cut into pieces, 1 qian).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the above ingredients into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose. Add 1 cup of water and 0.5 portion of fresh ginger. Decoct until 0.6 cup remains, strain, and take warm on an empty stomach and before evening meal.
Formula for treating Qi-toxin Scrofula with nodular swelling and pain, promoting internal resolution [from *Shenghui Fang*].
Ingredients: Fermented Soybean (Douchi, 1 he, soaked in hot water overnight, ground into paste like sticky cream, squeezed through cloth to extract juice and discard dregs), Leech (Shuizhi, 1 piece, stir-fried until slightly yellow), Dove Droppings (Bogefen, 1 liang, slightly stir-fried), Bat Guano (Yemingcha, 2 liang, slightly stir-fried), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui, 0.5 liang), Red Peony Root (Chishaoyao, 0.5 liang), Frankincense (Xunluxiang/Ruxiang, 0.5 liang), Alum Ash (Baifanhui, 1 qian), Chicken Egg (Jizi, 2 eggs, shell removed).
Preparation and Administration: Grind the ingredients (except Douchi juice) into fine powder. Mix evenly with the Douchi juice. Wrap in oiled paper and steam over rice until cooked. Remove, mix with a little honey, and form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 10 pills with warm wine before meals.
Zaojia Wan (Soap Pod Pill) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats Wind-toxin Scrofula. Symptoms include hard, painful swelling, intermittent chills and fever, loss of appetite, and progressive emaciation.
Ingredients: Soap Pod (Zaojia, 5 pods, remove black skin, coat with butter and stir-fry until slightly yellow and scorched, remove seeds), Snail (Woniuzi, 50 pieces, stir-fried until slightly yellow), Realgar (Xionghuang, 10 liang, finely ground), Polygonum Multiflorum Root (Heshouwu), Chenruanzao (aged soft date), Forsythia Fruit (Lianqiao, each 1 liang), Musk (Shexiang, 1 qian, finely ground), Borneol (Naozhang/Bingpian, 1 qian, finely ground), Mylabris (Yanjing, 7 pieces, stir-fried with glutinous rice until rice turns yellow, remove head and wings).
Preparation and Administration: Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Mix thoroughly. Combine with refined honey to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 7 pills with Scrophularia Decoction (Xuanshen Tang) before meals.
External application formula for Wind-toxin accumulation causing Scrofula, which gradually increases in number and becomes hard. Apply this medicine to make the lesion ulcerate and discharge spontaneously [from *Shenghui Fang*].
Ingredients: Swallow Droppings (Yanfen), Mylabris (Banmao), Mylabris (Yanjing), Yellow Arsenic (Pi Huang, each 1 liang), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Musk (Shexiang, each 1 qian), Mercury (Shuiyin, size of one soap pod seed), Pig Fat (Zhuzhi, 0.5 liang).
Preparation and Application: First grind Mercury in Pig Fat until no mercury stars remain. Add other medicines and grind finely. Apply a quantity the size of a mung bean to the Scrofula lesion. Cover with a paper flower made from vinegar-paste flour. Alternatively, pierce the lesion first. After 5-7 days, when the lesion ulcerates and red threads break, gradually peel off the paper. The Scrofula will discharge with the medicine. Wash with warm broth from boiled pig trotters afterwards, and apply another plaster to stop pain and generate flesh.
Hai Jinhua Wan (Sea Flower Pill) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats Qi-toxin Scrofula with hard, unresolving nodules and day-and-night pain.
Ingredients: Hai Jinhua, Clove (Dingxiang), Amber (Hupo, finely ground, each 1 qian), Tortoise Shell (Baigui, coated with butter and stir-fried until yellow), Sweet Descurainia Seed (Tiantingli, stir-fried between papers until purple, each 1 qian), Musk (Shexiang, 1 qian, finely ground), Soap Pod (Zaojia, 20 pods, stir-fried and powdered).
Preparation and Administration: Grind into fine powder and mix evenly. Form pills with refined honey the size of paulownia seeds. Take 50 pills with warm water before meals. The disease should exit via urination and defecation.
Banmao Wan (Mylabris Pill) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats Qi-toxin Scrofula. Promotes internal resolution upon ingestion.
Ingredients: Mylabris (Banmao, 1 liang, remove head, feet, and wings, stir-fried with glutinous rice until yellow), Musk (Shexiang, 0.5 liang, finely ground), Cinnabar (Zhusha, 0.5 liang, finely ground), Dried Ginger (Ganjiang, 3 qian, raw), Licorice Root (Gancao, 0.5 liang, raw and cut), Rhinoceros Horn (Xijiao, 0.5 liang), Millet (Sumi, 2 he, slightly stir-fried).

Preparation and Administration: Grind into powder. Crack one chicken egg, separate the white from the yolk, mix with the powder, and return to the shell. Tianling San (Heavenly Spirit Powder) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats Qi-toxin Scrofula spreading along the neck and flowing into the hypochondrium and axilla, presenting with heads and pain.
